Super New Moon in Aquarius — the article

On Jan. 21st at 3:53pm EST, a powerful New Moon in 1.5 degrees of Aquarius becomes exact; this is the beginning of a new Moon cycle. I also recommend you watch my video on the subject.

This New Moon is another SuperMoon (the second of four Super New Moons in a row). These occur when the Moon becomes either Full or New at its closest distance to the Earth and are more powerful. They generate greater gravitational and electromagnetic forces and therefore increased effects on our physical, mental, and emotional bodies, leading to significant shifts in consciousness.

Since this one occurs in Aquarius, this Super New Moon invites us to go out there and connect with “our people”– with a tribe that resonates, a cause that feels aligned with our values and our need for stability and comfort, a connection that serves a larger vision for our financial future and the future of our planet etc.

We have three exalted planets in this Super New Moon chart:

  • Mercury (the planet of communication & how we process information)
  • Mars (the planet of passion & going after our goals)
  • Uranus (the planet of breakthroughs and innovation)

Mars in Gemini & Mercury in Capricorn are no longer in their Retrograde phases at the time of the New Moon, but they are still moving slower than usual, trying to catch up to their regular speed after coming to a halt on Jan. 12th and 18th. More about that in a little bit…

Uranus is at its most exalted, as it is coming to a halt only 26 hours after the New Moon becomes exact, ending its 5-months Retrograde phase in 15º of Taurus. More about this below as well…

With all this, we are being asked to be extra-mindful about connecting to our body, our finances, and the planet in an innovative and unique way; we are also being asked to be extra mindful about how we share and communicate, and what our inner dialog reveals about ourselves and where we are at.

The good news: from January 23rd to April 21st, all planets will be in forward motion. This indicates an accelerated time of manifestation for most of us — especially connected to new projects or ideas.

Ask yourself: What in my life is asking for accelerated progress? What could I do if I had the support of the Universe?

Let’s first talk a little bit about Aquarius and what this energy represents before jumping into the aspects of this Super New Moon chart:

The highest vibration of Aquarius represents…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 0-4 degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, Scorpio, or 29 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, or Libra? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Finally, let’s talk “New Moon Intentions” 🙂 The New Moon is the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle; this is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact, and not during a Moon void of course phase.

That means that this month, the best time to set intentions would be any time between 3:53pm on Jan. 21st and 5:19am on Jan. 23rd, and then again, from 12:36pm until 3:53pm, also on Jan. 23rd -(New York Time/US Eastern Time)

If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast), and converting timezones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fanpage and following me on TwitterI will post reminders to let you know when it is time to set your New Moon intentions 😉

Full Moon in Cancer — the article

On Jan. 6th, at 6:08pm EST, the Moon opposes the Sun in almost 16.5 degrees of CancerThe entrance of the Moon into Cancer on Jan. 5th begins the energetic build-up towards this Full Moon.

Relationships of all kinds are highlighted during this time — but with this Full Moon, there is a particularly strong emphasis on family- and business relationships. If you are already a Member of my online community, feel free to also watch my Full Moon video.

Lots of planets are involved in this Full Moon chart — Mercury and Mars are both Retrograde, although Mars is also exalted, as it will come to a halt only 6 days after the Full Moon becomes exact, ending its 2.5 months Retrograde phase that began on Oct. 30th!

Uranus will become more exalted two days after the Full Moon becomes exact, preparing to end its 5-month Retrograde phase (on Jan. 22nd). However, at the time of the Full Moon, Uranus will support the integration of the Full Moon polarity because it is sextiling the Moon in Cancer and trining the Mercury-Sun alignment in Capricorn.

The Moon in Cancer supports the integration of the Moon Nodes in Taurus-Scorpio, and trines Neptune in Pisces. And Mars in Gemini trines Venus in Aquarius! Yay! Lots of harmonious aspects.

The most challenging aspect in this Full Moon chart is a T-Square — with Chiron in Aries as the Focal Point… making Libra the Solution of this T-Square. All of the above-mentioned play an important role, so buckle up! More about the specifics in regards to all of these planets in a moment.

But first, let’s talk about this month’s Full Moon: This Lunation shows us how well we are doing with self-care and any issues connected to family or home — and also where we are in connection to greater emotional responsibility and self-alignment.

Ask yourself: What’s my relationship to self-care and where do I feel most “at home”? What’s my understanding of my emotional needs? How might an emotional connection to myself and loved ones be of benefit to me? How might it shift my priorities?

Let’s take a look at the polarities involved with this Full Moon

Now, let’s talk about the New Moon:

New Moons are good times to reflect on our lives and set new intentions. This is an excellent time to go within and plant a seed for anything we would like to accomplish over the next 28 days and beyond.

Given it takes place less than 48 hours after the Winter Solstice, this New Moon is a significant time to set Intentions, not just for the next 28 days but also for this Winter season. This is because the Solstices are important turning points that take place twice a year: They are energetic gateways for the summer or winter season.

This New Moon is also a SuperMoon. These occur when the Moon becomes either Full or New at its closest distance to the Earth and are more powerful. They generate greater gravitational and electromagnetic forces and therefore increased effects on our physical, mental, and emotional bodies, leading to significant shifts in consciousness.

Since it occurs in Capricorn, this Super New Moon directs us to investigate our relationship with authority, not just “authority” in the external sense, but also our “inner authority”. The next section of this forecast will dig into this in more detail — you may also want to watch my New Moon video 🙂

The most prominent themes of this Super New Moon are:

  • Chiron (the wounded Healer) stations direct less than an hour before the New Moon becomes exact, therefore highly exalted! And making several aspects to other planets in this New Moon chart, bringing our attention to our healing processes.
  • The New Moon makes a Square to Jupiter, which moves back into Aries on Dec. 20th, asking us to stretch and grow.
  • Mercury is also exalted in this New Moon chart (in its pre-Shadow phase and stationing) and making several noteworthy aspects, bringing our attention to being responsible and realistic with our words and thoughts. Practicing effective, authentic, mature, and empowering communication is helpful.
  • And last but not least, there is a Venus-Uranus Trine that brings newness into our relationships — and possibly also into our financial future.

The highest vibration of Capricorn is self-mastery: the development of responsibility, resourcefulness, reliability, setting realistic goals and healthy boundaries. So the next 28 days are perfect for working on these areas.

This is the last New Moon of 2022, and since Capricorn represents the quest for self-mastery on the physical plane, some helpful questions you can ask yourself include…

Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in 0-4 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, Libra, or 29 degrees of  Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for the month’s Moon cycle — the perfect time is after the New Moon becomes exact (but not during a Moon void of course).

So this month, there are two best and most potent times to set intentions — the first would be any time between 5:17am on Friday, Dec. 23rd, and 10:11pm on Saturday late evening, Dec. 24th — and the second would be between 2:14am and 5:17am on Sunday morning (Dec. 25th) (EST/New York time).

If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast time), and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fan-page and following me on Twitter, as I post reminders when it’s time to set your intentions 😉

Full Moon in Gemini – the article

On Dec. 7th, at 11:08pm EST, the Full Moon becomes exact, in 16 degrees of Gemini; the entrance of the Moon into Gemini on Dec. 6th in the afternoon starts the energetic build-up towards this Full Moon.

The Moon in chatty, versatile Gemini, opposes the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. If you are already a Member of my online community, you can watch my Full Moon video for more details.

Let’s start by looking at the highlights of this Full Moon:

  • The Moon makes an exact alignment to retrograde Mars in Gemini, which asks us to take action on something that we have been meaning to take care of for a while.
  • The Sun in Sagittarius quincunxes Uranus in Taurus, which invites us to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
  • Neptune in Pisces (our primary connection to universal love and our intuitive knowing) is still exalted until Dec. 22nd, making this planet’s energy a vital part of this Full Moon chart; it widely squares the Full Moon polarity in Gemini-Sagittarius, as well as Mars.
  • Mercury, the planet of communication or also known as the messenger (also the ruler of Gemini), aligns with Venus, the planet of love and beauty, and they both squares Jupiter, the planet of expansion and generosity (also the ruler of Sagittarius)

There are several other important aspects in this Full Moon chart, and I will go into all of them in detail in a moment — but first…

Full Moons illuminate the higher/lighter vibration and the denser Shadow side of each sign. As our collective consciousness continues to awaken, what’s been in the shadows comes to the forefront more and more, so we can see it more clearly and deal with it on a conscious level.

This ultimately creates a more conscious society that can make more empowering choices for the future. However, it is essential to remember that this is a process and takes time to get to a place where we can see a clear shift on a collective level.

Let’s take a look at the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity…

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 14-18 degrees of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you are more affected by this month’s Full Moon. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer)

Again, we will address Chiron’s loud energy due to its Station Direct phase in our next Forum — feel free to join us live on Dec. 10th at 11:30am EST for the last Forecasting Forum of the year! Once registered, an mp4-video recording of the live event will be available to everyone, whether you joined live or not!

New Moon in Sagittarius — the article

On Nov. 23rd at 5:57pm EST, the New Moon in 1.5 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact. This New Moon also signifies the end of Eclipse Season (which started on Oct. 15th). We have received our consciousness upgrades and can now move forward with any intentions we set in late October (at the time of the Solar Eclipse in Scorpio).

With the New Moon in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, we are being asked to go beyond our day-to-day knowledge and look for a larger perspective. Also, feel free to watch my New Moon video on the subject.

Before we dive in I just wanted to mention briefly 2 events that may be of interest to you:

1) I will be joining the lovely Primavera Salva from @transform_with_love for a NEW MOON Ritual & Collaboration on Monday, Nov. 21st at 7:30pm EST!

This special event will be an opportunity to let go of the heaviness of the Scorpio-energies (within and around us) and anything that came up during Eclipse Season, and at the same time prepare us for the New Moon in Sagittarius.

The event is by donation (pay what you can) — all proceeds will go to “God’s Love We Deliver”, and every $20 donation will provide a holiday meal for someone in need ==> To save yourself a spot, and join us, click here

2) I am also excited to share that I got invited to join 11 other Astrologers for a weekend conference at the beginning of December. It’s the 6th installment of the “Breaking Down the Borders” online Astrology Conference, scheduled for December 2nd-4th. And I will be giving a talk on Chiron in Aries, called: Healing the Wounded Masculine on Saturday, Dec. 3rd at 2pm EST.

Please join us; it’s going to be a fantastic weekend! ==> Click here for more info and to register for FREE

Back to the New Moon: New Moons are a great time to catch our breath; to hit the pause button on our life, and to set some intentions for the new Lunar cycle.

Lots to consider with this New Moon chart:

  • This New Moon conjuncts/aligns with Venus & Mercury ==> 4 planets in Sagittarius
  • Jupiter (the ruler of Sagittarius) is highly exalted, as it comes to a halt only 5 minutes after the New Moon becomes exact (changing directions)
  • Jupiter, currently in a late degree of Pisces, trines the New Moon, in an early degree of Sagittarius
  • Jupiter also sextiles Pluto in Capricorn
  • The highly exalted Jupiter aligns with Neptune in Pisces
  • Neptune is also exalted (stationing), preparing to come to a halt on Dec. 3rd
  • Neptune & Jupiter in Pisces still square Mars in Gemini
  • Venus & Mercury in Sagittarius trine Chiron in Aries

More about all that in a moment, but first, let’s look at the Sun/Moon/Venus/Mercury alignment in Sagittarius:

Sagittarius, urges us to examine our beliefs and their impact on our lives. It reminds us that all truths are relative, and that what matters most is a whole-hearted approach.

Ask yourself: Do my beliefs and attitudes enrich my life? Make me kinder? More accessible to my heart-energies? What beliefs, perspectives or attitudes are asking to be released at this time? Where am I invited to take a leap of faith?

With Mercury involved we are invited to remember that we are the editors of our own experience. We interpret our reality through a multitude of filters, determined by our childhood conditioning, education, religion, culture, gender, and nationality. Ask yourself…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in the following: 0-4 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, Pisces, or 29 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, or Aquarius? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

The New Moon is also the best time to set powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. The best time to set intentions is soon after the New Moon becomes exact — as long as it’s not during a Moon void of course phase.

So this month, the best and most potent time to set intentions would be any time between 5:57pm Wednesday evening (Nov. 23rd) until 2:22pm Friday (Nov. 25th)and then again from 4:18pm until 5:57pm, also on Friday (Nov. 25th). (EST- New York time)

Note, however, that there is a Moon void of course on Nov. 25th — it runs from 2:22pm EST until 4:18pm EST. Don’t set your intentions during those 116 minutes — instead, allow intuition to surface possible intentions while you wait. For more info on setting New Moon Intentions, click here

Lunar Eclipse in Taurus — the article

On November 8th, at 6:02am EST, the Moon opposes the Sun (in 16 degrees of Taurus/Scorpio).

This powerful Full Moon is also a Lunar Eclipse. Every six months, the Sun, Moon, & Earth align precisely enough for Solar and Lunar Eclipses to occur.

During a Lunar Eclipse, the Full Moon slowly dims as it passes through the Earth’s shadow, stimulating our emotional body and increasing our awareness of unconscious patterns and fears.

If you’d like to learn more, and as a Member of my online community, click here to watch my whole Lunar Eclipse videoNot yet a Member? Watch a 15-minute excerpt of my Lunar Eclipse video here.

This powerful Full Moon is a Total Lunar Eclipse viewable across Asia, Australia, the Americas, and the Pacific. The duration of totality lasts 85 minutes (=1hr 25min), so we will feel the influence of this Lunar Eclipse for approximately 43 days.

This Total Lunar Eclipse will also fall on the upcoming Election Day in the USA; this is the first Election Day total Lunar Eclipse in U.S. history, and it won’t happen again until November 8th, 2394!

This particular Lunar Eclipse is the second of two Eclipses within two weeks; it offers an opportunity to value ourselves, each other, and the Earth.

There is an emphasis with this Eclipse on creating a healthy sense of self-esteem and having a healthy relationship with the physical world.

And what’s the best way to accomplish that? By facing our fears, healing old trauma, and owning our power, we are releasing what’s been holding us back — individually and collectively.

As you might know from my last Solar Eclipse video, Eclipses are always powerfully connected to the Moon Nodes and thus to our Soul’s Journey (both collectively and individually). All Eclipses transmit new energetic codes and transformative downloads, symbolized by the signs involved; in this case: The Moon is in steady, peaceful Taurus, while the Sun is in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio.

The more receptive we are to these transformative downloads, the more quickly and easily we can integrate them; time in nature, meditation, art, and spiritual endeavors support this integration process and help us better attune to these evolutionary upgrades.

The Lunar Eclipse highlights relationships of all kinds — but with this particular Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse, there is a heightened emphasis on self-value and intimate relationships. Full Moons also illuminate the truth and consequences of our choices.

We become aware of what has been suppressed or ignored — or, this being a North Node Eclipse, what we need to explore, embrace, and integrate about the Taurus energy.

It’s been 19 years since we experienced a Lunar Eclipse in this degree of Taurus. Think back to November 9th, 2003: What did I need to integrate back then? What became clearer at that time around exploring my talents? What about my self-worth? Was I able to see my value? What about my relationship with money? To my physical reality? My Body? My ability to receive pleasure? To experience peace? Where do I need to take this to the next level?

We will also address this upcoming Lunar Eclipse in our next Forecasting Forum on November 12th! Please join us if you’d like to know how this powerful Lunation will impact you personally. We will also address Jupiter’s Station Direct phase in Pisces. What have you learned about yourself and life since July 28th? What new perspectives are you ready to bring to the world?

There is currently an Early Bird Special that is available until November 8th! So I invite you to take advantage of that — unless you are already a Star Member — you are automatically registered and will receive an invite email to join us live (it goes out the day before the live event). I release the mp4-video recording within 24 hours of the live event.

That’s it for announcements and logistics; back to the Lunar Eclipse:

Many planets are involved in this powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse chart — an important T-Square with Saturn as the Focus Point in Aquarius and the empty leg in Leo. The Moon conjuncts Uranus in Taurus, while the ruler of Taurus (Venus) still conjuncts the Sun and Mercury in Scorpio. The ruler of Scorpio (Pluto) is still in Capricorn, sextiling Neptune & Jupiter, who have come back together in Pisces.

Mars (the traditional ruler of Scorpio) is now Retrograde in Gemini, still exalted until November 13th, creating a lasting Square with Neptune and now Jupiter in Pisces. The good news: we also have a Trine (a harmonious aspect) between Venus (ruler of Taurus) and Neptune. More about the specifics in regards to all of this in a moment.

This Full Moon is the third Lunar Eclipse in the Taurus-Scorpio polarity, connected to the current Moon Nodes in Taurus/Scorpio  –– a process which will continue to unfold until…

The more an Eclipse activates our birth chart, the more we feel impelled to go to the next level. Because Eclipses are so powerful, they require a bigger orb than a regular Full or New Moon. I usually use a 5º orb instead of 2º — so since this Lunar Eclipse takes place in 16 degrees of Taurus:

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 11-21 degrees of Taurus, Scorpio, Leo, or Aquarius? If so, you are more affected by this month’s powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse. The same is true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Solar Eclipse in Scorpio – the article

Oct. 25th, at 6:49am EDTthe New Moon (and Solar Eclipse) becomes exact in 2 degrees of Scorpio —  you may also want to watch my Solar Eclipse video.

Solar Eclipses are extra-powerful New Moons that take place approximately every 6 months — this is the second Solar Eclipse in 2022 (in this particular Eclipse cycle that will be in effect until July 2023). The first Solar Eclipse of 2022 took place in Taurus on April 30th.

Think back to early May and see what seeds got planted in your life in connection with the last Solar Eclipse. Did you set Solar Eclipse Intentions in early May? Did something end or begin at that time? What have you discovered about your sense of self-worth and value in the world?

Eclipses usually come in pairs (Solar and Lunar), and “Eclipse seasons” start approximately 10 days before the first Eclipse of the pair, and continue through the second.

While this Eclipse is partial and only visible from Europe, Western Siberia, Central, Western, & South Asia, and the NE of Africa, its transformative effects are global.

We also addressed Eclipse Season and the Solar Eclipse in Scorpio in more detail in a special talk called “The Next Phase of Your Evolution — How to Navigate Eclipse Season”.  If you missed this Special Event ==> click here to get this fabulous 2-hour webinar

A couple of things to note for this Solar Eclipse chart: we have 4 Quincunxes; these invite us to make some inner adjustments to address internal discomfort. One of those four Quincunxes is inviting us to pay closer attention to our health — the Quincunx between Mars in Gemini and Pluto in Capricorn.

Pluto and Mars are also involved in two Squares, and Saturn is still in a tight Square with Uranus. Squares are 90º aspects that mark a turn we must take if we are to make progress; they ask us to stretch and grow beyond who we used to be.

Mars and Saturn are both exalted in this Solar Eclipse chart, due to their Station phases — Mars is preparing to go Retrograde (on Oct. 30th) and Saturn just ended its 4.5-month Retrograde phase (that began on June 4th).

And last but not least, Venus is closely aligned with the Solar Eclipse in Scorpio, bringing our desire for deeper connections to the fore.

These are the major themes of this Solar Eclipse chart and we will address them in more detail in a moment. First, let’s talk a bit about Eclipses:

During a Solar Eclipse, the Moon momentarily interrupts the normal flow of Solar Radiation, destabilizing existing configurations of energy, and reorganizing consciousness to a higher level. Solar Eclipses indicate the beginning of a new experience, project, or cycle.

This particular Eclipse season started on Oct. 15th, 10 days before the Solar Eclipse becomes exact, and it will end 14 days after the Lunar Eclipse in Taurus that follows this Solar Eclipse (in other words, by Nov. 23rd, 2022).

While Eclipse season is underway, allow for new templates to download, stay centered, and do your best to ground from within — try using conscious breathing and conscious mental flexibility — and best of all, see if you can move to the “observer position” when it comes to the emotional and mental body.

And remember, this won’t last forever: on Nov. 23rd, the downloads are complete 😉

Eclipses are times of uncertainty, Uranian in nature, so anything could happen between now and Nov. 23rd. It is important to remember that Eclipses open a door to the next level of our Soul’s evolution.

As best as you can, don’t jump the gun for the next 5.5 weeks — if you feel compelled to do something, do your best to simply observe the urge. The exception would be something that just happens organically, but if you are ambivalent about a possible action, better to hold off until Eclipse Season ends on Nov. 23rd.

Eclipses are a time for clarifying and affirming our highest path. We are bound to experience a release and recalibration of some sort — “old” programs will get deleted and new ones downloaded — and with this Eclipse this will be in connection with old traumas, sexual/intimate relations, or emotionally authentic connections.

Solar Eclipses are a good time to go within, to seed anything we would like to redefine or release over the next 6 months — we’ll dig into this in more detail towards the end of this article, when we talk about setting Solar Eclipse Intentions.

The Sun and Moon are connected to one of the Moon Nodes during an Eclipse, alternating between North and South Node Eclipses, emphasizing the evolutionary upgrades that are available to us during such times.

This is the first South Node Solar Eclipse in Scorpio since the Moon Nodes moved into the Taurus-Scorpio polarity on January 18th, 2022. South Node Eclipses ask us to…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 0-7 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, Aquarius, or 28-29º of Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Setting Intentions for a Solar Eclipse is a little different from the regular monthly New Moon process — after all, we are setting them for the whole 6-month Eclipse cycle, rather than just the next 28 days.

Solar Eclipse Intentions are best done 48 hours after the Eclipse becomes exact. We are downloading new templates at the time of an Eclipse, and the energies are quite intense, so we want to wait until it all settles down a little before setting our intentions… We also definitely do not want to do this during a Moon void of course.

The best and most potent times to set your Intentions for this Solar Eclipse is between 6:55am (on Oct. 27th) and 6:49am (on Oct. 29th) — (in US Eastern Daylight Savings Time — i.e. the New York time zone).

Set powerful intentions — again, they cover the next six months — and if possible, align them with the Scorpio energy!

If you live in a timezone other than EDT (US East Coast-time), and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fan-page and/or following me on Twitter, as I post reminders when it’s time to set your intentions 😉

Full Moon in Aries – the article

On Oct. 9th, at 4:55pm EDT, the Sun opposes the Moon in 16.5 degrees of Aries — the Moon’s entry into Aries on Saturday late morning (Oct. 8th), started the build-up towards this Full Moon. The Moon in pioneering, fast-paced Aries makes an opposition to the Sun in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra.

Generally, a Full Moon brings our attention to our “emotional body”, increasing our awareness of what has been suppressed or ignored. This is especially true for this particular Full Moon — for much of this month, we are invited to direct our attention toward deeper self-care and more authentic connections to our emotional bodies. If you are a site Member, you may also want to watch my video on the subject.

We will be entering Eclipse season on Oct. 15th => Save yourself a spot for my Special Event Zoom webinar: “The Next Phase of Your Evolution — How to Navigate Eclipse Season”, live on Tuesday, Oct. 11th at 7pm EDT! For more info & to register for this fabulous 2-hour zoom event, click here **$10-15 Suggested Donation — everyone is welcome!

Pluto and Mercury are no longer retrograde at the time of the Full Moon; in fact, Pluto in Capricorn changes directions less than 24 hours before the Full Moon becomes exact. This makes the powerful dwarf planet highly exalted for this Lunation.

Pluto represents an aspect of our higher Self that desires our greatest empowerment; we are asked to trust the process that brings this about. For that reason, Pluto might ask us to confront our worst fears, face our darkness and pain, and surrender our personal will to that of higher guidance. Trust is key! Becoming aware of (and letting go of) defensive, obsessive, protective, or controlling behaviors serves us. Only then can the outcome be greater empowerment and passion for life.

Ask yourself: What is my relationship to power? Do I distinguish between the power that comes from within versus that which is connected to external components?

Denying or suppressing our pain, darkness, and fears will keep us behaving from an unconscious place and feeling disempowered. We will continue to blame others for our experiences and thereby give our power away to those who are happy to take it from us.

We are being invited to learn that true power comes from within — from knowing and accepting the truth, facing the dark, and making the unconscious conscious. Pluto’s exalted energy prompts us to seek ways to step into our power and become more alive from within.

We will address this and more in our next Forecasting Forum on Oct. 8thin connection to our own birth charts. If you are reading this on or after Oct. 8th? Click here to get the mp4-video-recording of the live event.

Mercury is now back in Virgo; it starts moving forward again on Oct. 2nd, making a prolonged Trine-aspect to the exalted Pluto in Capricorn. This trine was already active at the time of the New Moon in Libra, but unlike last time, both planets will no longer be retrograde. This makes it easier to implement some of the things we have already thought about (and perhaps even journaled about).

Trines are harmonious aspects, so we have a chance here to be more grounded and realistic when analyzing information or thoughts — and also in our communications and convictions. Empowerment of self and others is key when it comes to our daily routines and our long-term goals!

Our analytical mind and problem-solving abilities support our strong desire for emotional authenticity and being truthful about what we want to build long-term out there in the world.

Ask yourself: How has the practice of trusting “my process” been supporting my connection with myself and my higher Self? What have I been able to release around fears and thoughts of scarcity? Am I ready to implement some of the ideas and strategies (after Oct. 8th) that have come up in the past ten days?

Now let’s talk about the Full Moon polarity, in this case, the Aries/Libra polarity, which directs our awareness to…

New Moon in Libra — the article

On Sept. 25th at 5:55pm EDT, the Moon aligns with the Sun in almost 3 degrees of Libra, beginning a new Moon cycle. New Moons are optimal times to set new intentions — to pause and reflect on where we are and would like to be. They are introverted periods when we go within to learn what we wish to align ourselves with for the next 28 days; more about the best and most potent time to set New Moon Intentions towards the end of this article.

With this New Moon in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, this will likely be win-win situations, fair exchanges, balance, and harmony (within our relationships and with our general environment). Watch my New Moon video to learn more about this.

Even though we have a planetary line-up of four planets known as a Stellium in this New Moon chart, only two of them are in Libra (the Sun & the Moon); the other two are Venus (ruler of Libra) & Mercury (ruler of Virgo), and they are in a late degree of Virgo, very close to the New Moon energies in Libra. A Stellium typically sees the planets involved influence each other.

A Venus-Mercury-Moon-Sun-Stellium indicates that we are invited to take a closer look at our relationship to the mind-energy: How are we using our minds, and how does it serve us or others? How does our analytical mind influence our mood or responses to other people?

What are we aware of in our one-on-one relationships (business or personal) that needs to improve? Which of our relationships are healthy? Which ones aren’t? How can we be of service to others in a way that helps them improve something in their lives?

Another important aspect of this New Moon chart is an exalted Pluto in Capricorn that starts its Station phase only a day before the New Moon becomes exact, and that will come to a complete halt on Oct. 8th — and of course, we also have Mercury still in its Retrograde phase until Oct. 2nd. It will start to slow down (station) on Sept. 27th at 25º of Virgo.

Once these two planets end their Retrograde phases and “go direct”, we can move forward in the areas of our lives that have been subjected to self-examination over their retrogrades (Mercury: Sept. 9th – Oct. 2nd, Pluto: April 28th – Oct. 8th).

For a more in-depth interpretation of your own chart, in connection with Pluto’s Station Direct phase in Capricorn, join us live for the Forecasting Forum on Oct. 8thor get the mp4-video presentation of the live event. Either way, register here now (unless you are already a Star Member — in that case, you are automatically registered and will receive the link to join live on Oct. 7th and the recording of the live event on Oct. 8th).

We will also discuss the upcoming Eclipse season (starting on Oct. 15th), Mars’ Retrograde phase in Gemini (Oct. 30th until Jan. 12th, 2023) & Saturn’s Station Direct phase in Aquarius (Oct. 23rd) in our next Forecasting Forum…again, click here to register if this is of interest to you.

But first, let’s talk about the New Moon — and specifically, the Libra component of this New Moon chart:

All relationships begin with our relationship to ourselves — everything “out there” is a reflection of “in here”… Ideally speaking, interacting with another person is a co-creative, equal exchange — we must be centered within ourselves, yet also…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 0-5 degrees of Libra, Aries, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you may feel the effects of this Super New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer).

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. Intentions are best set soon after the New Moon becomes exact, and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase — so this month, the best and most potent time to set intentions would be any time between 5:55pm on Sept. 25th, and 12:21pm on Sept. 27th (New York-Time).

If you live outside the EDT timezone (i.e. US East Coast time), I recommend you join my Facebook Fan-page or follow me on Twitter; I will be posting reminders on Sept. 25th, 26th, and 27th to let you know when it is time to set your intentions 😉

Full Moon in Pisces — the article

On September 10th, at 5:59am EDTthe Sun opposes the Moon in 17.5 degrees of Pisces. The Moon in creative, free-flowing Pisces makes an opposition to the Sun in detail-oriented, practical Virgo.

The entrance of the Moon into Pisces on Thursday night/Friday very early morning (Sept. 8/9th) starts the energetic build up towards this Full Moon – if you are already a Member of my online community,  you may also want to watch my video on the subject: click here.

On Sept. 10th, we can ask ourselves: How far have we come since the Aug. 27th New Moon? What can we see now that was not apparent then?

This Full Moon has seven planets in Retrograde motion: Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. This indicates a strong need for inner processing and aligning ourselves with those planetary energies from within. It’s a necessary phase of re-evaluation, restructuring, and letting go.

If you are dealing with bigger issues right now, or would like to get some support with one area of your life, take a look at my new Coaching packages. They are designed to give you maximum support and dramatic progress in an area of your life that demands your attention.

Things appear to slow down during a Retrograde passage, as internal shifts must happen before we can progress; once a planet turns direct, we feel ready to move forward in that area of life.

Of those seven Retrograde planets, Mercury, Saturn, and Pluto will start to go direct in October; we will then get the opportunity to bring all of our inner discoveries to the outside world.

With this Full Moon, we are also dealing with an exalted Mercury — Mercury in Libra comes to a halt less than 6.5 hours before the Full Moon becomes exact on Sept. 9th at 11:38pm EDT, starting its third Retrograde phase of this year — it lasts until Oct. 2nd.

For a more in-depth interpretation of your own chart, in connection with Mercury’s Retrograde phase in Libra/Virgo, join us live for the Forum on Sept. 10th, or get the mp4-video presentation of the live event.

Either way, register here now (unless you are already a Star Member — in that case, you are automatically registered).

We are getting ready to retrace our steps (Mercury Retrograde in Libra); between now and Sept. 23rd, this will focus on our one-on-one relationships and ability to create balance in our lives.

Saturn in Aquarius is still squaring Uranus in Taurus (as mentioned previously, you can get more on that subject from the lastNew Moon in Virgo” video & article).

Now let’s first address this Full Moon’s polarities (if you are already familiar with this polarity, feel free to skip this part and go straight to the Full Moon aspects below):

The Pisces/Virgo polarity has to do with our ability to connect the head with the heart, logic with intuition, and matter with spirit. So the question is: how do we integrate Pisces and Virgo?

This may seem a challenging question, given Virgo’s leaning toward…

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-20 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, or Sagittarius? If so, you are more affected by this Full Moon — this is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

New Moon in Virgo — the article

On Aug. 27th at 4:17am EDTthe Moon aligns with the Sun in 4 degrees of Virgo, marking the beginning of a new Moon cycle. We start to feel the effects of this New Moon the moment the Moon enters Virgo on Friday evening (Aug. 26th). Feel free to watch my New Moon video on the subject.

Before we jump in, I just want to say that I have a big announcement to make, so please stay tuned until the end, or skip to the part of the article, right before I talk about setting Intentions!

This New Moon makes a strong Square to Mars in Gemini. This creates some challenges. Mars will be in this fidgety sign for a total of 7 months, due to its Retrograde phase in late October. The Square will only last until Sept. 2nd, however since it is part of this New Moon chart we can feel its impact for the next 28 days (until Sept. 25th).

The good news is that Mercury (the ruler of Virgo) makes a Trine (a supportive, harmonious aspect) to Mars in Gemini, and Jupiter in Aries, makes a Sextile (an opportune aspect) to Mars in Gemini in this New Moon chart, so it’s not all bad news 😉

I will talk more about all of this in connection with the planetary aspects of this New Moon chart, but first let’s look at the Virgo energy of this New Moon:

Virgo provides an opportunity to learn about being of service — and what it might mean to strengthen our focus on improving our daily routines — getting organized, for example — and taking care of health matters.

This New Moon cycle will thus be a great time to begin new projects that demand attention to detail, list-making, and taking pride in “small” accomplishments. We might start a new health regimen, perhaps by paying close attention to our diet; we could also set up specific routines that help us manage our lives in constructive and mindful ways.

This cycle is all about handling the nitty-gritty details of our day-to-day life in an organized, step-by-step fashion, so we can free our minds of clutter. Where could you use more open space?

Things to watch out for: sweating the details, worrying, and being extra-critical of ourselves and others when something doesn’t get done “right”.

A great way to step into the higher vibrations of Virgo

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 2-6 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, or Sagittarius? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

And here is the announcement! With the current Moon Nodes in Taurus/Scorpio, we are invited to investigate ourselves on a deeper level and release any emotional baggage from the past or inauthentic/toxic connections with others, so we can step into greater abundance and have a realization of our worthiness on this physical plane.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances in my life this year, I have been doing a lot of deep inner work on myself and also with some of my clients. The results have been phenomenal so far. This sparked the idea of creating two new Coaching Packages that can support this more profound and more meaningful journey in our lives.

One of the new offerings is a Life Crises Package, which gives you some very intensive support for 21 days/3 weeks; I created this package for anyone who is going through a massive shift in their lives, something that might be paralyzing without the proper support: uncoupling, health issues, loss of any kind,…

The other is a 90-day VIP package that will provide exclusive Coaching for 3 months. It provides transformation somewhere you have felt stuck and unable to move forward, despite your best efforts (e.g., career goals or changing careers, love life, conscious uncoupling, finances, health, parenting, etc.)

Since I can only accommodate 1 person for the Life Crisis package and 3 people for the VIP package at any one time, if you are interested, please reach out right away. Once these four slots are filled, anyone else will be added to a waitlist.

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. Intentions are best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.

So this month, the best and most potent time to set intentions would be between 4:17am Saturday early morning (Aug. 27th) and 11:08pm Sunday late evening (Aug. 28th) — in the New York time zone.

If you live in a timezone other than EDT (that’s the US East Coast time zone), feel free to join my Facebook Fan page or follow me on Twitter. I will be posting reminders on Nov. 27th & 28th throughout the day to let you know when it is time to set your intentions 😉

Super Full Moon in Aquarius — the article

Please remember that due to a family matter, I will be taking a break from creating Full Moon videos until the end of the summer. All other Member content (including Full Moon articlesNew Moon videos, New Moon articles, and my Weekly Forecasts) will continue uninterrupted.

On  August 11th, at 9:36pm EDTthe Full Moon becomes exact in 19 degrees of Aquarius. The entrance of the Moon into Aquarius on Wednesday afternoon (Aug. 10th) starts the energetic build-up towards this Full Moon; the Moon in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius opposes the Sun in fun-loving, expressive Leo.

Oppositions always resonate back to the conjunction of the planets involved. We are looking to see how far we have come since that conjunction. For example, with the Full Moon, we are looking back to the previous New Moon (in this case, July 28th), to see what has developed since then.

This Full Moon has heightened effects on us for many reasons: first, it is another “Full SuperMoon” (i.e. the Moon is at its closest distance to the Earth).

The Moon in Aquarius also makes a conjunction with Saturn (the traditional ruler of Aquarius). Uranus (the modern ruler of Aquarius), is exalted (stationing) at the time of this Super Full Moon, and is also still conjunct the North Node & Mars in Taurus; it has now become the Focus Point of a T-Square with the Full Moon. The Moon Nodes in Taurus/Scorpio create a Grand Cross with the Full Moon polarity.

Since there are multiple Oppositions and Squares in this Super Full Moon chart, let’s take a look at what those represent: Oppositions require integration and balance, whereas Squares invite us to stretch and grow, as we may be experiencing challenges, and we are asked to overcome that which feels uncomfortable.

We also have three Trines and two Sextiles in this Full Moon chart. Trines feel supportive and give us a sense of ease. Sextiles are opportunities that require action. These are the major themes of this Super Full Moon chart and we will address them in detail in a moment.

But first, let’s talk about the Full Moon polarity (and if you know this polarity already, feel free to skip to the details of this particular Super Full Moon chart — the aspects):

The Moon in Aquarius opposes the Sun in Leo; this highlights the power of our individual creativity and the exponential potency of collaboration. Each of us is invited to reclaim ourselves, and add our voice, heart, and hands to something that has meaning for us.

The invitation here is to dare to be different, and to remember how we are all part of a larger whole. The highest quest of Leo leads to authentic Self-expression: to embody our gifts, shine our light, and live our truth. The highest task of Aquarius, on the other hand, is the attainment of unity in diversity, where everyone’s uniqueness is honored and included.

When we align our head with our heart, we feel our interconnectedness with all of humanity, and we create and connect from love instead of fear. Given that Leo represents our individual self-expression and Aquarius our vision for humankind, a question is raised: How can we best achieve a balance between these two energies? Or perhaps even an integration?

For the next two weeks, we’ll be…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 17-21 degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, or Scorpio? If so, you may feel the effects of this Super Full Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer)

New Moon in Leo — the article

On July 28th, at 1:55pm EDTthe Moon aligns with the Sun in 5.5 degrees of Leo — in other words, the New Moon will be exact (I recommend you also watch my New Moon video on the subject).

There are several planets of importance in this New Moon chart: Jupiter & Chiron in Aries (both exalted/stationing); Mars, Uranus, & the North Node align in Taurus; finally, Saturn in Aquarius & Mercury in Leo square the Moon Nodes in Taurus-Scorpio.

The dwarf planet/asteroid Ceres aligns with the New Moon in Leo; this makes nurturing our inner creative child and any physical children essential for the next 28 days.

Jupiter & Chiron are not only exalted in this New Moon chart, but they also both make an aspect to the New Moon, Mercury & Venus… But more about all of that in a moment, first let’s talk about the New Moon energies:

The New Moon in fun-loving, extroverted, expressive Leo has us looking for heartfelt experiences. It’s important for us to express ourselves, to learn about love — and in particular, to learn about how those things work together to help us create from the heart and from a place of joy.

Think about the keywords for this self-expressed fire sign: “proud, generous, hospitable, caring, warm, authoritative, active, open, fun-loving”… How could you live into those words?

Leo is ruled by the Sun, symbol of consciousness and the unique light we came to shine in this lifetime — this is what we were born to explore and express — so ask yourself: Where could I shine my unique light more brightly? What brings me joy? Not just in general… but in this very moment?

Leo also represents our creativity: there are as many ways to be creative and self-expressed as there are “selves” — indeed, we are all creators — we create with every thought, word, and action.

Creativity requires innocence, curiosity, courage, and play. To live it out, we must tap into the unique spark inside of us in a joyful way — and allow ourselves the freedom to make mistakes — creativity thrives on love and permission and is stifled by judgment and fear.

Take a moment to contact your “free inner child” — that place inside that is ready to play and create. What might encourage that inner child to come out and play? If you aren’t sure, there’s no need to guess: Try asking it gently and directly…

As I started to talk about earlier, Jupiter & Chiron in Aries are both exalted/stationing at the time of the New Moon; when a planet is in its Station phase, we are more fully aware of its energy. This helps us to get more connected to…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 3-8 degrees of Leo, Aquarius, Taurusor Scorpio? Or do your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer? This New Moon may feel stronger to you…

And last, but definitely not least: the New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle; the best time for the intention-setting process is soon after the New Moon becomes exact, and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.

That means the best & most potent time to set intentions this month would be between 1:55pm, Thursday, July 28th, and 12:29am on Saturday, July 30th. As always, all times are in EDT — the New York timezone.

New Moon in Cancer — the article

On June 28th at 10:52pm EDT, the New Moon becomes exact in almost 7.5 degrees of Cancer; this is the beginning of a new Moon cycle. Feel free to watch my New Moon video on the subject.

This New Moon makes a square to Jupiter in Aries, and Mars (the ruler of Aries) squares Pluto in Capricorn & sextiles Saturn in Aquarius — just to name a few. Whenever faster-moving bodies (in this case the Sun, Moon, and Mars) link up with slower, outer planets (in this case Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto) in close aspect, the collective desire for change increases.

Another thing worth mentioning with this New Moon chart is Neptune’s highly exalted energy at the time of the New Moon — but before we go into all of this in detail, let’s first talk about the Cancer archetype:

Cancer is the first water sign of the zodiac, as such, it relates to the development of the “emotional body” — so this Moon cycle amplifies feelings, instincts, and needs.

Cancer represents the yin, receptive principle, which births, nurtures, and protects life. The Sun and Moon in Cancer remind us that we must also receive as well as give. Both constant giving and constant taking are unhealthy and unsustainable.

Our feeling nature has been denied and suppressed for millennia, but we have begun to embrace it more fully since 2011, when Neptune started its journey through Pisces.

Feelings are an essential source of information about our true needs — they are a dashboard that tells us what is healthy for us. When we don’t heed that information, we become dependent on others for validation and direction, or lose ourselves in addictions and distractions.

With this New Moon occurring in protective, introverted Cancer, we are invited to surround ourselves with quality and safety; we can expect anything connected to home, family, real estate, or childhood issues to be heightened in our awareness for the next four weeks.

This New Moon highlights the importance of listening to our feelings, focusing on Self-care, healing old wounds from the past, and releasing unhealthy patterns that keep us stuck in the past.

Cancer is all about supporting and protecting life, but many of us are conditioned to ignore our own bodies and our environment — along with our inner life, feeling-bodies, and emotional/spiritual connection to other life forms.

This creates a disconnect not only from our true selves but also from the rest of the world. Many of us tend to put little value on emotional intelligence, but it’s very hard to have meaningful, authentic connections without it — and it begins with self-connection and self-awareness.

Ask yourself: What might I do differently if my feelings were just little children that wanted to be heard? What price might I be paying for denying or suppressing their little voices? Cancer reminds us that…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 5-10 degrees of Cancer, Capricorn, Aries, or Libra? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. Intentions are best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.

So this month, the best and most potent time to set intentions would be any time between 10:52pm (June 28th) and 4:14pm EDT, on Thursday afternoon (June 30th); and then again between 8:40pm and 10:52pm EDT (also on June 30th).

Super Full Moon in Sagittarius — the article

On June 14th at 7:52am EDTthe Full Moon in almost 23.5 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect the moment the Moon entered Sagittarius, early on Sunday evening, June 12. This month’s Full Moon is also known as the Strawberry Moon — the last Full Moon in Spring.

In addition, this Full Moon is also a SuperMoon. These occur when the Moon is either Full or New while at its closest distance to the Earth and are therefore more powerful. This often means an increase in emotional reactivity and greater awareness around the issues connected to the particular Full Moon energy in question.

For the next two weeks, we seek balance, as we become more aware of something that needs to be brought into alignment or integrated. The balance in question is between our mental processes — symbolized by Gemini — and our quest for a larger truth or meaning (linked to Sagittarius) ==> If you are already a Member of my online community, you can learn more about this month’s Super Full Moon, just click here to watch my video!

Saturn in Aquarius is still exalted, although the planet is now in its Retrograde motion and forming a sextile with the Moon in Sagittarius, while Neptune in Pisces squares the Full Moon polarity. The ruler of Gemini (Mercury), and the ruler of Sagittarius (Jupiter) make a Sextile to each other. Mercury is in an exalted degree and Mars aligns with Chiron in Aries. All of this plays a crucial role in this Full Moon chart.

More about the specifics in a moment, but one thing to remember in general: Full Moons are always times of awareness and culmination. We see things that we have not seen before and get a chance to make some changes if we don’t like what we see.

So think back to the New Moon phase that started on May 30th: What seeds were planted at that time? What has “sprouted” since?

Let’s first talk about the Sagittarian-Gemini polarity:

At its highest vibration, Sagittarius shows us a wider perspective, one that has us looking beyond facts and learned knowledge to our direct life experiences and the wisdom gained thereby. It’s all about seeking a higher truth, and a higher meaning for life’s challenges — a philosophy that would help us understand life’s trials and tribulations.

So that’s Sagittarius’s highest vibration — what of its shadow side? When we suppress this energy inside of us, we become…

New Moon in Gemini — the article

On May 30th at 7:30am EDTthe Moon aligns with the Sun in 9 degrees of Gemini; this marks not only the beginning of a new Moon cycle, but we are also no longer in Eclipse Season. I also recommend you watch my New Moon video on the subject.

One major thing to note in this New Moon chart is that we have 2 planets in their Station phases — and therefore exalted)— and one of those two planets is also the ruler of this New Moon! Something is therefore “in our face” in regards to the energies of Mercury & Saturn, demanding our attention and awareness; I will talk more about all of this below, but first, let’s look at the Gemini influence of this New Moon:

Gemini is the archetype of curiosity, communication in all its forms, and mental connections — it represents the development of language and intelligence, as well as our ability to adapt and relate to our immediate environment.

This is a “busy” energy focused on collecting information. We are invited to look at our mental programming and conditioned mind to see what needs to go — and what new thought structures we might want to engage with.

Since Mercury (the ruler of Gemini) is still in its Retrograde motion until June 3rd, we may need to go over thoughts and information collected before May 10th (the start of the retrograde phase), and engage with new thought structures and information after June 18th (once Mercury has exited its Shadow phase).

Here are some questions you can ask yourself for this New Moon: What motivates me to learn? When I talk to myself about sharing or processing information, what do I typically say? What do I say to myself about being connected to others? About my intellectual capacities? In what area of my life am I a student? A teacher? Am I sometimes both, depending on the day?

The spiritual goal of Gemini is the development of perception, thought, and communication; we are therefore invited to become aware of all the new connections created in the brain with each new thought or memory — and the more we think particular thoughts, the deeper the associated pathways become.

So, ask yourself: What mental paths do I keep heading down, even though I know I don’t need to go there anymore? What if I brought 5% more curiosity to my “self-listening”? Or when connecting with others?

The New Moon sextiles the Jupiter/Mars alignment in Aries; let’s talk a little bit about that planetary alignment first, before we address the Sextile to the New Moon:

Mars’ energy combines with Jupiter’s expansiveness to increase our enthusiasm, liveliness, and optimism. In Aries, this combo is quite fiery — so this could prove a very productive and busy time, particularly when it comes to things we feel passionate about, or strongly identify with.

Feel free to also watch my webinar on the subject, if you haven’t seen it yet — we looked at our own birth charts in connection with those planetary movements, to see how each one of us is personally impacted by this. Click here for more info.

Now, the Sextile of this alignment to the New Moon gives us an opportunity to…

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 7-11 degrees of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo or Pisces?  If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly; this is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer)

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle; this is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact, and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.

So, this month, any time between 7:30am (on May 30th) and 4:10pm (on May 31st) would be best, then again from 1:49am until 7:30am (on June 1st) — please note that all times are given in the Eastern Daylight Timezone — the timezone New York City occupies.

Jupiter in Aries 2022/23 – the article

On May 10th at 7:22pm EDT, Jupiter changed signs from creative, sensitive, and intuitive Pisces to independent, direct, fast-moving Aries. Its first pass through Aries will last until Oct. 28th, 2022. It will then journey again through Pisces until December of 2022; then Jupiter makes its second move into Aries on Dec. 20th, this time until May 16th, 2023.

In our individual natal chart, the position of Jupiter reveals how we express generosity and tolerance, and how we go about trusting others and improving our lives.

Ask yourself: Where do I look for wisdom and understanding? Where do I need movement and spaciousness? Where do I feel optimistic and have faith that things will turn out ok?

Jupiter represents the principle of expansion — it operates like a magnifying glass. It’s been in Pisces since mid-May, 2021 (with the exception of August until December 2021). During its time in Pisces, the magnifying glass was looking at creating more opportunities for (and through) spiritual or creative endeavors. We likely could also have felt a desire to contribute to life from a heart-centered place. This may have been an inner process for some, or an external process related to how we experience connecting with others — or around feeling interconnected with our fellow humans.

Jupiter in Aries, on the other hand, brings the magnifying lens to bear on our individual passions and goals. The opportunity now is to bring the enthusiastic energies of Jupiter to the fulfillment of our own desires — and to get excited about new paths and new projects.

This aspect also promotes a greater understanding of our potential to expand our passionate self and its goals — and fearlessly bring that energy to the world.

Again, Jupiter will be in Aries until Oct. 28th, 2022, and then will return to that sign from Dec. 20th, 2022, through May 16th, 2023. During these two periods, we attract good fortune when we are enthusiastic and direct, moving things forward with an optimistic attitude, and bringing inspirational fire to our interactions with others.

We value instant results and are motivated by competition, believing in ourselves and our ability to do it on our own; we are best served by enthusiasm and faith in the power of positivity.

We are each particularly invited to walk our own path and fearlessly explore new avenues that lead to new adventures. Possibilities are strong for tremendous creativity, self-expression, and recognition of our ability to positively influence our circumstances.

We also likely develop far more faith in ourselves. Adventures, self-growth, and athletic pursuits can all bring us great pleasure and a sense of rejuvenation. We are optimistic and generous — with strong morals.

Jupiter in Aries helps to create…

All this is especially true if you are a Sagittarius or Aries Sun- or Rising-sign. As a Sagittarius, you will feel a greater need for independence — let’s hope that doesn’t show up as running away from your relationships 🙂 As an Aries, you will most likely feel a greater sense of possibility, together with a need to grow and expand your passions, over the next year (i.e. until May 2023).

Where does Jupiter-in-Aries fall in your own birth chart? What aspects does it make during this transit? How does a wise response to one house support a more fruitful response to the next? What outward opportunities arise as Jupiter interacts with any of your personal planets? Where might you experience a major expansion between now and May 2023? Where are you ready to forge your own path and make a positive impact?

If you’d like more insight into those questions, we will cover Jupiter’s move through Aries in more detail in the next Forecasting Forum — so if you want to know how this planetary movement is impacting you personally, feel free to join us live on May 21st, or register for the mp4-video-presentation of the live event.

Are you reading this after May 21st, 2022? If so, you can also purchase the video presentation of the “Jupiter in Aries until May 2023 webinar — we applied Jupiter’s movement to our own birth charts! Click here to purchase our webinar on the subject.

Powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio — the article

On May 15/16th, at 12:14am EDTthe Moon opposes the Sun (in 25 degrees of Scorpio/Taurus). The entrance of the Moon into Scorpio (on May 14th) begins the energetic build-up towards this powerful Full Moon. If you are already a Member of my online community, feel free to watch my Lunar Eclipse video here

This powerful Full Moon is a Total Lunar Eclipse that can be viewed in the Central, Eastern, and European Times zones. The duration of totality lasts 85.5 minutes (= 1.5 hrs). This means that we will feel the influence of this Lunar Eclipse for 45 days.

This particular Lunar Eclipse is the second of two Eclipses within a two-week period; it offers an opportunity for a deeper, more authentic connection with ourselves and others. Our physical and emotional bodies strongly feel the intensity of it all, so keep in mind: Eclipses ultimately support a shift in consciousness and thus bring us closer to our Soul’s path.

During a Lunar Eclipse, the Full Moon slowly dims as it passes through the Earth’s shadow, stimulating our emotional body and increasing our awareness of unconscious patterns and fears. If you’d like to learn more, and as a Member of my online community, click here to watch my Lunar Eclipse video.

As you might know from my last Solar Eclipse video, Eclipses are always powerfully connected to the Moon Nodes and thus to our Soul’s Journey (both collectively and individually). The Moon Nodes remain in polarity for 18 months. They have been in Taurus-Scorpio since Jan. 18th, 2022, highlighting issues around emotional & physical stability, finance, and our relationship with our physical environment and natural resources.

The North Node in Taurus emphasizes the necessity of self-esteem and a healthy relationship with the physical world — with our bodies, resources, and the Earth. The South Node in Scorpio symbolizes our need to face our fears, heal old trauma, and own our power, so we can step into a more passionate relationship with life.

Eclipses reoccur in 19-year cycles. On May 15/16th, 2003, there was a Lunar Eclipse at 24º53’ Scorpio-Taurus, very close to the degree of this Eclipse. Ask yourself: What areas of my life needed to be addressed back then? Where am I being called to make major changes now?

All Eclipses transmit new energetic codes and transformative downloads, symbolized by the signs involved, in this case: The Moon in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio opposes the Sun in steady, peaceful Taurus.

There are several aspects worth mentioning in this Full Moon-Lunar Eclipse chart: a T-Square with Saturn in Aquarius as the Focus point, Pluto (the ruler of Scorpio), Mars (the co-ruler of Scorpio), and Neptune, all make harmonious aspects to the Eclipse polarity, Venus (the ruler of Taurus) aligns with Chiron in Aries, Mercury and Pluto are in their Retrograde motions, Jupiter is in 0º of Aries, and last but not least, Uranus, again, plays a big role in this Eclipse chart — and we will address all of them in a moment.

I should also mention that we focused on both Eclipses, as they relate to our own individual birth charts, in our recent Forecasting Forum “Eclipse season & Pluto Station, April-May 2022”: click here for more info or to purchase this webinar  — and feel free to re-listen to it, if you are already a Star Member — if you are at that Membership level, it was emailed to you on April 16th.

Since this Lunar Eclipse is almost a continuation of the last Lunar Eclipse in November of 2021, in 27º of Taurus-Scorpio, we can check to see how far we have come since then, when it comes to facing our fears and valuing ourselves and our authentic relationships to others. Ask yourself: What fears or inauthentic(or even toxic) relationships must I still release or transform if I am to step into greater abundance and happiness in my life?

For the next 45 days, we seek the balance and integration of two polarities and are aware that something needs to be brought into alignment; the balance in question is between our physical attachments, aversions, and connections — symbolized by Taurus— and our emotional attachments, aversions, and connections (Scorpio).

The time of the Lunar Eclipse brings greater awareness to what was unconscious or hidden previously. This particular one invites us to let go of fears or disempowering behaviors and thereby break through to the next level of our evolution, individually and collectively.

So, here’s this Eclipse’s central question: As a society, are we living in alignment with our values, with what makes us happy and satisfied? How about as individuals? Do we feel empowered and emotionally fulfilled? Are there any fears in our way to achieving progress? Or any rigid thought processes? All right, let’s look at the signs involved in this polarity,…

Because Eclipses are so powerful, they require a bigger orb than a regular Full or New Moon. I usually use a 5º orb instead of 2º… so since this Lunar Eclipse takes place in 25º of Scorpio…

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 20-29 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, Aquarius, or 0 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you are more affected by this month’s powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Solar Eclipse in Taurus — the article

On April 30th, at 4:28pm EDTa powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse becomes exact in 10.5 degrees of TaurusSolar Eclipses are extra-powerful New Moons that take place approximately every 6 months — this is the first in 2022, and also the first Solar Eclipse in Taurus (in this particular Eclipse cycle that will be in effect until July 2023) you may also want to watch my Solar Eclipse video.

During a Solar Eclipse, the Moon momentarily interrupts the normal flow of Solar Radiation, destabilizing existing configurations of energy, and reorganizing consciousness to a higher level. Solar Eclipses indicate the beginning of a new experience, project, or cycle.

Eclipses usually come in pairs (Solar and Lunar), and “Eclipse seasons” start approximately 10 days before the first Eclipse of the pair, and continue through the second.

This particular Eclipse season began on April 20th, 10 days before the Solar Eclipse becomes exact, and it will end 10 days after the Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio that follows this Solar Eclipse (in other words, by May 26th, 2022).

While Eclipse season is underway, allow for new templates to download, stay centered, and do your best to ground from within — try using conscious breathing and conscious flexibility — and best of all, see if you can move to the “observer position” when it comes to the emotional and mental body. And remember, this won’t last forever: on May 26th, the downloads are complete 😉

Eclipses are a time for clarifying and affirming our highest path. We are bound to experience a release and recalibration of some sort — “old” codes will get deleted and new ones downloaded — and this is especially true in connection with our relationship to the physical world.

This begins with the relationship to ourselves, our body, our talents, whether we value ourselves enough to ask for our worth, whether we are able to say “No” to something that is not in alignment with our values or doesn’t honor our body. This helps us to be more aware of how much we love ourselves and our physical experience on this planet.

The Sun and Moon are connected to one of the Moon Nodes during an Eclipse, alternating between North and South Node Eclipses, emphasizing the evolutionary upgrades that are available to us during such times. This is the first North Node Solar Eclipse in Taurus since the Moon Nodes moved into the Taurus-Scorpio polarity on January 18th, 2022.

North Node Eclipses help us move towards a new exploration of an energy that promotes our Soul’s evolution. They ask us to focus on the energies of the sign involved in the Eclipse (Taurus, in this case) and work with the lighter/higher frequencies of those energies as much as possible. They highlight our ability for individual and collective growth and evolution.

Eclipses are crossroads or turning points along our Soul’s Journey. They are often marked by events or situations that signify a critical shift in our lives, nudging us to either change and grow, or face greater difficulties at the next turning point. In this case, the next turning point will be on August 2nd — when the Sun is in Leo squares this month’s Solar Eclipse degree.

Solar Eclipses, in particular, often correspond to major endings and beginnings. They occur close to the same degree every 19 years, and the last time we had a New Moon in this particular degree and sign while the North Node was traveling through Taurus was on May 1st, 2003. Although this was not yet an Eclipse because the North Node was too far away from the New Moon, by degree, this particular New Moon certainly started Eclipse Season that year.

We are likely to experience a resonance between now and that time — “resonance”, not repetition — so think back to the Spring of 2003, and ask yourself: Were there any major endings and beginnings? What was important to me back then? If I were to take those priorities to the next level, where would that next level find me?

If you’re looking for more guidance on those questions, I would suggest taking a look at your Natal Chart — the House placement of the Eclipse will indicate which area of life is the readiest to embrace abundance and rise to a new level of consciousness around self-worth and honoring the Self.

If you need some help with that exploration, feel free to click here and get my webinar: “Eclipse Season & Pluto Station April-May 2022”

Solar Eclipses are also a good time to go within and seed anything we would like to learn over the next 6 months — we’ll dig into this in more detail towards the end of this article when we talk about setting Solar Eclipse Intentions. Please note that setting Intentions for Solar Eclipses is different from a regular New Moon! So stayed tuned!

One major thing to note in this New Moon/Solar Eclipse chart: we have one planet in a very exalted state (Pluto in Capricorn starts its Retrograde phase the day before the Eclipse) and one planet conjunct the Eclipse (Uranus in Taurus) — both of those planets are…

Because Eclipses are so powerful, they require a bigger orb than a regular Full or New Moon. I usually use a 5º orb instead of 2º… so since this Solar Eclipse takes place in 10.5 degrees of Taurus:

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 5-16 degrees of Taurus, Scorpio, Leo or Aquarius?  If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly; this is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer)

We are downloading new templates at the time of an Eclipse, and the energies are quite intense, so we want to wait until it all settles down a little before setting our intentions — that said, we definitely do not want to set them during a Moon void of course.

Given all this, here are the best and most potent times to set your Intentions for this Solar Eclipse: Between 4:28pm, on May 2nd, and 4:28pm, on May 4th. Note that all times in this article are given in US Eastern Time — i.e., the New York time zone.

Set powerful intentions — remember, they cover the next six months — and if possible, align them with the Taurus energy!

If you live in a timezone other than EDT, and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fan-page and/or following me on Twitter, as I post reminders on those platforms when it’s time to set your intentions 😉

Full Moon in Libra — the article

On April 16th at 2:55pm EDT, the Full Moon becomes exact in almost 27 degrees of Libra. All Full Moons bring an opportunity for increased awareness and integration of the traits connected to the relevant Full Moon polarities, especially those that have been neglected or suppressed.

This Full Moon has heightened effects on us for two important reasons: first, Pluto is exalted and in a square aspect to the Full Moon! Secondly, Saturn makes an exact Square to the Moon Nodes in Scorpio-Taurus. All of this increases emotionality and fosters larger shifts in consciousness.

So the questions here are: What am I aware of? What will I choose? Where will I focus my mind? My Heart? What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with being in transition?

There are some other aspects in this Full Moon chart, and we will address all of them in a moment — and if you are a Member of my online community, feel free to also watch my Full Moon video here

A quick announcement: Please know that I would never reach out to anyone individually on social media, and ask them for money. I will also never rush you to make a decision when it comes to booking a Reading or any of my other Services. If you receive a message from someone who claims to be me, or claims to be working for me, via any social media platform, please email me right away to let me know. Lia is the only Soul-Based Astrologer that is currently working with me, and she will also never ask you for money or rush you into making any kind of decision.

On April 14th, the Moon enters Libra; this starts the energetic build-up towards the Full Moon — and almost 46 hours laterthe Sun in Aries opposes the Moon in Libra.

Ask yourself: How far have I come with the Intentions I set around April 1st’s New Moon? If I’m not where I’d like to be with those intentions, what new course might take me closer to my goals?

The Libra-Aries polarity highlights the spiritual dance between various polarities:
* individual drives/goals and one-on-one relationships
* masculine and feminine
* independence and collaboration

Whether we are single or partnered up, we are all in relationship to someone — any one-on-one relationship counts here — business, personal, health-related, etc.

For the next two weeks, we seek balance between…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 25- 29 degrees of Libra, Aries, CapricornCancer? If so, you may feel the effects of this Full Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

New Moon in Aries — the article

On April 1st, at 2:24am EDT, the Moon aligns with the Sun in 11.5 degrees of Aries. This marks the beginning of a new Moon cycle; anything brand-new started in the next two weeks that is connected to some sort of healing process has the chance to get off to a great start. Click here to watch my New Moon video on the subject.

This New Moon chart has 3 planets and 3 asteroids in Aries. This line-up in Aries consists of Mercury, the Moon, the Sun, Chiron, Pallas Athena, and Eris. Chiron is the most popular of the asteroids, as it is connected to our Healing Process — and as such, it will be our focus for this New Moon chart.

We are all trying to do our best to show up as “whole beings” in the world, but our conditioning in the Western world is so focused on the masculine (doing, achieving, asserting) approach that we are having a hard time being ourselves completely (no matter what gender we were born into or what we identify as).

The masculine energies traditionally come with a lot of baggage as well. It is rare to see leaders or public figures show up as an example of the “sacred or divine masculine”. The unbalanced or immature version of the masculine brings a need to dominate, violate, force, destroy, overpower, and dictate to others — again this is not gender-specific.

When we look at history, we can very clearly identify this unbalanced, immature masculine energy. Even when we look at our world today, there is still a tremendous amount of this energy present, even though we have already started the process of integrating the divine feminine (allowing, receiving, nurturing, kindness), and healing the traditional masculine (through acceptance of our human limitations and compassion with those limitations).

As we balance our approach more and more, through integrating the divine feminine, and uplifting the sacred masculine, we are more capable to connect on a holistic level to ourselves and others: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Chiron in Aries shows us where we need to take this holistic approach in our lives and embrace ourselves fully and completely (including our insecurities, pain, and shame — in other words: our humanity).

We are being asked to not only embrace our own humanity but to acknowledge and take responsibility for the limitations the traditional masculine brings with it. Only then can we step more fully into the divine masculine — the fire within us that burns for self-realization, freedom to walk our own unique path, and courage to embrace all facets of ourselves (human & spirit). Ask yourself

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 9-14 degrees of either Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

The New Moon is also the best time to set some intentions for this month’s Moon cycle — this process is especially powerful with the New Moon in Aries — and as always, this is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact (and definitely not during a Moon void of course).

So this month, we have two opportune times frames for setting intentions: The first one lasts 31.5 hours, between 2:24am on April 1st and 9:51am on April 2nd; the second lasts 13.5 hours, between 12:50pm on April 2nd and 2:24am on April 3rd (as always, all times are EDT- New York time). For more info on setting New Moon Intentions click here

If you live in a timezone other than EDT (US East Coast-time), I recommend you join my Facebook Fan-page or follow me on twitter as I post reminders on April 1st throughout the day, on April 2nd in the morning and then again in the afternoon/evening, to let you know when it is the most potent time to set your intentions 😉

Full Moon in Virgo — the article

The next Full Moon will be “exact” on March 18th, at 3:18am EDT/7:18am GMT, in almost 28 degrees of Virgo — and by then, we are halfway through the Lunar cycle that started on March 2nd.

Take a look at the New Moon Intentions you set around March 2nd, and ask yourself: How far have I come with those Intentions? If I’m not where I’d like to be with them, what new course might bring me closer to my goals?

If you are already a Member of my online community, feel free to also watch my Full Moon video.

A Full Moon is always an opposition between the Moon and the Sun; during these oppositions, we seek balance, alignment and integration around two perspectives that seem like polar opposites. Very often, we experience this through our interactions with others, and since these interactions are also the pathway to resolution, relationships of all kinds are highlighted during Full Moons.

The balance we seek between Virgo and Pisces seems to be the fundamental challenge of our time: to integrate head and heart, science and intuition, discernment and compassion. This Full Moon shows each of us how far we have come with integrating those two seemingly opposite archetypes within ourselves — and how far we have yet to go.

This particular Full Moon has a planetary line-up known as a Stellium; it’s in Pisces, includes Mercury (the ruler of Virgo), and it connects favorably to the current Moon Nodes in Taurus/Scorpio. Pluto in Capricorn also plays an important role in this Full Moon chart. We will also look at the Venus-Mars alignment in Aquarius, and how it connects to other planets in this Full Moon chart. More about all of this in a moment… But first let’s take a look at the polarity of this Full Moon in general:

The Moon in Virgo opposes the Sun in Pisces. Virgo seeks personal and practical wholeness, while Pisces reminds us of a transcendent wholeness — our divinity and interconnectedness with all of life.

Virgo benefits from apprenticeship, whereas Pisces learns to trust inner guidance above all else — when balanced, we are able to discern without judgment, serve without obligation, and love all of creation, including ourselves.

Virgo analyzes, Pisces feels: We are invited to discern what’s real, so we can make healthier choices. To find the balance between Virgo and Piscesask yourself…

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point, or personal planets in 25-29 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, Sagittarius, or 0 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, this month’s Full Moon will affect you more; the same is true for those of us with our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

New Moon in Pisces — the article

On March 2nd, at 12:35pm EST, the Moon aligns with the Sun in 12 degrees of Pisces, marking the beginning of a new Moon cycle. Feel free to also watch my New Moon video on the subject

Because New Moons mark the ending and beginning of a monthly cycle, they are an optimal time to pause, reflect, and set new Intentions for the next 28 days.

This New Moon chart has four planets in Pisces — a line up (aka Stellium) that includes the Sun, the Moon, Jupiter and Neptune; the New Moon and Jupiter also sextile Uranus in Taurus. The Sun squares December’s Solar Eclipse degree several hours after the New Moon becomes exact, which signifies a turning point.

There is also a second line up in this New Moon chart that takes place in Capricorn, and includes Venus, Mars, and Pluto. And since those three planets answer to Saturn right now (Saturn being the ruler of Capricorn), we must also mention the current Saturn-Mercury conjunction in Aquarius.

All of this will bring some forward movement. The next four weeks are thus essential in our lives on both the personal and collective levels. In fact, new beginnings are possible on multiple levels, as long as we get enough rest and make time for tuning in. I will go into all of this in more detail in a moment, but first let’s start with the Stellium in Pisces:

Pisces invites us to connect with our inner divinity, and with our ability to receive, trust our intuition, and contribute to life from a heart-centered and empathic place.

Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, and thus connects us to our spiritual journey, as it represents a reunion with Source/God/the Universe. At its highest vibration, Pisces unifies all dualities — it is completely aware of the oneness of all. It tells us there is a union within, that exists always, and that we can tap into it.

Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in 10-14 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly for the next 28 days. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. This is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase — so this month, the best time to set intentions would be between 12:35pm on March 2nd and 4:45pm on March 3rd, and then again from 7:52pm on March 3rd until 12:35pm on March 4th (New York-time)

Full Moon in Leo – the article

On Feb. 16th at 11:56am ESTthe Moon opposes the Sun in 28 degrees of Leo — and this is when this month’s Full Moon becomes exact. We will start to feel this Full Moon build from the moment the Moon enters Leo on Monday morning (Feb. 14th). Relationships of all kinds are highlighted.

All Full Moons offer opportunities for us to see things in a new light; they also guide us away from polarization and division, toward balance and integration.

Ask yourself: How far have I come since setting Intentions back on Feb. 1st or 2nd, after the New Moon became exact? What am I aware of at this time?

The balance and integration we seek with this month’s Full Moon is connected to the Aquarius-Leo polarity.

This current Full Moon makes a Quincunx to Pluto in Capricorn, it also squares the Lunar Eclipse degree from Nov. 2021 and the Moon Nodes in Taurus-Scorpio — and, in this Full Moon chart, we also have some opportune planetary connections to Jupiter (the planet of possibility and expansion), which encourage us to release old assumptions and trust new possibilities. I will go into all those in detail in a moment…

As a Member of my online community, if you’d like to learn more about this month’s Full Moon, click here to watch my video.

The Full Moon Squares the Lunar Eclipse degree from Nov. 2021, making this Full Moon a powerful turning point on our journey towards greater stability — collectively and individually speaking.

What is your turning point? What needs to shift for you?

If you are familiar with your natal chart, take a look at the Houses involved (connected to the Square between this month’s Full Moon and the Lunar Eclipse from last year November) to see how this might play out for you 😉

If you prefer that I take a look at this for you, feel free to either book a 25-minute Soul Purpose Reading with me, a 25-minute Reading with Lia, or ask your question during the Monthly Forecasting Forum on Feb. 19th.

On Feb. 19th, we will investigate the upcoming Squares (in late February and early March), to the Eclipse points — in relationship to our own birth charts.

Now, let’s take a look at this Full Moon’s polarities: Aquarius, along with its co-rulers Saturn and Uranus, deals with the idea of being human, both on an individual level and as a member of the “human family”.

It represents a unique vision and approach to life. The classic Aquarian vision is one of interconnected equality — paradoxically, we are reminded at the same time that the power of unity lies in diversity.

Leo, on the other hand, is all about our individual self-expression, creativity, our ability to connect to a courageous, innocent heart, and inner joy.

This Full Moon is our chance to make a more conscious effort to embrace, integrate, and explore the lighter/higher vibrations of Leo. This is an optimistic, and extroverted sign, that represents our capacity to love — and our willpower. It signifies the quest to live from our center, our core, our truth — with joy in our hearts.

This Full Moon reminds us that everyone has the power to make a difference in the world, small or large — and when we join together, that power grows exponentially.

Ask yourself: How could I best honor both my individual self-expression and my interconnectedness with the world? How am I adding my voice (in small ways and large)?

As with all Full Moons, there’s a shadow side to be discussed — the Shadow of both signs involved in this Full Moon: Aquarius & Leo — and please note that the shadow side of any sign is usually not as comfortable to look at or easy to embrace. Aquarius’s shadow side

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in the following: 26-29 degrees of Leo, Aquarius, Taurus, Scorpio, or 0 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, or Sagittarius? If so, you may feel the effects of this Full Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer(the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

New Moon in Aquarius – the article

On Feb. 1st at 12:46am EST, a powerful New Moon in almost 12.5 degrees of Aquarius becomes exact; this is the beginning of a new Moon cycle.  I also recommend you watch my video on the subject.

This Lunar cycle invites us to go out there and connect (or re-connect) with “our people” – with a tribe that resonates, a cause that feels aligned with our principles and our integrity, a connection that serves a larger vision for the future, etc.

This New Moon is unique in that it takes place on the same day as Chinese New Year and marks the beginning of the Year of the Yang Water Tiger, emphasizing the importance of caution, growth, development, challenge, creation, and planning. Ask yourself: Where am I ready for a new plan? Where do I need to still implement some changes in order to move forward?

The Tiger in Chinese Astrology represents power, prestige, and autonomy. Yang-Water is connected to flowing water, like a river, or the clouds in the sky. So you could say: when we allow the flow to guide us (in other words, when we trust our intuition), we grow stronger and can achieve more.

According to Chinese Astrology, 2022 is a great year to start a business or career goal: We are full of energy to take on a challenge and set off on an adventure.

Coming back to Western, Tropical Astrology, we have two exalted planets in this New Moon chart: Mercury (the planet of communication & how we process information) and Venus (the planet of self-worth & how we relate to others). Both of them are currently in Capricorn, and are thus asking us to be extra-mindful about connecting to a healthy sense of responsibility and self-reliance.

Mercury comes to a halt — ending its 3-week Retrograde phase — only 2.5 days after the New Moon becomes exact (on Feb. 3rd in the late evening), while Venus ends her 6-week Retrograde phase only 3 days before the New Moon becomes exact on Jan. 29th, at 3:36am EST.

When a planet changes directions, its energy will be “louder” for some days before and after that shift. Venus has been “louder” since Jan. 23rd and will continue to ask for our attention until Feb. 4th. Mercury will be exalted until Feb. 6th.

When planets end Retrograde phases, they are ready to move forward and bring to the world whatever material they have learned and integrated during the Retrograde. Ask yourself…

James Clear, says it beautifully in this article: “For most of our evolutionary history, our ancestors lived in tribes. Becoming separated from the tribe—or worse, being cast out—was a death sentence… When we have to choose between the two, people often select friends and family over facts… The way to change people’s minds is to become friends with them, to integrate them into your tribe, to bring them into your circle… As proximity increases, so does understanding… If someone you know, like, and trust believes a radical idea, you are more likely to give it merit, weight, or consideration… the best place to ponder a threatening idea is in a non-threatening environment. As a result, books are often a better vehicle for transforming beliefs than conversations or debates… The word “kind” originated from the word “kin.” When you are kind to someone it means you are treating them like family… Develop a friendship. Share a meal. Gift a book. Be kind first, be right later.”

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 10-15 degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, or Scorpio? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Finally, let’s talk “New Moon Intentions” 🙂 The New Moon is the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle; this is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact, and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.

That means that this month, the best time to set intentions would be any time between 12:46am and 6:01am on Feb. 1st, and then again, from 6am on Feb. 2nd until 12:46am on Feb. 3rd -(New York Time/US Eastern Time)

If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast), and converting timezones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fanpage and/or following me on Twitter. I will post reminders to let you know when it is time to set your New Moon intentions 😉
