Monday, the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day; it will journey there until Tuesday late evening. Emotional authenticity is extremely important to us at this time; anything less than 100% emotional honesty could be perceived as flat-out dishonest.
Once we feel safe trusting someone, we want to merge with them, preferably forever — as long as our trust is never betrayed.
The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power. It does so through subtraction — it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. This makes it an excellent time to look at “old” fears, limiting habits, or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.
The Moon in Scorpio tends to run right over ambiguity — it’s “in or out”, “with us or against us”, “love me or leave me”, etc. It can, therefore, be stormy — a cold winter storm or a torrid tropical storm of passion, depending on how we “work” the energies.
Monday early morning, a somewhat challenging Mercury/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 4:57am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Sunday morning(July 14th) on; it will remain strong until Tuesdaymorning (July 16th). This will contribute either to a lack of mental energy or a need to focus more inwardly.
This aspect operates more internally: We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward, and we must make a choice.
The sheer scope of our goals in life can require more effort than is immediately apparent. Hard work can take its toll on our mental health. If we partition our big ideas into achievable segments — and go one clear action step at a time — we can move forward while maintaining inner peace and outer health.
Use your time wisely! Develop inner awareness to see what needs adjusting.
Could you let go, just for now, of wanting to rank things in order? Could you let go, just for now, of wanting to be in control? Wanting to know what’s next? Might slowing down and turning inward give you the solution that you are looking for?
Might it be possible that showing gratitude towards others and opening your heart might lead to less stress or pressure?

Monday morning, a challenging Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 7:44am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last Friday morning(July 12th) on; it will remain strong until Thursdaylatemorning (July 18th). This asks us to stretch ourselves and expand from within.
We might feel less confident about who we are and have a hard time projecting a social “front”. Our conditioning and wounded sense of Self may be out of harmony with each other.
As best as you can, take this as an opportunity to make space for feeling vulnerable or emotional without seeing yourself as weak or “less than”. It is perfectly ok to be yourself and feel insecure once in a while; as best as you can, bring compassion and love to yourself and others. After all, we are all human…

This connection brings a lot of nervous energy with it: we will most likely feel sudden spurts of energy moving through our bodies; this could make us rash in thought and deed. We may experience sudden insights about ourselves and our valued goals.
Ask yourself: Might a deep breath into my belly calm my nervous system? What might it look like to consciously break away from situations that have limited me when it came to honoring myself and my talents?Where could I channel my courage?
Where do I need to “think different”? Act different?
Our willingness to innovate is strong with this alignment: new ways of seeing, using, and approaching our personal possessions, valuables, money, and talents are in focus.

On July 21st, at 6:17am EDT, the Moon opposes the Sun at 29 degrees of Capricorn. An exalted degree! Not only is it in the last degree of the sign, it will also be the second of two Full Moons in this particular polarity! The first one was on June 21st at 1º of Capricorn-Cancer.
The entrance of the Moon into Capricorn on July 19th, starts the energetic build-up towards this Full Moon.
All Full Moons bring greater awareness to our current situation — what’s working and what we need to change. This Full Moon in Capricorn–Cancer asks us to pay special attention to how well we are balancing the demands of our outer and inner lives.
Lots of planets are involved in this Full Moon chart:
The Moon in the last degree of Capricorn aligns with Pluto in an early degree of Aquarius
The Moon sextiles Neptune in Pisces (exact), and so, of course, the Sun in Cancer, which is exactly opposite the Moon, makes a Trine to Neptune
The Moon also trines Uranus in Taurus
The Moon as well as Pluto trine Mars in a very early degree of Gemini
Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn, currently retrograde in Pisces, doesn’t make a lot of strong aspects in this Full Moon chart, but it is still within 10 degrees of Neptune and is starting from a Square with Jupiter in Gemini (which we will talk about in more detail in the next New Moon video)
Some other aspects worth mentioning are: Mercury’s Square to Uranus (exact), and its Trine to an exalted Chiron in Aries
Lastly, Venus in Leo sextiles Jupiter(almost exact) and trines the North Node in Aries
Again, this is the second of two Full Moons in Capricorn within 30 days.
This doesn’t happen too often; the last time we had two consecutive Full Moons in the same sign was in March/April 2019, in Libra-Aries — the last time it happened in the sign of Capricorn-Cancer was 19 years ago, in June/July 2005
Ask yourself: What was important in my life during the summer of 2005? Where am I ready for a major upgrade now?
Having two consecutive Moons in the same sign is particularly interesting because of the degree in which they become exact — it is usually an exalted degree.
With the current Full Moon becoming exact in 29 degrees of Capricorn, we are getting a chance to complete something, most likely something that started with the first Full Moon in 1º of Capricorn on June 21st.
This will most likely be connected to long-term goals, social status, or worldly achievements, but it might also be connected to our energetic understanding of life and our spiritual sovereignty — since Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn, is currently moving through Pisces.
This is an exalted degree because it is the last degree of the sign and, thus, the last chance for any transiting celestial body to express itself fully before changing signs.
With any Full Moon, we see things we have not been aware of before, and we get a chance to make changes if we don’t like what we see.
Ask yourself: What’s happened to me since June 21st regarding long-term goals? What needs another look? What needs to change? What is asking for completion?

Monday morning, an opportune Venus/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 7:04am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Saturday evening(July 6th); it will remain strong until early Wednesday (July 10th). It gives us the opportunity to experiment with how we relate to others — to do something different or unusual — freedom plays a big part in this aspect.
Of course, others are experimenting too, so you might experience some unusual or unexpected interactions during this time — it’s a favorable time for social meetings and events. As best as you can, stay open and flexible: fresh air is blowing through your relationships.

This Moon phase lasts untilFriday evening when the New Moon in Cancer becomes exact (more about this on Friday… In the meantime, feel free to watch my video on the subject)
We are being asked to slow down and get quiet so we can listen to our inner sensing/intuition. For some of us, this might be a stretch.
As best as you can, stay grounded, take a deep breath, and exhale any tension. Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing existing projects or processes.
This is also a great time for letting go of whatever no longer serves us. What if you could hear the voice of your inner wisdom? What might it be saying?
Also, tomorrow (Tuesday), at 6:40am EDT,Neptune comes to a halt at 29º56′ of Pisces to start its yearly 5-month Retrograde phase.This phase lasts until December 7th (at 27º08′ of Pisces).
Until then, we are invited to access Neptune’s energy from within: Our intuition will be very strong during this time.
During this time, we can see how connected we are to our Higher Self/The Universe/Source. What’s more, we have an opportunity to dissolve any barriers between us and our Soul’s guidance.
For the next five months, ask yourself: Am I sensing my Soul’s desire for love and oneness to the fullest? Am I resting enough? Am I connecting to my intuition? Is anything keeping me from experiencing the flow of life?
Some of us will feel the effects more than others. Cancer is the first water sign of the zodiac, as such, it relates to the development of the “emotional body” — so this Moon cycle amplifies feelings, instincts, and needs.

This New Moon might be a big turning point for some of us. Firstly, it squares the Moon Nodes in Aries-Libra.
The Sun & Moon also makes a wide Conjunction to Venus in Cancer, and all three of them make a Trine to an exalted Saturn in Pisces that has been retrograde since June 29th.
Venus makes some additional aspects in this New Moon chart: a Square to Chiron in Aries, and a Sextile to Uranus & Mars in Taurus
Mars not only aligns with Uranus in Taurus but also sextiles Saturn in Pisces
Jupiter in Gemini makes a close Trine to the South Node in Libra and a Sextile to Mercury in Leo
And lastly, Mercury opposes Pluto in Aquarius — but before we unwrap the meaning of all of this, let’s first talk about the Cancer archetype:
Cancer represents the yin, receptive principle, which births, nurtures, and protects life. The Sun and Moon in Cancer remind us that we must also receive as well as give. Both constant giving and constant taking are unhealthy and unsustainable.

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 12-16 degrees ofCancer, Capricorn, Aries, or Libra? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign inLeoorCancer(the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. Intentions are best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.
So this month, the best and most potent time to set intentions would be any time between6:57pm and 11:47pm (on Saturday, July 6th) and then again, 9 minutes later, between 11:56pm (on Saturday night, July 6th) and 6:57pm (on Sunday, July 7th).

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Tuesday evening (for a little over 7.5 hours), Friday early morning (for 7 minutes), and Sunday very early morning (for 7 hours).

Monday, June 24th:
Monday, the Moon remains infreedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day. It will journey there until Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning.
Monday late morning, we may feel rather social. We get a chance to connect with like-minded people, expand each other’s minds, and share information that allows us to see the bigger picture. Great ideas and concepts can be shared right now. (Moon in Aquarius trines Jupiter in Gemini, exact at 10:52am EDT)
Monday afternoon, requires some inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice, one that demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to have physical and emotional safety and connect with what feels familiar — and on the other hand, the need to make progress and connect to like-minded people about our collective future visions.
This could also extend to personal, practical things vs. social, idealistic visions, and discerning what works now vs. “progress”. Awareness is critical with this aspect: What is needed? And when? How can we take the higher path? (Moon in Aquariusquincunxes Venus in Cancer, exact at 3pm EDT)
Monday evening, we are invited to make some adjustments in our lives. As best as you can, find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.

This week’s headline items: Venus has moved into Cancer — and Mercury joins her there on Monday early morning. Neptune starts to slow down (station) on Tuesday; late Thursday afternoon, the Sun changes signs from Gemini to Cancer — this also marks the yearly Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere. The Full Moon in Capricorn becomes exact on Friday evening; lastly, on Saturday, Saturn also begins to slow down (station).
There will be four brief Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Monday until 2:38am EDT, Wednesday early afternoon (for 13 minutes), Friday evening (for 10 minutes), and Sunday late evening (for 9 minutes).

Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, June 17th:
Monday is a huge day (astrologically speaking). The Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day. It will journey there until Wednesday early afternoon (June 19th). Emotional authenticity is extremely important to us at this time; anything less than 100% emotional honesty could be perceived as flat-out dishonest.
Once we feel safe trusting someone, we want to merge with them, preferably forever… as long as our trust is never betrayed.
The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power. It does so through subtraction — it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. This makes it an excellent time to look at “old” fears, limiting habits, or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.
Monday early morning, a challenging Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 3:41am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Saturday evening (June 15th) on; it will remain strong until Wednesday morning (June 19th). This aspect asks us to stretch ourselves and grow, which challenges us to get out of our comfort zone and to work through something that requires a creative approach.
In this case, our comfort zone is the mind (Gemini) and our need to be mentally busy and engaged. The challenge here is finding a way to trust our intuition (Pisces) and turn inward for answers and direction.
Ask yourself: What might be possible if I allowed myself to shift from only paying attention to my conditioned mind to getting present in the here and now and feeling into the energy and truth of who I am?
We may experience a lack of clarity and objectivity. We might make embarrassing errors, neglect important details, or carry some delusions now. Our lack of clarity may make it difficult for others to understand us.
Ask yourself: Is it possible that what I understand with the mind is very different from what I comprehend with the heart? And if that is so, could I trust my heart 5% more than I have done previously? Could I allow myself to slow down and rest in knowing that all is well all of the time?
We are more imaginative now and also more easily swayed by the opinions of others. We can be highly creative and inspired under this influence but also overly sensitive, touchy, or impractical.
It can be hard to follow routines or to concentrate on monotonous tasks (like work tasks or studies that involve attention to detail or rote learning); as best as you can, be compassionate with yourself and others during these three days. If you have an important contract to sign or negotiate, if possible, wait until after Wednesday.

Monday at 5:07am EDT, Mercury changes signs from chatty, versatile, curious, quick-wittedGemini to protective, nurturing, family-oriented Cancer. It will journey there until July 2nd. During this cycle, we are more sensitive to our surroundings, especially when listening and taking in information.
We also have more sympathy for the suffering of others. On the other hand, we have less objectivity, as emotions are always involved in our interactions with others; this could also mean we end up taking things more personally than we really need to — perhaps even to the extent that we start feeling sorry for ourselves.
As best as you can, remember to ask yourself: Is this really about me?
This is particularly true if you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign inGeminiorVirgo. You will feel a stronger need to connect with family or the people in your life that feel familiar and safe. You may also feel the need to talk about the past and work through past conditioning. If you are a Cancer Sun-sign or Rising-sign, you will be more chatty for the next 2 weeks.
Monday morning, a Mercury/Venus alignment in 0 degrees of Cancer becomes exact at 8:43am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Friday morning (June 14th) on; it will remain strong until Thursday morning (June 20th).
This is an excellent time to share about family, home, real estate, emotional connections, safety, motherhood — or anything we feel nurtures us — and also about any teaching endeavors connected to those areas.
This alignment supports communicating from a nurturing, supportive heart — and in fact, it becomes essential to connect to people with whom we feel a strong affinity.
We wish to form those connections in a spirit of harmony, sensitivity, and equality. In fact, we generally tend to have a strong sense of fairness at this time and want to be around people who share these values.

We feel uneasy about something, awkward, and need to make a choice — so we need to develop inner awareness.
Our compulsive side may lead us down a path that evades rational understanding. Our judgments — of circumstances, ourselves, and others — can be so extreme during this aspect that we can’t seem to make intelligent and consistent progress in our life for the two days it is in effect.
As best as you can, strive to be more trusting and less strict with yourself for these two days. Surrender to whatever you are experiencing right now: It is temporary!
