Full Moon in Libra — the article

On March 28th at 2:48pm EDTthe Full Moon becomes exact in 8 degrees of Libra. All Full Moons bring an opportunity for increased awareness and integration of the traits connected to the relevant Full Moon polarities, especially those that have been neglected or suppressed.

This Full Moon chart has two important emphases: first, it has a line up of planets in Aries – including Chiron — and all oppose the Moon; secondly, Uranus in Taurus quincunxes the Moon while still squaring Saturn in Aquarius! All of this heightens a sense of newness or “beginner’s mind”, but it also creates uncertainty, and emphasizes the “unknown”.

Here is a quote by Charles Eisenstein that fits quite well: “At each junction, we can be aware of what we follow: fear or love, self-preservation or generosity… Every act of compassion, kindness, courage, or generosity heals us from the story of separation…”.

So the question here is: What am I aware of? What will I choose? Where will I focus my mind? My Heart? What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with uncertainty?

There are lots of other aspects in this Full Moon chart as well, and we will address all of them in a moment; and if you are already a Member of my online community, feel free to also watch my Full Moon video here.

On the night of March 27/28th, the Moon enters Libra; this starts the energetic build up towards the Full Moon — and almost 13.5 hours later, the Sun in Aries opposes the Moon in Libra.

Ask yourself: How far have I come with the Intentions I set around March 13th’s New Moon? If I’m not where I’d like to be with those intentions, what new course might take me closer to my goals?

The Libra-Aries polarity highlights the spiritual dance between various polarities:
* individual drives/goals and one-on-one relationships
* masculine and feminine
* independence and collaboration

Whether we are single or partnered up, we are all in relationship to someone — any one-on-one relationship counts here — business, personal, health-related, etc.

For the next two weeks, we seek…

Path to Wholeness — Forecast for March 15th – 21st

This week’s headline items: Early Monday evening, Mercury changes signs from Aquarius to Pisces on and Venus squares the degree of the Dec. 14th Solar Eclipse. We can start to take actions on our New Moon intentions on Thursday. Saturday early morning, the Sun changes signs from Pisces to Aries (in the Northern hemisphere, this also marks the Spring Equinox), and Venus changes signs from Pisces to Aries on Sunday late morning. The first Quarter Moon in Cancer becomes exact on Sunday late morning.

There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday late evening (for a little over 7 hours), Thursday late afternoon (for a little over 3 hours), and Sunday morning (for a brief 14 minutes).

Before we get to this week’s forecast, please note that…

I would love to have you join me for the “Re-Dream the World in the Age of Aquarius: Virtual Retreat”. I am honored to join company with a list of visionaries who will be participating in this Free 3-Day Online Event (March 19th – 21st) — it is intended to help us stay centered and able to move forward with vision in these turbulent times.

This Retreat is for the Visionaries, Rebels, Trailblazers, Divergents, Artists, Entrepreneurs, Healers, Innovators, and Pioneers

⇒  Save your spot in the retreat here!

P.S. If you feel like you don’t have the time to attend this virtual event but this resonates, go ahead and sign up and you will receive the replays and can tune into whatever calls to you in your own time. My one hour-contribution to this amazing event will air on March 19th.

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, March 15th:

Monday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day. It will journey there until Tuesday morning. Life is an adventure, we’re more open to new ideas, and have great enthusiasm for new projects. Patience is certainly not our strong suit at this time, but we can decide quickly, and act immediately.

Our independence and dynamism are important to us right now, so we may find it hard to be disciplined or accept advice at this time; in general, our responses to others tend to be more assertive or even aggressive. If you find your foot tapping, try hitting the gym, or finding other ways to burn off the body’s excess energy.

Monday late morning, we have an opportunity to connect with like-minded people and move a project forward that serves our community. It’s time for a new perspective: What new vantage point could we take? What needs to be considered, so we can move forward faster? (Moon in Aries sextiles Jupiter in Aquarius, exact at 10:40am EDT)

Monday early evening, at 6:26pm EDT, Mercury changes signs from freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius to creative, sensitive Pisces. It will journey through Pisces until April 4th.

For these next 3.5 weeks, we get a chance to communicate with compassion — we see the commonalities between us all, rather than what separates us.

We seem to be connected to Source more easily during this time — if we allow that energy to come through — and our thinking will be very creative, imaginative and intuitive.

The key with this energy is to remain in the “here and now” and open up to a higher vibration. If we can do that, we will be able to download information from an intuitive place, rather than thinking things through. This could also be the reason why our mind is slowing down a bit and why we speak more softly.

Mercury in Pisces also offers us an opportunity to let go of any mental structures, conditioning or fears that are no longer serving us. The more connected you are to your Higher Self, to your intuition, and to the energies inside and all around you, the less anxious, confused, and separate you are going to feel.

If you are not connected to your intuition, you may want to double check with other people, before signing any documents or buying any big-ticket items.

Are you ready to connect to your intuition more fully? Can you allow for the unfolding process, trusting your higher Self more fully?

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Pisces? If so, you may feel more talkative during this time. Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you may need to learn to surrender to a slower pace and connect more fully to your heart and intuition.

Monday around 9:15pm EDT, when Venus reaches 23 degrees of Pisces, Venus will square the degree of Dec. 14th’s Solar Eclipse — this provides a cosmic nudge to connect to our inner knowing.

As best as you can, observe how this plays out for you today, and ask yourself: What am I looking to let go of? What needs to change? What adjustments or creative solutions might clear the way for me to expand my perspectives with an open heart? What (or who) might bring about this shift?

What intentions did you set at the time of the Solar Eclipse in December? What might I see if I were looking at the bigger picture?

Monday at 11:40pm EDT, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for a little over 7 hours, until 6:56am EDT (Tuesday morning ). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand, as best as you can, follow your inner compass and take care of your own needs; on the other hand, deepen your authentic connection to whatever you are building long-term.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t …

New Moon in Pisces – the article

On March 13th, at 5:21am ESTthe Moon aligns with the Sun in 23 degrees of Pisces, marking the beginning of a new Moon cycle.

Feel free to also watch my New Moon video on the subject.

New Moons mark the ending and beginning of a monthly cycle, and are therefore an optimal time to pause, reflect, and set new Intentions for the next 28 days.

This New Moon chart also has four planets in Pisces — including Venus. Due to Uranus’s transit through Taurus, Venus (as that sign’s depositor) has a lot to say about how we can more fully embrace our own unique value.

Venus in Pisces invites us to focus on our inner divinity, our ability to receive, our connection to intuition, and our desire to contribute to life from a heart-centered and grounded place.

Our emotional and physical bodies are giving us the information we need to better connect to ourselves and what we want to contribute out there in the world; if we listen carefully, we will also understand much better the best pace for accomplishing things without overwhelming ourselves.

Neptune is the modern ruler of Pisces, Jupiter is the traditional ruler of Pisces, and Saturn is the traditional ruler of Aquarius, so these three planets play an important role in this New Moon chart. We will talk a little bit about them in a moment, but first let’s talk about Pisces, to see what this New Moon is all about:

Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac. It connects us to our spiritual journey, as it represents a reunion with Source/God/the Universe.  At its highest vibrationPisces…

Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in 21-25 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly for the next 28 days. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Before I talk about New Moon Intentions, let me mention my next FORECASTING FORUM…

This 90+ min. webinar will be an “ASK ME ANYTHING” Special event! Astrology Questions, as well as Coaching Questions are welcome!

You can join me live on Friday, March 26th at 2pm EDT/11am PDT/6pm GMT. If this date and time doesn’t work for you, watch the mp4-video recording of the live event.

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. This is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase — so this month, the best time to set intentions would be between 5:21am and 11:38am on March 13th, and then again from 6:44pm on March 13th until 5:21am on March 15th (New York-time).

March 8th – 14th

Slow Down & Go Within

This week’s headline items: the Balsamic Moon phase begins on Tuesday late morning; Mercury finally ends its post-Shadow phase on Friday night; the New Moon in Pisces becomes exact on Saturday early morning; the Sun squares the degree of the Dec. 14th Solar Eclipse on Saturday morning.

There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday evening (for almost 7 hours), Wednesday late evening (for a little over 11 hours), and Saturday late morning (for a little over 7 hours).

Before we get to this week’s forecast, please note that…

…On Sunday, March 14th at 2am, Daylight Savings Time begins in the United States & Canada. Given this, from Sunday on, I will be posting all astrological alignments and planetary movements in EDT (US-Eastern Daylight Savings Time). Please adjust accordingly for your location 😉

In particular, if you live in the UK, Europe, or Australia/New Zealand, please keep this additional one hour time difference in mind, when converting to your time zone 😉 For example, for the UK it will be 4 hours ahead instead of the usual 5 — until March 28th.

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, March 8th:

Monday, the Moon remains in ambitious, goal-oriented Capricorn all day. It will journey there until Tuesday very early morning. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.

Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.

As best as you can during this aspect, avoid “should-ing” on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying “I am doing the best I can and that’s all I can ever do” 😉

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn — and it will be transiting through Aquarius, making this a great time to take a look at our visions for humanity, and at anything we would like to accomplish long-term within our communities (locally or online).

It’s also a great time to take a more serious look at our various networks and connections to like-minded people; as best as you can, be authentic about your affiliations: Do they truly resonate with your personal vision for the future — as it stands now, rather than what it was 5 or 10 years ago? Does participation in those groups or networks align with who you are now, and with where you see yourself 5 years from now? What do you truly want to commit yourself to?

Monday late morning, we have an opportunity to soften our need for accomplishment with a gentler, more intuitive approach. Ask yourself: Where might I be guided, if I trusted my physical and intuitive body to guide me? Could I tune in and listen 5% more to those subtle sensations or messages? (Moon in Capricorn sextiles Neptune in Pisces, exact at 9:41am EST)

Monday at 7:52pm EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for almost 7 hours, until 2:41am EST (Tuesday very early morning ). Use this intuitive time to focus on long-term successes. We might get a little obsessed with a project or task — as best as you can, take breaks and don’t forget to practice a little self-care 😉 As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t…

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, March 1st:

Monday, the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day. It will journey there until Tuesday afternoon. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time, and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating. These next three days are a great time for mediation — but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to “yes” more easily than we might like.

We may also be able see both sides of the equation so well that we can’t make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm — even if it’s “No” 😉 One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.

Sunday night/Monday very early morning, we become more aware that we need to find a balance between two very different energies — on the one hand, taking a compassionate approach towards our personal goals, while being assertive in the world — and on the other hand, our need to connect and collaborate with others. Ask yourself: what if taking a compassionate approach towards myself actually made for more fulfilling connections with others? (Moon in Libra opposes Chiron in Aries, exact at 2:14am EST)

Also, Monday very early morning, calls for some inner adjustments, as we feel uneasy or awkward, and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, we want to innovate in the area of our values (and maybe also have some financial breakthroughs); on the other hand, the feel the need to attend to our one-on-one relationships, supporting them — and perhaps collaborating.  (Moon in Libra quincunxes Uranus in Taurus, exact at 2:49am EST)

Monday early morning: we sense harmonious connections even though we are focused on making progress. Where our visions for the future are concerned, we are invited to bring a new level of authenticity, and make realistic choices around connecting with others. (Moon in Libra trines Saturn in Aquarius, exact at 4:17am EST)

Monday morning, we are invited to make some more internal adjustments. We may want to connect with others, but may also need to become aware of our intuitive, more creative side. Again, what do you feel/sense when you get really quiet? (Moon in Libra quincunxes Sun in Pisces, exact at 8:42am EST)

Monday afternoon, we feel social and seek connections to like-minded people. As best as you can, have stimulating conversations — and allow for collaboration. (Moon in Libra trines Mercury in Aquarius, exact at 2:27pm EST)

Monday early evening, we get a chance to connect with like-minded people, expand each other’s minds, and collaborate in a way that allows us to see the bigger picture. (Moon in Libra trines Jupiter in Aquarius, exact at 5:57pm EST)

Monday late evening, we are invited to make some internal adjustments. We may want to connect with others, but may also need to tune in to our intuitive inner voice. What do you…

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, Feb. 22nd:

Monday, the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer all day. Where it will journey until Wednesday morning. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say and therefore our feelings are more easily hurt — so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is key for the next two days 😉

Emotional safety is important to us as well; we like connecting to the familiar and we enjoy nurturing ourselves and others — home and family call to us, for instance. Make sure though, that your glass is filled before letting others drink from it, otherwise you might start to feel drained and resentful.

Monday early morning, is a great time to be more aware of our spiritual/intuitive experiences or creative endeavors and lend loving and nurturing support to others. As best as you can, allow for feelings to flow, and release anything that feels outdated or stuck in the past. (Moon in Cancer trines the Sun in Pisces, exact at 6:47am EST).

Monday late morning/early afternoon, we are invited to make adjustments and (as best as we can) find creative solutions to seemingly insoluble situations. Make space both for healing around anger or self-identity and for taking care of emotional or family issues. (Moon in Cancer squares Chiron in Aries, exact at 12:14pm EST).

Monday early afternoon, brings an opportunity to connect to family (or friends that feel like family) and create breakthroughs around things that we enjoy through our five senses (e.g. food). This may also be a good time to find a unique or global approach on financial matters that bring us a sense of emotional security. (Moon in Cancer sextiles Uranus in Taurus, exact at 1:09pm EST).

Monday afternoon, we are asked to make some inner adjustments, as we may experience some internal discomfort. Personal comfort and safety is important for the Moon in Cancer, yet Saturn in Aquarius reminds us that staying attached to the past is not going to lead to new creations, or bring forth new visions for the future. (Moon in Cancer quincunxes Saturn in Aquarius, exact at 1:55pm EST).

Monday evening, requires some more inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice, one that demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to connect and collaborate with like-minded people and share our vision for the future — and on the other hand, the need to…

Full Moon in Virgo — the article

The next Full Moon will be “exact” on Feb. 27th, at 3:17am EST in almost 9 degrees of Virgo — and by then, we are halfway through the Lunar cycle that started on Feb. 11th.

Take a look at the New Moon Intentions you set around Feb. 11th, and ask yourself: How far have I come with those Intentions? If I’m not where I’d like to be with them, what new course might bring me closer to my goals?

If you are already a Member of my online community, feel free to also watch my video for more.

A Full Moon is always an opposition between the Moon and the Sun; during these oppositions, we seek balance, alignment and integration around two perspectives that seem like polar opposites. Very often, we experience this through our interactions with others, and since these interactions are also the pathway to resolution, relationships of all kinds are highlighted during Full Moons.

In this case, the Moon in Virgo opposes the Sun in Pisces. Virgo seeks personal and practical wholeness, while Pisces reminds us of a transcendent wholeness — our divinity and interconnectedness with all of life.

Virgo benefits from apprenticeship, whereas Pisces learns to trust inner guidance above all else — when balanced, we are able to discern without judgment, serve without obligation, and love all of creation, including ourselves.

Virgo analyzes, Pisces feels: We are invited to discern what’s real, so we can make healthier choices.

To find the balance between Virgo and Pisces, ask yourself…

February 15th – 21st

Feminine/Masculine Dynamics

This week’s headline items: Mercury starts to slow down (station) on Monday, and this station will intensify on Thursday; on Tuesday afternoon, it’s time to start taking action on our New Moon intentions; on Wednesday afternoon, the first Saturn/Uranus Square of the year becomes exact; the Sun changes signs from Aquarius to Pisces on Thursday morning; the first Quarter Moon in Gemini becomes exact on Friday early afternoon — and last but not least, on Saturday evening, Mercury ends its 3-week Retrograde phase, going direct and beginning its post-Shadow phase.

There will also be four Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday evening (for almost 3 hours), Friday very early morning (for a little over 8.5 hours) and Sunday early afternoon (for a little over 9 hours).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday Feb. 15th:

Monday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day. It will journey there until Tuesday late evening.

Monday early morning, we get an opportunity to take actions on our personal goals, in a very concrete way and bring a new level of focus and authenticity to our future visions

Monday early afternoon, we get an opportunity to connect with others and share our personal vision and dreams — and maybe make a difference in our current communities.

Monday late evening, we have an opportunity to connect with like-minded people and move a project forward that is dear to us. It’s time for action: What small (or even large) action steps could you take? Or is it a question of “who” rather than “how”?

Also, Monday, Mercury starts to slow down again (“stationing”). It’s getting ready to come to a halt, ending its 3-week Retrograde phase, on Saturday (more on that later…). For the next 11 days (until Feb. 26th), we need to be patient with ourselves and others — especially if there is a connection with communication or transportation, and their associated technologies. As best as you can, give yourself and others a lot of space!

This is not the best time to start anything brand-new, especially if it contains new information that needs to be processed.

We might experience delays or misunderstandings, and things tend to feel “off” or stagnant. It might be a good idea to give yourself some extra time to get ready for travel somewhere — especially if you intend to use public transportation or drive (for more details on Mercury Shadow Phases and Retrogrades, click here)

We also talked about the Mercury Retrograde phase in Aquarius — and how it impacts each one of us personally — in our last Forecasting Forum. If you haven’t seen it yet, feel free to click here to get the 90 min. webinar. (Star Members already have access to this webinar, I sent it out an email on Jan. 29th)

Some of us will feel the effects of the Mercury station more than others: those of us who have Gemini or Virgo as our Sun- or Rising-Sign (Ascendant); and those of us with personal planets in…

February 8th – 14th

Inspired Action — Forecast for Feb. 8th – 14th

This week’s headline items: the Balsamic Moon phase will stay in effect until Thursday; the New Moon in Aquarius becomes exact on Thursday afternoon — and there will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday early afternoon (for almost 8 hours), Thursday afternoon (a little over 12 hours), and Sunday very early morning (just over 14 hours).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, Feb. 8th:

Monday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day. It will journey there until Tuesday evening.

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn — and is transiting through Aquarius, making this a great time to take a look at our visions for humanity, and at anything we would like to accomplish long-term within our communities (locally or online).

Monday morninga Sun/Mercury alignment in almost 20.5 degrees of Aquarius becomes exact at 8:48am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Sunday (Feb. 7th) on; it will remain strong until Tuesday evening. This aspect indicates a confident mind and an analytical approach to life. Intelligence and communication abilities are strong at this time; however, we may not listen as well as the other speaks — we might be too busy thinking about what to say next.

Given that this alignment takes place in Aquarius, we may feel particularly cool and collected, detached even — do your best to avoid arrogance or rigidity of thought.

We want an active role in communications — it’s very hard for us to passively listen and absorb information right now. What we say or write now is impactful, so choose your words wisely: If people hung on your every word, what would you say then? What would you hold back from saying?

Our opinions are strong and our thinking independent — and we’re proud of both — so our egos may get bruised if we don’t feel “heard”. As best as you can, express yourself fully, knowing that others may have a different opinion and that’s ok.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-24 degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus or Scorpio? If so, you will be more affected by this alignment. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo, Gemini or Virgo (the Sun rules Leo; Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo)

Monday late evening, those of us who are still awake are invited to enjoy the next four hours of physical stamina — I recommend you use it to…

New Moon in Aquarius – the article

On Feb. 11th at 2:06pm EST, a powerful New Moon in 23 degrees of Aquarius becomes exact; this is the beginning of a new Moon cycle.  I also recommend you watch my video on the subject.

This New Moon is unique in that there is a Stellium of planets in Aquarius — six planets total, to be exact. This highlights anything connected to group experiences — whether large or small, online or in-person, business or personal, spiritual or health-oriented, etc.

This Lunar cycle invites us to go out there and connect (or re-connect) with “our people”. A tribe that resonates, a cause that feels aligned with our principles or belief systems, a connection that serves a larger vision for the future, etc.

The highest and lightest vibration of Aquarius gives us the opportunity to see a clear vision for our life — and we are ready to make the relevant improvements.

Aquarius also deals with the power of ideals, technology, and inventions. We are now more interested than ever in the collective focus on changing group consciousness.

This is an opportunity for all of us to become more aware of our individual impact on the collective: We are all agents of change. Already. Always. That’s why we chose to be here at this time.

At its best, Aquarius stands for equality and diversity, innovation and reform, collaboration and community — we strive for progress. The challenge here is to unite and transcend differences of gender, race, and cultural or religious backgrounds, rather than separating from others, or ostracizing those who are different from us.

To move even further into that higher, lighter Aquarian vibrationask yourself the following questions:

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 21-25 degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, or Scorpio? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly.

Finally, let’s talk “New Moon Intentions” 🙂 The New Moon is the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle; this is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact, and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.

That means that this month, the best and most potent time to set intentions would be any time between 2:23am on Feb. 12th, and 2:06pm on Feb. 13th – (New York Time/US Eastern Time)

If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast-time), and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fan-page and/or following me on Twitter, as I post reminders when it’s time to set your intentions 😉

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, February 1st:

Monday is a big day (astrologically speaking). The Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo. It will journey there until 6:25am EST.

Monday early morning, a challenging Sun/Mars aspect becomes exact at 5:34am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Monday evening (Jan. 25th) on; it will remain strong until this  Sunday evening (Feb. 7th). This invites us to stretch ourselves and grow beyond what we know ourselves to be.

We might feel driven by a restless desire to do something; however, without a well-defined future vision, our impulsive actions could involve us in needless arguments, or have us spinning our wheels.

Our reactions might be defensive or competitive. We might not be willing to compromise or negotiate. However, energy output can go high if we choose to watch our body’s energy levels — in other words, if we take care of our body and pay attention to its needs.

Ask yourself: Am I exhausting myself? What is my mind telling me? If my body had its own voice, what might it say that it needs, right now? Could the next action I take come from a place of enjoyment?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 9-16 degrees of Aquarius, Taurus, Leo or Scorpio? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aries (the Sun rules Leo; Mars is the ruler of Aries)

Monday at 6:10am EST, we enter a brief Moon VoC that will last for 15 minutes, until 6:25am EST. Use this brief intuitive time to gain clarity about what’s important to you. Take a moment for yourself, and ask: What works for me in my daily routines? What doesn’t? What do I see now, that I can easily implement in my business relationships, that I couldn’t see before?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow.

Monday at 6:25am EST, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Wednesday morning. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time, and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating. These next two days are a great time for mediation — but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to “yes” more easily than we might like.

We may also be able see both sides of the equation so well that we can’t make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm — even if it’s “No” 😉 One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.

Monday late morning, at 9:05am EST, Venus changes signs from productive, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn to freedom-oriented, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Feb. 25th. This requires that we provide more freedom in our relationships. Basically, we want to improve them, break away from what feels old or stale.

We want our intellectual qualities to be admired; we also want to connect to like-minded people that share our vision — so friendships and networking will be favored for the next 3.5 weeks. We may also consider unusual financial investments. This is a good time for financial undertakings involving the following areas: electronics, technology and the internet, metaphysics, the arts group activities.

Venus in Aquarius will also be in a mutual reception with Uranus in Taurus for the next 3.5 weeks. This means that they are in each other signs and support each other’s agenda. This provides an opportunity to bring a common vision and a more human approach to our interactions with others.

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aquarius? Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra? If so, this placement will bring…

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, Jan. 25th:

Monday, the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini. It will journey there until 1:52pm EST. For the next several hours, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way…

The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead 🙂

Monday at 2:17am EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for a little over 11.5 hours, until 1:52pm EST. Use this intuitive time to connect with like-minded people, and share information in a collaborative, yet innovative and progress-oriented way.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday very early morning until the early afternoon ahead of time.

Monday early morning, an opportune Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 5:29am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week, Saturday morning (Jan. 23rd) on; it will remain strong until this Wednesday (Jan. 27th). This aspect is an opportunity for self-healing that could support our vision for the future and bring us into better alignment with our physical and emotional body.

We all have flaws, wounds, insecurities. The more we can open up to that being ok for ourselves, the less judgmental we will be with others. This is also a great time to recognize that our so-called flaws and insecurities have become some of our best assets and strengths — how might this be true for you?

Until Wednesday, as best as you can, practice gentleness; be kind to yourself and others. Again, remember: an opportunity is an opening, a glimpse of new possibilities — so “opportunities” are not simply handed to us, tied up with a bow — we have to “take” them, and make something of them. What will you do with this particular opportunity?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 3-8 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (the Sun rules Leo).

Monday at 1:52pm EST, the Moon moves into protective, nurturing Cancer, where it will journey until Wednesday late evening.

Make sure though, that…

Full Moon in Leo — the article

On Jan. 28th at 2:16pm EST, the Moon opposes the Sun in 9 degrees of Leo — and this month’s Full Moon becomes exact. Relationships of all kinds are highlighted.

All Full Moons offer opportunities for us to see things in a new light; they also guide us away from polarization and division, toward balance and integration.

Ask yourself: How far have I come since setting Intentions back on January 13th’s New Moon? What am I aware of at this time?

With the Sun in Aquarius until Feb. 18th, we seek balance; the balance in question here involves the Aquarius-Leo polarity.

As a Member of my online community, if you’d like to learn more about this month’s Full Moon, click here to watch my video.

Aquarius represents a unique vision and approach to life. The classic Aquarian vision is one of interconnected equality — paradoxically, we’re reminded at the same time that the power of unity lies in diversity. Leo, on the other hand, is all about our individual self-expression, creativity, ability to connect to the heart, inner joy.

This Full Moon is our chance to make a more conscious effort to embrace, integrate, and explore the lighter/higher vibrations of Leo. This is a courageous, optimistic, and self-expressed sign, that represents our capacity to love — and our willpower. It signifies the quest to live from our center, our core, our truth — with joy in our heart.

This Full Moon reminds us that everyone has the power to make a difference in the world, small or large — and when we join together, that power grows exponentially. Ask yourself: How could I best honor both my individual self-expression and my interconnectedness with the world? How am I adding my voice (in small ways and large)?

As with all Full Moons, there’s a shadow side to be discussed — the shadow of both signs involved in this Full Moon — and please note that the shadow side of any sign is usually not as comfortable to look at or easy to embrace.

Aquarius‘s shadow side might show up as…

This week’s headline items: the Sun changes signs from Capricorn to Aquarius on Tuesday afternoon, the first Quarter Moon Taurus becomes exact on Wednesday afternoon, and there will only be two Moon VoC phases this week: Wednesday very early morning (for almost 10.5 hours) and Friday afternoon (a little over 10 hours).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, Jan. 18th:

Monday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces and VoC until 2:07am EST; at that timethe Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries. It will journey there until Wednesday early afternoon.

Monday late morning, we get an opportunity to take actions on our personal goals, in a very concrete way and bring a new level of focus and authenticity to our future visions

Monday early afternoonhas lots of potential for healing around family, the “mother archetype”, home, and our past in general. We may feel more sensitive and insecure about what we identity with, and around our ability to be assertive; this gives us the opportunity to give ourselves some compassion, acceptance and nurturing in the face of our sensitivities and limitations.

Monday afternoon: we have an opportunity to connect with like-minded people and move a project forward that serves our community. It’s time for a new perspective: What new vantage point could we take? What needs to be considered, so we can…

Stay Open to the New and Unexpectedly Different

This week’s headline items: the New Moon in Capricorn becomes exact Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning, Uranus ends its 5-month Retrograde phase (in Taurus) on Thursday very early morning, Mercury enters its pre-Shadow phase on Friday; and the first of the “big” Uranus Squares becomes exact on Sunday early evening.

There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Wednesday very early morning (for almost 9.5 hours), Thursday early morning (for almost 37 hours), and Sunday late evening (for almost 3.5 hours).

Before we get to this week’s forecast, I’d like to mention:

If you missed my Forecasting Forum last week… and still would like to learn how to align yourself with all the potent energies in 2021… feel free to watch the mp4-video presentation about 2021 – A Look Ahead” — as it relates to your own Birth Chart…

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, Jan. 11th:

Monday, the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius and VoC until 8:30am EST; at that time, the Moon moves into ambitious, goal-oriented Capricorn. It will journey there until Wednesday late morning/early afternoon.

This Moon placement also starts the build up towards the New Moon (exact Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning).

Monday early afternoon, a Mercury/Jupiter alignment in almost 5 degrees of Aquarius becomes exact at 12:19pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week, Saturday (Jan. 9th) on; it will remain strong until this Wednesday evening (Jan. 13th). This alignment brings optimism and a tendency to talk and think more. It favors exploring our visions for the future, submitting applications and forms, and test-taking.

We can more readily exercise good judgment, be more philosophical in our thinking, and bring wholeness and order to our communities and connections with like-minded people. There is a sense of mental expansion — we see our vision for humanity (or particular group causes) as a source of adventure and personal growth.

We are optimistic and enthusiastic, and things tend to go well as a result — it’s all about thinking big and innovating. What if expanding our concept of group consciousness, the collective, and “one for all and all for one” helped us be more peaceful and calm? What if that in turn helped us manifest our desires?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 2-8 degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, or Scorpio? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo, or Sagittarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo, so those folks will always be affected more strongly by Mercury’s movements and aspects; Jupiter rules Sagittarius)

Also, Monday early afternoon, an opportune Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 12:23pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Sunday (Jan. 10th) on; it will remain strong until Tuesday evening (Jan. 12th). We have an opportunity to bring healing energy to our concrete mind and to our thoughts. We also have a chance to heal insecurities in our verbal, in-person, social media or email interactions.

We are better able now to tune out that automatic/critical inner voice, in favor of more loving and compassionate structures for thinking and communicating. By bringing love and understanding to our thinking processes, we have a chance to move beyond entrenched habits, like “impatient self-talk”, or the use of aggressive language (swear words for example).

Here’s a few good “chew toys” for your mind at this time: What was your family’s attitude towards communication? Toward speaking up for yourself? What if you tried a kinder approach for a bit? Does your inner dialog really have to repeat what they said when you were 3 or 5 years old? What if you tried using a gentler voice for the next ten minutes or so?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 3-7 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Gemini, or Sagittarius? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).

And last but not least, Monday early afternoon, a long-term, opportune Jupiter/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 12:48pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Jan. 1st on; it will remain strong until next week Wednesday evening (Jan. 20th). It’s an opportunity to bring healing to wounds around social conditioning or our belief systems.

We get a chance to grow and heal insecurities around being “too different”, or around what we believe to be true about ourselves and others; this healing happens much faster when we can open to forgiving ourselves and others. As best as you can, bring compassion and understanding to yourself, to others, and to those past experiences that wounded you.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 3-7 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Gemini, or Sagittarius? If so, you will be…

New Moon in Capricorn – the article

On Jan. 12/13th at 12am EST, the Moon aligns with the Sun in 23 degrees of Capricorn, launching a new Moon cycle.

This is a good time to go within, to plant a seed for anything we would like to accomplish over the next 28 days, and maybe even beyond. The next section of this forecast will dig into this in more detail — you may also want to watch my New Moon video 🙂

This is the first New Moon in Capricorn since Jan. 5th, 2019, that is NOT also a Solar Eclipse. So, what have we learned about taking responsibility over the past two years? What have we come to understand about setting healthy boundaries? What have we realized about our own limitations? Other people’s limitations? How have our priorities shifted? Our goals? What have we learned about integrity? How much is there still to learn?

It is also the first New Moon of the year, and since Capricorn represents the quest for self-mastery on the physical plane, some useful questions you can ask yourself include:

What is my relationship to self-mastery now, versus in 2018? Am I going about things in a realistic way? Do I respect the laws of matter? What am I willing to undergo to overcome adversity? How committed am I to that?

The highest vibration of Capricorn is self-mastery: the development of responsibility, resourcefulness, reliability, the ability to set realistic goals and healthy boundaries. The next 28 days are a perfect time to work some more on these areas.

As best as you can, prepare for the future, make commitments, and recognize responsibilities — in other words, nurture your dreams in a realistic manner. Focus on setting and achieving practical and attainable long-term goals, one step at a time, one day at a time — this is not about immediate results, it’s about the quality of the foundation you are building.

Capricorn also invites us to set the kind of realistic limits and boundaries that allow everyone involved to learn from the consequences of their choices. Ask yourself: Where in my life am I able to set realistic limits and boundaries? Where am I not? What might I be afraid of when I don’t?

Capricorn relates directly to the level of our maturity. Ask yourself: What would taking 100% responsibility for my life look like? What if I responded to situations in a way that respects and serves all those involved?

Let’s talk about some of the aspects connected to this particular New Moon chart:

This New Moon aligns with Pluto in Capricorn: This conveys an extra-potent message about our perception of physical reality — time and space — and about our relationship to power or to feeling empowered. Ask yourself: If I truly had choice in the matter, what kind of future would I choose to step into? What if I became 5% more aware of my personal power? Where might I have given it away to others? And how might I begin to reclaim it?

Pluto’s involvement could foster an all-or nothing attitude over the next 28 days towards our long-term goals, or our standing in society — in fact, we might become obsessed over those things — and/or it might bring up a fear of “losing control”. It’s important to stay heart-centered and grounded — engage tools or people where possible, to help you let go of your fears and surrender to the Soul power that resides within you.

If you get obsessed about your accomplishments out there in the world, as best as you can, remind yourself to slow down and take breaks. Ask yourself: Am I driven by fear or love/passion? If fear, worry, concerns, etc. are present, could I simply acknowledge that experience?

Close your eyes, and ask yourself: Is what I am afraid of real right now, or is it a projection into the future? If so, could I let go of “wanting” (aka “expecting”) to create this future for myself? Could I choose more powerfully? Could I choose a future that allows me to feel empowered, no matter what the circumstances?

Given that it rules Capricorn, Saturn’s placement in Aquarius plays an important role with this New Moon — and if you’d like to know how Saturn’s journey in Aquarius will impact your personal chart over the next two years, feel free to check out my 90+ minute webinar on the subject, available for purchase on my webinar-page.

As mentioned previously I also have a webinar about the Great Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in Aquarius, that started a new 20-year social-economic cycle, and a 200-year elemental cycle in late Dec. 2020. Again, feel free to go to my webinar page, if you would like to take a look at that!

Saturn conjuncts Jupiter and Mercury in Aquarius. Aquarius focuses our attention on the collective, on respecting the rights, needs, and gifts of all beings. This particular combo reminds us…

Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in 21-25 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, or Libra? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly.

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle — and the very best time to do this is after the New Moon becomes exact (and definitely not during a Moon void of course).

So this month the two best and most potent times to set intentions would be any time between 12am and 2:22am on Jan. 13th, or between Jan. 13th at 11:44am and Jan. 14th at 4:28am (EST/New York-time).

If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast-time), and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fan-page and/or following me on Twitter, as I post reminders when it’s time to set your intentions 😉

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, Jan. 4th:

Monday, the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day. It will journey there until Monday night/Tuesday very early morning; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world — things and knowledge we can apply and use.

Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals.

Monday at 4:34pm EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for a little over 8 hours, until 12:42am EST (Tuesday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to be precise and practical in your thinking and work. You may also want to be active and have an adventure with others. The tension between these two urges invites us to stretch a little and reach resolution through creative solutions — the key here is to be of service and allow for experimentation, so we don’t drive ourselves or others crazy. You may feel a little scatter-brained or all over the map. As best as you can, stay flexible — and don’t be too hard on yourself.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late afternoon until Monday night/Tuesday very early morning ahead of time.

Monday evening, a Mercury/Pluto alignment in a little over 24 degrees of Capricorn becomes exact at 7:58pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Saturday evening (Jan. 2nd) on; it will remain strong until this Wednesday evening. With this alignment, an all-or-nothing attitude is very likely.

We have tremendous mental focus — which could tip into obsession. Choose love over fear whenever possible. Connect to the things you feel passionate about — and connect to others, empowering them with your passions. As best as you can, choose your words carefully — if possible, speak from that deeply connected and empowered place.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 21-27 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Libra or Cancer? If so, you may feel more…
