December 19th – 25th

Accept the Validity of Your Anger & Desires

This week’s headline items: The Balsamic Moon phase begins on Monday late evening; Jupiter re-enters Aries late Tuesday late morning; Wednesday late afternoon, the Sun changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn, marking the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere; on Thursday, Neptune’s station ends, and Mercury starts to slow down, beginning its Station phase as it prepares to come to a halt and go retrograde next week; on Friday early morning, Chiron comes to a halt (ending its 5-month Retrograde phase), and a SuperMoon and New Moon in Capricorn becomes exact.

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Tuesday late evening (for 4.5 hours); Thursday afternoon (for 11.5 hours), and Saturday late evening (for 4 hours).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, December 19th:

Monday, the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day; it will journey there until Wednesday very early morning. Emotional authenticity is extremely important to us at this time; anything less than 100% emotional honesty could be perceived as flat-out dishonest. Once we feel safe trusting someone, we want to merge with them, preferably forever… as long as our trust is never betrayed.

The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power. It does so through subtraction — it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. This makes it an excellent time to look at “old” fears, limiting habits, or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.

Monday late morning, a challenging Venus/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 11:23am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Friday night on; it will remain strong until Wednesday evening (Dec. 21st). This aspect asks us to stretch past injuries and insecurities in our relationships, self-worth, and finances. If we can bring compassion and a different point of view to these issues, we will reach a new understanding of ourselves and our life journey.

We have the opportunity to learn from one another; ironically, social insecurities can be magnified at this time. Whenever Chiron is involved, we are asked to do some healing work. As best as you can, use this time to learn about your sore spots. Nobody is perfect: we all have our flaws and idiosyncrasies. It’s ok.

If you get triggered by someone, as best as you can, take it as an opportunity to see where this trigger originated — probably in your childhood. Bring love and compassion to yourself as you are, and as you were. Allow any feelings this may stir up in you. A feeling is just energy that wants to be experienced; it wants to move through us and out.

The more we resist or suppress our feelings, the more we keep them spinning in place. As best as you can, move from the head to the heart. What might change, if you had 5% more compassion with yourself and others? What if you just decided to have faith in the healing process?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 9-15 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, or Libra? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra).

Monday afternoon, a somewhat challenging Venus/Mars aspect becomes exact at 12:37pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Sunday afternoon (Dec. 18th); it will remain strong until Tuesday afternoon. We feel uneasy about something, sort of awkward; we need to make a choice. We need to develop inner awareness, so we can make adjustments.

This might concern compromising with others. Our enthusiasm might make us impatient or hasty with others. Our values may not be in alignment with those we engage with. As best as you can, keep choosing the “better” alternative, adjusting as needed.

When life slows down, or becomes uncomfortable, simplify and be patient. We are changing and growing in ways that we can’t comprehend right now. Stay as open and observant as you can. Ask yourself: How mature and realistic could I allow myself to be?

This combo could also be related to a mental crisis, so as best as you can, take extra care of your mental well-being and focus on long-term goals that support your “mind-body” well-being.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 11-13 degrees of Capricorn or Gemini? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra, or Aries (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Mars of Aries).

Monday early evening, an opportune Mars/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 5:39pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Tuesday evening (Dec. 13th) on; it will remain strong until next week Tuesday (Dec. 27th) — an unusually long time due to Chiron’s Station phase. This is an opportunity to accept the validity of our anger and desires, so we can learn to express these energies naturally and confidently.

This could also inspire us to make resolutions and take action toward healing our physical, sexual, and spiritual wounds. As best as you can, allow yourself and others to be human while on your path to wholeness and a larger, more purposeful life. Remember: this is an “opportunity” — those aren’t necessarily handed to us; we have to make them happen.

Ask yourself: Could I allow myself and others to be human? What if I took a curious approach toward my flaws, quirks, and insecurities? How might this support my healing process? Someone else’s?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 10-14 degrees of Gemini, Aries, Leo, or Aquarius? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries (Mars rules Aries).

Monday late evening, around 9:30pm EST, the Balsamic Moon phase begins when the Moon reaches 13° of Scorpio. This lasts until Friday early morning when the New Moon in Capricorn becomes exact (more on that later this week… however, feel free to already watch my New Moon video here)

We are being asked to slow down and get quiet, so we can listen to our inner sensing/intuition. For some of us, this might be a stretch; as best as you can: stay grounded, take a deep breath, and exhale any tension. Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing existing projects or processes.

This is also a great time for letting go of whatever no longer serves us. What if you could hear the voice of your inner wisdom? What might it be saying?

Sometimes Things Line Up

This week’s headline items: Mercury enters its pre-Shadow phase on Monday; the last Quarter Moon in Virgo becomes exact on Friday very early morning; Chiron’s Station intensifies on Saturday.

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Tuesday late morning (for almost 17 hours); Friday afternoon (for 36 minutes), and Sunday early afternoon (for 5 hours).

Before we get to this week’s Forecast, here are two reminders:

  • My webinar, “Chiron’s Station Direct in Aries & the Mercury pre-Shadow phase in Capricorn, is now available for purchase on my webinar-page
  • I also recorded a webinar on “The Wounded Masculine: Chiron in Aries – A Holistic Approach to How We Show Up in the World”.

One of the participants said right after the live event: “This is the best presentation I have ever seen on Chiron”.

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, December 12th:

Monday, the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day; it will journey there until Wednesday very early morning. We all love to be admired — or at the very least acknowledged — for our greatness.

So, hand out some compliments — let people know how proud you are of them, and tell them how much you love them. Come from the heart in this and all other things… be honest and authentic, as best you can. Fun, games, and romance are a big part of this energy. You might also enjoy spending time with little ones.

If there are no “outer children” around, how about getting in touch with your “inner child” — it’s easier for the next two-and-a-half days. What are you most grateful for today? What would be heaps and heaps of fun? What would be so much fun that you let out a tiny squeak just thinking of it?

Monday early afternoon, an opportune Sun/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 1:12pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build last Friday evening (Dec. 9th); it will remain strong until Wednesday evening. This aspect provides an opportunity to become aware of what needs to happen if we are to accomplish something concrete.

We have common sense at our disposal; we are willing to look reality in the eye and take responsibility for our lives and how we live. This is an opportunity to become more aware of the bigger picture and our perspectives on society and our various networks or affiliations — and also how a larger view could benefit us, both in terms of our long-term visions within the collective and for our own individual journey of growth and expanded horizons.

Remember: opportunities are openings; they aren’t necessarily handed to us — we have to “take” them and make something of them.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 18-24 degrees of Sagittarius, AquariusLibra, or Aries? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Capricorn (the Sun rules Leo; Saturn rules Capricorn).

Also on Monday, Mercury enters its pre-Shadow phase when it reaches 8°9’ of Capricorn; this is 2.5 weeks prior to its Retrograde phase (which starts on Dec. 29th at 24º21′ of Capricorn)

What is the Shadow phase? The period immediately before and after a planet’s Retrograde phase is referred to as the “Shadow phase”; at these times, the planet travels again through the degrees of a sign (or signs) it had already passed through before and during its Retrograde phase. Mercury is usually in its shadow for about two to three weeks before a retrograde and three to four weeks after.

If you want to buy, sell or ship big-ticket items — especially connected to transportation (cars, airline tickets, etc.) or communication devices (phone, computer, iPad, etc.) — be aware of the Shadow periods as well as the Retrograde phases. If possible, get these things done before Mercury enters its pre-Shadow or wait until after the post-Shadow phase is over — post-Shadow phase will end on Feb. 7th (in this case).

Of course, if there is something that must get done during these phases, don’t put your whole life on hold, just because Mercury is Retrograde or in its Shadow. Sometimes things line up exactly at the right time; as best as you can, trust that it’s all “perfect”

Get a better idea of how to make good use of the Mercury pre-Shadow phase, so you can have a better experience during the upcoming Mercury Retrograde phase, by watching our latest webinar about the “Mercury’s pre-Shadow phase in Capricorn & Chiron’s Station Direct” ==> Click here for more info.

Get Quiet With Your Mind

This week’s headline items: Mercury changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn on Tuesday early evening; the Full Moon in Gemini becomes exact Wednesday late evening; Venus changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn on Friday late evening; Chiron starts its Station phase again (slowing down, getting ready to end its 5-month Retrograde phase).

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Tuesday afternoon (for a little over 1.5 hours); Thursday night/Friday very early morning (for a little over 1.5 hours), and Sunday afternoon (for almost 1.5 hours).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, December 5th:

The Moon remains in peaceful, steady Taurus all day; it will journey there until Tuesday late afternoon. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing, and “rushing things” goes against our grain.

What is our favorite thing today and tomorrow? It’s probably slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses 😉

Monday morning, we are invited to make some internal adjustments: we may want to have some peace and quiet, while, at the same time, feeling the desire to explore life and maybe even have an outdoor adventure. (Moon in Taurus quincunxes the Sun in Sagittarius, exact at 7:50am EST)

Monday early afternoon, we are asked to connect with people with similar values who can provide practical support for our visions, and to share with them what is important to us (Moon conjuncts Uranus in Taurus, exact at 12:38pm EST)

Monday evening, we are being asked to make some creative choices — on the one hand, we need to make room for peace and physical pleasure; on the other, we need to focus on our visions for the future and see what’s realistic for us and humanity. We may need to make some adjustments between these two seemingly irreconcilable needs. (Moon in Taurus squares Saturn in Aquarius, exact at 8:54pm EST)

November 28th – December 4th

Approach Things With Integrity

This week’s headline items: It’s time to take action on our New Moon intentions from Monday morning on. The first Quarter Moon, in Pisces, becomes exact on Wednesday late morning, and Jupiter ends its Station phase, also on Wednesday. Neptune comes to a halt, ending its 5-month Retrograde phase on Saturday evening.

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Monday night/Tuesday very early morning (for a little over 17.5 hours), Thursday late evening (for almost 2 hours), and Saturday night/Sunday very early morning (for almost 6 hours).

Before we get to this week’s Forecast, a gentle reminder:

This Saturday (Dec. 3rd) at 2pm EST, I will be giving a talk on Chiron in Aries called Healing the Wounded Masculine. We will discuss how Astrology can help us integrate parts of ourselves that have felt wounded or separate in the past.

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, November 28th:

Monday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day. It will journey there until Tuesday evening.

The energy of the Aquarian Moon relates to our instinct for improvement. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional, and interactions are more impersonal than personal. We are likely to have an increased fascination with the new and unusual.

Social gatherings, anything connected with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas and methods, and progress are promoted while the Moon moves through Aquarius. Again: we have our eyes on the future — or outer space 🙂 Personal freedom becomes paramount.

Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius — and this planet is currently moving through Taurus, making today and tomorrow a great time to look at our physical connection to our own body, finances, and whatever is most important to us on this planet.

It’s also a great time to innovate and make changes in our lives around any physical matters that no longer serve us or keep us stuck in the past; we need to elevate our thinking if we want our bodies and the planet to vibrate at a higher frequency.

Ask yourself: Do I need to give my body something different to raise it to a higher vibration? When I tune in to myself, what insights does my body provide?

Where have I become too rigid in connection with my body, my physical resources, or my talents? Where have I become too comfortable with those things? What is my connection to the Earth? To Nature? Do I need more physical space? More physical movement?

Monday after 3:06am EST, it’s time to take action on our New Moon intentions — if you set Intentions last week on Wednesday evening, Thursday, or Friday, after the New Moon became exact, today will be the best time to start taking relevant actions.

If you wrote your intentions down, go back and look at what came through intuitively. If you didn’t write anything down, get quiet and check in with yourself: What actions are calling to me?

Monday early afternoon, a harmonious Mars/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 12:56pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Nov. 20th on; it will remain strong until Dec. 5th. This aspect brings more self-discipline, maturity, focus, purpose, and self-motivation.

We tend to be more practical than usual; our progress in most projects may be slow, but it will always be steady — as you can imagine, this can be a very productive period, as we are able to take responsibility for our long-term goals and the foundations we are currently building.

We can bring honesty and realism to the world, seeing what works and doesn’t work for us, and we approach things with integrity.

This is an especially favorable aspect for those employed in the following industries: marketing, sales, teaching, writing, or anything in which speaking and sharing play a necessary role — and also for independent contractors and the self-employed in general.

Given that Mars will be Retrograde until Jan. 12th, 2023, we may want to reconnect with people from the past or engage in projects we started a while back. High up there on the list of things that feel rewarding at this time are rewriting, re-editing, researching, reapplying, and reselling.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-23 degrees of Gemini, Aquarius, or Libra? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Capricorn (Mars is the ruler of Aries; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).

Monday, late evening, a somewhat challenging Venus/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 9:19pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Sunday late evening (Nov. 27th) on; it will remain strong until Tuesday late evening. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice… so we need to develop inner awareness.

Learning to let go of the past means being willing to release relationships we have outgrown. Learning ways to abruptly alter our circumstances without emotional turmoil: This is the way Uranus’s energy urges us to grow. We need freedom “within” our relationships, not “from” them.

It’s also time to reevaluate the ways we’ve imprisoned ourselves in protective behaviors and then rebel against them. While “Different” is not always “improved”, change is essential to our evolutionary process.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-17 degrees of Sagittarius or Taurus? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra, or Aquarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Uranus rules Aquarius).

Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, at 1:53am EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last a little over 17.5 hours, until 7:15pm EST. Use this intuitive time to focus on a long-term vision for your communities that involve a mature and realistic approach. As best as you can, take your time, and do your best to come from a place of integrity.

As always, with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday night until Tuesday evening ahead of time.

November 21st – 27th

Elevate Your Life Perspectives

This week’s headline items: the Sun changes signs from Scorpio to Sagittarius very early on Tuesday; the New Moon in Sagittarius becomes exact early evening Wednesday (this also signifies the end of Eclipse season); Jupiter comes to a halt, ending its 4-month Retrograde phase on Wednesday evening; Neptune’s Station intensifies on Thursday.

There will be four Moon Void of Course (VoC)phases this week: Monday morning (for 6 hours); Wednesday early afternoon (for 2 hours), Friday afternoon (for almost 2 hours), and Sunday afternoon (for almost 2 hours).

Before we get to this week’s Forecast, a gentle reminder:

Monday, Nov. 21st at 7:30pm EST, I will be joining the lovely Primavera Salva for a New Moon Ritual & Collaboration. This online event is by donation (pay what you can); all proceeds will go to God’s Love We Deliver, and every $20 donation provides a holiday meal. ==> Click here to register and save yourself a Spot.

This Special online event will be an opportunity to let go of the heaviness of the Scorpio-energies (within and around us) and anything that came up during Eclipse Season, and at the same time prepare us for the New Moon in Sagittarius ==> Click here to register now and save yourself a Spot!

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, November 21st:

Monday is a big day (astrologically speaking)! The Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra until 12:16pm EST. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating. These next two days are a great time for mediation — but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to “yes” more easily than we might like.

We may also be able to see both sides of the equation so well that we can’t make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm — even if it’s “No” 😉

One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.

Monday morning, at 6:14am EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for 6 hours, until 12:16pm EST. Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand, as best as you can, collaborate with others, and play nice; on the other hand, be authentic and truthful about what you want to build long-term.

As always, with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday morning until the early afternoon ahead of time.

Monday early afternoon, at 12:16pm EST, the Moon enters passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Wednesday afternoon.

This occurs by a process of subtraction — it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. This makes it an excellent time to look at “old” fears, limiting habits, or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.

Moon in Scorpio tends to run right over ambiguity — it’s “in or out”, “with us or against us”, “love me or leave me”, etc. It can therefore be stormy — a cold winter storm, or a torrid tropical storm of passion, depending on how we “work” the energies 🙂

Manipulation and paranoia are the lower vibrations of this aspect, so as best you can, be straightforward — act in good faith and assume it in others. Best of all, be truly present to the fluctuations of your feelings — no matter if they’re “polite” or “timely”. Feelings aren’t facts, but they are information — and heeding them will help you embrace all of who you are.

Know thyself — and love thyself — you shall be set free. Remember: Love connects us to the Power within; Fear causes “Force” to show up — and that’s ultimately what disempowers us and others.

Monday early evening, a Mercury/Venus alignment in 7° of Sagittarius becomes exact at 5:55pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from November 12th on; it will remain strong until December 2nd. From Nov. 12th-16th, this alignment started to build while Venus and Mercury were still journeying through passionate, intense, all-or-nothing, secretive Scorpio, and then from Nov. 17th-Dec. 2nd these two planets are happily connected in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking, freedom-loving Sagittarius

This planetary alignment in Sagittarius is an excellent time to start sharing about cultural art projects (or artistic endeavors related to philosophy or religion — visual arts, perhaps), or any teachings connected to a broader perspective on life.

It indicates an ability to communicate from the heart — and in fact, connecting to people we have an affinity with is essential.

We want to feel able to connect in a harmonious, peaceful manner and communicate on an equal footing. We tend to have a strong sense of fairness at this time and want to be in touch with people who meet us halfway. In general, we are very agreeable and enjoy socializing.

We also thoroughly enjoy the written and spoken word — literature, wordplay, puns, moving conversations — especially if the topics are connected to life philosophies, the law, Higher Education, and exploring other people’s cultures, religions, and nationalities.

This combo allows our mind and heart to love and think bigger, and go beyond our emotional experience towards a larger perspective on what the meaning of it all might be.

This also invites us to be open to shifting our perceptions. We might therefore want to ask: What are my attitudes towards life? Towards “that situation”? (You know the one…) Where do I insist on “being right”? How do I usually feel afterward?

Discovering what is true, universal, and most meaningful requires periodically looking outside of our programming and going beyond our day-to-day lives.

Ask yourself: What philosophies resonate with me? What universal truths align with my heart and my direct experience of life so far?

What stories have I been telling myself about life? About my relationships? About my finances? Where is my understanding of any of those subjects? Do I see the glass as half-full or half-empty?

Do I shy away from new experiences or thrive on exploring new territory? Am I open to elevating my perspective by exposing myself to other cultures, religions, or fields of knowledge?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 4-10 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Virgo, Gemini, or Taurus (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra).

The last Quarter Moon in Leo becomes exact on Wednesday morning; Jupiter’s station intensifies on Friday; and the Balsamic Moon phase begins on Sunday morning.

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Monday early morning (a little over 2 hours), Wednesday evening (for a little over 1 hour), and Saturday very early morning (for a little over 2 hours).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, November 14th:

Monday is a big day (astrologically speaking)! The Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer until 7:48am EST.

Monday early morning, at 5:41am EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last a little over 2 hours, until 7:48am EST. Use this intuitive time to trust your intuitive sensing and allow whatever comes up to be beneficial for you. Release anything that feels outdated or stuck in the past. It is also a great time to explore spiritual, intuitive, or creative endeavors, and to lend loving and nurturing support to others.

As always, with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday morning ahead of time.

Monday morning, at 7:48am EST, the Moon enters fun and attention-loving Leo, where it will journey until Wednesday evening. We may lack objectivity and struggle with backing down or compromising. We all love to be admired — or at the very least acknowledged — for our greatness 🙂

So, hand out some compliments — let people know how proud you are of them, and tell them how much you love them. Come from the heart in this and all other things; be honest and authentic as best you can.

This Moon placement also starts the build-up towards the last Quarter Moon (exact on Wednesday morning).

Monday late evening, an opportune Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 9:27pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday evening (Nov. 12th) on; it will remain strong until this Wednesday evening. This aspect provides an opportunity to restructure or rebuild areas of our lives that need it.

It’s also an opportunity to do more research toward building something meaningful, all while learning about our authentic motivations; as best as you can, dig deeper — and keep your heart open — a fearful approach is not recommended.

Ask yourself: How might releasing any fearful or “worst case scenario” thinking help deepen my connection to whatever I feel deeply passionate about, out there in the world? Is it at least possible that letting go of “old”, lower-vibration thought forms colored by fear or self-protection would support me in effortlessly reaching my long-term goals?

Remember: opportunities aren’t “automatic”… we have to go after them, and realize them.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC), or any personal planets in 23-29 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces, or Virgo? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity — the same applies for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo, or Scorpio (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Pluto rules Scorpio).

Also, Monday late evening, a harmonious Sun/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 10:43pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Friday evening (Nov. 11th); it will remain strong until this Thursday evening (Nov. 17th). This aspect could be tremendously supportive when it comes to dissolving what no longer serves us — especially anything that relates to traumas from the past and fears that keep us stuck, or disconnected from others, or that simply keep us from a fully passionate life.

Our intuition, imagination, and inspiration all seem to be “zeroed in”. We go beyond “tolerance”, to lovingly embrace differences in others, and give where it’s needed with open hearts and hands. All of this also feeds into any creative and spiritual endeavors that start around this time.

Ask yourself: what am I ready to release that has kept me from living a passionate life? Who am I ready to forgive? Do I make it onto that list? What if forgiveness wasn’t even a requirement? What if I could simply choose to move on, because I understand the power of acceptance and compassion, towards myself and others?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career point (or one or more personal planets) in 20-26 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces, or Cancer? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Pisces (the Sun rules Leo; Neptune is the ruler of Pisces).

Also, on Monday, Jupiter starts to slow down again (stations) at 28.5-29 degrees of Pisces, preparing to come to a halt on Nov. 23rd (after having been retrograde for the past 4 months). This station will last until Nov. 30th.

When a planet stations, we start to be more fully aware of its energy; this awareness helps us to get more connected to those energies as they exist within us. We get to see where we need to embrace them more fully, so that we can use them in a healthy way, without getting lost in the lower vibrations of their expression.

Jupiter represents our desire to seek insight through knowledge and exploration. Some of this planet’s keywords are morality, gratitude, hope, honor, and the law. Jupiter is the planet of possibility, optimism, wisdom, understanding, and growth (including mental and spiritual growth). Jupiter is also associated with our sense of humor, generosity, tolerance, goodwill, and mercy.

The lower expressions of Jupiter include irresponsibility — too much of a good thing, leading to blind optimism, excess, and overindulgence.

We have been connecting internally to our wisdom and ability to grow for the past four months. What did you discover about your ability to learn and grow since June 28th? Do you have a better understanding of your own inner wisdom and optimism — and how to access it? How could those discoveries change how you connect to your intuitive knowing?

Those of us who have any of our personal planets (or our Ascendent) in the following: 26-29 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius; or 0-1 degree of Aries, Libra, Cancer, or Capricorn will be more affected by this station. This is also true for those of us with their Ascendent or Sun-sign in Sagittarius (Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius, so those folks will always be affected more strongly by Jupiter’s movements and aspects).

November 7th – 13th

Letting Go of the “Old” to Let In the “New”

This week’s headline items: a powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Taurus becomes exact Tuesday morning; on Saturday, Neptune in Pisces starts to slow down (station), preparing to end its 5-month Retrograde phase; Mars ends its Station phase on Sunday (but will remain retrograde until January 12th, 2023).

There will only be two Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Wednesday morning (a little over 1.5 hours) and Friday early evening (for almost 2 hours).

Before we get to this week’s forecast, a gentle reminder:

An EARLY BIRD SPECIAL is available until midnight Wednesday, Nov. 9th!

To ask a question in advance; please email me by Nov. 11th by the end of the workday,… and if I don’t have it yet, send me a copy of your Birth Chart (If you have done a Reading or Coaching-Healing session with me in the past, or if you have already emailed me a copy of your chart, I will have it. If none of this applies to you, send me a pdf of your birth chart).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, November 7th:

Monday, the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day. It will journey there until Wednesday morning. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain.

What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses 😉

Also, this Moon placement starts the build-up to the Full Moon (Lunar Eclipse) in Taurus (exact on Tuesday morning, more on that tomorrow…)

Monday very early morning, a challenging Venus/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 2:34am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Friday evening on; it will remain strong until this Wednesday evening. This aspect asks us to stretch and grow beyond how we’ve known ourselves up to this point — a process of maturing that requires us to adjust and stay flexible.

On the one hand, we want to connect on a deeper, more intimate level with others; on the other hand, we feel a sharp need to improve our various communities — we are asking how we could create a better future for us all, going from A to B without missing anything essential — in short, we want to determine what’s real and would provide the best foundation for a better future. Do your best to make space for both of these urges.

We tend to be more cautious when it comes to relationships and finances now — and in fact, this is not the best time to start a brand-new romantic relationship. Financially though, this aspect can be eye-opening; if we can find creative ways to deal with money, we will grow from it.

The key here is to approach both in a spirit that combines authenticity and maturity rather than attachment to a certain outcome. Pushing will most likely not get us what we want — better to go one slow and steady step at a time, so we can come back later (if needs be) with a stronger approach and more mature expectations.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 16-22 degrees of Scorpio, Aquarius, Taurus, or Leo? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra, or Capricorn (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).

Monday is the day before a powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Taurus-Scorpio becomes exact — the second Eclipse in this Eclipse Season — so there is some potent energy coming our way. It would be wise to prepare ourselves to be transformed by it, allowing for our consciousness upgrade to be installed — you may also want to watch my “Members Lunar Eclipse in Taurus” video if you haven’t seen it yetNot yet a Member? Watch a 15-minute excerpt of my Lunar Eclipse video here.

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are excellent days to slow things down and go within. Remember: Eclipses bring a strong focus to endings and beginnings — they push us forward in our evolution and connect us more fully to our Soul’s Journey. As best as you can, trust that whatever is leaving or falling apart is making way for something better.

All Eclipses transmit new energetic codes and transformative downloads, symbolized by the signs involved. The more receptive we are to these transformative downloads, the more quickly and easily we can integrate them; time in nature, meditation, art, and spiritual endeavors support this integration process and help us better attune to these evolutionary upgrades ==> If you’d like to learn more, and as a Member of my online community, click here to watch my whole Lunar Eclipse videoNot yet a Member? Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, October 31st:

Monday, the Moon remains in ambitious, goal-oriented Capricorn until 11:43am EDT. We tend to be more realistic, serious, and cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.

Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.

As best as you can during this aspect, avoid “should-ing” on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying “I am doing the best I can and that’s all I can ever do” 😉

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn — and it is transiting through Aquarius making this a great time to take a look at our visions for humanity, and at things we would like to accomplish long-term within our communities (locally or online).

It’s also a great time to take a more serious look at our various networks and connections to like-minded people; as best as you can, be authentic about your affiliations: Do they truly resonate with your personal vision for the future — as it stands now, rather than what it was 5 or 10 years ago?

Does participation in those groups or networks align with who you are now, and with where you see yourself 5 years from now? What do you truly want to commit yourself to?

Monday at 11:14am EDT, we enter a brief Moon VoC that will last 30 minutes, until 11:43am EDT. Use this intuitive time to soften your need for accomplishment with a gentler, more intuitive approach; go within, get a wider perspective about your inner divinity, and bring an experience of peace and inner knowingness to your long-term commitments.

Ask yourself: Where might I be guided, if I trusted my intuitive body to guide me? Could I tune in and listen 5% more to those subtle sensations or messages? Could a different perspective on timing support me in achieving my long-term goals with more ease? What if I brought 5% more discernment to questions of “proportion”?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late morning ahead of time.

Monday late morning, at 11:43am EDT, the Moon enters freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Wednesday afternoon. The energy of the Aquarian Moon relates to our instinct for improvement. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional, and interactions more impersonal than personal.

Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius — and this planet is currently moving through Taurus, making these next two days a great time to look at our physical connection to our own body, finances, and whatever is most important to us on this planet.

Where in my life have I become too rigid in connection with my body, my physical resources, or my talents? Where have I become too comfortable with those things? What is my connection to the Earth? To Nature? Do I need more physical space? More physical movement?

This Moon placement also starts the build-up towards the first Quarter Moon (which will be exact very early morning tomorrow, Tuesday).

HAPPY HALLOWEEN, everyone!

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, October 24th:

Monday, the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day. It will journey there until Tuesday very early morning. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time, and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating.

Monday early morning calls for some inner adjustments, as we feel uneasy or awkward and must make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, we want to innovate when it comes to what we value (ourselves included) — and maybe also have some financial breakthroughs; on the other hand, we feel the need to attend to our one-on-one relationships, supporting them — and perhaps collaborating. (Moon in Libra quincunxes Uranus in Taurus, exact at 5:18am EDT)

Monday morning, we sense harmonious connections even though we are focused on making progress. Where our visions for the future are concerned, we are invited to bring a new level of authenticity and make realistic choices around connecting with others. (Moon in Libra trines Saturn in Aquarius, exact at 7:08am EDT)

Monday afternoon we are invited to make some more internal adjustments. We may want to connect with others but may also need to tune in to our intuitive inner voice. What do you hear when you get really quiet?  (Moon in Libra quincunxes Neptune in Pisces, exact at 3:07pm EDT)

Monday evening, we feel social and seek to go after things on a mental level, so as best as you can, have stimulating conversations — and allow for fairness in discussions or arguments. (Moon in Libra trines Mars in Gemini, exact at 7:12pm EDT)

Also on Monday evening, at 8:36pm EDT, we enter a Moon VoC that will last almost 7 hours, until 3:18am EDT (Tuesday early morning). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand, as best as you can, collaborate with others and play nice; on the other hand, be authentic and truthful about what you want to build long-term.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday evening until Tuesday very early morning ahead of time.

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, October 17th:

Monday, the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer all day. It will journey there until Monday night/Tuesday very early morning.

With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say and therefore our feelings are more easily hurt — so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is key for the rest of the day 😉

Emotional safety is important to us as well; we like connecting to the familiar and we enjoy nurturing ourselves and others — home and family call to us, for instance. Make sure though, that your glass is filled before letting others drink from it, otherwise you might start to feel drained and resentful.

Monday early afternoon, at 1:15pm EDT, the last Quarter Moon in 24.5° of Cancer becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build the moment the Moon entered Cancer, last week, Saturday early afternoon (Oct.15th). The Moon in protective, nurturing Cancer makes a challenging aspect to the Sun harmony-oriented, idealistic Libra.

This may bring challenges; however, it also energizes us to face what demands completion or change. This Moon phase brings us closer to Oct. 25th, which will bring a powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Scorpio.

With this particular last Quarter Moon, rather than starting major new projects, it serves us to take a look at what was started around the time of the last Solar Eclipse — in this case, around April 30th, 2022. We now have about a week to wrap those projects up. What — if anything — needs last-minute adjustments? What have you discovered since late April/early May? What did it mean for you?

As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 22-27 degrees of Cancer, Libra, Capricorn, or Aries? If so, you will feel this month’s last Quarter Moon quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer.

Monday late afternoon, at 4:56pm EDT, we enter a Moon VoC that lasts for almost 8 hours, until 12:45am EDT (Tuesday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to remain flexible and practice self-care — take good care of your emotional and physical body — that way, you’ll remain able to empower yourself and others.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late afternoon until Tuesday very early morning ahead of time.

Monday early evening, a somewhat challenging Venus/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 6pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Sunday early evening on; it will remain strong until Tuesday early evening. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed in order to see what needs adjusting.

We may have an unrealistic sense of our ability to relate right now and be attracted to others based on inaccurate perceptions — and on incorrect appraisals of who we are and where we are going.

We might also get confused when we aren’t able to connect with others in harmonious ways. The key is genuine self-acceptance; we allow that, our range of love expression increases.

It’s also worthwhile to look at how our ideas are received by others: Can we involve them in our dreams? As best as you can, slow down and trust the process: “If a thing is worth having, it’s worth waiting for.” Just for right now, could you simply have faith that everything will align eventually?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 22-24 degrees of Libra or Pisces? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra, or Pisces (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Neptune is the ruler of Pisces).

Also, on Monday early evening, a harmonious Sun/Mars aspect becomes exact at 6:05pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Friday evening (Oct. 14th) on; it will remain strong until this week, Thursday evening. This aspect lets us know that we could create one-on-one relationships that support open-minded communication and exchanges. This becomes possible if we simply bring conscious awareness to our actions and create fair collaborations that lead to win-win outcomes.

It also brings a flow of intellectual stimulation that we can easily discuss and share with others. We have powerful stores of energy right now that we can draw upon when needed.

We respond to problems or challenges with a spirited and enthusiastic confidence that is admirable. We truly believe in equal opportunities and seem to be in love with life.

When we express or experience competitiveness, or courage, it’s easy to smile and accept these traits as positive, rather than being rubbed the wrong way. We generally have good mental and physical vitality during this transit.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 22-28 degrees of Libra, Gemini, or Aquarius? If so, you may feel more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aries (the Sun rules Leo, Mars rules Aries).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, October 10th:

Monday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries until 5:04pm EDT. Life is an adventure; we’re more open to new ideas and enthusiastic about new projects. Patience is certainly not our strong suit at this time, but we can decide quickly and act immediately.

Our independence and dynamism are important to us right now, so we may find it hard to be disciplined or accept advice at this time; in general, our responses to others tend to be more assertive or even aggressive. If you find your foot tapping, try hitting the gym or finding other ways to burn off the body’s excess energy.

Monday late morning, a Venus/Chiron opposition becomes exact at 9:15am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Friday evening (Oct. 7th) on; it will remain strong until this week, Wednesday evening. This opposition asks us to create a balance between the healing process of our masculine energies, and our various one-on-one relationships.

We may feel insecure around others at this time; we need to first heal our own deep fears of not being “good enough”, learning to love ourselves — and then seeing how we can meet our partners halfway. As best as you can, bring the gift of compassion, understanding and forgiveness to your own insecurities or feelings of unworthiness — then gift that to others.

Ask yourself: Might being more accepting of myself despite (or even including) my self-doubt make me a more compassionate collaborator and ally?

If you feel triggered by someone else (or vice versa), direct compassion and kindness towards both of you as best as you can. Ask yourself: Is this connected to my past or upbringing? What if this were an opportunity to embrace my wounded inner child with love and kindness? What about embracing someone else’s wounded inner child?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 11-17 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer, or Capricorn. If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra).

Monday late morning, at 10:02am EDT, we enter a Moon VoC that lasts for 7 hours, until 5:04pm EDT. Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand, as best as you can, follow your inner compass and take care of your own needs; on the other hand, deepen your authentic connection to whatever you are building long-term.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late morning until the early evening ahead of time.

Monday early evening, at 5:04pm EDT, the Moon enters steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will journey until Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain.

What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses 😉

Monday late evening, at 7:51pm EDT, Mercury re-enters harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Oct. 29th. Due to its September retrograde, Mercury already journeyed through the early degrees of Libra between Aug. 25th and Sept. 23rd.

Think back to those dates and ask yourself: Did I have any conversations that I need to revisit? Is there any new information or thoughts (especially in connection with justice, or being objective about a relationship) that came through during that period that now need to be processed?

For the next 19 days, our thinking shifts gears: We are more likely now to see things from multiple points of view and to think in abstractions, this helps us be objective.

We have a strong sense of justice and look for ways to make compromises. We speak and act diplomatically; this comes from our desire for harmony, peace, diplomacy, win/win outcomes. We feel better when we are not pressured into making quick decisions. Very probably, the two things we will most avoid at this time are confrontations and emotional intensity.

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel a greater need for justice and fairness. Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Libra? If so, you will most likely feel chattier for the next 19 days.

Also, today is your LAST CHANCE to get your name entered into my RAFFLE and get a chance to win one of 3 Prizes! You will also get a $30 Discount coupon that can be applied to any of my Readings and single Coaching-Healing sessions, when filling out this brief survey ==> click here to get started!

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, October 3rd:

Monday, the Moon remains in ambitious, goal-oriented Capricorn all day. It will journey there until Tuesday morning. We tend to be more realistic, serious, and cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.

Our ambition surges and brings a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.

As best as you can during this time, avoid “should-ing” on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying, “I am doing the best I can, and that’s all I can ever do” 😉

Monday early morning, we are invited to make adjustments and find creative solutions to seemingly insoluble situations. As best as you can, make space for looking into some alternative exercise programs or holistic approaches to your personal projects and current long-term commitments. Compassion is key 😉 (Moon in Capricorn squares Chiron in Aries, exact at 3:57am EDT)

Monday late morning, we are invited to connect with like-minded people, and learn something new about our unique talents or value to the world. We are better able to connect to anything that involves a long-term commitment. We perhaps might also implement revolutionary business practices or government programs that support our values and make life tangibly more enjoyable. (Moon in Capricorn trines Uranus in Taurus, exact at 10:37am EDT)

Monday afternoon, we are invited to make some inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to connect and share ourselves with others — and on the other, the need to accomplish something out there in the real world, and to be responsible and self-reliant. (Moon in Capricorn quincunxes Mars in Gemini, exact at 3:12pm EDT)

Monday evening, we have an opportunity to soften our need for accomplishment with a gentler, more intuitive approach. (Moon in Capricorn sextiles Neptune in Pisces, exact at 7:31pm EDT)

Monday late evening, at 11:49pm EDT, we enter a Moon VoC that will last 6.5 hours, until 6:20am EDT (Tuesday morning). Use this intuitive time to focus on long-term successes. We might get a little obsessed with a project or task — as best as you can, take breaks and don’t forget to practice a little self-care 😉

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late evening until Tuesday morning ahead of time.

Sept. 26th – October 2nd

Conviction & Passion

This week’s headline items: Mercury slows down (stations) again on Tuesday as it prepares to end its Retrograde phase Sunday. Venus changes signs from Virgo to Libra early Thursday morning. It’s time to take actions on our New Moon intentions from Friday on. Pluto’s Station intensifies on Saturday; Mercury comes to a halt and begins its post-Shadow phase early Sunday morning; Sunday evening, the first Quarter Moon in Capricorn becomes exact.

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Tuesday early afternoon (for 7 hours), Thursday early evening (for a little over 6.5 hours), and Saturday early evening (for almost 10 hours).

Before we get to this week’s forecast, I have a quick announcement…

To learn more about how I can best serve you, I will send out a brief survey to my Members this week.

To thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey, I am offering a $30 discount on any of my Readings or Coaching sessions to anyone who completes it; the discount can be applied at any time.

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, September 26th:

Monday, the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day. It will journey there until Tuesday evening. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite now, as we seek the approval of others.

We want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating.

Today and tomorrow (until 7:15pm) are an excellent time for mediation — but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to “yes” more quickly than we might like. We may also be able to see both sides of the equation so well that we can’t make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm — even if it’s “No” 😉

One last quick note: this is also an excellent time for anything related to visual arts.

Monday very early morning, a harmonious Venus/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 1:46am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Friday evening on; it will remain strong until this Wednesday evening. This aspect brings a fruitful and rewarding period in our lives. We experience new depths of intimacy (with an existing or new partner), we learn to appreciate the important people in our lives, and our value system transforms and evolves.

This is likely an excellent period for finances as well. Work we’ve done might pay off, and we are able to manage our finances better, with more attention to detail, planning, and strategy — as well as the elimination of anything that no longer serves us. We might renew a commitment, or bring new, deeper and more intimate energy into a relationship under the influence of this aspect.

Our sexual lives might get a real boost now, as we tend to want to connect on a deeper level. We might find ourselves strongly attracted to someone, almost to the point of obsession. If this aspect connects with any of your personal planets, you might just meet the “love of your life”.

One thing is for sure — relationships experienced now are bound to be unforgettable. While this transit tends to signal new or strengthened relationships, any relationship that ends during this cycle may leave us feeling liberated.

We will investigate the upcoming Pluto’s Station Direct phase in Capricorn (Oct. 8th) & Eclipse season (starting on Oct. 15th) — in relation to our own birth charts — in my next Forecasting Forum on Oct. 8th. Where are you being asked to transform? To trust the universal process? ==> Register here now (unless you are already a Star Member — in that case, you are automatically registered and will receive the link to join live on Oct. 7th and the recording of the live event on Oct. 8th).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 23-29 degrees of VirgoCapricorn, or Taurus? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Scorpio (Venus being the ruler of Taurus and Libra, while Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio).

Monday early afternoon, a Mercury/Venus alignment in 27º of Virgo, becomes exact at 1:59pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Sunday evening on, and it will remain strong until this Tuesday evening. This is an excellent time to start sharing about art projects (or anything arts-related —visual arts perhaps) and any teaching endeavors. This alignment indicates an ability to communicate from the heart — and in fact, connecting to people we have an affinity with is essential.

We want to feel able to connect in a harmonious, peaceful manner and communicate on an equal footing. We tend to have a strong sense of fairness at this time and want to be in touch with people who meet us half-way. In general, we are very agreeable and enjoy socializing. We also thoroughly enjoy the written and spoken word — literature, wordplay, puns, moving conversations — especially if connected to our health and wellbeing.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following placements: 24-29 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, Sagittarius, or 0 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Virgo, GeminiTaurus, or Libra (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra).

Monday afternoon, a Sun/Jupiter opposition becomes exact at 3:33pm EDT. We have been feeling this aspect build since last week, Friday evening (Sept. 23rd), and it will remain strong until this Thursday evening. This aspect can bring an opportunity to open up our consciousness through other people. As best as you can, expand your perspectives about life, relationships — and enjoy the optimism.

Ask yourself: Who (or what) could motivate me to be more assertive in my relationships (business or personal)? Could I simply try out something new? What or who inspires me to try that?

The urge to grow and expand is strong, but we might overreach — and hasty actions could backfire. As best as you can, don’t expect too much from others or yourself; avoid over-promising, and slow down whenever you can. Also, use humor 🙂

Projects or ambitions may come to a culmination point, or undergo surprising changes; ask yourself: What insights am I receiving? Where can I go from here? What if I slowed down, just for a moment? What’s the bigger picture that I can perceive then?

Think back to March 5th, 2022, when the Sun last aligned (conjunct) with Jupiter in Pisces, and ask yourself: What was started then? What seeds did I plant around intuitive knowing, going with the flow, and trusting life? What might I see if I expanded my perspective around my interconnectedness with the Universe? Have those seeds sprouted since then? What’s my attitude now? What still needs to change?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or any personal planets in 1-7 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you may feel more affected by this opposition. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Sagittarius (the Sun rules Leo; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).

Monday all day & night, is our time to set New Moon Intentions for this month — if you haven’t already done so on Sunday evening. If possible, align them with the New Moon energies that I spoke about in my video — feel free to watch it again if you are not sure anymore — click here to watch my video on the New Moon

September 19th – 25th

A Breakthrough with Health and Well-Being

This week’s headline items: on Thursday evening, the Balsamic Moon phase begins, and the Sun changes signs from detail-oriented Virgo to balance-seeking Libra, marking the beginning of the Autumn Equinox. Mercury (now retrograde) re-enters Virgo on Friday morning. On Saturday, Pluto starts to slow down again (aka “stationing”), preparing to end its 5-month Retrograde phase. The New Moon in Libra becomes exact on Sunday early evening.

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Tuesday late morning/early afternoon (for a little over 4.5 hours), Thursday morning (for 21 hours), and Sunday morning (for almost 4 hours).

Before we get to this week’s forecast, I have an important announcement…

Due to its Station phase, Pluto will be exalted, and its energy will be especially loud from this coming Saturday, Sept. 24th, until Oct. 21st. Pluto is urging us to build something solid, lasting, and emotionally empowering to us and future generations. Remember, Pluto is an emotional empowerment process; if something is “killing us slowly”, we will surely become aware of it during a Pluto Station. An exalted Pluto always bringing extra intensity to the table.

With this in mind, I want to call on anyone who needs emotional, spiritual, or mental support right now to take a look at my brand-new Coaching Packages that I designed with your success (and complete peace) in mind.

The sessions are very powerful and very gentle at the same time, as they allow you to let go of any stress or discomfort, and provide a chance to reconnect with the inner peace and calm that is always available to you underneath all of the turmoil or stress.

Since these are brand-new packages, I am going to offer a 20% discount for the exchange of your feedback for the first three people who reach out to me by October 31st.

If, by the end of the 90 days of us working together, you are not satisfied with the results you have gained from our sessions, there will be a 100% money back guarantee!

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, September 19th:

Monday, The Moon remains protective, nurturing Cancer all day. It will journey there until Tuesday late afternoon. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say, and our feelings are thus more easily hurt — so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is vital until tomorrow afternoon…

Emotional safety is also important to us; we like connecting to the familiar and enjoy nurturing ourselves and others — home and family call to us, for instance. That said, ensure your glass is full before letting others drink from it; otherwise, you might feel drained and resentful.

Monday late morning, we are invited to make adjustments and (as best as we can) find creative solutions to seemingly insoluble situations. Make space for healing around anger or self-identity and for addressing emotional or family issues. (Moon in Cancer squares Chiron in Aries, exact at 10:15am EDT)

Monday late afternoon/early evening brings an opportunity to connect to family (or friends that feel like family) and reflect on what could improve everyone’s well-being — this could include health issues or concerns or simply looking at our nutrition and what feeds us…

We are also invited to create breakthroughs around things we enjoy through our five senses (e.g., food). This may also be a good time to find a unique or global approach to financial matters that bring us a sense of emotional security. (Moon in Cancer sextiles Venus in Virgo & Uranus in Taurus, exact at 4:53 & 5:43pm EDT)

Monday evening, we are asked to make some inner adjustments, as we may experience internal discomfort. Personal comfort and safety are important for the Moon in Cancer — but Saturn in Aquarius reminds us that attachment to the past will not lead to new creations or visions. (Moon in Cancer quincunxes Saturn in Aquarius, exact at 7:25pm EDT)

Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, a harmonious Venus/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 12:44am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday evening on; it will remain strong until this Thursday evening. This aspect helps us to embrace all that is new and unusual in romance and finance.

We are ready to experiment — but not to commit. We have an offbeat, pleasant attitude and people are more willing to socialize.

This is an ideal time for financial undertakings involving technology and the internet, metaphysics, the arts, or group activities. Our fear of taking risks lessens at this time — so this could be an interesting few days for the stock markets 🙂

Ask yourself: What do I picture when I imagine revolutionary health or work routines that support my values and make life tangibly more enjoyable for everyone who interacts with me? What might that teach me about my unique talents or value to the world? If I wanted to experience a breakthrough with my health and well-being, what might that look like?

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 15-22 degrees of Virgo, Taurus, or Capricorn? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra, or Aquarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Uranus rules Aquarius).

September 12th – 18th

Learn, Connect & Interact

This week’s headline items: Mercury’s Station phase ends on Wednesday evening — the planet will return to its normal pace through the sky, though now moving retrograde. The last Quarter Moon in Gemini becomes exact on Saturday evening; and a second Mercury/Jupiter opposition becomes exact on Sunday evening.

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Monday night/Tuesday very early morning (for a little over 6.5 hours), Thursday morning (for a little over 7 hours), and Saturday early evening (for a little over 10 hours).

Before we get to this week’s forecast, please know…

If you missed my Forecasting Forum last week and still want to learn how to align yourself with the current energies, feel free to get the mp4-video presentation “Mercury Retrograde in Libra-Virgo & Mars’ pre-Shadow phase in Gemini” — and see how this relates to your personal Birth Chart. Here is what we covered in this webinar:

    • Mercury still stations in 7-9º of Libra until Sept. 14th
    • Mercury started its 3-week Retrograde phase on September 9th
    • Where do you need to re-organize something in your life to achieve better balance? What relationships need your attention?
    • Do you have a Sun-sign or Rising sign in Gemini or Virgo?
    • How will Mercury’s Retrograde phase impact people with planets or points/angles in 0-10º of Libra, Aries, Cancer, Capricorn, or 22-29º of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, or Sagittarius?
    • Mars’ pre-Shadow phase in Gemini (which began Sept. 3rd and lasts until Oct. 30th)
    • What can you do during a Shadow phase that will help you during Mars’ Retrograde?
    • Do you have a Sun-sign or Rising sign in Aries?

Sonja, thanks for a wonderful Forecasting Forum yesterday. Full of great and useful info and easy tools to help us prepare. I had never heard about how to use the complete Mercury Retrograde cycle, from shadow to retro and back again so powerfully. I’m definitely looking at this retrograde and future ones differently. Thanks!” — Jaz M.

Star Members: check your email for the link to the mp4-video recording and enjoy watching it! I sent it out on Sept. 10th in the early evening.

Now, this week’s Forecast…

Monday, September 12th:

Monday, the Moon remains pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day. It will journey there until Tuesday very early morning.

Monday early morning has lots of potential for healing around family, the “mother archetype”, home, and our past. We may feel more sensitive and insecure about what we identify with, and around our ability to be assertive; this allows us to give ourselves some compassion, acceptance, and nurturing in the face of our sensitivities and limitations (Moon in Aries conjuncts Chiron in Aries, exact at 5:13am EDT)

Monday early afternoon, a somewhat challenging Sun/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 12:09pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build last Sunday afternoon; it will remain strong until Tuesday afternoon. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward, and must make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed to see what needs adjusting.

Our focus is drawn to the truth of the matter, but we could be pulled away by doubts, impatience, or by “accepting” responsibilities that aren’t ours (while ignoring the ones that are). We work hard but aren’t always recognized or compensated as we’d like and therefore sometimes run out of steam before our work is complete. Our life works best when we learn to take care of our most important responsibilities first.

Being of service and improving systems are important for Virgo, but Saturn in Aquarius reminds us that perfectionism or being overly humble will not bring forth new visions for the future.

Ask yourself: What future visions do I have for my local or online communities? Could I stay open to bringing in some new structures to fulfill my vision and create something sustainable? What is the worst that could happen if I chose “perfectionism” over “building a better future”? What role might self-responsibility or discernment play in all of this? What if I simply decided to stay adaptable?

As best you can, slow down, but don’t come to a halt — just because you’re not sure about something doesn’t mean it’s not worth taking a longer look — in other words, don’t discard things because they are different or new when you’re unsure what to do about them.

Ask yourself: What does taking care of my health in a self-responsible way look like to me? What future might I see if I slowed down? What might I notice if I took a longer-term view? How might clear discernment support my communities’ long-term goals?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 19-21 degrees of Virgo or Aquarius? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Capricorn (the Sun rules Leo; Saturn rules Capricorn).

Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, at 12:53am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC) that lasts for a little over 6.5 hours until 7:39am EDT (Tuesday morning). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand, as best as you can, follow your inner compass and take care of your own needs; on the other hand, deepen your authentic connection to whatever you are building long-term.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday night until Tuesday morning ahead of time.
