One major thing to note in this New Moon chart is that Pluto has moved back into Capricorn, since the last Full Moon and does now answer again to Saturn (Saturn rules Capricorn). We also have Neptune & Saturn (both of them in Pisces) in their Station phases — and therefore exalted.
Something is therefore “in our face” in regards to those energies, demanding our attention and awareness; I will talk more about all of this below, but first, let’s look at the Gemini influence of this New Moon and its aspects:
Gemini is the archetype of curiosity, communication in all its forms, and mental connections — it represents the development of language and intelligence, as well as our ability to adapt and relate to our immediate environment.
This is a “busy” energy focused on collecting information. We are invited to look at our mental programming and conditioned mind to see what needs to go — and what new thought structures we might want to engage with.
The New Moon in Gemini squares an exalted Neptune in Pisces. With any Square we are invited to stretch and grow. It challenges us to get out of our comfort zone and to work through something that requires a creative approach. We are asked to make changes that may not necessarily come naturally but that are required if we want to grow and move to the next level of our journey.
In this case, our comfort zone is the mind (Gemini) and our need to be mentally busy and engaged. The challenge here is finding a way to trust our intuition (Pisces) and turn inwards for answers and direction.
Ask yourself: What might be possible if I allowed myself to shift from only paying attention to my conditioned mind, to getting present in the here and now and feeling into the energy and truth of who I am?
Is it possible that what I understand with the mind is very different from what I comprehend with the heart? And if that is so, could I trust my heart 5% more than I have done previously? Could I allow myself to slow down and be in the knowing that all is well, all of the time?
Keep in mind that Neptune is exalted (stationing) at the time of the New Moon (until July 14th), and its energy is thus louder; we may not only feel more…

Keep in mind that Neptune is exalted (stationing) at the time of the New Moon (until July 14th), and its energy is thus louder; we may not only feel more sensitive, compassionate, and kind towards others, but we may also feel more anxious, confused, scattered, or overwhelmed at times by the outside world or our interactions with others.
Pay attention to what comes up during this Station phase, and let it be. Once Neptune starts its Retrograde phase and ends its station phase, we can start to get in better alignment with these energies.
Ask yourself: Could I allow my feelings to flow? Could I allow my sensing of energies all around and inside of me to inform my next moves? How might giving myself at least 5 minutes per day to tune in support me? Might connecting to nature give me some peace of mind and understanding of how life always takes care of itself?
Mercury (the ruler of Gemini), currently in its own sign, makes a Sextile to Venus in Leo and a Square to the exalted Saturn in Pisces.
Let’s start with Mercury’s Sextile to Venus in Leo: Our communication skills are enhanced at this time, and this gives us an opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings or simply express something that we have been meaning to — and maybe didn’t have the courage to speak up about up until now.
The beauty here is that even if we speak up, we can do it with grace, and mutual benefits will ensue. This is also an opportune time to make new social contacts.
Ask yourself: What have I been waiting to discuss or share? With whom? How excited could I let myself be? How might adding a dash of love, gratitude, and joy create whole-hearted interactions with others? How can I take advantage of this opportunity?
Now, let’s talk about Mercury’s Square to the very exalted Saturn in Pisces: Another challenging aspect that invites us to stretch and grow. We may want to be more aware of any rigid or negative thinking at this time, not only when it comes to interacting with others, but especially when it comes to our own inner dialog.
Our day-to-day mind (Mercury in Gemini) is asking us to stay engaged with the outside world via email, text, phone, the internet, the news, chatting, connecting, and being/staying informed. However, the exalted Saturn in Pisces says, “Not so fast!” Saturn is asking us to slow down and focus on our own inner spiritual work, and face our various modes of escapism from this world or from ourselves.
Ask yourself: What role does self-responsibility play when it comes to my intuitive processes? Where have I been too naive or in denial? What might become possible in the external world if I brought 5% more responsibility (and a realistic assessment) to what’s needed internally? Might it allow me to be more present? More in the flow? More at peace?
What spiritual or creative tools could I practice to calm my nervous system?
Here are just a few things that came to mind for me — you may have other tools or practices — feel free to share yours or get inspired by the ones listed here: Music, Poetry, Song-writing, Sound Healing, drinking Lemon Balm tea, Releasing (The Sedona Method), yin yoga, sleep studies, dream work, low or no-sensory breaks, star gazing, forest bathing, cold water plunges,…
Saturn in Pisces starts its yearly 4-month Retrograde phase less than 12 hours before the New Moon becomes exact! (on June 17th). It will remain in its retrograde phase until Nov. 4th. During that time, we are being asked to access our ambition to be spiritually sovran from within and practice spiritual maturity.
We may also need to reassess our relationship to responsibilities, boundaries, and authority. Ask yourself: What does “spiritual maturity” mean to me? How can I practice it? Where am I asked to become more responsible?
Retrograde phases often seem to coincide with slowdowns or setbacks. These could be a blessing in disguise, directing us to make inner and outer shifts, so that we can move forward rather than repeat old patterns.
Ask yourself: Am I feeling spiritually blocked or energetically overwhelmed? Emotionally fatigued or depressed? What am I being asked to change or do differently? What are the vices that help me escape those feelings?
Saturn will feel exalted until June 24th, as it will be moving slower than usual until then. Ask yourself: What is in my face in connection to my long-term spiritual goals? What have I already achieved and what is still waiting to be accomplished?
What do I see now that keeps me from being truly connected to my intuitive knowing? To my higher Self? To my compassionate heart? What can be done to achieve this connection?
Where do I need to have healthier boundaries? Where do I need to be more realistic about my own and other people’s limitations? What is demanding my attention regarding all of this?
Since Pluto (now back in Capricorn) answers to Saturn, we are invited to see our interconnectivity with all of life.
Pluto started its 15-year journey through this sobering Earth sign in January 2008 and continued until March 23rd, 2023; this return visit will last until January 21st, 2024. This journey initiated a deeper inquiry into our relationship to traditions, social structures, and authority (both inner and outer).
Given that Pluto is also Retrograde right now, this is an optimal time to continue any unfinished processes in connection to our Soul Purpose.
We are invited to dig deeper and transform what doesn’t feel emotionally authentic and make deeper alliances with people, places, or things that bring us closer to an empowered experience — one where we can feel passionate about what we are building out there in the world.
Ask yourself: What has been my biggest “SHOULD” over the past 15 years? Am I ready to make choices that are not based on “shoulds”? What would that look like?
To sum it all up for this New Moon: the next 28 days highlight the power of information and the preciousness of our awareness. This New Moon urges us to be very selective about our media choices, and extra mindful of how we communicate with others, and with ourselves.
We are asked to adapt to new circumstances; through our curiosity and exposure to a wide variety of ideas, people, and experiences, we learn that there are many angles, many filters, many ways of looking at things. Gemini represents the interplay of duality and the challenge of incorporating unintegrated aspects of self.
Ask yourself: How might I assimilate mind and emotions? Spirit and matter?
As best as you can, remain curious, open-minded, and adaptable for the next 28 days. Trust yourself, your heart knows the way, and allow the mind to become a neutral observer, as much as possible.
Ask yourself: Am I just my mind, or am I more than my mind? If I’m more than just my mind, what is beyond the mind? What might I discover if I stay open to being inspired by life, rather than focusing on all the “bad” news and denser vibrational thoughts that come through?
Might a 10-minute meditation, mantra, or prayer practice help make me more aware of my relationship to my thoughts and what arises in consciousness on an ongoing basis? How might laughter, singing, or humming support my body-mind-heart connection?
Again, feel free to also watch my video on the subject
[/wcm_restrict] Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 24-29 degrees of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly; this is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer)
The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle; this is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact, and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.
So, this month, any time between 12:37am and 2:24am (on June 18th) would be best, then again from 6:58am (on June 18th) until 12:37am (on June 20th) — please note that all times are given in the Eastern Daylight Timezone — the timezone New York City occupies. On Saturday, June 3rd at 11:42pm EDT, the Full Moon in 13 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact. We start to feel the Full Moon build from the moment the Moon enters Sagittarius early that same morning.
For the next two weeks, we seek balance as we become more awareof something that needs to be brought into alignment or integrated. The balance in question is between our mental processes — symbolized by Gemini — and our quest for a larger truth or meaning (linked to Sagittarius).
The Moon in Sagittarius makes several aspects in this Full Moon chart, as does Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius.
Venus is getting ready to change signs from Cancer to Leo (on June 5th), following in Mars’ footsteps.
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, is conjunct Uranus in Taurus.
Saturn in Pisces will start to slow down (station, and is thus exalted) from June 6th on.
More about the specifics in a moment, but one thing to remember: Full Moons are always times of awareness and culmination. We see things we have not seen before and get to make changes if we don’t like what we see.
So think back to the New Moon phase that started on May 19th: What seeds were planted then? What has “sprouted” since?
Before we talk about all of the aspects of this Full Moon, let’s first talk about the Sagittarian-Gemini polarity:
At its highest vibration, Sagittarius shows us a broader perspective, which has us looking beyond facts and learned knowledge to our direct life experiences and the wisdom gained. It’s all about seeking a higher truth and meaning for life’s challenges — a philosophy that would help us understand life’s trials and tribulations.
So that’s Sagittarius’s highest vibration — what of its shadow side?
When we suppress this energy inside of us, we become unquestioningly attached to our belief systems and the stories we tell ourselves about life — and therefore self-righteous — perhaps we even persecute those who differ in their point of view. We are also more easily susceptible to excesses of all kinds.
Now let’s look at Gemini: at its highest vibration, this sign helps us stay connected to our immediate environment and “day-to-day mind” — processing and sharing as much information as we can, as quickly as possible — we stay curious, constantly looking for ways to learn what we need to connect all the dots and communicate intelligently.
When we suppress the higher vibration of the Gemini energy, we likewise move into its shadow side…

When we suppress the higher vibration of the Gemini energy, we likewise move into its shadow side: superficiality, talking without listening, chattering randomly, sharing information without substance or meaning, collecting lots of facts but having little knowledge, staying busy so the mind doesn’t get bored, and allowing the mind to dominate our physical, emotional & spiritual connection to life.
Ask yourself: What is the difference between information and interpretation? Or information and comprehension? What might change for me if I questioned my assumptions and what I think I know? Who do I think I am? Why are things the way they are? What new information might I spot if I stepped back and took a more expansive view?
Let’s talk about the specific aspects of this Full Moon chart:
The Moon in Sagittarius makes several aspects: Not only does it oppose the Sun in Gemini, but it also trines Mars in Leo, Chiron in Aries, and it squares Saturn in Pisces. So let’s unpack all of that:
The two Trines to Mars in Leo & Chiron in Aries indicate a nice flow and ability to be courageous and walk our path as we see the bigger picture of our journey on this planet, in our human existence.
Ask yourself: Could I accept my human complexities 5% more when expressing myself creatively or otherwise? How complex could I allow myself to be? How about everyone else out there in the world — could I permit them to be just as complex?
We might want to explore a new healing modality for the body, mind, and heart to renew our enthusiasm for life.
Ask yourself: What if expanding my horizons and exploring things holistically could bring a healing quality to wounds around the “masculine” energies (personal and collective)?
How might seeing the bigger picture and taking a holistic approach around my masculine energies give me a greater understanding of myself and what I have identified with (or as)? What would be a wise use for all the physical energy I can access?
The Moon’s Square to Saturn in Pisces asks us to stretch and grow. Our commitment to spiritual self-mastery, towards being in the present moment, calls us to make some adjustments with the outer world.
Ask yourself: What if I just knew that I am always supported by the Universe, by life, by my higher Self? What if every “now-moment” held all the information I needed to handle whatever showed up?
What might be a creative way to stay connected to others and committed to practicing trusting my intuitive knowing?
Also, Saturn in Pisces will slow down (stationing and will be exalted) from June 6th until the 24th. Saturn will start its yearly Retrograde phase on June 17th at 7 degrees of Pisces (until Nov. 4th, retrograding back to 0 degrees of Pisces).
Until June 24th, while Saturn is exalted, we will feel a greater urge to go within, do our spiritual work, and face our various modes of escapism from this world.
Ask yourself: What if I just decided to act with maturity and self-responsibility while staying present and going with the flow — even if I don’t know where things are headed?
What do I see now that needs my attention, that is keeping me from feeling truly connected to my intuitive knowing? To my higher Self? To my compassionate heart?
Now let’s talk about Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius. Jupiter is journeying through Taurus (since May 16th) and conjuncts the North Node, opposes the South Node in Scorpio, and squares Pluto in Aquariusand Mars in Leo. It also sextiles Saturn in Pisces. So let’s unpack all of that:
Let’s start with Jupiter’s alignment to the North Node in Taurus: we are invited to make an effort when it comes to the perspectives and attitudes we have or have had up until now towards our relationship with the physical plane — to be more in touch with the wisdom of our own body, more attuned to the intelligence of nature and what feels natural, and more aware of our intrinsic value (from birth).
Ask yourself: What perspective shift might bring a healthier experience and honoring of my body? Or my physical reality?
What is my current attitude toward my value in the world? Do I reject or hoard material abundance? Do I see material abundance as a good or bad influence on people? Do I see it as a burden? Unattainable? Do I give it too much or not enough of my attention?
What meaning do I ascribe to all things physical?
Jupiter is also part of a Grand Cross, which asks us to break down long-standing ways of dealing with external pressures. Instead, we are invited to act on our inner wisdom and honor what is true for us while respecting the desires and deep processes of others — and what we are experiencing collectively.
Ask yourself: Are my current values, goals, and beliefs a reflection of my highest truth? What attitudes or beliefs could I set free that no longer serve my growth and evolution? Where have I been keeping myself small — out of fear of losing power or control?
What if my self-worth was not determined by other people’s ideas of what it means to be worthy? What if my “worth” was given at birth? Could I value myself exactly as I am and as I am not?
Lastly, Jupiter in Taurus also sextiles Saturn in Pisces:This aspect is an opportunity to create a finer balance between our need for personal growth around our physical/material realities and our need for keeping things real when it comes to the energetic, spiritual, or intuitive realm.
It is also an opportunity to have more self-discipline and self-motivation in our lives — we are more likely to find an increased focus on spiritual, inner self-mastery, coupled with a sense of enthusiasm about our physical comforts and realities.
On Dec. 21st, 2020, Jupiter and Saturn aligned in 0 degrees of Aquarius. This is the first Sextile since this Conjunction — we are ready to open ourselves to new possibilities.
There is also an opening regarding our responsibilities — they feel easier as we see their value. If we stay open-minded and open-hearted, finances can get back on track. It’s undoubtedly easier to save and regulate spending.
Ask yourself: How might sourcing my energy from within support a stronger connection to myself and my talents? What might be possible if I got enthusiastic about my current physical reality? How might a practical and long-term sustainable approach towards my body or finances serve my enjoyment of life in the long run?
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, currently also in Taurus, conjuncts with Uranus. With this alignment, we could achieve real breakthroughs in the form of ideas, communications, and the mind in general — coupled with the possibility of edginess and impatience toward those who don’t value our new insights.
Ask yourself: What unusual conversations are waiting to be had? Could I be open to receiving new insights from the Universe? From my body? From nature? Could I share my new ideas and insights with like-minded people? Who comes to mind?
Nervousness, impulsivity, and fidgeting could also be a by-product of this alignment. Ask yourself: How might a conscious, deep breath support me in creating more space and peace? How could it help with dropping into my body and grounding my ideas in the here and now?
Venus, in a late degree of Cancer, trines Neptune in Pisces. She will also move into Leoon June 5th (until Oct. 9th), starting her long journey through this fiery sign (due to her upcoming Retrograde phase from late July until early Sept.).
The Trine to Neptune has us connect to others in a compassionate, sweet, loving way; we are also more likely to feel romantic over the next two weeks. Trusting and opening up to others becomes more straightforward.
Ask yourself: Could I permit myself to receive love and emotional support from familiar sources? Is there anything from my past or relationships from the past that I am ready to release or let go of? What about my relationship to myself? What needs a more compassionate approach?
As soon as Venus enters Leo, she will make an exact opposition to Pluto in Aquarius and approach several Squares… just as Mars did when he entered Leo on May 20th. Because Venus is involved this time, we need to handle things with more grace and an open heart.
Venus also rules Taurus, and with Jupiter and the North Node in Taurus (being squared by Venus June 5-15th), we are invited to make a shift in connection with who and what we honor and where we need to learn to keep our heart wide open.
We mean well because we are feeling quite optimistic now, but we may underestimate how much time we have or how good a fit something is.
Overspending could also be connected to this aspect (as could making assumptions in our relationships); as best as you can, bring a non-judgmental awareness to any such tendencies.
After June 5th, ask yourself: What am I observing about myself and my relationships with others? What is enough… and what is too much? Could I bring a non-judgmental awareness to any assumptions I bring to my relationships?
Could I be 5% more aware of any tendency to spend more than I have?
To sum it all up: This Full Moon reminds us that truth is in the eye of the beholder and that what we see depends on where we stand and have already been.
Ask yourself: What am I currently seeking? What is no longer true for me? What convictions and misperceptions are holding me back from experiencing a life of abundance?
This Full Moon also invites us to practice our connection to empathy, intuition, and inspiration — a compassionate approach towards our human persona works best. So, over the next two weeks, ask yourself: How open can I be to being courageously myself, with all my sensitivities and insecurities?
It’s best for us to move forward slowly but surely, knowing that our sense of balance must come from within and (as best as we can) staying rooted in the inner knowing that all is well, no matter what we perceive or tell ourselves about those perceptions.
Ask yourself: What experiences outside my everyday routines might widen my perspective and understanding of life? Who supports my journey toward greater self-realization? Could I allow any such connections to grow stronger and more meaningful?

On Dec. 7th, at 11:08pm EST,the Full Moon becomes exact, in 16 degrees of Gemini; the entrance of the Moon into Gemini on Dec. 6th in the afternoon starts the energetic build-up towards this Full Moon.
The Moon in chatty, versatile Gemini, opposes the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. If you are already a Member of my online community, you can watch my Full Moon video for more details.
Let’s start by looking at the highlights of this Full Moon:
The Moon makes an exact alignment to retrograde Mars in Gemini, which asks us to take action on something that we have been meaning to take care of for a while.
The Sun in Sagittarius quincunxes Uranus in Taurus, which invites us to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Neptune in Pisces (our primary connection to universal love and our intuitive knowing) is still exalted until Dec. 22nd, making this planet’s energy a vital part of this Full Moon chart; it widely squares the Full Moon polarity in Gemini-Sagittarius, as well as Mars.
Mercury, the planet of communication or also known as the messenger (also the ruler of Gemini), aligns with Venus, the planet of love and beauty, and they both squares Jupiter, the planet of expansion and generosity (also the ruler of Sagittarius)
There are several other important aspects in this Full Moon chart, and I will go into all of them in detail in a moment — but first…
Full Moons illuminate the higher/lighter vibration and the denser Shadow side of each sign. As our collective consciousness continues to awaken, what’s been in the shadows comes to the forefront more and more, so we can see it more clearly and deal with it on a conscious level.
This ultimately creates a more conscious society that can make more empowering choices for the future. However, it is essential to remember that this is a process and takes time to get to a place where we can see a clear shift on a collective level.
Let’s take a look at the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity…

Let’s take a look at the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity:
Gemini asks us to develop intelligence, objectivity, and open-mindedness. At the same time, Sagittarius wants us to go beyond those places and look for something much bigger: wisdom, broader perspectives, philosophies, ethics, and faith.
The lighter side of Gemini is all about being open-minded, aware that there is always more to learn, and realizing that listening is just as important as speaking (sometimes even more so).
Gemini’s Shadow side has lots of facts but little knowledge, talks readily but cannot hear, and allows the mind to dominate the body, heart, and soul. With Shadow issues, the more awareness we bring to them, the less impact they have on us.
The highest vibration of Sagittarius leads to ever-expanding horizons of understanding, tolerance, and the realization of what life is all about (in general and in particular); the Shadow side has us fall into ruts of dogmatism, entitlement, and excess of all kinds.
Staying curious and open-minded (rather than coming from “already always knowing” or assumptions) will bring greater happiness, balance, and fulfillment in all areas of life.
Ask yourself: What could I learn about my own communication skills that might help me grow as a human being? What might I need to learn or understand in order to go beyond my cultural/religious/social conditioning? What has already changed over the last year in that regard?
How could I make my experience of processing/sharing information and interacting with others more beneficial for everyone involved?
One of modern life’s challenges is dealing with information overload — a Gemini issue. With all the information coming our way on a daily basis, it has become much harder to discern what is fact, fiction, exaggeration, or even outright falsification.
One of the most pressing issues of our time, which was especially highlighted in the last three years, is media bias and the decline of objective journalism — a Gemini-Sagittarius issue.
Ask yourself: What new information might I spot if I stepped back and took a wider view? Could I be 5% extra mindful and discerning as to what I assume to be true?
Now, let’s address some of the aspects of this Full Moon chart:
The Moon makes an exact alignment to retrograde Mars in Gemini. Not only does this ask us to take action on something we have been meaning to take care of for a while, but it also invites us to go within and start looking at our communication skills and efforts.
This will help us learn where to make space for effective and assertive communication and sharing.
Ask yourself: What would effective communication look like? How can I move towards that? What actions might bring me closer to experiencing effective sharing, learning, and listening?
What if I decided to move towards conscious listening with others, even when it feels uncomfortable? Could I remain curious about what I might be able to learn from others?
We also get a chance to explore our inner dialog.
For the next two weeks, ask yourself: Is my inner dialog nurturing? How does it feel? Am I too aggressive with myself? Too demanding? Too impatient?
What might I want to address from the past that had me conditioned into this particular inner dialog? What is ready to be cleared? What thoughts feel nourishing? What information feels helpful?
Given that Mars will still be Retrogradeuntil Jan. 12th, 2023, we may want to reconnect with people from the past or engage in projects we started a while back. High up there on the list of things that feel rewarding at this time are: rewriting, re-editing, researching, reapplying, reconnecting, retaking, and reselling.
The Moon/Mars alignment also trines Saturn in Aquarius and sextiles Chiron in Aries.
The Trine to Saturn allows us to bring honesty and realism to the world, seeing what works and doesn’t work for us, and we tend to approach things with integrity or maturity.
If you believe something needs to be said or acted on, ask yourself beforehand: How important is it? Does it need to be said/done now? If not, then when? How do I want to say/do this? Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary? What outcome am I looking for?
What is worth fighting for in my daily interactions with others? What isn’t? What conversation or action will bring me greater results in my more extensive networks or communities of like-minded people?
The Sextile to Chiron is an opportunity to take action towards learning more about healing our physical and sexual wounds, as well as wounds around our identity and any ancestral damages around the “masculine” energies (such as anger, violence, domination, exploitation, etc).
Ask yourself: Could I allow myself and others to be human? What if I took a curious approach toward my flaws, quirks, and insecurities? How might this support my healing process? Someone else’s? What else (or how else) could I learn more about my ability to heal?
Might my exploration of healing my wounds from the past (or the ones handed down to me from my ancestors) support others in helping theirs?
Chiron is still retrogradeuntil Dec. 23rd. So, until then, this is still an internal process. Chiron will start itsStation phase on Dec. 10th, making this energy “louder”.
The Sextile between Mars and Chiron will get tighter as we get closer to Dec. 19th, when it becomes exact for the second time within three months — but this time, both planets are retrograde, and Chiron becomes more and more exalted.
We will address Chiron’s loud energy due to its Station Direct phase in our next Forum — feel free to join uslive on Dec. 10th at 11:30am EST for the last Forecasting Forum of the year! Once registered, an mp4-video recording of the live event will be available to everyone, whether you joined live or not!
This webinar will help you understand better how this planetary shift will impact you personally and what your healing journey entails. Questions are always welcome, either via email in advance or during the Forum (I will address questions in the order that I have received them).
The Sun in Sagittarius quincunxes Uranus in Taurus. Not only are we invited to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, but it also asks us to make space for recalibrating physical issues (body, money, our planet, etc) and being open to new perspectives and attitudes or maybe even further adventures. It is a dance, and possibly not a comfortable one.
An unexpected turn of events could leave us uneasy or unsettled. So, as best you can, give yourself time to respond rather than react — allow your breath to ground you — and be as flexible as possible without compromising your values.
Ask yourself: How flexible could I be if I tried? What needs to be shifted internally so I can stay open and aligned with my unique, divine preferences? What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with being uncomfortable?
Am I driven by personal resistance and rebellion or a desire to impact humanity positively? Are my beliefs, perspectives, or attitudes about life creating emotional conflict or discomfort with others? With myself?
Is “being right” really that important to me? Why? What do I gain when I insist on “being right”? What do I lose?
Neptunein Pisces turns directon Dec. 3rd (ending its 5-month Retrograde phase). Neptune remains exalted until Dec. 22nd; this reminds us to double-check everything against our inner knowing, our intuitive heart.
Since Neptune also makes a wide Square to the Full Moon in Gemini-Sagittarius and Mars in Gemini, we are being urged to trust our intuition, question old assumptions, and go within before we jump into a conversation or reach any conclusions.
We may tend to underestimate situations or be in denial about their impact on us — and our expectations of ourselves and others might be unrealistic — so do your best to quiet your mind and open your heart. Be sensitive as well as honest — and beware of misinterpretations.
Ask yourself: What gives me access to my “feeling inspiration” in these uncertain times? How could my compassionate heart solve controversy? How might carefully listening to my intuitive self (the part of me that simply knows) support me on that path?
How might a creative approach support me in feeling more grounded in my heart energies? What might a moment of silence provide for my restless mind and my desire to find understanding in this overwhelming pool of information coming my way?
The empty leg of this T-square lands in Virgo; we are thus invited to bring our intuitive, loving heart to our daily routines — ask yourself: Might making a list of my heart’s desires help me be more present and connected to the flow of life? Could I allow for the timing of things as they unfold, trusting that everything on that list will be created eventually?
Since Virgo is also associated with health routines, you might ask yourself: “What health routines would support my emotional well-being?”
When investigating daily routines, it can be tempting to approach things from “good or bad”, or “right or wrong”; instead, try asking yourself: What works? What doesn’t? What do I see when I look at it all through kind eyes? Through a lens of practical neutrality?
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, is currently in an early degree of Capricornand aligns with Venus in a late degree of Sagittarius. Mercury and Venus square Jupiter (the ruler of Sagittarius), currently in Pisces. Let’s unpack all of that…
The Mercury/Venus combo invites us to communicate responsibly, with heart and a grander vision in mind. However, since they also square Jupiter, we may need to be more conscious about exaggerations or agreeing to more than we can handle.
Overspending, overindulging, and over-promising could also be a real issue here with this aspect. Squares mark significant turning points, where we are asked to shift our perception to move forward.
Ask yourself: Could I experiment with weighing the benefits and limitations of any given situation or relationship? Then, once I have done that, could I base my decisions on what works best in the moment rather than on my usual attitudes, expectations, or preconceived notions?
You can double-check yourself here by asking: what would “Past Me” have done here? What could “Now Me” choose to do?
If you feel overly optimistic about a financial undertaking or a relationship, ask yourself: Could I write down at least three pros and cons to gain a clearer, more realistic picture?
Where do I need to distinguish between acceptance and denial? Trusting the divine and illusion? Open-heartedness and being taken advantage of?
Uranus’ ongoing Square with Saturn (since January 2021) has been intensifying the tension between old and new and has challenged us to break free from herd mentalities and start thinking things through for ourselves.
Ask yourself: Where do I need to respect my limitations or set clearer boundaries with others? How might a creative, unusual, or “disruptive” approach support me in having a closer relationship with myself, honoring what works for me and what doesn’t?
Could I focus on my physical vibration for 5 minutes daily and do everything I can to raise it?
To sum it all up: in this uncertain climate, in a world where we experience information overload every day, in a time when we are being asked to process through our shadow issues and let go of “old” conditioning… being present in the “here and now” moment is the biggest gift we can give to ourselves.
It’s more important than ever to “think with our heart”, respond rather than react, and remember that we are all spiritual beings learning how to be human in a very different world than we lived in just three years ago.
Ask yourself: How complex could I allow myself to be? How about everyone else out there in the world? Could I permit them to be just as complex?
As best as you can, stay grounded, avoid distractions, and be very discerning about what deserves your attention and energy!
For the next two weeks, ask yourself: What could I read or watch for new information that feels empowering and worth my time? What am I willing to learn?
Is it at least possible for me to get quiet for 5 minutes every day and rest in the knowing that “all is well, all of the time”?
As best as you can, for the next two weeks, keep an open mind and heart, and see if you can tune into an ongoing realization that nothing is ever truly static or separate…

On June 14th at 7:52am EDT, the Full Moon in almost 23.5 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect the moment the Moon entered Sagittarius, early on Sunday evening, June 12. This month’s Full Moon is also known as the Strawberry Moon — the last Full Moon in Spring.
In addition, this Full Moon is also a SuperMoon. These occur when the Moon is either Full or New while at its closest distance to the Earth and are therefore more powerful. This often means an increase in emotional reactivity and greater awareness around the issues connected to the particular Full Moon energy in question.
For the next two weeks, we seek balance, as we become more awareof something that needs to be brought into alignment or integrated. The balance in question is between our mental processes — symbolized by Gemini — and our quest for a larger truth or meaning (linked to Sagittarius) ==> If you are already a Member of my online community, you can learn more about this month’s Super Full Moon, just click here to watch my video!
Saturn in Aquarius is still exalted, although the planet is now in its Retrograde motion and forming a sextile with the Moon in Sagittarius, while Neptune in Piscessquares the Full Moon polarity. The ruler of Gemini (Mercury), and the ruler of Sagittarius (Jupiter) make a Sextile to each other.Mercury is in an exalted degree and Mars aligns with Chiron in Aries. All of this plays a crucial role in this Full Moon chart.
More about the specifics in a moment, but one thing to remember in general: Full Moons are always times of awareness and culmination. We see things that we have not seen before and get a chance to make some changes if we don’t like what we see.
So think back to the New Moon phase that started on May 30th: What seeds were planted at that time? What has “sprouted” since?
Let’s first talk about the Sagittarian-Gemini polarity:
At its highest vibration, Sagittarius shows us a wider perspective, one that has us looking beyond facts and learned knowledge to our direct life experiences and the wisdom gained thereby. It’s all about seeking a higher truth, and a higher meaning for life’s challenges — a philosophy that would help us understand life’s trials and tribulations.
So that’s Sagittarius’s highest vibration — what of its shadow side? When we suppress this energy inside of us, we become…

What might change for me if I questioned my assumptions and what I think I know? Who do I think I am? Why are things the way they are? What new information might I spot if I stepped back and took a wider view?
Let’s talk about the specific aspects of this Super Full Moon chart:
Saturn in Aquarius is still exalted, although now in its Retrograde motion, and sextiles the Moon in Sagittarius.
Saturn’s exalted state asks us to take a much closer look at the responsibility for our part in the collective, turn a critical eye to everything that we envision for our future, and adopt an objective, scientific approach.
Given that Saturn is also in its yearly Retrograde motion since June 4th, we are asked to turn inwards and take a look at our current long-term commitments and limitations (in connection with our communities & affiliations), and start restructuring anything that has slipped out of alignment with who we have become over the last 18 months.
We are individually and collectively invited to clarify our thoughts. What are we manifesting currently with the thinking that is taking place individually? How about collectively?
Saturn & Pluto are both currently Retrograde, indicating that we might want to take a closer look at our inner processes around our visions for ourselves and our various networks and affiliations, around feeling empowered out there in the world, and around trust in our own authority.
Ask yourself: What if I paid 5% more attention to my inner state? What’s my inner process around embracing or at least acknowledging my own and other people’s limitations? What if I took 5% more responsibility for who I’m being, and how that makes me feel? Who have I put in charge of what I feel? Or experience? To whom have I delegated the decision of what’s best for me? Who gets to decide how empowered I feel?
As best as you can, allow yourself to take your time processing things emotionally, physically, and mentally; there is no rush unless you decide there is.
Saturn’s Sextile to the Moon in Sagittarius gives us an opportunity to connect and collaborate with like-minded people, focus on the bigger picture, or simply commit to something that gets us excited about the future.
Ask yourself: What gets me excited about the future? What commitments am I ready to make? Where are my opportunities for collaboration? How might a mature approach serve me with those connections? What am I willing to learn at this time?
This Super Full Moon chart also has a T-square: Neptune in Pisces becomes a Focus Point, as it squares the Moon in Sagittarius and the Sun in Gemini. This asks us to stretch and grow by releasing anything that no longer supports our spiritual/mental growth. We may have a tendency to underestimate situations or be in denial about their impact on us; our expectations of ourselves and others might likewise be unrealistic.
Sagittarius signifies what we have come to believe, based on our childhood, education, religion, and cultural conditioning, while Neptune and Pisces encompass what we know in our heart and soul.
As best as you can, be gentle with yourself and others; seek to understand before seeking to be understood. Do your best to quiet your mind and open your heart. Be sensitive as well as honest — and beware of misinterpretations!
Ask yourself: What might be the best way to distinguish between what I think, what I believe, and what I simply know? Might my intuitive, divine energy help me be realistic about how much I can expect of myself right now?
How can I honor my introverted and extroverted natures equally? What if I had no judgment about moving faster or slower? What if I tuned into my feeling body for a moment and took a break — or at least slowed down a little? What might feelings of overwhelm have to teach me about a gentler and kinder approach towards myself? What if I practiced being compassionate and kind with myself and others for the next 60 minutes?
We will talk in more detail about Neptune in Pisces on June 18th, in my next Forecasting Forum — and in particular, how the upcoming Station & Retrograde phases will impact our own birth charts. Register here to join us liveorget the mp4-video recording after June 18th. There will also be an Early Bird Special available until June 15th at midnight EDT.
Back to the T-Square: Given that the empty leg of this T-square lands in Virgo, we are invited to bring our compassionate, loving hearts to our daily work & health routines — and to make choices from a place of discernment, and neutral clarity, rather than from a place of judgment.
Ask yourself: What might I experience if I released all judgment towards life and its paradoxes? How might my open heart help both others and myself achieve more clarity? Could I combine the kindness of heart-energy with the clarity of mind-energy?
What if simply making a list of anything that feels overwhelming could help me be more present and connected to the flow of life? Could I allow for the timing of things as they unfold, trusting that everything on that list will be created eventually?
What might be possible if I embraced my intuition and sensitivities on a daily basis? How might a compassionate approach serve me at this time? Could I be kind, loving, and discerning at the same time?
Since Virgo is also associated with health routines, you might also ask yourself: What health routines would support my emotional wellbeing?
When investigating daily routines, it can be tempting to approach things from “good or bad”, “right or wrong”; instead, tryasking yourself: What works? What doesn’t? What do I see when I look at it all through kind eyes? Through a lens of practical neutrality?
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, is in 0 degrees of Gemini at the time of the Super Full Moon. This is an exalted degree, and Mercury is also in its own sign, so it has some potent energy to it.
Mercury is also still in its post-Shadow phase (Retrograde phase ended on June 3rd) and was last in 0 degrees of Gemini on the day of the Solar Eclipse (April 30th), and then during the Retrograde phase as well around May 21st.
Think back to those dates and ask yourself: Did I have any conversations that I need to revisit? Was there any information (especially in connection with learning or understanding something) that I wanted to go after?
With Mercury in such a heightened degree, we are learning that listening is just as important as speaking, maybe even more so. We are also invited to remain open-minded, and aware that there is always more to learn — no matter how much we already “know” or think we know.
Ask yourself: What if I deliberately communicated with more clarity? With my mind 5% more open?
Might listening 5% more attentively help to create better exchanges? What information am I receiving and processing that could support my understanding of things 5% more?
Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius, is currently in Aries, andsextiles Mercury in Gemini. This combo creates a possibility for expansion via stepping into uncharted territory. Humor can be a great way to tap into this energetic combo. We more readily exercise good judgment and are more “philosophical” and open to learning. And the more we learn, the harder it is to judge, objectify, or abuse others.
As with any opportunity, we have to “take” it — it requires we take action. Ask yourself: What could I do that would instill confidence in my exploration of the mind? Is there a new mental process that is asking to be explored? Am I ready to expand my mind? My thinking? How might a courageous attitude support me at this time?
Last but not least, I would like to talk about the Mars/Chiron alignment in Aries. This combo might indicate a feeling of restlessness and impatience, become demanding, or hard to please; we tend to feel like we are not enough, that progress is too slow, and we are tired of waiting.
Ask yourself: Am I moving toward or away from exhaustion? What might shift if my masculine “doing-energy” stood in service to my intuitive, receptive feminine? What might a holistic approach make possible?
We may also more easily feel triggered by others. Ask yourself: What might be possible if I practiced being kind to myself around those triggers?
How could I create 5% more understanding of my relationship to “masculinity” and the expression of anger? What might a natural and confident expression of anger look like to me? How could anger serve me? What does a healthy expression of anger look like? Could I allow myself and others to express anger as long as it is not destructive? What might that look like? How might that feel? What would “courage” do?
To sum it all up: This Super Full Moon reminds us of our interconnectedness, and how our attention, our focus, and beliefs shape our experience of reality.
Ask yourself: What if I focused 5% more on my connectedness with other humans?
This Super Full Moon also invites us to further widen our access to empathy, intuition, and inspiration. Compassionate communication and creative thinking work best over the next two weeks.
If something resonates with you, it means it is aligned with your energy, so move toward that which resonates and away from that which does not. There’s no need for “judgment” here, simply listen to your physical body or your feeling body, heed your inner guidance, and ask yourself: Where have I been getting drained? Where do I get recharged? Where lies the path of least resistance towards myself?
The next two weeks require some courage, communication, and compassion. It’s best for us to move forward slowly but surely, knowing that our sense of balance must come from within, and (as best as we can), staying rooted in the inner knowing that all is well, no matter what we perceive or tell ourselves about those perceptions.
Ask yourself: What kind of experiences outside of my everyday routines might widen my perspective and understanding of life? Who supports my journey towards greater self-realization? Could I allow any such connections to grow stronger and more meaningful?

On May 30th at 7:30am EDT, the Moon aligns with the Sun in 9 degrees of Gemini; this marks not only the beginning of a new Moon cycle, but we are also no longer in Eclipse Season. I also recommend you watch my New Moon video on the subject.
One major thing to note in this New Moon chart is that we have 2 planets in their Station phases — and therefore exalted)— and one of those two planets is also the ruler of this New Moon! Something is therefore “in our face” in regards to the energies of Mercury & Saturn, demanding our attention and awareness; I will talk more about all of this below, but first, let’s look at the Gemini influence of this New Moon:
Gemini is the archetype of curiosity, communication in all its forms, and mental connections — it represents the development of language and intelligence, as well as our ability to adapt and relate to our immediate environment.
This is a “busy” energy focused on collecting information. We are invited to look at our mental programming and conditioned mind to see what needs to go — and what new thought structures we might want to engage with.
Since Mercury (the ruler of Gemini) is still in its Retrograde motionuntil June 3rd, we may need to go over thoughts and information collected before May 10th (the start of the retrograde phase), and engage with new thought structures and information after June 18th (once Mercury has exited its Shadow phase).
Here are some questions you can ask yourself for this New Moon: What motivates me to learn? When I talk to myself about sharing or processing information, what do I typically say? What do I say to myself about being connected to others? About my intellectual capacities? In what area of my life am I a student? A teacher? Am I sometimes both, depending on the day?
The spiritual goal of Gemini is the development of perception, thought, and communication; we are therefore invited to become aware of all the new connections created in the brain with each new thought or memory — and the more we think particular thoughts, the deeper the associated pathways become.
So, ask yourself: What mental paths do I keep heading down, even though I know I don’t need to go there anymore? What if I brought 5% more curiosity to my “self-listening”? Or when connecting with others?
The New Moon sextiles the Jupiter/Mars alignment in Aries; let’s talk a little bit about that planetary alignment first, before we address the Sextile to the New Moon:
Mars’ energy combines with Jupiter’s expansiveness to increase our enthusiasm, liveliness, and optimism. In Aries, this combo is quite fiery — so this could prove a very productive and busy time, particularly when it comes to things we feel passionate about, or strongly identify with.
Feel free to also watch my webinar on the subject, if you haven’t seen it yet — we looked at our own birth charts in connection with those planetary movements, to see how each one of us is personally impacted by this. Click here for more info.
Now, the Sextile of this alignment to the New Moon gives us an opportunity to…

Now, the Sextile of this alignment to the New Moon gives us an opportunity to connect with others and share our individual approaches, or to teach or learn something that we feel passionate about; so ask yourself:
Who might need the information I can provide? Who might provide me with the information I need? What needs to be shared or communicated so I can move forward faster?
Our positive attitude helps us to take risks that get us unstuck, and we have the vigor to blast through challenges, so for the next 28 days (and especially after June 3rd), ask yourself: What could I tackle right now that seemed impossible before?
Let’s take a closer look at Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, currently stationing in 26º of Taurus, and still in Retrograde motionuntil June 3rd. Mercury makes many aspects to other planets in this New Moon chart. However, since it is still retrograde (even though also exalted), we need to continue to reorganize our thoughts and not jump the gun on anything yet.
Mercury in its retrograde motion is associated with processing information on an internal level — our nervous system is in constant communication with all of our cells and organs — the mind-body connection is facilitated by this constant communication.
Deep, slow breathing works wonders on this system and there are many breathing techniques out there — you could simply type “Breathing Techniques” into a search engine and look through what pops up or what most resonates with you. This will be particularly helpful since Uranus lines up with Mercury and the North Node in this New Moon chart as well. Let’s talk about that lineup:
Mercury aligns with the North Node & Uranus in Taurus; as you can imagine, this calls on us to become more aware of our personal physical reality (i.e. our body and resources) and wake up to the connection we have with our planet.
When we learn to have a healthy relationship with our own bodies and the planet we live on we can experience more abundance. With Uranus involved, we could achieve real breakthroughs in the form of ideas, communications, and the mind in general. Nervousness, impulsivity, and fidgeting could be a by-product of this alignment as well.
Ask yourself: What simple step could I take to be more realistically connected to my body, finances, and talents? Could I allow myself to be 5% less attached to one specific outcome? What might become possible if I truly honored myself and my physical experience, allowing myself to see my value, every day, no matter what?
It will pay to take a practical approach, as will allowing ourselves to learn about alternative material resources, or gather resources that allow us to better enjoy this physical reality; the same is true of any flexible earning strategies. Where (or with whom) could I learn about “healthy” financial skills right now? Or after June 3rd ;-)?
Mercury also trines Pluto in Capricorn, sextiles Neptune in Pisces, and squares Saturn in 25º of Aquarius (also stationing/exalted). Let’s start with Mercury’s Square to Saturn (and remember they are both exalted):
Watch out for misunderstandings or rigid thinking, not only when it comes to interacting with others, but also when it comes to your own inner dialog.
Ask yourself: What is the worst that could happen if I chose “quick” over “quality”? What’s the best possible outcome from my choosing “quality” over “quick”?
How might slowing down and taking it one step at a time improve my physical enjoyment and my finances right now? What if that simple change also strengthened my approach to improved results?
As best as you can, find creative ways to connect to your personal values, while staying committed to a realistic vision for humanity or yourself.
Saturn’s Retrograde phasestarts on June 4th, inviting us to take a closer look at our current long-term commitments and limitations (in connection with our communities & affiliations), and start restructuring anything that has slipped out of alignment with who we have become.
Saturn’s Station phase lasts until June 19th;it shows us what works in our current physical reality (and what doesn’t), and where we need to have better boundaries and be more realistic about our own and other people’s limitations. Taking those one at a time, ask yourself: What is demanding my attention regarding all of this?
Mercury’s Trine to Pluto supports us in feeling empowered by what we say and how we say it. We are strongly connected to our inner truth and can analyze and discern our deeper motivations toward long-term goals.
We are also being invited to focus on what we actually have control over, and surrender any fears about the outside world and its structures, rules, and regulations — all those things that we do not have control over.
Ask yourself: What fears, unhelpful behaviors, or destructive patterns have been holding me back from truly seeing my value and the physical beauty of life all around me? Where does the information I currently receive come from? Does it empower me or create more fear and anxiety within me or in my environment? If my body had a say in this, and its own voice to speak with, what might it be saying to me?
How might I find greater ways to empower myself and others? What would it look like if I were more truthful and authentic in my connection with others and to myself? How could my honoring myself, my talents, and my practical decision-making abilities help me manifest my long-term goals?
Mercury’s Sextile to Neptune gives us the opportunity toconnect to our Higher Selves. Any artistic or spiritual endeavors are likely to do well for the next four weeks. Music might help us with our thinking process and ability to get things done.
Let yourself be inspired! A book, a song, a movie, someone else’s words… allow the Universe to speak to you. Open your mind to a higher vibration!
Ask yourself: How might meditation or mindfulness — simply being present in the now-moment to all the energies inside and around me — support my enjoyment of life? What might merging my five senses with my sixth sense look like?
Mars in Aries and Ceres in Cancer make a square to each other in this New Moon chart. Ceres is the largest (and first to be discovered) of the asteroids between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. The asteroid is named for the Ancient Greek goddess of the harvest; in Astrology, she represents the evolutionary call for an equal, co-creative partnership between humankind and the natural world; she is concerned with the environment and nutrition.
This Square asks us to re-examine our relationship between our desire for complete independence as our “persona”, and our need for emotional safety and connections to whatever is most nurturing at home, within our biological or chosen family, and in our natural environment.
Ask yourself: What truly nurtures me? How much time do I spend in nature? With my family (biological or chosen)? What does my “persona” get excited about? How much time do I spend on things I feel passionate about? Could I make time for both?
To sum it all up for this New Moon: the next 28 days highlight the power of information and the preciousness of our awareness. This New Moon urges us to be very selective about our media choices, and extra mindful of how we communicate with others, and with ourselves (especially while Mercury is still Retrograde, until June 3rd).
Ask yourself: How might the observation of my thoughts and my human persona and everything that comes with it (conditioning, trauma, triggers, limitations, etc.) support me in integrating different parts of myself? How might I assimilate mind and emotions? Spirt and matter?
What about yoga, acupuncture, or craniosacral therapy? What role could those play in having a healthy body-mind relationship?
Again, feel free to also watch my video on the subject.
[/wcm_restrict] Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 7-11 degrees of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly; this is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer)
The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle; this is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact, and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.
So, this month, any time between 7:30am (on May 30th) and 4:10pm (on May 31st) would be best, then again from 1:49am until 7:30am (on June 1st) — please note that all times are given in the Eastern Daylight Timezone — the timezone New York City occupies.
If you live in a timezone other than EDT (US East Coast-time), I recommend you join my Facebook Fan-page: facebook.com/AstrologerCoach.SonjaFrancis or follow me on Twitter: twitter.com/sonjafrancis, as I post reminders on Monday, May 30th, Tuesday, May 31st, and Wednesday morning, June 1st to let you know when it is time to set your intentions 😉

On Dec. 18th at 11:36pm EST the Full Moon becomes exact, in 27.5 degrees of Gemini; the entrance of the Moon into Gemini Thursday afternoon (Dec. 16th) started the energetic build up towards this Full Moon.
Since the last Lunation was a powerful Solar Eclipse, we are still in Eclipse seasonuntil the next New Moon on Jan. 2nd, 2022. This means that, until then, we continue to integrate our evolutionary downloads and consciousness upgrades. We might feel more tired or even exhausted because of those inner processes.
Even though the current Moon Nodes remain in Gemini-Sagittariusuntil January 18, 2022, this Full Moon is no longer a Lunar Eclipse, because the Moon Nodes are too far away (in degrees) from the Moon and the Sun.
The Moon Nodes in Gemini-Sagittarius (since May 2020)and the current Full Moon occurring in those same signs does, however, intensify the quest to find a balance between those two polarities.
You can ask yourself over the next two weeks: What have I learned about the difference between observation and opinion since May of 2020? What do I now know about the difference between fact and interpretation? Or perception vs. understanding?
On May 26th, 2021 there was a Lunar Eclipse at 5.5º Sagittarius-Gemini. This Full Moon at 27.5º Gemini-Sagittarius, highlights these two signs once again.
This current Lunar cycle will continue a conversation that started back in late May around our beliefs and attitudes towards government and how we meet challenges that are coming up as a collective.
You can ask yourself here: Could I take responsibility for my part in that conversation and the stories to which I am attached? Am I willing to participate in that conversation in a mature way? Am I hiding behind old beliefs and social conditioning?
Am I able to acknowledge my limitations and shortcomings without making others wrong? Am I willing to approach this unique collective situation with a curious mind and an open heart?
Whenever a planet changes direction, or squares the Moon Nodes, its archetypal significance is intensified — in other words, the planet’s energies become exalted.
This current Full Moon has two highly exalted planets:
Venus in Capricorn & Chiron in Aries (both planets changing directions within 12 hours of the Full Moon becoming exact); Jupiter squares the Moon Nodes (therefore Jupiter is even more significant than just being the ruler of Sagittarius); Neptune in Pisces just ended its station the day before the Full Moon becomes exact, and squares the Full Moon polarity in Gemini-Sagittarius.
There are several other important aspects in this Full Moon chart and I will go into all of them in detail in a moment — but first, let’s address the Gemini-Sagittarius polarities:
Full Moons illuminate the higher/lighter vibration as well as the denser Shadow side of each sign. As our collective consciousness continues to awaken, what’s been in the shadows comes to the forefront more and more, so we can see it more clearly and deal with it on a conscious level.
The lighter side of Gemini is all about…

The lighter side of Gemini is all about being open-minded, aware that there is always more to learn, and realizing that listening is just as important as speaking (sometimes even more so).
Gemini’sShadow side has lots of facts but little knowledge, talks readily but is unable to hear, and allows the mind to dominate body, heart, and soul.
Ask yourself: What could I learn about my owncommunication skills that might help me grow as a human being? What might I need to learn or understand in order to go beyond my cultural/religious/social conditioning? What has already changed over the last year in that regard?
How could I make my experience of processing/sharing information and interacting with others more beneficial for everyone involved?
One of modern life’s challenges is dealing with information overload — a Gemini issue. With all the information coming our way on a daily basis, it has become much harder to discern what is fact, fiction, exaggeration, or even outright falsification.
One of the most pressing issues of our time, especially highlighted during the pandemic, is media bias and the decline of objective journalism — a Gemini-Sagittarius issue.
Ask yourself: What new information might I spot if I stepped back and took a wider view? Could I be 5% extra mindful and discerning as to what I assume to be true?
Neptune turned direct on Dec. 1st, and remains exalted until one day before the Full Moon becomes exact; this reminds us to double-check everything against our inner knowing, our intuitive heart.
Since Neptune in Pisces squares the Full Moon in Gemini-Sagittarius, we are being urged to trust our intuition, question old assumptions, and go within before we jump into a conversation or reach any conclusions.
Ask yourself: What if I trusted my intuition 5% more and lovingly made choices that feel intuitively right for me as well as for the other person? What gives me access to my “feeling inspiration” in this uncertain climate? How could my compassionate heart solve controversy?
How might a creative approach support me in feeling more grounded in my heart-energies? What might a moment of silence provide for my restless mind and my desires to find understanding in this overwhelming pool of (mis)information?
The Moon in Gemini quincunxes Venus in Capricornwhile Venus is exalted (due to starting her 6-week Retrograde phase on Dec. 19th, only 6 hours after the Full Moon becomes exact).
The Quincunx is turning our attention towards the mismatch between our need for mental stimulation, for exchanging information, and for connecting, staying busy, moving fast — versus our need to slow down and get things “right” out there in the world, and to transform our relationship to our long-term goals and worldly achievements (this is definitely an inner process).
Remember: The best way to deal with a Quincunx is not to keep looking for the exact solution, but instead to seek ways to feel ok when things are not an exact match — in other words, when something is uncomfortable.
We will address the Venus Retrograde phase in our next Forum — feel free to join us live on Dec. 17th at 2pm EST for the last Forecasting Forum of the year! Once registered, an pm4-video recording of the live event will be available to everyone whether you did join live or not!
This webinar will help you understand better how this planetary shift is going to impact you personally, especially about self-worth issues, finances, and relationships. Questions are always welcome, either via email in advance or during the Forum.
Due to her Retrograde phase, Venus will make three conjunctions with Pluto in Capricorn (the first one on Dec. 11th, the second one on Dec. 25th, and the third one on March 3rd, 2022). This is spotlighting where we need to transform our obsession with power, money, and status (our own or other people’s).
Venus remains within 5º of Pluto until Jan. 4th, 2022, directing our attention towards our desire to have an authentic and deep connection to our long-term goals – one that feels empowering.
Ask yourself: Am I thinking long-term when connecting with others? Am I merely making a living, or, am I creating long-term goals that have purpose and feel emotionally fulfilling to me?
Am I looking to empower myself long-term by connecting to my inner strength, or to give my power away to others and allow them to control me? Where do I still look outside of myself for permission or approval? For what’s “right” or “wrong”?
What fears or concerns do I need to let go of to have more of what I really want? Am I living my life wanting to protect myself from long-term harm or worst case scenarios? Or with an open heart, feeling empowered in my daily choices?
Apropos “long-term”: I will also do a webinar on Jan. 8th about All of 2022! ==>Click here to sign up now!
PLEASE NOTE: Star Members are NOT automatically registered for the Jan. 8th event — this webinar is not included in the monthly Forecasting Forum series. The first monthly Forecasting Forum of the year will be on January 22nd at 11:30am ET.
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, is currently in Capricorn and squares Chiron in Aries (Chiron being exalted). This combination might bring up some insecurities in our verbal, in-person, or email interactions.
That said, this could also be an opportunity for healing, perhaps by looking at our insecurities and “sensitivities” through kind eyes and with an open heart instead of harsh judgment — ultimately embracing our own humanity.
We are invited to keep in mind that, as humans, we experience pain, shame, and separation, but can heal through the unconditional love and self-acceptance of the spirit-human alliance. In other words, through compassion!
Ask yourself: Where am I “reacting” versus responding to my circumstances? How might impatience contribute to this? Could I bring an open and compassionate awareness to this?
What might be possible if I was willing to just “be with” my insecurities and “sensitivities” or past wounding without trying to fix them? What if my attempts to fix them were the very thing keeping me from seeing the divine perfection of it all?
What would I be able to contribute to the world if I embraced my own humanity just 5% more?
Mercury in Capricorn also trines Uranus in Taurus with Uranus still in a Square with Saturn. The Trine helps us connect to anything that involves a shift in how we relate to our long-term goals. We perhaps might talk about implementing revolutionary business practices or government programs that support our values and make life tangibly more enjoyable. We might also experience a breakthrough of some sort.
What might this look like for you?
Ask yourself: How might new, fresh, and practical ideas create progress for my long-term goals (career or otherwise)? Where might I find something unexpected that would change my relationship to how I want to share and connect?
Uranus and Saturn have been squaring each other pretty much all year! Those Squares were exact on February 17th & June 14th, and the last one will be exact on December 24th.
Uranus’ ongoing Square with Saturn has challenged us to shift our relationship with nature from domination to co-creation, to break free from herd mentality and start thinking things through for ourselves, and to awaken to the beauty and strength of our own physical bodies — and the validity of our being alive alongside all that is life.
Ask yourself: How could I shift my connection with Mother Earth and my own physical body? How has the current manifestation of technology, the media, and authority been impacting my assets or what I value in the world?
Where do I need to respect my limitations or set clearer boundaries with others? How might a creative, unusual, or “disruptive” approach support me in having a closer relationship with myself, honoring what works for me and what doesn’t?
Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius, is currently in Aquarius and trines the Moon in Gemini, as well as sextiles the Sun in Sagittarius— and because Jupiter is in a very late degree of Aquarius it also makes a Square to the Moon Nodes (which are in a very early degree of Gemini-Sagittarius). Let’s unpack all of that:
Jupiter’s Trine to the Moon and sextile to the Sun supports us in connecting with like-minded people, expanding each other’s minds, and sharing information that allows us to see the bigger picture.
Ask yourself: What new perspectives could I gain if I allowed myself to look at other people’s findings and what they have learned? How could I share my own findings with others?
Jupiter’s Square to the Moon Nodes amplifies the message to be conscious of our perspectives and attitudes towards collectivism.
Squares mark turning points — and this one is a turning point in our collective journey. We are being asked to take a 90-degree turn, to see the bigger picture, and to grow beyond the collective narrative.
Ask yourself: What might I gain if I searched for communities online or locally that support this perspective shift. How about like-minded people that can stand out in the crowd and can be themselves because they have gone beyond conformist thinking?
Who resonates with me? What feels in alignment with my bigger understanding of things?
Last but not least, Mars in Sagittarius aligns with the South Node, and trines Chiron in Aries (with Chiron still exalted).
Mars aligning with the South Node in Sagittarius emphasizes the importance of checking the facts, letting go of limiting beliefs, and trusting our inner guidance.
The Trine to Chiron in Aries creates a supportive environment for healing our insecurities, with further support from a sense that we are pursuing a worthy personal goal — this could be something as simple as a desire to explore and go beyond what we already know, or to simply accept our own human complexities while we are on “our mission”.
Ask yourself: How open can I be to being courageously myself, with all my sensitivities and insecurities? How complex could I allow myself to be? How about everyone else out there in the world? Could I give them permission to be just as complex?
To sum it all up: in this highly uncertain climate, in a world where we experience information overload every day, in a time when we are being asked to process through our shadow issues and let go of “old” conditioning… being present in the current moment is the biggest gift we can give to ourselves.
It’s more important than ever to “think with our heart”, respond rather than react, and remember that we are all spiritual beings learning how to be human in a very different world than we lived in just 2 years ago.
As best as you can, stay grounded, avoid distractions, and be very discerning about what deserves your attention and energy!
For the next two weeks ask yourself: What do I learn from my interactions with others? What am I willing to learn? What could I read or watch that would give me new information that feels empowering to me and worth my time? What does my intuitive heart say about all of this?
Is it at least possible for me to get quiet for 5 minutes every day and rest in the knowing that “all is well, all of the time”?
As best as you can, for the next two weeks, keep an open mind, an open heart, and see if you can tune into an ongoing realization that nothing is static and nothing is separate…
I’ll end here with a quote from the 9D Arcturian Council: “If you want to be a positive force for change in this world and in this galaxy, then pay attention to your own vibration, and do everything in your power to raise it.”
Again, feel free to watch my Full Moon video for more details.

On June 10th at 6:53am EDT, the New Moon (and Solar Eclipse) becomes exact in almost 20 degrees of Gemini. Solar Eclipses are extra-powerful New Moons that take place approximately every 6 months — this is the first in 2021 — you may also want to watch my Solar Eclipse video.
During a Solar Eclipse, the Moon momentarily interrupts the normal flow of Solar Radiation, destabilizing existing configurations of energy and reorganizing consciousness to a higher level. Solar Eclipses indicate the beginning of a new experience, project, or cycle.
Eclipses usually come in pairs (Solar and Lunar), and “Eclipse seasons” start approximately 10 days before the first Eclipse of the pair, and continue through the second.
This particular Eclipse season began on May 16th, 10 days before the Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius became exact, and will end with the Full Moon on June 24th, 2021 — in other words, two weeks after the Solar Eclipse in Gemini becomes exact.
While Eclipse season is underway, allow for new templates to download; stay centered and do your best to ground from within — try using conscious breathing and conscious flexibility — and best of all, see if you can move to the “observer position” when it comes to the emotional and mental body. And remember, this won’t last forever: on June 24th, the downloads are complete 😉
Eclipses are a time for clarifying and affirming our highest path. We are bound to experience a release and recalibration of some sort — “old” codes will get deleted and new ones downloaded — and this is especially true in connection with our ability to connect and communicate, our inner dialog, our ability to listen, and our gathering and use of information. This helps us to be more aware of how we interact and what we share.
The Sun and Moon are connected to one of the Moon Nodes during an Eclipse, alternating between North and South Node Eclipses, emphasizing the evolutionary upgrades that are available to us during such times. This is the first North Node Solar Eclipse in Gemini since the Moon Nodes moved into the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity in early May of last year (2020).
North Node Eclipses help us move towards a new exploration of an energy that promotes our Soul’s evolution. They ask us to focus on the energies of the sign involved in the Eclipse (Gemini, in this case) and work with the lighter/higher frequencies of those energies as much as possible. They highlight our ability for individual and collective growth and evolution.
Eclipses are crossroads or turning points along our Soul’s Journey. They are often marked by events or situations that signify a critical shift in our lives, nudging us to either change and grow, or face greater difficulties at the next turning point. In this case, the next turning point will be on September 12th, when the Sun is in Virgo squares this month’s Solar Eclipse degree.
Solar Eclipses, in particular, often correspond to major endings and beginnings. They occur close to the same degree every 19 years, and the last time we had a North Node Solar Eclipse in that same degree and sign was on June 10th, 2002.
We are likely to experience a resonance between now and that time — “resonance”, not repetition — so think back to the Summer of 2002, and ask yourself: Were there any major endings and beginnings? What was important to me back then? If I were to take those priorities to the next level, where would that next level find me?
If you’re looking for more guidance on those questions, I would suggest taking a look at your Natal Chart — the House placement of the Eclipse will indicate which area of life is most ready to embrace new information and rise to a new level of consciousness.
Solar Eclipses are also a good time to go within and seed anything we would like to learn over the next 6 months — we’ll dig into this in more detail towards the end of this article, when we talk about setting Solar Eclipse Intentions.
One major thing to note in this New Moon/Solar Eclipse chart, is that we now have 3 planets in Retrograde motion — and one of them is the ruler of Gemini: Mercury!

A Retrograde gives us a chance to resolve things that have been keeping us from achieving full alignment with the outer world. We are invited to go within and trust our intuition when it comes to processing and sharing information, and as best as we can, to take our time with communications, so that we don’t miss anything crucial.
With the Solar Eclipse in curious, quick-witted Gemini, we also look for connections and information in our day-to-day lives that can help move us forward; being mentally stimulated is important to us.
For the next 6 months, we are asked to connect with others, and to share our little hearts out with them. Gemini is the archetype of curiosity, communication in all its forms, and mental connections — it represents the development of language and intelligence, as well as our ability to adapt and relate to our immediate environment.
This is a “busy” energy focused on collecting information. We are invited to look at our mental programming and conditioned mind, to see what needs to go, and what new thought structures we might want to engage with.
Gemini is asking us to stay in motion, to think about all that we’ll need to know in order to move forward, and to connect and share ourselves with others. Here are some questions you can ask yourself for this Solar Eclipse: What motivates me to learn? When I talk to myself about sharing or processing information, what do I typically say? What do I say to myself about being connected to others? About my intellectual capacities? About my adaptability?
The spiritual goal of Gemini is the development of perception, thought, and communication; we are therefore invited to become aware of all the new connections created in the brain with each new thought or memory — and the more we think a particular thought, the deeper those pathways become.
So, ask yourself: What mental paths do I keep heading down, even though I know I no longer need to follow where they lead me? What might I hear if I brought 5% more curiosity to my “self-listening”? What if I did the same when listening to others?
We also talked about the current Eclipses (and about Jupiter in Pisces) in more detail in my last Forecasting Forum. If you want to know how these powerful Lunations are impacting you personally, I recommend you watch the mp4-video presentation of this webinar — for more info, click here.
Let’s take a look at the three Retrograde planets (and some of the aspects) —of this Eclipse chart:
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, is retrograde in its own sign from May 29th – June 22nd. This invites us to go within and connect with information that is in alignment with our inner understanding of things.
Ask yourself: How can I better connect my “inner” thinking with my “outer” exchanges? What thoughts need reorganizing? Who is (or has been) in alignment with my thinking? What might come of my reaching out to those people?
Mental and conceptual abilities are strong until June 22nd. We may feel particularly curious and engaged in learning and absorbing information. Do your best to process information that is not necessarily brand-new, but is something you have heard or read before (especially over the last three months), that might deserve another look or going-over.
As best as you can, bring curiosity and neutral processing to the data that you are receiving or re-organizing in your mind — avoid hastily adding a story to the data, or classifying it as “good” or “bad” information.
Ask yourself: What if information were always neutral? How might I interact with it then?
What if my thoughts were like a radio station that others could tune into at any time? What would I choose to broadcast? What if I consciously chose to transmit thoughts that promote learning and connecting? What if I sent out that transmission for just 5 minutes each day?
Mercury closely aligns with the Eclipse, putting even greater emphasis on our capacity to think for ourselves, and to allow this to be a very personal and intuitive process. It’s helpful to trust ourselves to connect with the information we need (and to think things through) before making important decisions or connecting with others.
The Mercury Retrograde component in this Eclipse chart also nudges us to take another look at data or information we received in the past, to make sure it is both accurate and useful.
Ask yourself: Is there anything that feels “off”, not quite a “fit”, with my inner sensing of things? What data or information from the past 3 months calls out for further contemplation and curiosity?
Mercury also still squares Neptune in Pisces in this Solar Eclipse chart. And because Mercury also aligns very closely with the Moon, the Sun, and the North Node (as elements of the Solar Eclipse), this challenging aspect promises to have a big impact on us for the next 6 months.
Here are some coaching questions you can ask yourself that bring all this home: Before moving forward with a communication or decision could I tune in and get really clear about my energy body and what is needed in this current moment? What if I granted 5% more trust to my inner guidance? What might I hear if I listened 5% more closely to the subtle messages of my divine nature?
We also tend to feel scattered at this time. Should you observe that in yourself, try asking: What might happen if I slowed down and listened to my intuition instead of letting my mind run?
Saturn is another of the three Retrograde planets in this Eclipse chart. Saturn represents our earthly structures and long-term commitments. It also shows us what works in our current physical reality (and what doesn’t), where we need to have better boundaries, and where we need to be more realistic about our limitations. For each of those three things in turn, ask yourself: What is demanding my attention in this area?
Saturn’s Retrograde phase in Aquarius invites us to not only take a closer look at our current long-term commitments and limitations, but to start restructuring anything that has slipped out of alignment with who we are in our current reality.
Ask yourself: What is realistic when it comes to my various networks and communities (online and local)? Where do I feel in alignment with what I see and have? What limitations are becoming more apparent socially or in my communities? Where do I need to make some adjustments? What needs to be restructured?
Mercury in Gemini and Saturn in Aquarius connect harmoniously in this Eclipse chart, giving us the opportunity to connect with others and discuss what needs to be adjusted without blame or shame, but simply by looking at what works and what doesn’t.
Ask yourself: What mental processes would benefit from a mature attitude on my part? What information or thought structures help me stay on track to a better future for humanity?
Of course, Saturn is still in a Square aspect to Uranus, as it has been since January and will be until July 18th. Squares are 90º aspects that mark a turn we must take if we are to make progress.
Ask yourself: What does my body require before I can even think about connecting with others? What adjustment does my physical reality require before I can even think about what to create for the future? Where am I feeling “boxed in”? Where do I need to “think outside the box”?
Are other people’s choices and preferences really about me? In other words, do I need to take them personally? Would putting 5% more space around other people’s “choosing” help me honor what’s important to me?
The third Retrograde planet in this Eclipse chart is Pluto, a planet associated with our Soul Purpose, process of empowerment, and ability to feel empowered from within, particularly around our deepest passions.
Pluto’s Retrograde phase in Capricorn invites us to take a closer look at our current level of empowerment around long-term goals and social authority structures such as government. It prompts us to start digging deeper into our unconscious, to find what really motivates us, to get down to what truly feels empowering.
Ask yourself: If fear, pain, suffering, or discord arose predictably from focusing on certain things, what might those things be? What (or who) do I still listen to or read that keeps fear and discord alive in me? Is it at least possible that simple familiarity explains most of my engagement with those outlets or people? What might come up if I suddenly became 5% more aware of those behaviors and their motivations?
What if I simply disengaged from anything that promotes fear? How might it feel to send light and blessings to those who are still operating on that level? Could I send light and blessings even to myself, should I find myself caught on that same level?
Pluto opposes Mars in 29º of Cancer (an exalted degree) in this Eclipse chart. We might not feel like dealing with some of the deeper issues that keep springing up, perhaps around our accomplishments in the world, or around family and home.
Ask yourself: What is my motivation to achieve something out there in the world? How about at home? Where does the balance point lie between home/family and career/long-term goals?
How might a deeper focus on self-care serve me at this time? What about bringing the same depth of focus to emotional authenticity? What needs to transform if I am to feel more empowered? What deeper connections are waiting to be forged? What is now ready to be released?
Lastly, Chiron (the Wounded Healer) makes an opportune aspect to the North Nodes in this Eclipse chart, showing very clearly that we need to bring love and compassion to ourselves and the healing process that we all find ourselves in, around the masculine energies.
Ask yourself: Where does the “traditional masculine” differ from the “divine masculine”? Could I allow myself and others to be human? What if I talked about my flaws, idiosyncrasies, and insecurities? Might this support my own healing process? Someone else’s? How?

To sum it all up for this powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse: When we tap into the lighter vibration of Gemini, we have the ability to adapt to new circumstances with ease. Through curiosity and exposure to a wide variety of ideas, people, and experiences, we learn that there are many angles and many ways of looking at things.
We seek balance on many levels, internally and externally, so as best as you can, remain curious, open-minded and adaptable for the next 6 months. Trust yourself. Your heart knows the way, so allow the mind to become a neutral observer, as much as possible.
Ask yourself: Am I just my mind, or am I more than that? If I’m more than just my mind, what is beyond the mind? What might I discover if I stayed open to being inspired by life, rather than zeroing in on all the “bad” news and denser vibrational thoughts that come through?
Through observation and assimilation, we can ultimately integrate light and shadow, mind and emotion, spirit and matter. Ask yourself: Might a 10-minute meditation, mantra, or prayer practice help me become more aware of what arises in consciousness on an ongoing basis, and of my relationship to my own thoughts?
How might laughter, singing, or humming support my body-mind-heart connection? What about yoga, acupuncture, cranial-sacral therapy? What role could those play in having a healthy body-mind relationship?
One last word about Eclipses: They signal major endings and beginnings. As best you can, trust that whatever is leaving is making space for something better — the more willing we are to change, the easier it will be.
That said, don’t automatically drop projects and interactions that got underway prior to Eclipse season (i.e. before May 16th) — don’t stop your life just because it is Eclipse season 😉
Again, feel free to also watch my video on the subject
[/wcm_restrict] Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-25 degrees of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly; this is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer)
Setting Intentions for a Solar Eclipse is a little different from the regular monthly New Moon process — after all, we are setting them for the whole 6-month Eclipse cycle, rather than just the next 28 days.
Solar Eclipse Intentions are best done 48 hours after the Eclipse becomes exact. We are downloading new templates at the time of an Eclipse, and the energies are quite intense, so we want to wait until it all settles down a little before setting our intentions — that said, we definitely do not want to do this during a Moon void of course.
There are thus two best and most potent times to set your Intentions for this Solar Eclipse:
The first lasts a little over 24 hours, between 6:53am, on June 12th, and 7:16am, on June 13th. The second one runs for 15.5 hours, between 2:22pm, onJune 13th, and 6:53am on Monday, June 14th. Note that all times in this article are given in US Eastern Time — i.e., the New York time zone.
If you live in a timezone other than EDT, and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fan-page and/or following me on Twitter, as I post reminders on those platforms when it’s time to set your intentions 😉
Set powerful intentions — remember, they cover the next six months — and if possible, align them with the Gemini energy!
