On August 30th, at 9:36pm EDT, the Sun opposes the Moon in 7.5 degrees of Pisces. The Moon in creative, free-flowing Pisces makes an opposition to the Sun in detail-oriented, practical Virgo — the entrance of the Moon into Pisces on Wednesday morning (Aug. 30th) starts the energetic build-up towards this Full Moon.
This is the third of four Super Full Moons in a row where the Moon is closer to the Earth, increasing its tidal and electromagnetic effects. It is also the second Full Moon in the same calendar month (in this case, August) and thus an example of the famous “Blue Moon“!
On Aug. 30th, we can ask ourselves: How far have we come since the Aug. 16th New Moon? What can we see now that was not apparent then?
This Full Moon has seven planets in Retrograde motion: Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. This indicates a strong need for inner processing and aligning ourselves with those planetary energies from within.
It’s a necessary phase of re-evaluation, restructuring, and letting go. It also reminds us that internal shifts are required before changing our life or the world.
Often, things appear to slow down during a retrograde passage because internal shifts have to happen before we can progress; once a planet turns direct, though, we feel ready to move forward in that area of life.
With this Full Moon, we are also dealing with an exalted Venus, Jupiter & Uranus — they are exalted because they are reducing their speed in preparation to change directions.
Here, we are getting ready to re-evaluate old beliefs and perspectives or attitudes, as well as our cultural conditioning (Jupiter Retrograde in Taurus); between Sept. 4th and Dec. 30th, this will focus on our finances, our ability to create abundance and see ourselves as worthy.
For a more in-depth interpretation of how this applies to your own birth chart, join us live for the Forum on Friday, Sept. 1st, or get the mp4-video presentation of the live event. Either way, register here now (unless you are already a Star Member — in that case, you are automatically registered). Early Bird Pricing is still available until Aug. 30th at midnight EDT!
Uranus in Tauruscomes to a haltonly two days before the Full Moon becomes exact, on Aug. 28th!, starting its yearly 5-month Retrograde phase that will last until January 27th, 2024.
Since Uranus represents things like breaking away from traditional structures, moving towards a new future that serves others and ourselves, inner and outer freedoms, etc. — these themes will be in our awareness, for better or worse.
Ask yourself: If I’m being completely honest, how free do I feel with my body, finances, and talents? Am I honoring my individuality? My differences? Am I connecting to a larger vision for the future? Is anything holding me back?

Now let’s address this Full Moon’s polarities (if you are already familiar with this polarity, feel free to skip this part and go straight to the Full Moon aspects below):
The Virgo/Pisces polarity has to do with our ability to connect the head with the heart, logic with intuition, and matter with spirit. So the question is: how do we integrate Pisces and Virgo?
This may seem a challenging question, given Virgo’s leaning toward detailed, analytical understanding, in contrast with Pisces‘ call to open our hearts and allow for all (including things that seem paradoxical to the mind).
In fact, on an energetic level, there is no separation; everything is interconnected — we need both left- and right-brain (the logical and the creative).
Ask yourself: What if nothing and no one were separate? Seemingly different, yes, but not separate…
Virgo is connected to our mental processes — it analyzes — whereas Pisces is connected to our intuitive processes, feels, and senses.
Virgo seeks physical wholeness, while Pisces reminds us of a greater wholeness — a spiritual wholeness — our interconnectedness with all of life and its mysteries.
To be at its best, Virgo aims for practical applications and to be of service. In contrast, Pisces learns to listen to inner/intuitive guidance above all else, using its imagination to bring love and light into this world, sprinkle some mystery fairy dust, and create Paradise on Earth.
When these two archetypes are balanced within, we discern without judgment, serve with an open heart, and improve our daily lives without getting hung up on timing or perfectionism, bringing love and compassion to all of life’s apparent curveballs.
That said, let’s also talk about the shadow side of those signs, as we do with all Full Moons:
Virgo’s shadow side is self-deprecation and judgment; the latter creates separation from others and a split within ourselves. Ask yourself: What if I did 5% less “perfection” and 5% more “process improvement”? What if it were ok to not know everything 100%? Could I be of service to others while also improving my understanding of things?
How might “making mistakes” be beneficial to me? What if I celebrated “mistakes” as stepping stones to a better life?
Simply observe: Does my inner dialog observe and discern what is productive vs. what is unproductive (i.e., what works or what doesn’t)? Or do I label things as “good or bad” (or “right vs. wrong”)?
You could say that Pisces is an antidote to judgment: in its lightest expression, it understands that we are all souls in various states of development, with different paths in the world — we are all love at our core, and everything is ultimately an expression or variation of love.
The shadow side of Piscesis a lack of boundaries, getting lost in various illusions, fantasies, and escapism (this stems from being highly sensitive, feeling everything, and becoming overwhelmed).
As you may have guessed, the remedy for the Pisces shadow lies in the lighter vibrations of Virgo; these include the ability to focus on what works (versus what doesn’t), to make practical choices, and to make the best use of our daily engagements while taking care of our physical wellbeing.
When the Pisces– and Virgo-energies are integrated, we marry a clear, observant mind with a compassionate and loving heart — a mind in partnership with our intuitive sensing!
Ask yourself: What tools might shift my view of reality from either/or to both/and? From the mind-activity of “wanting to understand” and “know” to the heart-activity of true understanding?
Let’s look at some of the aspects of this Super Full Moon chart:
The Moon in Pisces aligns with Saturn. This asks us to slow down and clarify our divinity and connection to the “All”. We are invited to practice focusing on the present moment and learning about the benefits of stillness and silence.
Staying in an unconscious relationship with life and choosing to be the victim of our circumstances or other people’s behaviors is no longer the path forward.
Saturn asks us to take responsibility for our connection to all of life and be conscious around our choice of what to create over the long term. We get to choose how we interact with the world.
Ask yourself: What feels like an energetic match? What doesn’t? What choices help me sleep better at night? Be more present during the day? What choices are likely to support a healthy relationship with my sixth sense? My intuition?
Neptune, the ruler of Pisces, opposes Mercury, the ruler of Virgo; both planets are in their own sign and Retrograde, so we feel this opposition internally but powerfully.
A retrograde Mercury urges us to slow down, turn inward, and revamp or release what is no longer working in our daily lives. In Virgo, this works best when we look back over the past three months, make lists, look at the pros and cons of situations, neutrally observe what works and what doesn’t, and practice mindfulness!
With this opposition, we form solid intuitive connections but may struggle to focus, which could lead to confusion or wishful thinking.
Ask yourself: How could I use this imaginative energy to my advantage? What could I daydream or fantasize about that supports a trusting connection with my higher Self, my guides, life itself, or my fellow human beings?
What role does intuition play in my “thinking” and “relating & connecting”? What am I looking to dissolve at this time? Release? Or reconnect with compassion and trust in my heart?
If you identify as a creative, spiritual person, see if you can add a dash of logical, discerning, and scientific flavor to the mix. If you are generally rational, practical, and fact-based, see if you can add a dash of imagination, flow, trust, and creativity.
The sextile to Pluto makes it easier to surrender our fears about our position in the world and our achievements; we can more easily be guided by inspiration and feel empowered about a project or task that might serve us long-term or as a society.
Ask yourself: How might a compassionate heart help me surrender my fears concerning past trauma or disempowerment? Is it at least possible that combining my imagination with trust in divine guidance would support me effortlessly reaching my deep desire for an empowering experience in society?
Neptune’s Sextile to the exalted Uranus helps us trust our inner processes while allowing the Universe/Source/our Higher Selves to guide us toward a unique relationship with the Earth, our bodies, and our sense of self-worth.
Ask yourself: Supposing everything is energy, and everything is always in perfect alignment on an energetic level, what might tuning into my energy-body provide? If I did tune in, is it at least possible that I would achieve a more perfect alignment with my values? Or deepen my sense of self-worth?
What would trusting the unfolding of a unique relationship with my body look like to me? How about with the Earth?
Neptune also makes a Quincunx to the South Node in Libra. Quincunxes require that we make a subtle but significant shift in how we perceive and do things via an inner adjustment. This one could make our one-on-one interactions somewhat challenging.
Ask yourself: Where does the inner experience of love and connectedness meet the outer? Where might my relationships not fit my ideals, dreams, and fantasies?
Could I hang out with the discomfort this brings up for me? Could I make some inner adjustments? Adopt a new perspective on my inner and outer experience of love and connection?
Mercury’s Trine to the exalted Jupiterheightens our ability to see the bigger picture and helps us sprinkle a dash of humor over our daily interactions with others.
Optimism plays a significant role here as well. Ask yourself: What could I take care of at this time that is in service to my physical & mental wellbeing? Or perhaps my bank account?
Mercury also continues to make a Quincunx to Chiron in Aries, which was exact both on the day of the last New Moon and will be exact on the day of the current Full Moon. You can get more on those aspects from the most recent “New Moon in Leo” video & article.
Mercury’s Quincunx to Chiron is telling us that we need to make internal adjustments in our thinking and judgment of how long it may take to heal physical, emotional, or mental wounding from the past.
Because of its retrograde passage, Mercury makes three Quincunxes to Chiron: August 16th (at 19º43’ Virgo-Aries, day of the New Moon) was the first, August 30th (at 19º21’, day of the Full Moon) will be the second, and September 27th (at 18º17’) will be the third time.
Ask yourself: What physical, emotional, or mental wounds call for healing? Where does judgmental and perfectionistic thinking hold me back?
As best as you can, be kind and compassionate to yourself. Ask yourself: Could I hang out with the inner discomfort this is stirring up, just for right now? Could I give myself permission to observe rather than judge?
Ask yourself: What am I observing about myself and my life perspectives and expectations of others? What is enough… and what is too much?
To summarize: we are invited to heal the disconnect between head and heart, body and soul, and matter and spirit. This Super Full Moon teaches us about opening our hearts and emphasizes improving all levels of our being.
It is important to remember that Spirit is never separate from matter. One informs the other. We are all eternal, spiritual beings learning how to be human.
Ask yourself: If I knew in advance that everything would work out for the best, what would I be willing to endure? What actions would I take? What conclusions might I come to if I trusted my sixth sense?
Allow yourself to slow down and connect with nature, your body, and your breath. Let yourself be guided by inspiration, whether your own, other people’s, nature’s, your pet’s, etc.
If nothing else, do your best to take 5-minute breaks here and there and use them to get quiet and be with yourself (i.e., your intuitive/feeling Self).
Ask yourself: What might a healthy connection with the energetic world feel like? What if I became just 5% more interested in my inner world? What if I embraced whatever I discovered there? Could I simply allow “what is” to “just be” for this moment?
I recommend journaling to log what you observe over the next two weeks; that way, you can start implementing things right away when Venus and Mercury are no longer Retrograde.

On August 1st, at 2:32pm EDT, the Full Moon becomes exact in 9 degrees of Aquarius. The entrance of the Moon into Aquarius Monday night (July 31st) started the energetic build-up towards this Full Moon; the Moon in freedom-loving, forward-thinkingAquarius opposes the Sun in fun-loving, expressive Leo.
Oppositions always resonate back to the conjunction of the planets involved. We are looking to see how far we have come since that conjunction. For example, with the Full Moon, we are looking back to the previous New Moon (in this case, July 17th) to see what has developed since then.
This is the second of four Super Full Moons in a row where the Moon is closer to the Earth, increasing its tidal and electromagnetic effects. As each of us has a personal electromagnetic field and the adult body is composed of 55-70% water (depending on the person), SuperMoons also have a much greater effect on us.
From an astronomic point of view, they occur because the Moon’s orbit is elliptical, rather than a perfect circle, so the Moon’s distance from the Earth varies.
Here are the astrological highlights of this Super Full Moon chart:
Jupiter in Taurus squares the Full Moon polarity & trines Mars in Virgo
Uranus (the modern ruler of Aquarius) squares an exalted Venus in Leo & is approaching a Trine to Pluto in Capricorn
Saturn (the traditional ruler of Aquarius) opposes a Mercury/Mars alignment in Virgo
Neptune in Pisces is the Focal Point of a YOD, making a quincunx to an exalted Venus in Leo & the South Node in Libra
Venus in Leo also makes a Trine to the North Node in Aries
Pluto in Capricorn still squares the Moon Nodes polarity (Aries-Libra), since July 17th in those particular signs
But first, let’s talk about the Full Moon polarity (and if you know this polarity already, feel free to skip this part of the article to the details of this particular Super Full Moon chart — the aspects):
The Moon in Aquarius opposes the Sun in Leo; this highlights the power of our individual creativity and the exponential potency of collaboration. Each of us is invited to reclaim ourselves and add our voice, heart, and hands to something that has meaning for us.
The invitation here is to dare to be different and to remember how we are all part of a larger whole.
The highest quest of Leo leads to authentic Self-expression: to embody our gifts, shine our light, and live our truth. The highest task of Aquarius, on the other hand, is the attainment of…

The highest quest of Leo leads to authentic Self-expression: to embody our gifts, shine our light, and live our truth. The highest task of Aquarius, on the other hand, is the attainment of unity in diversity, where everyone’s uniqueness is honored and included.
When we align our heads with our hearts, we feel our interconnectedness with all of humanity, and we create and connect from love instead of fear. Given that Leo represents our individual self-expression and Aquarius our vision for humankind, a question is raised: How can we best achieve a balance between these two energies? Or perhaps even an integration?
For the next two weeks, we’ll be looking for answers to this question, as we might become more aware that something is out of alignment.
Even the brightest of Full Moons has a shadow side — so let’s take a look at the shadow of both signs involved in this Full Moon — and please note that the shadow side of any sign is usually not as comfortable to look at or easy to embrace.
As always with shadow aspects of ourselves, we need to beware of getting triggered and jumping to conclusions; we need to make sure we take time to respond rather than react.
Back to the shadow sides of this Super Full Moon — let’s start with Leo’s shadow side:
Leo’s shadow can show up as self-centeredness or narcissism — picture a child that cannot see beyond itself, is not aware of other people in the room, and cannot look past the current moment to the consequences down the line.
Ask yourself: Where in my life do I take things too personally? If I’m being completely honest, have I ever created drama when I couldn’t see a way to possess what I desire? Where do I tend to be self-indulgent? What role does pride play?
The less self-connection and self-knowledge we possess, the more we depend on others for our identity.
In order to develop a healthy connection to our inner child, we must learn to keep an open heart and let ourselves be playful and creative; we must also learn to express our needs and desires, so we can have open, authentic conversations with other people. This requires courage and self-confidence.
So ask yourself: What if I expressed myself with 5% more courage? What might open up if I did that with my heart as my center? What might my world look like if I allowed my light to shine just 5% brighter?
Now let’s look atAquarius’s shadow side: this can show up when we get overly attached to the mind and its functions, especially idealized visions, rigid thinking about the future, etc. “Headiness” kicks in and the mind’s activity goes to an all-time high.
The shadow side of Aquarius may hold lofty ideals, but leave us unaware of how we ourselves must “be the change we wish to see in the world” — instead, we want others to be that change
The classic setup here sees us disconnecting from inner moment-to-moment joy for the sake of improving our future, “humanity”, or “the world at large” — the latter two stem from Aquarius’s association with group consciousness and group-mind.
The shadow side of Aquarius thus expresses itself in herd mentality, where peer pressure can drive people to conform and react — often unconsciously.
Fear of rejection or ostracism, might have us shy away from standing out, so ask yourself (and be really honest with yourself here): How have I avoided following my heart so I can “keep in with the crowd” or a particular group of people? What might I do differently if I gave 5% less energy to fears of ridicule or rejection?
As mentioned earlier, we are invited to balance and integrate the two polarities involved — we are, in fact, invited to merge them to bring about a brighter future for humankind, so ask yourself: What would it look like if I gave the go-ahead for that merger? What if I chose, right here and now, to contribute to humanity from a courageous, heart-centered, and authentic place? What if I simply chose that, right now?
This also means it’s important to be especially aware and responsible when connecting with others, so as best as you can, get present and ask yourself: What am I bringing forth? What are my intentions? Am I coming from love and the heart? Or fear and survival?
==>Join us live or watch the mp4-video presentation to gain a better perspective about what’s going on for you personally in regards to financial, self-worth & relationship issues… and how to use this Retrograde phase (that lasts until Sept. 3rd) to your advantage. ==> Register now!
Due to Venus’ Station & Retrograde phases the Square to Uranus has been building since June 24th, was exact on July 2nd, and will be exact again on August 9th & September 29th.
With Uranus’ Square to Venus, priorities may shift. We are asked to grow beyond what we know and have experienced in the past in regards to our relationships (especially romantic ones) and joyful friendships, in connection to our children or our inner child.
We may feel some instability or restlessness. So, as best as you can, keep your mind and heart open: if something demands elimination or change, it was waiting for that shift to happen anyway.
Ask yourself: How flexible could I allow myself to be? Am I taking things personally that are already written? Or that have nothing to do with me directly? What has been waiting to shift since June? What needs to be expressed? Where do we need more space with others?
Uranus is also approaching a Trine to Pluto (now being back in Capricorn for the rest of the year). This feels as though our higher Self is orchestrating some supportive scenarios for us. All we need to do is trust the process and hang in there with our hearts and minds wide open…
Allowing the shifts to happen… the less scared we are of our future the better. This Trine will become exact in 2025, so it is a process that is unfolding for us all.
Ask yourself: What challenges did I face from 2012-2015? What supportive scenarios might be coming my way now?
Collectively we have been undergoing a social transformation. We are ready to go to a place that supports our future goals.
What started with the conjunction in the mid 60ies, was challenged in the mid-2010’s, and will now be able to come to a more supportive conclusion. One that supports our physical reality in the long run. Again, the less scared we are of our future the better.
We may want to move really fast, but going faster is not going to be more beneficial at this time and will not give us any long-term fulfillment.
Ask yourself: What do I notice when I direct my attention to this now-moment, connecting with my direct experience of life, right here, right now?
What if the voice in my head, that narrates and comments on everything, was just an aspect of who I am — or even just something I’m aware of, and not the totality of who I am?
And if I’m more than just that voice, what else am I — in other words, what is beyond “thinking”?
We receive extensive programming from the day we are born — from our parents, education, culture, religion, nationality, and more. It takes a great deal of courage and effort to individuate, transcend our programming, and live from our authentic essence rather than our conditioned persona.
This T-Square with Jupiter as the Focal Pointreminds us that our values are connected to social conditioning and that a new perspective on what’s important or meaningful to us is essential in order to individuate and express ourselves fully and from the heart!
Ask yourself: Are my current values and beliefs a reflection of my highest truth? What attitudes or beliefs could I set free that no longer serve my growth and individuation process?
What if my self-worth was not determined by other people’s ideas of what it means to be worthy? What if my “worth” was established by the fact of my birth? Could I value myself exactly as I am and as I am not?
In this case, we are looking at integrating the Scorpio energy. Here, we are invited to act on our inner wisdom and honor what is true for us while respecting the deep processes of others, as well as our own.
Ask yourself: Could I take a closer look at my beliefs and attitudes around my own traumas and fears? Could I explore my comfort levels when it comes to intimate, authentic connections? What might be possible if I embraced all of me — my light and my darkness?
What is possible when I connect to people who appreciate my enthusiasm for “the good things in life”? Might I have stronger emotional connections with people who share my current belief systems? Could I see an energetic alignment and misalignment with others rather than “right” or “wrong”, “good” or “bad”?
Jupiter’s Trine to Mars in Virgo, allows us to be more specific about what serves us in our daily work and health routines. We are more able to expand our pocketbook, by making practical, discerning decisions.
Ask yourself: What actions are calling to me? What would work best in my daily work or health routines at this time? What might serve me and others in a very practical way? What “I”s and “T”s need to be dotted and crossed right now?
Both Quincunxes are pointing towards Neptune in Pisces, so the adjustments in question must be made so we can experience our divine nature and energetic connection to all of life. We are invited to become more aware of what keeps us from having a healthy connection to the energetic/spiritual realm.
For the next 14 days, ask yourself: What do I sense when I tune into my divine nature? When I listen to the subtle voice of my intuition?
What if my energy body needed a good amount of rest and alone-time — even when the outside world needs something from me? Even when another part of me experiences a pull to socialize and be actively engaged with others?
What if I trusted the flow of life 5% more? Even when it feels uncomfortable to do so?
We are currently working on having the courage to be our authentic Selves without apologies, yet keeping an open heart and feeling grateful for all the gifts we already have in our lives.
If we are not able to be ourselves or if we are not able to effectively collaborate with others, we may never be able to experience true interdependence but rather stay co-dependent or alone.
Ask yourself: What am I asked to embrace or express about myself that has been dormant inside of me for quite a while? What would it look like to bring a healthy sense of identity, courage, and joyful self-expression to my collaborations and connections with others?
Pluto in Capricorn still squares the Moon Nodes polarity (Aries-Libra), and since July 17th in those particular signs… We are invited to let go of what is destructive — either to ourselves or to others. This is a huge opportunity to release past patterns that we’ve been carrying for decades — including those that span generations.
Ask yourself: What do I see? What am I painfully aware of? What stems from the past and needs to be transformed?
What might open up if I placed 5% more focus on self-care and self-nurturing? Could I release all fears and trust life?
To sum it all up, this Super Full Moon highlights the archetypes of individuality and diversity, creativity and collaboration, passion and progress. It urges us to remember that we all have an important part to play in humanity’s evolution — that we were born for this challenging transition on Planet Earth.
We now have the power to alter our consciousness and release deeply ingrained patterns and beliefs. Extra rest, hydration, and time in Nature helps ground and integrate these intense shifts that are happening.
When uncertain, ask to be shown the next step — and at all times, do your best to listen to your body, and be extra kind to yourself and others.
Sending love and compassionate care helps to soften the energetic field that connects us all, making it easier for others to feel a deeper resonant connection in their heart.
We can come together to create the difference we want to see, rather than waiting for something to happen… Each person’s emotions, attitudes and intentions affect the energetic field…
Ask yourself: What role do I wish to play at this pivotal time on Earth? Could I be open to the people, places, and situations guiding me and bringing me the next clue?
Could I suspend my brilliant theories about the way the world works (or used to work)? Could I accept the possibility that what I have learned in the past may not be the most reliable guide to understanding the new way of life that is unfolding?
And always remember: If you look into your own heart and see the strength and love lying there, you can begin to reclaim yourself, remember your divinity and interdependence, choose love over fear, and lift yourself and humanity out of the old paradigm of separation and scarcity.

On July 3rd, at 7:39am EDT, the Moon opposes the Sun in 11 degrees of Capricorn. To learn more about this month’s Full Moon and if you are a Member of my online community, click here to watch my Full Moon video.
This Full Moon has heightened effects on us for many reasons: first, it is a “Full SuperMoon” (i.e. the Moon is at its closest distance to the Earth).
Secondly, lots of planets are involved in this Super Full Moon chart:
Mercury aligns with the Sun in Cancer
the Moon in Capricorn & Saturn in Pisces make several aspects to multiple planets
Venus aligns with Mars in Leo
Venus & Mars both square Uranus in Taurus, and they both trine Chiron in Aries
Neptune in Pisces is still stationing and thus more exalted — indicating that something is in our face and demands our awareness in connection with the feminine energies (such as allowing, resting, sensing, intuiting, and feeling into the flow of things…) and all of this plays an essential role for the next two weeks, so buckle up!
Saturn in Pisces plays a huge role in this Full Moon chart, firstly because it is the ruler of Capricorn and, consequently, also the ruler of this Full Moon.
Secondly, Saturn also sextiles the Moon in Capricorn, making the next two weeks an opportunity for us to focus on what’s essential and bring a sense of flow to our long-term goals or plans. More details about Saturn’s other aspects in a moment…
First, let’s look at the polarities of this Full Moon: The Moon in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn opposes the Sun & Mercury in protective, feeling-oriented Cancer.
We have a heightened sense that something must be brought into balance and reintegrated; the balance in question is between the connection we have to our feelings and emotional needs, plus our ability to feel emotionally connected to others (symbolized by Cancer), versus our outer obligations or material, practical goals out there in the world (Capricorn).
The Moon, in opposition to the Mercury/Sun alignment in Cancer, asks us to balance loving, caring connection and sharing against our need to achieve our long-term goals. As best as you can, steer by…

Ask yourself: What would self-responsible self-care look like? How does my inner life inform my outer? What am I ready to talk about or share from my past — in a vulnerable way? If people hung on my every word, what would I share then? What might I hold back from sharing?
How might nurturing myself support true empowerment and self-alignment in the outside world? Might it also help grant authentic connections toward others? And perhaps even the world at large?
What do I need to change to be better aligned with my needs? Do I need to move? Pursue another vocation? Process or Heal something from the past?
Any Full Moon also has us look more closely at the denser vibrations or shadow components of the energies involved.
Cancer: This is our ability to receive and to feel safe from within — but what protected us in the past may no longer serve, as our needs may have changed over time.
Ask yourself: Where am I holding on simply out of familiarity? What do I need to feel safe in the world, in this now moment?
What if self-care led to self-alignment? What if the same were true of nurturing my feeling body? Given those possibilities, might it be worth spending 5% more time and energy on self-care, just as an experiment?
With Capricorn, we need to take a look at those parts of ourselves that are domineering, rigid, unforgiving, self-servingly ambitious, status-seeking, and hierarchical.
As best as you can, be really honest with yourself, and ask: What is my relationship to “control”? Where do I try to control life? Other people? Where do I control myself by suppressing my needs or feelings? Where or when do I allow others to control me? Is it at least possible that a slower step-by-step approach might improve my ability to be present to what’s needed in the moment? And what’s in alignment with myself?
Too much emphasis on the Cancer archetype — too much subjectivity, unprocessed feelings, and suppressed needs (which leads to being resentful of neglecting our own needs) — and we become reactive, we don’t feel safe in the world or with others — our fight or flight, freeze or flock reptilian brain kicks in.
Too much emphasis on the Capricorn archetype narrows our vision, by having us look outside of ourselves for approval and validation (wanting to be told what to do and who to be), or by becoming rigid about where we stand and what we want to achieve (wanting to control others). Fears of not being valued within our society can kick in or flare up.
Pluto started its journey through Capricorn in 2008; since then, we have increasingly been confronted with Capricorn’s Shadowside, both “out there” in the world and within. With Pluto back in Capricorn for the rest of the year, we are getting a chance to complete this journey. We are invited to do our best to learn from what hasn’t been working and how not to give our power away to anyone outside of ourselves.
Let’s take a look at some of the aspects of this Super Full Moon chart:
The Moon rules Cancer, and besides its opposition to the Sun/Mercury alignment in Cancer, it also trines Jupiter in Taurus, sextiles Saturn in Pisces, and approaches a Square to Chiron in Aries. Let’s unpack all of that…
The Moon’s Trine to Jupiter in Taurus indicates excitement about our long-term goals and our ability to achieve them. We can explore our talents and financial resources in a way that supports sustainability and social recognition.
Our positive attitude helps us take steps that get us unstuck, and we can stick with something long enough to overcome any challenges, so ask yourself: What could I tackle right now that seemed impossible before?
The Moon’s Square to Chiron in Aries creates some tension but is also an invitation to heal and get in touch with our own humanity. We may feel stretched or stressed by a situation or interaction involving a long-term goal. It’s a time when it’s especially good to be aware of our human limitations and insecurities.
Ask yourself: Other than career and long-term goals, where could I channel my impatient “masculine” energies into something physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually satisfying?
Could I acknowledge my humanity when triggers appear? Could I allow others to be human?
Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn, is currently in Pisces, where it makes a Sextile to Jupiter in Taurus, the Moon in Capricorn, and a Trineto the Sun in Cancer.
Saturn’s Sextile to Jupiter in Taurus is an opportunity to have more self-discipline and self-motivation in our lives — we are more likely to find an increased focus on spiritual, inner self-mastery, coupled with a sense of enthusiasm about our physical comforts and realities. It’s an opportunity to see things from a different perspective.
Ask yourself: How might sourcing my energy from within support a stronger connection to myself and my talents?
What might be possible if I got enthusiastic about my current physical reality? How might a practical and long-term sustainable approach towards my body or finances serve my enjoyment of life in the long run?
Saturn’s Sextile to the Moon and its Trine to the Sun gives us a chance to balance the opposition between the Full Moon polarities by focusing on the present moment and our intuitive connection to All.
We are invited to bring more maturity, respect, and integrity to our connection with all of life — and this is a good time to look for a more authentic relationship with our “inner knowing & sensing”.
Ask yourself: Could I trust my inner knowing (or intuition) 5% more than I have previously? What spiritual practices could support me on this journey inwards? What resonates with my inner core? What is realistic and practical? What practices are sustainable for the long haul? What am I being asked to give up, so I can have a stronger connection to my inner guidance?
Can I feel my interconnectivity with nature? With all of life? With the cosmos? How might mutual respect and compassion create a more sustainable relationship?
Some other aspects in this Super Full Moon chart: Venus aligns with Mars in Leo, and they both square Uranus in Taurus and trine Chiron in Aries.
Let’s start with the alignment between Venus & Mars in Leo:This is a very passionate combination: we are more able to connect action with receptivity, assertiveness with allowing, and visa versa. Since this alignment is taking place in Leo, having fun is key.
Over the next two weeks, ask yourself: What is asking to be expressed, whole-heartedly? Could I bring a playful and fun approach to whatever I engage with or do?
Now, let’s look at the Venus-Mars Square to Uranus in Taurus: Things may take a different turn regarding what’s truly important to us. However, this is a chance to re-arrange things in our lives that are no longer satisfying. Keep your mind and heart open: if something demands elimination or change, it was waiting for that shift to happen anyway.
Ask yourself: What priorities are shifting at this time? Where do I need to have more distance or space so I can see what’s keeping me stuck? How might I channel this restless energy into projects asking for progress? Where am I able to innovate? Could I agree to disagree?
As best as you can, find creative solutions and stay flexible and adaptable. This is not the best time to take things too personally — but then again, is there ever a good time for that?
If you start to feel any resistance towards people, places, or situations, ask yourself: could I simply allow myself to feel this resistance? Give it space? Allow it to be there, just for a moment? And once I have done that, could I set it free? Would I set it free? Would now be a good moment to do so?
And last but not least, the Venus-Mars Trine to Chiron in Aries: With this combo, a more heart-centered, innocent, or courageous approach can carry us through feelings of insecurity or shame.
Ask yourself: How complex could I allow myself to be? Could I have fun with all of my complexities? How about everyone else out there in the world — could I permit them to be just as complex?
We also more easily see beauty in human weaknesses rather than fault — it’s a strong time for seeing potential in one another. What potential do you see?
To sum it all up for this Super Full Moon: Cancer & Capricorn are both receptive “yin” energies, and so are Pisces, and Taurus. As we have 8 planets, plus the Moon Nodes in Yin-signs in this Super Full Moon chart, as well as Neptune’s exalted energies, we are clearly asked to go within first, before making a move forward externally.
When we are able to experience a balance between inner and outer, and thereby come to feel safe and a valuable part of society, we can be both responsible and kind.
Ask yourself: What importance does nourishment have in my life? Do I know when I feel nourished physically? Emotionally? Spiritually? Mentally? Do I feel connected to all of life?
What’s keeping me separate, limited, or in fear? Could I be honest about that? And once I have acknowledged what that might be, could I decide to let it go, just for right now?

On Saturday, June 3rd at 11:42pm EDT, the Full Moon in 13 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact. We start to feel the Full Moon build from the moment the Moon enters Sagittarius early that same morning.
For the next two weeks, we seek balance as we become more awareof something that needs to be brought into alignment or integrated. The balance in question is between our mental processes — symbolized by Gemini — and our quest for a larger truth or meaning (linked to Sagittarius).
The Moon in Sagittarius makes several aspects in this Full Moon chart, as does Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius.
Venus is getting ready to change signs from Cancer to Leo (on June 5th), following in Mars’ footsteps.
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, is conjunct Uranus in Taurus.
Saturn in Pisces will start to slow down (station, and is thus exalted) from June 6th on.
More about the specifics in a moment, but one thing to remember: Full Moons are always times of awareness and culmination. We see things we have not seen before and get to make changes if we don’t like what we see.
So think back to the New Moon phase that started on May 19th: What seeds were planted then? What has “sprouted” since?
Before we talk about all of the aspects of this Full Moon, let’s first talk about the Sagittarian-Gemini polarity:
At its highest vibration, Sagittarius shows us a broader perspective, which has us looking beyond facts and learned knowledge to our direct life experiences and the wisdom gained. It’s all about seeking a higher truth and meaning for life’s challenges — a philosophy that would help us understand life’s trials and tribulations.
So that’s Sagittarius’s highest vibration — what of its shadow side?
When we suppress this energy inside of us, we become unquestioningly attached to our belief systems and the stories we tell ourselves about life — and therefore self-righteous — perhaps we even persecute those who differ in their point of view. We are also more easily susceptible to excesses of all kinds.
Now let’s look at Gemini: at its highest vibration, this sign helps us stay connected to our immediate environment and “day-to-day mind” — processing and sharing as much information as we can, as quickly as possible — we stay curious, constantly looking for ways to learn what we need to connect all the dots and communicate intelligently.
When we suppress the higher vibration of the Gemini energy, we likewise move into its shadow side…

When we suppress the higher vibration of the Gemini energy, we likewise move into its shadow side: superficiality, talking without listening, chattering randomly, sharing information without substance or meaning, collecting lots of facts but having little knowledge, staying busy so the mind doesn’t get bored, and allowing the mind to dominate our physical, emotional & spiritual connection to life.
Ask yourself: What is the difference between information and interpretation? Or information and comprehension? What might change for me if I questioned my assumptions and what I think I know? Who do I think I am? Why are things the way they are? What new information might I spot if I stepped back and took a more expansive view?
Let’s talk about the specific aspects of this Full Moon chart:
The Moon in Sagittarius makes several aspects: Not only does it oppose the Sun in Gemini, but it also trines Mars in Leo, Chiron in Aries, and it squares Saturn in Pisces. So let’s unpack all of that:
The two Trines to Mars in Leo & Chiron in Aries indicate a nice flow and ability to be courageous and walk our path as we see the bigger picture of our journey on this planet, in our human existence.
Ask yourself: Could I accept my human complexities 5% more when expressing myself creatively or otherwise? How complex could I allow myself to be? How about everyone else out there in the world — could I permit them to be just as complex?
We might want to explore a new healing modality for the body, mind, and heart to renew our enthusiasm for life.
Ask yourself: What if expanding my horizons and exploring things holistically could bring a healing quality to wounds around the “masculine” energies (personal and collective)?
How might seeing the bigger picture and taking a holistic approach around my masculine energies give me a greater understanding of myself and what I have identified with (or as)? What would be a wise use for all the physical energy I can access?
The Moon’s Square to Saturn in Pisces asks us to stretch and grow. Our commitment to spiritual self-mastery, towards being in the present moment, calls us to make some adjustments with the outer world.
Ask yourself: What if I just knew that I am always supported by the Universe, by life, by my higher Self? What if every “now-moment” held all the information I needed to handle whatever showed up?
What might be a creative way to stay connected to others and committed to practicing trusting my intuitive knowing?
Also, Saturn in Pisces will slow down (stationing and will be exalted) from June 6th until the 24th. Saturn will start its yearly Retrograde phase on June 17th at 7 degrees of Pisces (until Nov. 4th, retrograding back to 0 degrees of Pisces).
Until June 24th, while Saturn is exalted, we will feel a greater urge to go within, do our spiritual work, and face our various modes of escapism from this world.
Ask yourself: What if I just decided to act with maturity and self-responsibility while staying present and going with the flow — even if I don’t know where things are headed?
What do I see now that needs my attention, that is keeping me from feeling truly connected to my intuitive knowing? To my higher Self? To my compassionate heart?
Now let’s talk about Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius. Jupiter is journeying through Taurus (since May 16th) and conjuncts the North Node, opposes the South Node in Scorpio, and squares Pluto in Aquariusand Mars in Leo. It also sextiles Saturn in Pisces. So let’s unpack all of that:
Let’s start with Jupiter’s alignment to the North Node in Taurus: we are invited to make an effort when it comes to the perspectives and attitudes we have or have had up until now towards our relationship with the physical plane — to be more in touch with the wisdom of our own body, more attuned to the intelligence of nature and what feels natural, and more aware of our intrinsic value (from birth).
Ask yourself: What perspective shift might bring a healthier experience and honoring of my body? Or my physical reality?
What is my current attitude toward my value in the world? Do I reject or hoard material abundance? Do I see material abundance as a good or bad influence on people? Do I see it as a burden? Unattainable? Do I give it too much or not enough of my attention?
What meaning do I ascribe to all things physical?
Jupiter is also part of a Grand Cross, which asks us to break down long-standing ways of dealing with external pressures. Instead, we are invited to act on our inner wisdom and honor what is true for us while respecting the desires and deep processes of others — and what we are experiencing collectively.
Ask yourself: Are my current values, goals, and beliefs a reflection of my highest truth? What attitudes or beliefs could I set free that no longer serve my growth and evolution? Where have I been keeping myself small — out of fear of losing power or control?
What if my self-worth was not determined by other people’s ideas of what it means to be worthy? What if my “worth” was given at birth? Could I value myself exactly as I am and as I am not?
Lastly, Jupiter in Taurus also sextiles Saturn in Pisces:This aspect is an opportunity to create a finer balance between our need for personal growth around our physical/material realities and our need for keeping things real when it comes to the energetic, spiritual, or intuitive realm.
It is also an opportunity to have more self-discipline and self-motivation in our lives — we are more likely to find an increased focus on spiritual, inner self-mastery, coupled with a sense of enthusiasm about our physical comforts and realities.
On Dec. 21st, 2020, Jupiter and Saturn aligned in 0 degrees of Aquarius. This is the first Sextile since this Conjunction — we are ready to open ourselves to new possibilities.
There is also an opening regarding our responsibilities — they feel easier as we see their value. If we stay open-minded and open-hearted, finances can get back on track. It’s undoubtedly easier to save and regulate spending.
Ask yourself: How might sourcing my energy from within support a stronger connection to myself and my talents? What might be possible if I got enthusiastic about my current physical reality? How might a practical and long-term sustainable approach towards my body or finances serve my enjoyment of life in the long run?
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, currently also in Taurus, conjuncts with Uranus. With this alignment, we could achieve real breakthroughs in the form of ideas, communications, and the mind in general — coupled with the possibility of edginess and impatience toward those who don’t value our new insights.
Ask yourself: What unusual conversations are waiting to be had? Could I be open to receiving new insights from the Universe? From my body? From nature? Could I share my new ideas and insights with like-minded people? Who comes to mind?
Nervousness, impulsivity, and fidgeting could also be a by-product of this alignment. Ask yourself: How might a conscious, deep breath support me in creating more space and peace? How could it help with dropping into my body and grounding my ideas in the here and now?
Venus, in a late degree of Cancer, trines Neptune in Pisces. She will also move into Leoon June 5th (until Oct. 9th), starting her long journey through this fiery sign (due to her upcoming Retrograde phase from late July until early Sept.).
The Trine to Neptune has us connect to others in a compassionate, sweet, loving way; we are also more likely to feel romantic over the next two weeks. Trusting and opening up to others becomes more straightforward.
Ask yourself: Could I permit myself to receive love and emotional support from familiar sources? Is there anything from my past or relationships from the past that I am ready to release or let go of? What about my relationship to myself? What needs a more compassionate approach?
As soon as Venus enters Leo, she will make an exact opposition to Pluto in Aquarius and approach several Squares… just as Mars did when he entered Leo on May 20th. Because Venus is involved this time, we need to handle things with more grace and an open heart.
Venus also rules Taurus, and with Jupiter and the North Node in Taurus (being squared by Venus June 5-15th), we are invited to make a shift in connection with who and what we honor and where we need to learn to keep our heart wide open.
We mean well because we are feeling quite optimistic now, but we may underestimate how much time we have or how good a fit something is.
Overspending could also be connected to this aspect (as could making assumptions in our relationships); as best as you can, bring a non-judgmental awareness to any such tendencies.
After June 5th, ask yourself: What am I observing about myself and my relationships with others? What is enough… and what is too much? Could I bring a non-judgmental awareness to any assumptions I bring to my relationships?
Could I be 5% more aware of any tendency to spend more than I have?
To sum it all up: This Full Moon reminds us that truth is in the eye of the beholder and that what we see depends on where we stand and have already been.
Ask yourself: What am I currently seeking? What is no longer true for me? What convictions and misperceptions are holding me back from experiencing a life of abundance?
This Full Moon also invites us to practice our connection to empathy, intuition, and inspiration — a compassionate approach towards our human persona works best. So, over the next two weeks, ask yourself: How open can I be to being courageously myself, with all my sensitivities and insecurities?
It’s best for us to move forward slowly but surely, knowing that our sense of balance must come from within and (as best as we can) staying rooted in the inner knowing that all is well, no matter what we perceive or tell ourselves about those perceptions.
Ask yourself: What experiences outside my everyday routines might widen my perspective and understanding of life? Who supports my journey toward greater self-realization? Could I allow any such connections to grow stronger and more meaningful?

With her Readings, her coaching and her Soul-Based Astrology Courses she aims to empower and support people in fulfilling their life’s potential and aligning with Soul Purpose.
On May 5th, at 1:34pm EDT, the Moon opposes the Sun in 15 degrees of Scorpio/Taurus. The entrance of the Moon into Scorpio on May 4th, begins the energetic build-up towards this powerful Full Moon.
This powerful Full Moon is a Penumbral Lunar Eclipse (the most subtle kind of Lunar Eclipses) that can be viewed in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica, the South Atlantic Ocean, the Indian Ocean, and the Pacific Ocean. The duration lasts 258 minutes (= 4hrs 18min.).This means that we will feel the influence of this Lunar Eclipse for four months and nine days.
This particular Lunar Eclipse is the second of two Eclipses within two weeks; it offers an opportunity for a deeper, more authentic connection with ourselves and others. Our physical and emotional bodies strongly feel the intensity of it all, so keep in mind: Eclipses ultimately support a shift in consciousness and thus bring us closer to our Soul’s path.
During a Lunar Eclipse, the Full Moon slowly dims as it passes through the Earth’s shadow, stimulating our emotional body and increasing our awareness of unconscious patterns and fears. This means we may feel more easily triggered as buried emotions, motivations, and fears surface. Beware of projections and jumping to conclusions.
If you are not sure when you are projecting something on someone else, check for these signs: defensiveness, over-reactivity, or difficulty being objective while exhibiting rigid behaviors.
As you might know from my last Solar Eclipse video, Eclipses are always powerfully connected to the Moon Nodes and thus to our Soul’s Journey (both collectively and individually). The Moon Nodes remain in a particular polarity for 18 months. They have been in Taurus-Scorpio since Jan. 18th, 2022, highlighting issues around emotional trauma/fears & physical stability, finance, and our relationship with our physical environment and natural resources.
The North Node in Taurus emphasizes the necessity of self-esteem and a healthy relationship with the physical world — with our bodies, resources, and the Earth. The South Node in Scorpio symbolizes our need to face our fears, heal old trauma, be conscious of our motivations, and own our power, so we can step into a more passionate relationship with life and others.
Eclipses reoccur in 19-year cycles. On May 4th, 2004, there was a South Node Lunar Eclipse at 14º42’ Scorpio-Taurus, very close to the degree of this Eclipse. Ask yourself: What areas of my life needed to be addressed back then? Where am I being called to make major changes now?
All Eclipses transmit new energetic codes and transformative downloads, symbolized by the signs involved, in this case: The Moon in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio opposes the Sun in steady, peaceful Taurus.
There are several aspects worth mentioning in this Full Moon-Lunar Eclipse chart:
Pluto (the ruler of Scorpio) is currently in Aquarius — and still exalted, although already in its Retrograde motion — squares Mercury(also in its Retrograde motion) in Taurus, and the Moon Nodes in Taurus-Scorpio
Mars (the co-ruler of Scorpio), currently in Cancer, still squares Chiron in Aries (as we already saw at the time of the Solar Eclipse)
Venus (the ruler of Taurus) squares Neptune in Pisces and sextiles Jupiter in Aries
Saturn in Pisces trines the South Node in Scorpio and sextiles the Mercury-North Node alignment in Taurus
Last but not least, Uranus plays a significant role in this Eclipse chart — and we will address all of these planetary alignments in a moment.
Since this Lunar Eclipse is almost a continuation of the last Lunar Eclipse in November of 2022, in 16º of Taurus-Scorpio, we can check to see how far we have come since then, when it comes to facing our fears and valuing ourselves and our authentic relationships to others.
Ask yourself: What fears or inauthentic (or even toxic) relationships must I still release or transform if I am to step into greater abundance and happiness in my life? What has changed for me in the last six months? What is calling to me now?
For the next 4 months, we seek the balance and integration of two polarities and are aware that something needs to be brought into alignment; the balance in question is between our physical attachments, aversions, and connections — symbolized by Taurus— and our emotional attachments, aversions, and connections (Scorpio).
The time of the Lunar Eclipse brings greater awareness to what was unconscious or hidden previously. This particular one invites us to let go of fears or disempowering behaviors and thereby break through to the next level of our evolution, individually and collectively.
So, here’s this Eclipse’s central question: As a society, are we living in alignment with our values, with what makes us happy and satisfied? How about as individuals? Do we feel empowered and emotionally fulfilled? Are there any fears in our way to achieving progress? Or any rigid thought processes?

Taurus seeks comfort and material stability. It’s concerned with our relationship to the planet, and with the physical plane in general — and also with a hugely important part of our relationship with ourselves, namely “self-esteem”.
Of course, Taurus also has a shadow side: attachment to material things, especially when using them to make up for low self-esteem, seeking to feel better about ourselves through indulging in physical pleasures, immovability, and wanting to keep things the same, usually so we don’t experience physical discomfort.
Scorpio, on the other hand, craves transformation — and it seeks this in part by putting us in touch with our deepest desires and worst fears, bringing them into conscious awareness, so that we can see and release what no longer serves, or whatever has become stale or toxic. Put another way, it helps us move from a “survival mentality”, to a passionate engagement with life.
Ask yourself: Where in my own life do I observe a “survival mentality”? In what ways might I have protected myself from feelings of hurt or disempowerment?
It’s essential to bring conscious awareness to the walls we have built to feel protected and more “empowered”. Addressing past traumas and any sense of disempowerment is the only way to allow for the return of trust toward others (and life in general). By acknowledging our fears and breaking down those walls we can transform into truly powerful beings of love and inner strength.
What is Scorpio’s shadow?
Attachment to emotional connections (even if they are toxic), avoidance of emotional pain, armoring and protecting ourselves from incidents of disempowerment that no longer exist outside of memory, trust issues, black-and-white thinking, addiction to drama and darkness (or substances)… and anything we want to prevent: Scorpio’s shadow has us coming from an instinctual, self-protective place, rather than from intuitive, love-based spaciousness.
Scorpio wants to go beyond the surface, to our deeper motivations. For the next four months, ask yourself: Where do my behaviors bring disempowerment to others or myself? Where do my behaviors simply bring pain? What propels my sense of attraction or repulsion? What turns me on about life? What scares me?
Now, let’s talk about some of the aspects of this Lunar Eclipse chart, starting with Pluto (the ruler of Scorpio):
Pluto in Aquarius— still exalted, although already in its Retrograde motion — squares Mercury(also in its Retrograde motion) in Taurus. Squares usually offer an invitation to “stretch and grow” and do things differently. Since Mercury is involved, we must change our minds about something and start thinking differently.
Since Pluto and Mercury are both Retrograde, we are looking at a far more internal process when it comes to letting go of anything that still disempowers us. We are invited to look at our inner dialog, thoughts, or thinking processes. As best as you can, repair, replace, or release what is not working, and always trust your intuition.
Ask yourself: What am I learning about my inner dialog and ability to value myself? What needs to be re-addressed that came up over the last three weeks in regards to money? Physical matter? Self-worth (or honoring myself and my talents)?
Pluto’s Square to the Moon Nodes in Taurus-Scorpio asks us to live authentically and empower others whenever possible. We are also invited to look at anything that disempowers us as a chance to make a difference and create the change we want to see in the world.
The best way to do this is to focus on our self-expression and joy — to balance any obsessiveness or fears around our future or collective causes that we share with others against our ability to have fun and enjoy ourselves.
Ask yourself: What do I see? What am I painfully aware of? What stems from the past and needs to be transformed? What might open up if I placed 5% more focus on enjoyment, gratitude, and healthy self-expression? How could I connect with others and have fun while giving everyone space to be themselves? Could I release all fears and trust life?
Mars (the co-ruler of Scorpio), currently in Cancer, still squares Chiron in Aries (as we already saw at the time of the Solar Eclipse). This aspect invites us to stretch and grow beyond what we thought was possible concerning our masculine energies.
It requires a creative approach and an ability to see our insecurities around anger or self-assertion as a part of being human.Since Mars also rules Aries, we must approach Self-care, feeling nurtured and safe from a more holistic perspective.
Ask yourself: What feels safe to me in this now moment? What has felt safe to me in the past? What nurtures me right here, right now? What feels familiar that used to nurture me? Could I allow for a holistic mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual approach to what nurtures me?
Venus (the ruler of Taurus) is currently in Gemini, where it squares Neptune in Pisces and sextiles Jupiter in Aries.
The Square to Neptune in Pisces invites us to have faith, go with the flow, and let our intuition guide us in money and love — and if we can do so, we will grow through it.
As best as you can, be compassionate with yourself and others — and watch out for any tendency to make hasty decisions or to sacrifice yourself for others! Or to be naïve about money or other people. Before making any important decisions, check with your intuition (in other words, go within first).
Ask yourself: Before moving forward with a relationship or financial decision, could I tune in and get clear about my energy body and what is needed now? What if I granted 5% more trust to my inner guidance? What might I hear if I listened 5% more closely to the subtle messages of my divine nature?
The Sextile to Jupiter in Aries allows us to see the bigger picture if we choose to. It invites us to connect and share our thoughts.
Ask yourself: What conversations would give me a new perspective about myself and my role in my one-on-one relationships? What self-perspectives might support beneficial outcomes in my day-to-day interactions with others? What attitudes towards life might do the same?
How could I step into a “bigger” version of myself and connect with people who appreciate that version?
Jupiter is in the last degrees ofAries and will move into Tauruson May 16th. If you have a Sagittarius Sun-Sign, Rising sign, or Moon sign, Jupiter’s journey through Taurus will have a more significant impact on you.
Moon in Scorpio opposes the Sun & Uranus in Taurus, giving this Lunar Eclipse a flavor of unpredictability and a need for inventiveness and thinking outside the box regarding our interactions with others, our material resources, the physical world in general, and our values.
We might want to break away from whatever keeps us from honoring ourselves and instead develop awareness around our personal values versus those we may have adopted or inherited.
Ask yourself: What’s mine? What isn’t? What if it were ok to have a different outlook from others, even those we love? What about different values? Could I have some space around this, rather than conflict?
If I didn’t have to do things the way I’ve always done them up until now, could I choose to do them in a way that makes me happy now?
Saturn in Pisces trines the South Node in Scorpio and sextiles the Mercury-North Node alignment in Taurus. This means that when we focus on the Saturn energies, we have a much easier time integrating/balancing the Taurus-Scorpio polarity.
Saturn in Pisces invites us to look for practical applications of our dreams, ideologies, connection to Source, one-consciousness, etc. We are also being asked to firm up our intuitive connection to life — it is a time to focus on what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to our idealism, addictions, avoidance of life, and dreams.
The Trine makes it easier for us to responsibly release traumas from the past and allow ourselves to feel whatever needs to be felt without needing to step into any victim behaviors.
Ask yourself: What are my motivations when connecting with others? Do I have an agenda? Do I try to protect myself? Am I afraid of losing something, being hurt, or being betrayed? How can I be 5% more gentle with myself, especially concerning past traumas or fears?
How might a realistic and mature approach toward my protective mechanisms or survival strategies help me surrender my fears concerning past trauma or disempowerment? What has been in my awareness lately when it comes to those fears?
The Sextile to the Mercury-North Node alignment in Taurus invites us to communicate realistically and see our value and preferences as ours and ours alone. This also gives us the opportunity to understand our conditioning and thought processes better.
Ask yourself: What difference might it make on my journey toward spiritual self-mastery if I listened 5% more attentively to myself? What if I took 5% more responsibility for my inner dialog and how I value myself?
Could I slow down for a moment and take in what is truly happening inside and around me? Could I trust that everyone is exactly where they need to be? Including myself?
To sum it all up for this Lunar Eclipse: This potent Full Moon highlights the power “traumas and fears” play in our lives. This Eclipse challenge us to rethink our interactions with others, use our power wisely, and remember we are all interconnected.
For the next four months, experiment with these questions: Just for today, could I choose to trust my ability to belong and be part of an empowerment process that serves the collective and the future I am “living into”?
Use the power of this Lunar Eclipse to get grounded in your physical and emotional body, break up any stagnation in your system or your relationships, and accelerate your transformation by immersing yourself in a deeper connection to all of life.
Ask yourself: Where am I holding on to addictions or obsessions that leave me feeling less happy in the end? How could my breath support me in effortlessly releasing the old and allowing the new to flow in? If my breath gave my body the message that “all is well”, would I consider implementing “conscious breathing” more often?
Infuse your daily routines with a heart-centered attitude that promotes health & healing; if you are able, go for walks in nature, take yoga classes, practice walking mediations, or dance and sing your way through the living room…
Remember, you don’t have to do anything the way you’ve always done it, you can choose to do it in whichever way makes you most happy…
It’s best for us to move forward slowly but surely, knowing all the while that our sense of balance must come from within, staying rooted in the inner knowing that all is well.
Ask yourself: Where have I tried to control something outside of myself? How might a realistic focus on myself and what I do have influence over, support my efforts at this time?
Remember: Eclipses bring a strong focus to endings and beginnings — they push us forward in our evolution and connect us more fully to our Soul’s Journey. As best as you can, trust that whatever is leaving or falling apart is making way for something better — the more open we are to change, the easier it will be to go to the next level.

On April 6th, at 12:34am EDT,the Full Moon becomes exact in 16 degrees of Libra. All Full Moons bring an opportunity for increased awareness and integration of the traits connected to the relevant Full Moon polarities, especially those that have been neglected or suppressed.
This Full Moon has heightened effects on us for several important reasons: first, it is the beginning of Eclipse Season — a time of uncertainty and change. A time that invites us to allow for a consciousness upgrade until the next Lunation that is no longer a Solar or Lunar Eclipse. In this case, Eclipse Season lasts until May 19th (until the New Moon in Taurus becomes exact).
So the questions here are: What am I aware of? What will I choose? Where will I focus my mind? My Heart? What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with being in transition?
Then there are some powerful aspects in this Lunar chart:
Mars, the ruler of Aries, is currently in Cancer and makes a wide Square aspect to the Full Moon polarity Libra-Aries!
Pluto in Aquarius makes a close Square to the Moon Nodes in Taurus-Scorpio
The Moon in Libra opposes a Chiron/Sun/Jupiter alignment in Aries and quincunxes Uranus in Taurus
A Kite aspect involving a Water Grand Trine with Mars-Saturn-South Node, and two Sextiles to the Mercury/North Node alignment in Taurus
There are some other aspects in this Full Moon chart, and we will address all of them in a moment — and if you are already a Member of my online community, feel free to also watch my Full Moon video here
On April 4th in the afternoon, the Moon enters Libra; this starts the energetic build-up towards this eventful Full Moon — and almost 43 hours later, the Sun in Aries opposes the Moonin Libra.
Ask yourself: How far have I come with the Intentions I set around March 21st’s New Moon? If I’m not where I’d like to be with those intentions, what new course might take me closer to my goals?
The Libra-Aries polarity highlights the spiritual dance between various polarities:
individual drives/goals and one-on-one relationships
masculine and feminine (in their ideal versions)
independence and collaboration
Whether we are single or partnered up, we are all in relationship to someone — any one-on-one relationship counts here — business, personal, health-related, etc. For the next two weeks, we seek balancebetween…

For the next two weeks, we seek balancebetween ourselves (symbolized by Aries) and others (Libra); it’s important here to realize that relationships are essential to our existence and play a crucial role both in defining and achieving our personal goals/desires.
We are also invited to look at the balance of feminine and masculine within ourselves, our relationships, and our world. Ask yourself: Where has feminine and masculine gone out of balance? What happens when there is too much of one? Of both? What about too little?
Aries symbolizes our requirement to be an individual who is free to explore and express themselves; Libra, on the other hand, represents our desire to feel connected, and see both sides of the coin by looking at contrast and comparison.
Ask yourself: Where in my life do I need to be more authentic? Assertive? Understanding and considerate? Who am I being in my relationships? Who am I being in the relationship between me and myself?
The Sun in Aries calls us to look at the roles that “assertion” and “independence” play in our lives. We’re called to find ways to develop a healthy sense of self — and total honesty is crucial here, with ourselves and with others.
The Moon in Libra emphasizes the need for collaboration, objectivity, consideration, equality, balance, justice, etc. But, as you can tell, the spotlight now swings over to our relationships…
Full Moons also illuminate the shadow side of each sign. Aries’s “denser/lower” vibrations can be rash, impulsive, insensitive, domineering, and (at worst) combative. Connecting with the highest vibration of Libra will help us stay away from the denser vibrations of Aries.
As best as you can, allow the higher vibrations of Aries to shine through — these include courage, openness towards the new, directness, and a healthy sense of identity.
The shadow side of Libra is being insincere, people-pleasing, hesitant, indecisive, co-dependent, and reluctantly giving in to things without protest. Connecting with the highest vibration of Aries will help us stay away from the denser vibrations of Libra.
Please note that the Shadow side of any sign is usually not as comfortable to look at or embrace, but it is an essential process to move into the lighter vibrations of any sign.
Let’s talk about what’s important in this particular Full Moon chart:
The Moon in Libra opposes a Chiron/Sun/Jupiter alignment in Aries and quincunxes Uranus in Taurus.
Let’s start with the opposition: When the Moon opposes a planetary Line-up in Aries, especially one that includes Chiron, we are invited tobecome more aware that nothing and no one is really separate. Consciously or unconsciously, we are always in relationships; as always, all relationships begin with our relationship with ourselves.
Since Oppositions can be acted out within relationships, we might get triggered by others and become defensive or touchy in the next two weeks.
Ask yourself: Could I acknowledge what is getting stirred up inside me by someone who cannot have equal relationships? How might I balance my need for equal connection and harmony with my desire for self-fulfillment and complete independence?
Resentments or frustrations can surface with this opposition — and someone may be poking at our wounds or pointing out our shortcomings, bringing up our insecurities or secret shame that is connected not only to what is happening at that moment but also to our past — especially our childhood.
If this happens, locate the original pain or wound as best as you can, and bring compassion, love, understanding, and forgiveness to yourself (particularly towards your younger Self). Healing can only occur if we embrace our limitations and love our most vulnerable places.
Ask yourself: How might we be able to support each other on our healing journeys? What if taking a compassionate approach to myself and my insecurities or triggers made for more fulfilling connections with others?
Could I allow others to engage with me in a way that facilitates a more holistic exploration of my “persona”? How about vice versa? Could I engage with others in a way that promotes a more holistic inquiry into their persona, identity, or personal goals?
The Moon’s Quincunx to Uranus in Taurus operates more internally; an unexpected turn of events could leave us uneasy or unsettled. This could also indicate some restlessness and energetic discomfort in our interactions.
Ask yourself: What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with being uncomfortable, just for now? Or 5% more comfortable embracing uncertainty? How flexible could I be for the next two weeks if I worked at it?
Mars, the ruler of Aries, is currently in Cancer and makes a wide Square to the Full Moon polarity in Libra-Aries! This makes Mars the Focus Point of a T-square, inviting us to use our “inner masculine” responsibly. We may have feelings come up that are connected to past experiences, especially something connected to anger.
This T-Square does put a lot of stress on Mars in Cancer, so we may feel impatient or cranky — doing more for others is not necessarily better. Being realistic about what we can do without depleting our energy is most beneficial.
Since Mars represents the masculine energies within us (doing, going after our passions, penetrating, asserting our will and our desires, taking actions, using our physical strengths/ability and courage to get what we want, etc.), we are invited to act responsibly rather than react emotionally.
Ask yourself: Do I feel capable of providing for myself? And others? What is enough, and what is too much? Do I know how to create physical and emotional safety for myself and my loved ones?
What might a balance between home/family and career/long-term goals look like for me? How might a realistic approach to self-care or emotional self-alignment serve me at this time?
You might ask: What does “self-alignment” mean? If something resonates with you, it is aligned with your energy, so move toward what resonates and away from what does not.
Since the empty leg of this T-square lands in Capricorn, we are invited to take actions that serve us and our loved ones long-term. We are invited to bring a nurturing approach to the world.
Ask yourself: Could I work towards something long-term that aligns with my emotional well-being? My connection to my family or loved ones? My need to feel safe and cared for? What if a healthy sense of my authority and capabilities was the first step toward feeling emotionally and physically safe?
How might a mature and responsible approach support my ability to achieve my goals? My ability to connect to others? The world at large? How could I nurture myself to the point that I am at once connected to others and yet wholly independent?
Venus, the ruler of Taurus, is currently in its own sign and sextiles Neptune in Pisces. With this aspect, we are more attuned to the subtleties of human interaction, especially over the next two weeks (after April 6th). We tend to “feel” each other energetically now; a sensitive approach is recommended.
Ask yourself: When I use my imagination, what or whom would I like to touch? How would I want that to feel? What might a “hug for humanity” look like at this time? How could a more sensitive approach towards others and myself support my collaborative efforts?
How might meditation or mindfulness- being present in the now-moment to all the energies inside and around me- support my personal resources and what I value in others or myself? What might transpire if I brought 5% more trust and intuitive flow toward my physical reality?
Pluto in Aquarius makes a close Square to the Moon Nodes in Scorpio-Taurus. As a result, we get a significant opportunity to stretch and grow in our collective and individual Soul’s Journey! As Pluto squares this powerful polarity, we want to break free from the past and anything that no longer empowers us.
With Pluto involved, this could increase emotionality or feelings of being out of control (and therefore wanting control); given the Moon Nodes are also involved here, it could foster more significant shifts in consciousness (individually and collectively speaking).
Ask yourself: What am I most scared about regarding my future? Do I have concerns about my connection with like-minded people? Am I allowing myself to hear the deepest calling of my Soul?
Am I ready for some profound changes in my life? Where am I looking to create more empowerment in my life? What about the lives of others? What needs to happen so I can shift my current situation? What role does “trust” play in all of this?
Where do I feel “out of control”? Where am I trying too hard to self-protect or control an outcome? What if I surrendered all my fears and trusted the divine power within me?
Pluto always invites us to integrate the opposite sign it’s in for balance and true empowerment. While in Aquarius, that balance comes from courageously hearty-centered and self-expressed Leo.
Ask yourself: What does my heart desire? What does my heart want to express? How might a self-expressed and courageously heartfelt approach serve my communities and foster better collaborations?
I also want to mention that we will be covering Pluto’s journey through Aquarius and the upcoming Eclipses season in my next Forecasting Forum — so feel free to join us live on April 7th at 5pm ET/2pm PT/10pm (London time)!
If you want to ask a question, please email me by April 7th at 3pm ET — and if I don’t have it yet, send me a copy of your Birth Chart.
And of course, if you don’t have a birth chart yet, please watch my free class on “How to read my Birth chart”. At the end of that class, I give you tips on how to get your birth chart for free online.
The next aspect I want to discuss is a Kite aspect involving a Grand Water Trine with Mars in Cancer, Saturn in Pisces, the South Node in Scorpio, and two Sextiles to the Mercury/North Node alignment in Taurus.
The Grand Water Trine shows us our ability to allow feelings to move through responsibly and supports us further in bringing love and acceptance to past experiences or traumas. Our ability to take responsibility for our energy body and when we need to rest, let go, and nurture ourselves is enhanced.
It also helps us to release any unhealthy attachments to the past, making it easier to trust and therefore to allow ourselves to stretch outside of our comfort zone and invite in “the new”.
Ask yourself: Could I slow down for just a moment and take in what is truly happening inside and around me? Could I allow what is simply to “be”, exactly as it is — and exactly as it isn’t?
Could I trust that everyone is exactly where they need to be? Including myself? How can I be 5% more gentle with myself, especially concerning past traumas or fears?
We also might be able to receive new support from others, so ask yourself: What if I let myself receive 5% more kindness from others? Not because I need it, but just because it is available to me?
When a planet makes two Sextiles to two other planets that are part of a Grand Trine, we call this a “Kite” in astrology. The planet connected to the Sextiles becomes the “lead planet” for this Kite configuration. This “lead planet” points to our opportunity for forward movement and growth — in this case, that would be Mercury in Taurus.
Since Mercury is also aligned with the North Node, we are invited to increase our efforts toward physical and material security and stability.Honoring ourselves and the value we bring to our relationships is crucial.
Since Mercury in Taurus is the lead planet, we are invited to communicate and share our value with others rather than allowing disempowerment and trauma signatures from the past or emotional processes to take away our voice or value.
Ask yourself: What needs to be said? What might honest communication achieve? What if I allowed my intuitive body to guide me with what needs to be said? Could I inspire others by having candid heart-to-heart talks?
What do I know to be true about myself? My value in the world? About my talents?
How might a simple, truthful approach support my career goals and personal projects at this time? What might I discover about myself and my desires if I truly listened?
To sum it all up: This Full Moon highlights the need to balance initiative, courage, and self-reliance with teamwork, consideration, and fairness.
With the beginning of Eclipse Season, the coming months could offer some tailwinds that carry us to significant breakthroughs; we are invited to learn how to be conscious creators, mindful of how our thinking and choices affect our personal and collective experiences.
For the next two weeks, it’s essential to take a caring and holistic approach towards ourselves and others; this means kindness and compassion on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level!
Ask yourself: Where am I in or out of balance? Is it possible that when something sounds good but doesn’t feel right, it’s either not “right” for me at this time or not “right” at all?
Our problems won’t be defeated by fighting them, but by understanding them and changing the conditions that gave birth to them. So, as best as you can, talk about what ails you and share your pain without stepping into victim behaviors. And always remember: Love empowers, fear paralyzes.

The next Full Moon will be “exact” on March 7th, at 7:40am EST in 16.5 degrees of Virgo — and by then, we are halfway through the Lunar cycle that started on February 20th.
Look at the New Moon Intentions you set around Feb. 20th or 21st, and ask yourself: How far have I come with those Intentions? If I’m not where I’d like to be with my goals, what new course might bring them closer?
We start to feel the build-up towards this Full Moon when the Moon enters Virgo on March 5th at 10:38pm EST.
This particular Full Moon has a planetary line-up in Pisces and Aries and is part of a T-Square with Mars in Gemini as the Focal Point. We will examine other Moon aspects, including the trine to Uranus in Taurus and the Quincunx to Venus in Aries. More about all of this in a moment…
We also have two planets (Saturn & Pluto) in 29º of their signs (in this Full Moon chart) — an exalted degree — bringing heightened energy (possibly a bit of an obsession) to our need to complete and accomplish something worthwhile.
Saturn changes signs from Aquarius to Pisces only 55 minutes after the Full Moon becomes exact! This changes our focus for the next 2.5 years! What needs your focus and commitment until 2025/26? How can you turn your dreams into reality?
We will talk in more detail about Saturn’s journey through Pisces — and how it all relates to your birth chart — in our Forecasting Forum on Monday, March 6th. This 2.5-year journey invites us to find a new connection with Source or One-Consciousness/Presence – collectively and individually.
If you want to know how Saturn will impact you personally, you can access/purchase the mp4-video recording of “Saturn’s Journey through Pisces”here.
Now, a Full Moon is always an opposition between the Moon and the Sun; during these oppositions, we seek balance, alignment, and integration around two perspectives that seem opposites.
We often experience this through our interactions with others, and since these interactions are also the pathway to resolution, relationships of all kinds are highlighted during Full Moons.
The balance we seek between Virgo and Pisces seems to be the fundamental challenge of our time: to integrate head and heart, science and intuition, discernment and compassion. This Full Moon shows each of us…

This Full Moon shows each of us how far we have come with integrating those two seemingly opposite archetypes within ourselves — and how far we have yet to go.
Let’s take a look at the polarity of this Full Moon:
The Moon in Virgo opposes the Sun in Pisces. Virgo seeks personal and practical wholeness, while Pisces reminds us of a transcendent wholeness — our divinity and interconnectedness with all life.
Virgo benefits from apprenticeship, whereas Pisces learns to trust inner guidance above all else — when balanced, we can discern without judgment, serve without obligation, and love all of creation, including ourselves.
Virgo analyzes, Pisces feels: We are invited to discern what’s real to make healthier choices.
To find the balance between Virgo and Pisces, ask yourself: Where do I need to be more selective? More accepting? What if my inner knowingness could inform practical choices? What if “choosing” was already (and always) in alignment with divine timing?
What results might I get in my daily life if I dissolved my fears, judgments, and painful memories? Even if I could only do that as best as I could? What else might bring more inner peace?
All Full Moons bring awareness to a polarity, and this illuminates the shadow sides of both signs:
Please note that the Shadow side of any sign is usually not as comfortable to look at or embrace, but it is an essential process to move into the lighter vibrations of any sign.
Virgo’s shadow side is “Judgement”; this creates separation from others and a split within ourselves, closing our hearts and limiting our ability to learn. It keeps us stuck in duality, defending our position or attacking others. It’s what shows up when we label things as “good or bad” rather than seeing them in terms of “useful or unproductive”.
Drawing on the higher vibrations of Pisces helps us connect with Virgo’s higher vibration…Pisces’s best qualities are compassion, intuitiveness, open-heartedness, inspirational creativity, and imagination; at its best, Pisces understands that we are all souls in various states of development, doing our best.
The shadow side of Pisces is ambiguity, escapism, helplessness or victimization, and poor or missing boundaries. And just as the converse is true, the best qualities of Virgo can move us back into the higher vibration of Pisces — qualities like the ability to choose wisely and to discern what works and what doesn’t objectively.
When both sides are well-integrated, we possess acuity of mind, united with our heart’s wisdom and intuition’s guidance.
Ask yourself: What single step would I take here and now if I were setting out to employ 5% more self-compassion, unconditional love, and selfless service?
What if synergies existed between my emotional, intuitive, and rational/scientific understanding? Do I have to choose between scientific facts & intuitive knowingness? What if I could have both?
Let’s talk about what’s important in this particular Full Moon chart:
The modern ruler of Pisces (Neptune) is part of the planetary Pisces line-up, and the traditional ruler of Pisces (Jupiter) is part of the Aries line-up. Let’s start with the line-up in Pisces:
Mercuryis the first planet in the Pisces line-up, followed by the Sun and then Neptune in Pisces. This line-up of planets asks us to go within and trust our intuition and connection to Source above all else.
Since Mercury is also the ruler of Virgo and in opposition to the Moon, this position is important! We are invited to get very clear about spiritual/intuitive experiences or creative endeavors. We are also invited to stay centered in our hearts and tune in and see if we need to take a break or at least slow down a little.
Our imagination (and how we use it) is also vital here. So, ask yourself: What am I imagining? For myself? For others? For this planet? Are my imaginings coming out of fear?
What might be possible creatively if I allowed myself to daydream just 5% more than I have in the past? What might a short nap do for my ability to process information and stay in the flow?
How might compassionate and soothing self-dialogue support my connection to Source? To Life? To other Souls?
Now let’s look at the line-up in Ariesbefore we talk about the T-Square and some more Moon aspects…
Jupiter (the traditional ruler of Pisces), followed by Chiron, and then Venus, make for a strong alinement in Aries. This asks us to examine our beliefs about our wounds around relationships or our sense of self-worth.
Ask yourself: If I looked at my limitations through the lens of the human-soul alliance, might it help heal my relationship with my human persona — how I present myself to the world — and eventually also to my relationships with others?
Could I bring the gift of compassion, understanding, and forgiveness to my insecurities or feelings of unworthiness whenever it’s needed? Could I also gift that to others?
Healing happens much faster when we are open to forgiving ourselves and embracing ourselves exactly as we are (and are not). Therefore ask yourself: For the next two weeks, just as an experiment, could I permit myself to be fully myself? All of who I am — including my limitations, humanity, insecurities, sensitivities, and everything else?
The T-square, involving the Full Moon polarity and Mars as the Focal Point, invites us to focus on the bigger picture and let ourselves go beyond our day-to-day thinking to a broader, more philosophical mode.
Ask yourself: What might I see if I took a step back and allowed the bigger picture to emerge? What might be possible if I kept an open mind and investigated my options with a neutral, open curiosity?
This T-Square does put a lot of stress on Mars in Gemini, so we may feel impatient — but moving faster or doing more is not necessarily better. We tend to feel scattered or mentally over-exert ourselves. This could lead to feeling disconnected or restless and stress our nervous systems.
All this is an invitation to ask yourself: How do I use my mental energies? Am I exhausting myself? Do I feel overwhelmed? How can I balance understanding the facts with heeding my intuitive knowingness?
Might an impulsive or rash decision create more chaos rather than less? What if I asked myself daily: “Where does universal timing fit in all of this”?
The Moon in Virgo trines Uranus in Taurus & quincunxes Venus in Aries; and opposes not just the Sun but also Mercury & Neptune in Pisces. Let’s unpack all of that…
This Moon placement trining Uranus makes it easier to connect with the physical world in a new and innovative way, including how we connect with our own body and planet.
An increased ability to discern “what’s what” can support us in making some vital choices in our physical world that further our physical, emotional, and mental well-being long-term (in other words: wholeness). This could increase our enjoyment and connection to the planet we live on and value.
Ask yourself: How could paying 5% more attention to detail help me be more discerning about how I connect to my body? To the planet? What might open up if I implemented health routines or other systems that support my physical, emotional, and mental well-being in a new way?
The Moon’s Quincunx to Venus in Aries signifies that we must make some inner adjustments. This demands that we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the need to tend to our daily routines or health routines, to be precise and practical in our thinking and at work — and on the other hand, we value our independence and want to satisfy our passions and goals.
The key here is to be of service and allow for “me-time” so we don’t drive ourselves or others crazy.
Ask yourself: Could I give myself permission to observe rather than judge? To be neutral toward my personal experiences? What might it look like if I made space for some “me-time”? Could I allow myself to be of service to others yet take care of myself and my passions?
Apropos Venus, if you missed our online Mini-Retreat: “A Taste of Venus!” in February, we will be doing another one of these Mini-Retreats since it was so popular ==> Save the date: April 5th in your calendar, so you can join us live. This Mini-Retreat is not available as a recording, since it is quite experiential, and therefore more powerful and impactful when attended live.
The Moon’s opposition to the Mercury/Sun/Neptune alignment in Pisces asks us to bring more awareness to our interconnectedness with others and to our daily routines — and to find a healthy balance between head and heart, science and intuition, discernment and compassion.
Ask yourself:What might a daily practice of self-forgiveness, acceptance, and learning to love myself do for me? Could I allow myself to release my fears and bless everyone I encounter?
How could I simplify my life and have more quiet/soul time? Where would it serve me to be more discerning about how I spend my time and energy?
To sum it all up for this Full Moon: Virgo asks us to become aware of the clutter that is distracting us from our priorities, and take a little more pride in “small” accomplishments, so ask yourself:
What in my current daily life is nourishing? And what might be toxic? Where are things piling up? How can I make healthier choices? How could even small accomplishments make my life better and easier in the long run?
If we recognize that we are doing the best we can at any given time and that on a spiritual level, all “mistakes” are just “experiences”, we can learn about empathy — and our brain will re-pattern itself around compassion, rather than criticism.
Ask yourself: What if I stood in a place of allowing, curiosity, and creative spaciousness? Am I currently using my imagination to inspire or scare myself?
What might I notice if I were 5% more mindful of my inner dialog? What if I brought 5% more compassion to myself? Even to my inner critic? And even to my fearful mind chatter?
When you feel ungrounded or overwhelmed, ask yourself: Could I slow down and notice my breathing? What might breathing deeply and mindfully bring to this moment?
Remember: our future is birthed breath-by-breath, step-by-step, heart-by-heart.

On Feb. 5th at 1:29pm EST, the Moon opposes the Sun in 16.5 degrees of Leo — and this is when this month’s Full Moon becomes exact. We start to feel this Full Moon build from the moment the Moon enters Leo on Saturday early morning (Feb. 4th). Relationships of all kinds are highlighted.
All Full Moons offer opportunities for us to see things in a new light; they also guide us away from polarization and division toward balance and integration. Ask yourself: How far have I come since setting Intentions back on Jan. 21st or 22nd, after the New Moon became exact? What am I aware of at this time?
This current Full Moon makes a Square to Uranusin Taurus, creating a T-Square with Uranus as the Focal Point; and it also squares the Lunar Eclipse degree from Nov. 8th, 2022 in Taurus-Scorpio.
In this Full Moon chart, we also have an opportune planetary connection to Marsin Gemini (the planet of assertion and action), which encourages us to express and share our heart and passions.
As well as a harmonious connection to Chiron, the Wounded Healer. I will go into all those in detail in a moment… let’s first talk about the Leo-Aquarius polarity:
Aquarius, along with its co-rulers Saturn and Uranus, deals with the idea of being a responsible and unique human, both on an individual level and as a member of the “human family”.
Aquarius represents a unique vision and approach to life. The classic Aquarian vision is one of interconnected equality and belonging — paradoxically, we are reminded at the same time that the power of unity lies in diversity. Contradictions are not unfamiliar to the Aquarian mind.
Leo, on the other hand, is all about our self-expression, creativity, and ability to connect to a courageous, innocent heart and inner joy.
This Full Moon is our chance to make a more conscious effort to embrace, integrate, and explore Leo’s lighter/higher vibrations (as mentioned above). Leo is an optimistic and extroverted sign that represents our capacity to love — and our willpower. It signifies the quest to live from our center, our authentic core, our truth — with joy in our hearts.
This Full Moon reminds us that everyone is unique in their own way and needs to honor themselves as that first before we can make a difference in the world, small or large — and when we join together from that authentic place, we can empower each other, and our strengths grow exponentially.
Ask yourself: How could I best honor both my individual self-expression and my interconnectedness with the world? What does true belonging look like to me? Do I already belong to myself? Am I capable of standing in my true self-expression when connecting with others?
How am I adding my authentic voice (in small ways and large)? What is asking for a deeper connection within me? Do I have the courage to stand alone if needs be? Do I have the courage to be me, even when it feels uncomfortable?
“True belonging is the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness. True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are.“ — Brené Brown
As with all Full Moons, there’s a shadow side to be discussed — the shadow of both signs involved in this Full Moon — and please note that the shadow side of any sign is usually not as comfortable to look at or easy to embrace.
Aquarius’s Shadow side might show up as…

Aquarius’s Shadow side might show up as cold, detached, or overly intellectualized points of view — and there could be some arrogance in the mix. Ask yourself: If I were too much in my head, what would tip me off to that? Where do I get dogmatic about concepts or visions? Where do I conform, or at least want to fit in? How might my experience of life change if I gave up conforming out of fear of ridicule or rejection?
Where do I hide behind social groups to feel superior to others? Has belonging to a “tribe” become more important than my personal self-expression? How have I avoided following my heart, so I can fit in?
And if by chance you have never belonged to a “tribe”, then ask yourself: What if I gave up identifying as a “black sheep”, rebel, or being so different that I can never belong?
In order to develop a healthy relationship to the individual part we play in the collective, we need to keep an open mind, allow everyone (ourselves included) to be their unique selves, and then bring that unique spark to the collective experience.
Aquarius connects us to the complex patterns formed when many come together; it represents the power of collaboration, where the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.
Ask yourself: How might I personally contribute to a better future for humanity? If I had a unique spark that could bring greater joy and diversity to the collective experience, what might that spark be? What is humanity without me? Who am I without humanity?
So much for the Aquarian shadow — let’s look at Leo’s shadow side:
This might show up as self-centeredness, with some narcissistic traits — picture a child that can’t see beyond itself, that is not aware of other people in the room, cannot see past the moment to the consequences down the line.
Ask yourself: If I’m honest, have I ever created drama when I couldn’t have what I desired? Where in my life do I take things too personally? Where do I tend to be self-indulgent? What role does my pride play?
In order to develop a healthy connection to our inner child, we must learn to keep an open heart and let ourselves be playful and creative; we must also learn to express our needs and desires, so we can have open, authentic conversations with other people. Leo represents our individual expression, individual creativity, the kind of light we came to shine, the type of joy we came to spread.
Ask yourself: What might open up if I expressed myself with my heart as my center? What if I expressed myself with 5% more courage? What might my world look like if I allowed my light to shine just 5% brighter?
As with all Full Moons, we are also invited to balance and integrate the two polarities involved — in this case, we are invited to allow head/intellect (Aquarius) and heart-expression (Leo) to merge, bringing about a brighter future for humankind — so askyourself:
What would it look like if I allowed that merger? What if I chose, right here and now, to contribute to humanity from a courageous, heart-centered, and authentic place? What if I simply chose that right now?
Now let’s take a look at some of the aspects of this Full Moon chart:
Uranus, the modern ruler of Aquarius,is currently in Taurus and the Focal Point of a T-square involving the Full Moon polarity. Since Uranus is connected to two Squares, we are experiencing some tension when it comes to our higher mind and honoring our unique Selves over the next two weeks; but it is also an invitation to get in touch with our physical/material connections and enjoyment of life from a much higher frequency.
We may feel stretched or stressed by a situation or interaction involving a community/network/future-related issue or a self-expression/heart-centered/courage-related issue. It’s a time when it’s especially good to be aware of our differences and unique approaches to life. As best as you can, stay flexible and open to the new and unexpectedly different.
Ask yourself: What does a unique approach look like? How could I shake things up a bit? What role does “thinking outside the box” play in all of this? What if I became 5% more aware of anything connected to my body, my talents, and my ability to honor myself?
What might be possible if I practiced connecting to a “higher frequency” with anything physical in my life? Might conscious breathing support me with that practice? Does my body have any messages for me?
The solution with all T-squares is to focus on the empty leg — in this case Scorpio— here we are invited to bring our unique approaches and innovative spirit to our intimate relationships or financial partnerships.
Ask yourself: What might be possible if I embraced all of me — my light and my darkness? What is possible when I connect to people who appreciate my individualistic approaches? What would it take to have spaciousness within my emotionally authentic and trusted connections? What would it look like if I shook things up in my intimate or financial partnerships? What would my innovative spirit recommend?
Accepting each other’s differences is important right now, as we all have different values — and those values create our preferences and determine our comfort zone.
Ask yourself: Could I “hold the space” for other people’s fears and comfort levels just 5% more than I currently do? How could I take differences in values less personally? Is it at least possible that I could honor my own differences without making others wrong for theirs?
The Full Moon also squares the Lunar Eclipse degree from Nov. 8th, 2022,making this Full Moon a powerful turning point on our journey towards greater stability — collectively and individually speaking.
Squares ask for a shift in perception and direction; they challenge us to go beyond what is divisive and destructive and instead move towards what creates growth. As I mentioned earlier, they mark turning points — and this one is a turning point in our ability to balance our self-expression with our collective desires and goals.
What is your turning point? What needs to shift for you?
If you are familiar with your natal chart, take a look at the Houses involved (connected to the Square between this month’s Full Moon and the Lunar Eclipse from last year November) to see how this might play out for you.
The Moon in Leo makes several aspects in this Full Moon chart. It trines Chiron in Aries, sextiles Mars in Gemini, andopposes Saturn in Aquarius. So let’s unwrap all of that:
The Moon’s Trine to Chiron in Aries creates a supportive environment for healing our insecurities. We can bring greater awareness to our feelings of shame around our wounded masculine energies (for example, not doing enough or too much, not courageous enough, not producing enough, being over-assertive or too aggressive) and any self-deprecating thoughts or behaviors.
Something else that supports healing our insecurities is our self-acceptance around being human and presenting our authentic, imperfect Selves to the world without apologies.
Ask yourself: How open can I be to being courageously myself, with all my sensitivities and insecurities? Could I accept my own human complexities 5% more when expressing myself creatively or otherwise? How complex could I allow myself to be? How about everyone else out there in the world? Could I give them permission to be just as complex?
The Moon’s Sextile to Mars in Gemini creates an opportunity for communicating and sharing our heart’s desires and passions. Opportunities are openings; they aren’t necessarily handed to us — we have to “take” them and make something of them. Ask yourself: What will I do with this opportunity? Am I Ready? Willing? Able?
Since Mars also sextiles Chiron, taking the initiative to connect and talk about our sensitivities and perceived imperfections will proof to be helpful on our journey toward greater, more authentic self-expression. And that in turn will bring a level of authenticity and humility to our collaborations out there in the world. This is how we can create a better future for all, one person at a time. One courageous heart at a time.
Ask yourself: Am I ready to connect to others from my courageous heart? Am I brave enough to own my sensitivities and perceived imperfections? How might my authentic and humble sharing impact others? How might it impact my future? How might it impact other people’s future?
The Moon’s Opposition to Saturn, the traditional ruler of Aquarius (and therefore co-ruler with Uranus), invites us to balance our heart-felt needs for joy and authenticity against our focus on long-term visions for the future, as well as contributions and commitments to that vision or to like-minded people who share this vision with us.
Saturn is asking us to slow down and get clear about where we want to focus our attention. Ask yourself: What kind of future do I want to create? How do my commitments and my mental focus contribute to creating and manifesting this future? Where do I need more distance and space with others? Where do I need to take responsibility for my commitments to like-minded people or my various communities? Where am I over-committed?
As best as you can, find a balance between your need for joy and your outer obligations. Ask yourself: What if, just for today, I brought 5% more authentic and joyful self-expression to my social interactions? How might coming from an open and truthful place contribute to my long-term vision?
We may also experience authoritarian or rigid attitudes — both toward and from others — and this could create some tension or oppositional behaviors. As best you can, remain flexible and practice self-care, doing your best to take care of your innocent heart.
Ask yourself: How might a creative or playful approach satisfy my “inner child”?If going slow and steady worked better than putting pressure on myself and “being attached” to certain outcomes, where might that come into play?
There are many more aspects we could be talking about here with this Full Moon chart, but I will only mention one more aspect which is a Square between Venus in Pisces and Mars in Gemini: This combo asks that we stretch ourselves with regard to the feminine/masculine dynamic as it manifests both “inside” and “outside”: a shift needs to occur.
Balancing and integrating masculine and feminine energies within ourselves would be very useful now.
The challenge might be that we feel pulled in two directions — on the one hand, we want to feel “one” with others and connect to them through love and kindness, and we want to trust the flow and abundance that life provides — and on the other hand, we want to keep going, initiate connections, and stay busy and in motion. What might it look like if you made room for both of these energies?
Ask yourself: Where might I learn something new about my connection to my divinity or my intuition that changes my relationship to Life/Love/Universal flow? When is it essential to move on something fast, and when is it better to pause and go within? What might a balance between masculine and feminine energies look like for me?
To sum it all up: With this many planets and points in fixed signs, we areasked to break down long-standing patterns, attachments, and identities.
We are also encouraged to acknowledge that we are all in this together, and yet each of us has the ability to effect change by tapping into our own courage and living our own vision — which in turn requires that we drop more fully into our hearts.
Our need to belong is often tied in with our need to be different and unique. When we ‘fit in’ instead of actually ‘belonging,’ we mould ourselves to a situation outside of ourselves instead of standing with our authentic Self.
The question you may want to ask here is: Might it be that I have to belong to myself before I belong anywhere else?
This Full Moon urges us to remember that we all have an important part to play in humanity’s evolution, so ask yourself: Am I able to love and accept myself exactly as I am? And perhaps even for what I am not? Am I living from my essence or my conditioned Self?
To get a better sense of which one it might be, ask yourself: To what degree do I experience joy? Gratitude? Love? No matter what plays out in the collective experience or in my various communities? Do I have the courage to stand in my authentic self-expression? What is my current level of self-acceptance?
This Full Moon shows us that there are plenty of inner and outer processes going on — and we’re all dealing with those processes in our own way.
If we look into our own hearts and see the strength and love lying there, we can reclaim ourselves, remember our divinity and interdependence, and lift ourselves and humanity out of the old paradigm of separation and scarcity.
Flexibility, thinking outside the box, and self-care are critical!

On Jan. 6th, at 6:08pm EST,the Moon opposes the Sun in almost 16.5 degrees of Cancer. The entrance of the Moon into Cancer on Jan. 5th begins the energetic build-up towards this Full Moon.
Relationships of all kinds are highlighted during this time — but with this Full Moon, there is a particularly strong emphasis on family- and business relationships. If you are already a Member of my online community, feel free to also watch my Full Moon video.
Lots of planets are involved in this Full Moon chart— Mercury and Mars are both Retrograde, although Mars is also exalted, as it will come to a halt only 6 days after the Full Moon becomes exact, ending its 2.5 months Retrograde phase that began on Oct. 30th!
Uranus will become more exalted two days after the Full Moon becomes exact, preparing to end its 5-month Retrograde phase (on Jan. 22nd). However, at the time of the Full Moon, Uranus will support the integration of the Full Moon polarity because it is sextiling the Moon in Cancer and trining the Mercury-Sun alignment in Capricorn.
The Moon in Cancer supports the integration of the Moon Nodes in Taurus-Scorpio, andtrines Neptune in Pisces. And Mars in Gemini trines Venus in Aquarius! Yay! Lots of harmonious aspects.
The most challenging aspect in this Full Moon chart is a T-Square — with Chiron in Aries as the Focal Point… making Libra the Solution of this T-Square. All of the above-mentioned play an important role, so buckle up! More about the specifics in regards to all of these planets in a moment.
But first, let’s talk about this month’s Full Moon: This Lunation shows us how well we are doing with self-care and any issues connected to family or home — and also where we are in connection to greater emotional responsibility and self-alignment.
Ask yourself: What’s my relationship to self-care and where do I feel most “at home”? What’s my understanding of my emotional needs? How might an emotional connection to myself and loved ones be of benefit to me? How might it shift my priorities?
Let’s take a look at the polarities involved with this Full Moon…

Let’s take a look at the polarities involved with this Full Moon: The Moon in protective, feeling-oriented Cancer opposes the Sun in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn.
We have a heightened sense that something must be brought into balance and reintegrated; the balance in question is between the experience of our personal feelings and emotional needs (symbolized by Cancer), versus our outer obligations or material, practical goals (Capricorn).
It’s important to realize that we all have limitations and challenges in life — and when we approach those in a nurturing way, taking care of our feeling body and inner baby, and allowing ourselves to receive support from family or “familiar” connections”, we are more likely to overcome those challenges and be realistic about limitations — our own, and other people’s.
Ask yourself: How am I balancing the demands of my outer and inner life? Home life vs. career? Where am I able to be mature and self-reliant — and also contribute? Where am I giving too much? Not enough?
Do I love what I do and where I live? Where do I need to re-evaluate my goals and priorities? Where do I need to set healthy limits and boundaries?
Any Full Moon also has us look more closely at the denser vibrations or shadow components of the energies involved. Cancer must learn about receiving and developing healthy roots; Capricorn, about giving back and sharing the fruits of its labor.
With Cancer, this is also our ability to feel safe from within — but what protected us in the past may no longer work — our needs may have changed over time.
Ask yourself: Where do I have the tendency to hold on to the past? Where am I holding on simply because it is familiar? Where am I resisting change?
The more we disregard our own feelings and needs, the greater the risk that we will violate the concerns and rights of others.
Ask yourself: What happens when I don’t allow myself to feel my feelings or acknowledge my needs? Where do I need to shed my defenses? Where do I need to establish better boundaries? Where do I react instead of respond?
The latter question is so important that I created a webinar around it: “React vs. Respond — Where in the Chart can We Learn about Our Emotional Maturity?”. If you haven’t seen it yet, click here for more info!
This webinar comes with really great handouts that are very useful for understanding your own relationship to emotional maturity. AND it is highly discounted until Jan. 21st with discount coupon: RVR4LESS.
Let’s take a look at some other aspects of this Full Moon chart, starting with the most exact ones:The Sun is closely aligned with Mercury in Capricorn.
As the third earth sign, Capricorn (at its highest vibration) seeks to create forms that are based on spiritual truths — that all matter is composed of energy, and it is our collective duty to use all energy responsibly.
Ask yourself: Given the energies and “thought forms” that are part of my daily creative process, what am I likely to manifest?
Mercury in Capricornhas been in its retrograde motion since Dec. 29th, 2022, and will remain retrograde until Jan. 18th, 2023. This is an opportunity to re-evaluate our long-term goals, connect from within to a place of integrity and autonomy, and tap into our own authority. Use this time to gain clarity about what’s important to you.
Ask yourself: What needs to be communicated and/or organized differently so I can get better at manifesting my long-term goals? Is there anything I might want to readdress? Anything from the past that felt out of integrity, unrealistic, or unsustainable for the long term? Anything that is now ready to be cleared or changed?
The Moon is the ruler of Cancer and is currently in its own sign, opposing the Sun and Mercury in Capricorn.
The Moon’s opposition to the Sun/Mercury alignment in Capricornurges us to pay the same attention to our inner world as we pay to our responsibilities in the outer. Ask yourself: What are my physical- and feeling-bodies telling me? What is “Life” trying to tell me?
What do I need to change to be better aligned with my needs? Do I need to move? Pursue another vocation? Heal something from the past? Where do I need to learn something or readdress something? What long overdue conversations need to be had?
This opposition also asks us to balance a loving, caring connection with ourselves and others against our desire to achieve our long-term goals out there in the world.
When we understand the Cancer energy fully, we have learned about self-care and receiving — not just giving or helping others — while with Capricorn, we eventually learn about giving back, not just accomplishing for personal gain or reaching a higher status; in other words: a combination of self-nourishment and contribution out there in the world.
Ask yourself: Where might the balance lie between self-nurturing and self-care versus achieving my goals? Are those things really in conflict? Am I doing what I want to do or what I think I “should” do?
Am I more connected to what nurtures me — or to my “shoulds”? Does my current environment/home support my inner & outer growth? Does it provide nourishing bonds with others? How does all this affect my contribution to the world? My standing in society?
The most challenging aspect in this Full Moon chart is a T-Square — with Chiron in Aries as the Focal Point…
We most likely will experiences a tremendous amount of stress around anything connected to our insecurities concerning the masculine energies (such as impatience, frustrations, annoyances, shame, anger, etc) or our passions, so ask yourself:
What if I simply accepted the validity of my own desires? Of any feelings of anger? Might this acceptance support a more natural expression of those desires and feelings?
What if I became 5% more conscious of anything connected to a childhood wound that feels triggering to me? What might be possible if I practiced being kind to myself around those triggers? What role does my thinking play in all of this?
The Solution with all T-squares is to focus on the empty leg; in this case, the empty leg lands in Libra; we are thus invited to focus our energies on collaborations and win-wins, and on achieving a healthy balance with ourselves and our environment.
Ask yourself: Where is the balancing point? What if I channeled my energies into projects that benefit me and others? How might others contribute to my healing process around the “masculine” energies? What if I didn’t have to do it all by myself?
Keep in mind: as we heal our personal history, we become a source of light and support for others.
Ask yourself: How does my inner life inform my outer? Where is there still room for healing when it comes to my own personal history?
And of course, as always when Cancer and Capricorn are involved: take baby steps (or if you prefer, “take it one day at a time” 😉 Ask yourself: Why would I sprint if walking got me there at the perfect time?
Check to see where any urge toward rushing or “getting there” comes from — is that coming from a place of fear or love?
We have some more harmonious connections to the Full Moon:
The Moon in Cancer trines the South Node in Scorpio and sextiles the North Node in Taurus. This means that when we focus on the Moon energies, we have a much easier time integrating/balancing the Taurus-Scorpio energies.
The Moon represents our feelings, moods, and needs, our emotional conditioning from childhood. Our feelings reflect whether our needs are being met. Feeling happy, peaceful, and open indicates that our needs are being met. When we feel “negative emotions” (e.g. stressed, depressed, angry/frustrated, etc.) it’s clear that at least one important need is not being met.
If you are feeling any of the latter emotions, ask yourself: Which of my needs is not being met at this time? Am I lacking (and therefore “wanting”) approval, love, control, safety, or security? Am I wanting to feel connected and closer, or do I want to be separate? And whichever one it is, could I let go of “wanting” that, just for this now moment?
In other words, could I let go of the idea that I am lacking something? Would I (in other words, am I willing to) let go, just as best as I can, just for right now? When? (This last question is an invitation to let go right here, right now).
By the way, if you enjoyed those questions or are intrigued, they come from The Sedona Method – a set of processes I use extensively in my coaching work that are very subtle and powerful.
Here are some more coaching questions in connection with this beautiful combo…
Ask yourself: When I name my feelings and needs, does that help me become aware of anything that feels disempowering and no longer relevant in my life? Might it be easier to release old traumas, so I can thrive and feel abundant? Might it be easier to know what I truly value? What deserves my attention, appreciation, and care?
How am I doing with owning previously denied or rejected parts of myself? What parts of myself still operate from survival strategies? Where am I still left feeling disempowered in my life? Is there a cycle in my life that is ending? What might a new beginning look like?
The Moon in Cancer also trines Neptune in Pisces:
Neptune symbolizes unconditional love and unity consciousness; intuition, creativity, and compassion, as well as inspirational energy through art, meditation, and/or time in nature are all connected to the Neptune energies as well.
Ask yourself: Could I look beyond the mind and tap into the larger field of energy all around me? What nourishes my soul? Could I make time for silence, surrender, and self-reflection? Even if it seems impossible… just a few minutes every day?
When we are in a state of “flow” and connect to others from the heart (Neptune in Pisces) we relax, and that in turn supports our ability to take care of ourselves (Cancer) and achieve our goals out there in the world (Capricorn).
Ask yourself: How might self-compassion support my practices of self-care? How might nurturing myself support true self-acceptance and self-kindness? Might it also help grant acceptance and kindness toward others? And even the world at large?
Uranus will become more exalted two days after the Full Moon becomes exact (on Jan. 8th), preparing to end its 5-month Retrograde phase (on Jan. 22nd). However, at the time of the Full Moon, Uranus will support the integration of the Full Moon polarity because it is sextiling the Moon in Cancer and trining the Mercury-Sun alignment in Capricorn.
This means that when we focus on Uranus in Taurus we have a much easier time integrating/balancing the Cancer-Capricorn energies over the next two weeks. It is best to focus on originality and innovation when it comes to our physical resources.
Ask yourself: Am I connecting to a larger vision for my financial future? How do my individual values and comforts connect to a larger contribution for society?
This is also a great time to work with your own astrological chart, or seek other ways to elevate your consciousness, create your own reality, and experience freedom from within.
Ask yourself: What does “my unique value” mean to me? Where might I locate this energy within me? If I found it, what might I do with it? What small (or large) steps could I take to bring my unique vision or preferences to the world?
Remember: what you do for you, you do for everyone… and what you do for everyone, you do for you!
So now, let’s address the Retrograde phases & Mars being exalted:
Mercury, Uranus & Mars are all Retrograde at the time of the Full Moon. I already mentioned Mercury’s Retrograde phase earlier on. In general, retrograde phases indicate that we need to look back before we can look ahead; they also give us a chance to go within and see if the outer aligns with the inner and vice versa.
We are also getting a chance to resolve any issues connected to the planet’s energies in retrograde motion: Mercury, is the planet of communication and processing information; Mars is the planet most connected to the “masculine”: passion, independence, taking actions, and going after what we desire; Uranus is the planet most connected to our individuation process and our desire to have space and freedom to be.
Ask yourself: What communications need to be reviewed? What long-term goals need a second look? What are my career aspirations telling me? What issues are asking to be resolved? What needs to be brought back on track in my life? Where do I need to individuate? And how? What needs more space in my life?
Mars is also exalted, as it will come to a halt only 6 days after the Full Moon becomes exact, ending its 2.5 months Retrograde phase. Whenever a planet stations retrograde or direct, its archetypal energies are intensified.
When a planet turns direct (as it is the case with Mars), it feels like we get a green light to move ahead with anything we needed to review during the Retrograde phase. On January 12th Mars turns direct at 8º08’ Gemini, ending its retrograde which began on Oct. 30th, 2022 at 25.5º Gemini, asking us to move full speed ahead with anything we have learned or want to share with others from a passionate place.
After January 12th, ask yourself: What has changed since last October? Where do I need to do things differently? What am I ready to share?
Until January 12th, remember that Retrograde phases are best used for reviewing and revamping our lives, and for completing, integrating, or eliminating what no longer serves our growth.
Planets appear to move very slowly when stationing retrograde or direct. As a result, Mars remains within 10º of trining Venus in Aquarius for two weeks, from January 3rd to January 17th, asking us to connect with like-minded people who share our passionate thinking and visions for the future. What might be possible with a bigger network of like-minded people?
To sum it all up: Honor your feelings and needs, so you can build something of value, and share the fruits of your labor with the world. As best as you can, be flexible, innovative and creative — this will help balance the Cancer/Capricorn polarities.
As best as you can, steer by your own inner compass, and bring your authentic self to the world in a spirit of integrity and responsibility — and keep in mind, as we heal our personal history, we become a source of light and support for others.
Ask yourself: What would self-responsible self-care look like? What if I brought 5% more compassion and love to every moment while working towards my achievement? Could I do that just by checking in with my physical and emotional needs from time to time?
Before we can release the old, we must become aware of it, and finish feeling any lingering emotional residues — rage, shame, hatred, jealousy, judgment— whatever has been stored in our unconscious.
This Full Moon holds a major breakthrough energy: if we are able to keep breathing, keep feeling, keep witnessing, and remember that we are all participating in an unprecedented, evolutionary shift, we can drop centuries of old programming. We are divine beings remembering who we really are. We are learning to choose from love rather than fear.
During these next 2 weeks (after Jan. 6th), self-care definitely deserves our attention… Make sure you get plenty of rest, affection, water, and healthy amounts of nutritious foods 😉

On Dec. 7th, at 11:08pm EST,the Full Moon becomes exact, in 16 degrees of Gemini; the entrance of the Moon into Gemini on Dec. 6th in the afternoon starts the energetic build-up towards this Full Moon.
The Moon in chatty, versatile Gemini, opposes the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. If you are already a Member of my online community, you can watch my Full Moon video for more details.
Let’s start by looking at the highlights of this Full Moon:
The Moon makes an exact alignment to retrograde Mars in Gemini, which asks us to take action on something that we have been meaning to take care of for a while.
The Sun in Sagittarius quincunxes Uranus in Taurus, which invites us to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Neptune in Pisces (our primary connection to universal love and our intuitive knowing) is still exalted until Dec. 22nd, making this planet’s energy a vital part of this Full Moon chart; it widely squares the Full Moon polarity in Gemini-Sagittarius, as well as Mars.
Mercury, the planet of communication or also known as the messenger (also the ruler of Gemini), aligns with Venus, the planet of love and beauty, and they both squares Jupiter, the planet of expansion and generosity (also the ruler of Sagittarius)
There are several other important aspects in this Full Moon chart, and I will go into all of them in detail in a moment — but first…
Full Moons illuminate the higher/lighter vibration and the denser Shadow side of each sign. As our collective consciousness continues to awaken, what’s been in the shadows comes to the forefront more and more, so we can see it more clearly and deal with it on a conscious level.
This ultimately creates a more conscious society that can make more empowering choices for the future. However, it is essential to remember that this is a process and takes time to get to a place where we can see a clear shift on a collective level.
Let’s take a look at the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity…

Let’s take a look at the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity:
Gemini asks us to develop intelligence, objectivity, and open-mindedness. At the same time, Sagittarius wants us to go beyond those places and look for something much bigger: wisdom, broader perspectives, philosophies, ethics, and faith.
The lighter side of Gemini is all about being open-minded, aware that there is always more to learn, and realizing that listening is just as important as speaking (sometimes even more so).
Gemini’s Shadow side has lots of facts but little knowledge, talks readily but cannot hear, and allows the mind to dominate the body, heart, and soul. With Shadow issues, the more awareness we bring to them, the less impact they have on us.
The highest vibration of Sagittarius leads to ever-expanding horizons of understanding, tolerance, and the realization of what life is all about (in general and in particular); the Shadow side has us fall into ruts of dogmatism, entitlement, and excess of all kinds.
Staying curious and open-minded (rather than coming from “already always knowing” or assumptions) will bring greater happiness, balance, and fulfillment in all areas of life.
Ask yourself: What could I learn about my own communication skills that might help me grow as a human being? What might I need to learn or understand in order to go beyond my cultural/religious/social conditioning? What has already changed over the last year in that regard?
How could I make my experience of processing/sharing information and interacting with others more beneficial for everyone involved?
One of modern life’s challenges is dealing with information overload — a Gemini issue. With all the information coming our way on a daily basis, it has become much harder to discern what is fact, fiction, exaggeration, or even outright falsification.
One of the most pressing issues of our time, which was especially highlighted in the last three years, is media bias and the decline of objective journalism — a Gemini-Sagittarius issue.
Ask yourself: What new information might I spot if I stepped back and took a wider view? Could I be 5% extra mindful and discerning as to what I assume to be true?
Now, let’s address some of the aspects of this Full Moon chart:
The Moon makes an exact alignment to retrograde Mars in Gemini. Not only does this ask us to take action on something we have been meaning to take care of for a while, but it also invites us to go within and start looking at our communication skills and efforts.
This will help us learn where to make space for effective and assertive communication and sharing.
Ask yourself: What would effective communication look like? How can I move towards that? What actions might bring me closer to experiencing effective sharing, learning, and listening?
What if I decided to move towards conscious listening with others, even when it feels uncomfortable? Could I remain curious about what I might be able to learn from others?
We also get a chance to explore our inner dialog.
For the next two weeks, ask yourself: Is my inner dialog nurturing? How does it feel? Am I too aggressive with myself? Too demanding? Too impatient?
What might I want to address from the past that had me conditioned into this particular inner dialog? What is ready to be cleared? What thoughts feel nourishing? What information feels helpful?
Given that Mars will still be Retrogradeuntil Jan. 12th, 2023, we may want to reconnect with people from the past or engage in projects we started a while back. High up there on the list of things that feel rewarding at this time are: rewriting, re-editing, researching, reapplying, reconnecting, retaking, and reselling.
The Moon/Mars alignment also trines Saturn in Aquarius and sextiles Chiron in Aries.
The Trine to Saturn allows us to bring honesty and realism to the world, seeing what works and doesn’t work for us, and we tend to approach things with integrity or maturity.
If you believe something needs to be said or acted on, ask yourself beforehand: How important is it? Does it need to be said/done now? If not, then when? How do I want to say/do this? Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary? What outcome am I looking for?
What is worth fighting for in my daily interactions with others? What isn’t? What conversation or action will bring me greater results in my more extensive networks or communities of like-minded people?
The Sextile to Chiron is an opportunity to take action towards learning more about healing our physical and sexual wounds, as well as wounds around our identity and any ancestral damages around the “masculine” energies (such as anger, violence, domination, exploitation, etc).
Ask yourself: Could I allow myself and others to be human? What if I took a curious approach toward my flaws, quirks, and insecurities? How might this support my healing process? Someone else’s? What else (or how else) could I learn more about my ability to heal?
Might my exploration of healing my wounds from the past (or the ones handed down to me from my ancestors) support others in helping theirs?
Chiron is still retrogradeuntil Dec. 23rd. So, until then, this is still an internal process. Chiron will start itsStation phase on Dec. 10th, making this energy “louder”.
The Sextile between Mars and Chiron will get tighter as we get closer to Dec. 19th, when it becomes exact for the second time within three months — but this time, both planets are retrograde, and Chiron becomes more and more exalted.
We will address Chiron’s loud energy due to its Station Direct phase in our next Forum — feel free to join uslive on Dec. 10th at 11:30am EST for the last Forecasting Forum of the year! Once registered, an mp4-video recording of the live event will be available to everyone, whether you joined live or not!
This webinar will help you understand better how this planetary shift will impact you personally and what your healing journey entails. Questions are always welcome, either via email in advance or during the Forum (I will address questions in the order that I have received them).
The Sun in Sagittarius quincunxes Uranus in Taurus. Not only are we invited to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, but it also asks us to make space for recalibrating physical issues (body, money, our planet, etc) and being open to new perspectives and attitudes or maybe even further adventures. It is a dance, and possibly not a comfortable one.
An unexpected turn of events could leave us uneasy or unsettled. So, as best you can, give yourself time to respond rather than react — allow your breath to ground you — and be as flexible as possible without compromising your values.
Ask yourself: How flexible could I be if I tried? What needs to be shifted internally so I can stay open and aligned with my unique, divine preferences? What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with being uncomfortable?
Am I driven by personal resistance and rebellion or a desire to impact humanity positively? Are my beliefs, perspectives, or attitudes about life creating emotional conflict or discomfort with others? With myself?
Is “being right” really that important to me? Why? What do I gain when I insist on “being right”? What do I lose?
Neptunein Pisces turns directon Dec. 3rd (ending its 5-month Retrograde phase). Neptune remains exalted until Dec. 22nd; this reminds us to double-check everything against our inner knowing, our intuitive heart.
Since Neptune also makes a wide Square to the Full Moon in Gemini-Sagittarius and Mars in Gemini, we are being urged to trust our intuition, question old assumptions, and go within before we jump into a conversation or reach any conclusions.
We may tend to underestimate situations or be in denial about their impact on us — and our expectations of ourselves and others might be unrealistic — so do your best to quiet your mind and open your heart. Be sensitive as well as honest — and beware of misinterpretations.
Ask yourself: What gives me access to my “feeling inspiration” in these uncertain times? How could my compassionate heart solve controversy? How might carefully listening to my intuitive self (the part of me that simply knows) support me on that path?
How might a creative approach support me in feeling more grounded in my heart energies? What might a moment of silence provide for my restless mind and my desire to find understanding in this overwhelming pool of information coming my way?
The empty leg of this T-square lands in Virgo; we are thus invited to bring our intuitive, loving heart to our daily routines — ask yourself: Might making a list of my heart’s desires help me be more present and connected to the flow of life? Could I allow for the timing of things as they unfold, trusting that everything on that list will be created eventually?
Since Virgo is also associated with health routines, you might ask yourself: “What health routines would support my emotional well-being?”
When investigating daily routines, it can be tempting to approach things from “good or bad”, or “right or wrong”; instead, try asking yourself: What works? What doesn’t? What do I see when I look at it all through kind eyes? Through a lens of practical neutrality?
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, is currently in an early degree of Capricornand aligns with Venus in a late degree of Sagittarius. Mercury and Venus square Jupiter (the ruler of Sagittarius), currently in Pisces. Let’s unpack all of that…
The Mercury/Venus combo invites us to communicate responsibly, with heart and a grander vision in mind. However, since they also square Jupiter, we may need to be more conscious about exaggerations or agreeing to more than we can handle.
Overspending, overindulging, and over-promising could also be a real issue here with this aspect. Squares mark significant turning points, where we are asked to shift our perception to move forward.
Ask yourself: Could I experiment with weighing the benefits and limitations of any given situation or relationship? Then, once I have done that, could I base my decisions on what works best in the moment rather than on my usual attitudes, expectations, or preconceived notions?
You can double-check yourself here by asking: what would “Past Me” have done here? What could “Now Me” choose to do?
If you feel overly optimistic about a financial undertaking or a relationship, ask yourself: Could I write down at least three pros and cons to gain a clearer, more realistic picture?
Where do I need to distinguish between acceptance and denial? Trusting the divine and illusion? Open-heartedness and being taken advantage of?
Uranus’ ongoing Square with Saturn (since January 2021) has been intensifying the tension between old and new and has challenged us to break free from herd mentalities and start thinking things through for ourselves.
Ask yourself: Where do I need to respect my limitations or set clearer boundaries with others? How might a creative, unusual, or “disruptive” approach support me in having a closer relationship with myself, honoring what works for me and what doesn’t?
Could I focus on my physical vibration for 5 minutes daily and do everything I can to raise it?
To sum it all up: in this uncertain climate, in a world where we experience information overload every day, in a time when we are being asked to process through our shadow issues and let go of “old” conditioning… being present in the “here and now” moment is the biggest gift we can give to ourselves.
It’s more important than ever to “think with our heart”, respond rather than react, and remember that we are all spiritual beings learning how to be human in a very different world than we lived in just three years ago.
Ask yourself: How complex could I allow myself to be? How about everyone else out there in the world? Could I permit them to be just as complex?
As best as you can, stay grounded, avoid distractions, and be very discerning about what deserves your attention and energy!
For the next two weeks, ask yourself: What could I read or watch for new information that feels empowering and worth my time? What am I willing to learn?
Is it at least possible for me to get quiet for 5 minutes every day and rest in the knowing that “all is well, all of the time”?
As best as you can, for the next two weeks, keep an open mind and heart, and see if you can tune into an ongoing realization that nothing is ever truly static or separate…

OnNovember 8th, at 6:02am EST, the Moon opposes the Sun (in 16 degrees of Taurus/Scorpio).
This powerful Full Moon is also a Lunar Eclipse. Every six months, the Sun, Moon, & Earth align precisely enough for Solar and Lunar Eclipses to occur.
During a Lunar Eclipse, the Full Moon slowly dims as it passes through the Earth’s shadow, stimulating our emotional body and increasing our awareness of unconscious patterns and fears.
This powerful Full Moon is a Total Lunar Eclipse viewable across Asia, Australia, the Americas, and the Pacific. The duration of totality lasts 85 minutes (=1hr 25min), so we will feel the influence of this Lunar Eclipse for approximately 43 days.
This Total Lunar Eclipse will also fall on the upcoming Election Day in the USA; this is the first Election Day total Lunar Eclipse in U.S. history, and it won’t happen again until November 8th, 2394!
This particular Lunar Eclipse is the second of two Eclipseswithin two weeks; it offers an opportunity to value ourselves, each other, and the Earth.
There is an emphasis with this Eclipse on creating a healthy sense of self-esteem and having a healthy relationship with the physical world.
And what’s the best way to accomplish that? By facing our fears, healing old trauma, and owning our power, we are releasing what’s been holding us back — individually and collectively.
As you might know from my last Solar Eclipse video, Eclipses are always powerfully connected to the Moon Nodes and thus to our Soul’s Journey (both collectively and individually). All Eclipses transmit new energetic codes and transformative downloads, symbolized by the signs involved; in this case: The Moon is in steady, peaceful Taurus, while the Sun is in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio.
The more receptive we are to these transformative downloads, the more quickly and easily we can integrate them; time in nature, meditation, art, and spiritual endeavors support this integration process and help us better attune to these evolutionary upgrades.
The Lunar Eclipse highlights relationships of all kinds — but with this particular Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse, there is a heightened emphasis on self-value and intimate relationships. Full Moons also illuminate the truth and consequences of our choices.
We become aware of what has been suppressed or ignored — or, this being a North Node Eclipse, what we need to explore, embrace, and integrate about the Taurus energy.
It’s been 19 years since we experienced a Lunar Eclipse in this degree of Taurus. Think back to November 9th, 2003: What did I need to integrate back then? What became clearer at that time around exploring my talents? What about my self-worth? Was I able to see my value? What about my relationship with money? To my physical reality? My Body? My ability to receive pleasure? To experience peace? Where do I need to take this to the next level?
We will also address this upcoming Lunar Eclipse in our next Forecasting Forum on November 12th! Please join us if you’d like to know how this powerful Lunation will impact you personally. We will also address Jupiter’s Station Direct phase in Pisces. What have you learned about yourself and life since July 28th? What new perspectives are you ready to bring to the world?
There is currently an Early Bird Special that is available until November 8th! So I invite you to take advantage of that — unless you are already a Star Member — you are automatically registered and will receive an invite email to join us live (it goes out the day before the live event). I release the mp4-video recording within 24 hours of the live event.
That’s it for announcements and logistics; back to the Lunar Eclipse:
Many planets are involved in this powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse chart — an important T-Square with Saturn as the Focus Point in Aquarius and the empty leg in Leo. The Moon conjuncts Uranus in Taurus, while the ruler of Taurus (Venus) still conjuncts the Sun and Mercury in Scorpio. The ruler of Scorpio (Pluto) is still in Capricorn, sextiling Neptune & Jupiter, who have come back together in Pisces.
Mars (the traditional ruler of Scorpio) is now Retrograde in Gemini, still exalted until November 13th, creating a lasting Square with Neptune and now Jupiter in Pisces. The good news: we also have a Trine (a harmonious aspect) between Venus (ruler of Taurus) and Neptune. More about the specifics in regards to all of this in a moment.
This Full Moon is the third Lunar Eclipse in the Taurus-Scorpio polarity, connected to the current Moon Nodes in Taurus/Scorpio –– a process which will continue to unfold until…

This Full Moon is the third Lunar Eclipse in the Taurus-Scorpio polarity, connected to the current Moon Nodes in Taurus/Scorpio — a process which will continue to unfold until July 17th, 2023. The first Lunar Eclipse in that same polarity took place last year in November 2021 (in 27º of Taurus-Scorpio). Then we also had a Lunar Eclipse in that polarity on May 16th of this year (in 25º of Scorpio-Taurus).
We can check to see how far we have come since November of last year when facing our fears and valuing ourselves and our authentic relationships with others. Ask yourself: What fears or inauthentic (or even toxic) relationships must I still release or transform if I am to step into greater abundance and happiness in my life?
For the next 43 days, we seek the balance and integration of those two polarities and are aware that something needs to be brought into alignment; the balance in question is between recognizing our deepest emotional desires or fears and most authentic motivations (Scorpio), and our relationship to our physical body and our talents (how worthy we feel), what we value on the physical plane, and the planet we live on (Taurus).
You can ask yourself with this Lunar Eclipse: What do I truly value? What deserves my attention, appreciation, and care? Which of my values stem from social conditioning? Which of them needs to change?
At its best, Scorpio is associated with transformation, and our capacity to shed what may have served us in the past but now hinders our growth. We are indeed being asked to shed something in our life — a false belief, perhaps, or a “fake” identity or “way of being” (an addiction or obsessive behavior) but it could also be a relationship, job, or something else more concrete.
The Sun’s passage through Scorpio is a time of transition, a time to go within to honor the realities of death and rebirth — the cycle of life, the most natural thing there is. The Sun started its passage through Scorpio on October 23rd.
Ask yourself: How far have I come in regards to investigating or understanding my deepest desires? How am I doing with owning previously denied or rejected parts of myself? What parts of myself still operate on survival strategies? Where am I still left feeling disempowered in my life?
As our collective consciousness continues to awaken, what’s been in the shadows comes more and more to the forefront, so we can see it more clearly and deal with it on a conscious level. Lunar Eclipses allow us to see the Shadow aspects of each sign as well.
Scorpio ultimately teaches us that every ending is also a beginning — but the denser vibrations of Scorpio tend to bring up trust issues, black-and-white thinking, addiction to drama and darkness (or substances) — and anything we want to prevent. We could find ourselves coming from an instinctual, self-protective place, from survival, rather than intuition and love-based spaciousness.
Ask yourself here: What am I invited to shed? Is there a cycle in my life that is ending? What might a new beginning look like?
The other pole in this balancing act is Taurus, which seeks a healthy relationship with the physical world; the Moon in Taurus calls us back to our senses. Taurus is often associated with money, but the sign is ultimately about our values, of which money is a subset.
We are invited to remember that we are blessed with a miraculous birthday suit, and a beautiful, precious planet — if we feel unworthy or empty inside, material objects or accumulations can only serve as a substitute or distraction from the emptiness that comes from forgetting those facts.
Ask yourself: What do I spend my time, energy, and money on? If this reflected my relationship with myself, what might that mirror show me? Do I feel worthy? Do I value myself? How do I show my value?
Do I seem to struggle with money (accumulating it, keeping it, making the most of it, etc.)? Does money fill an emotional void in my life? Do material objects do that? Or is money simply a tool or an energy exchange for me? How might a shift in perspective help resolve my relationship to money — and ultimately towards myself?
Taurus teaches us about the power of beauty, and about things that make us happy on a physical level — we are also called to develop our talents and sense of self-worth — and are helped to discover and manifest what we truly value and enjoy.
If we are to experience the highest vibration of Taurus, a healthy sense of self-worth is critical, so ask yourself: What matters most to me? What makes me happy, deep down? What is in the way of me honoring the physical plane? Of honoring my body? The planet? Physical beauty?
What is between me and feeling valued in the world? What if I was the only one of me there will ever be? What might my value be then?
In Taurus, we discover what we most require; in Scorpio, we explore what we most desire… and fear.
Let’s move to some of the aspects of this Lunar Eclipse chart:
The Moon conjuncts Uranus in Taurus, giving this second Eclipse a more pronounced flavor of unpredictability, a heightened need for inventiveness, and a call for thinking outside the box regarding our interactions with others, our material resources, the physical world in general, and our values.
We might want to break away from whatever keeps us from honoring ourselves.
Ask yourself: What if it were ok to have a different outlook from others, even those we love? What about different values? Could I create some space around this rather than conflict? If I didn’t have to do things the way I’ve always done them up until now, could I choose to do them in a way that makes me happy now?
This combo underlines the message that we are ready to take the next big step on our path. We can recalibrate ourselves. Shifts and changes are on the horizon!
Uranus symbolizes the desire for freedom, equality, unique ideas, and (most of all) progress. Our willingness to innovate is firm with this alignment. New ways of seeing, using, and approaching our possessions, valuables, money, and talents come into focus.
It takes courage to try something new and different, so ask yourself: What is the next step on my journey toward becoming an ever-stronger, healthy individual? Could I honor and love myself and not be afraid to have different values from others?
Could I remain open to discovering new ways of honoring myself every day — even when this is not popular with others in my life? Could I create enough space for myself and others to make this possible?
This alignment in Taurus also invites us to consider radical shifts in how we relate to the physical plane. Uranus in Taurus signals a period of deep questioning and challenging familiar norms. It asks us to get back to the basics and what truly matters.
Ask yourself: What has become stagnant? Where is there a call for more freedom? Do I have what I want? Do I want what I have? What needs to change? Am I ready to let go of outdated habits, especially around money or material possessions?
Can I allow myself to be “me” precisely as I am and exactly as I am not? Can I grant others the same? How much do I value freedom? How much am I willing to deviate from “traditional” values to experience more freedom?
This combo also invites us to slow down, simplify, and reflect on how we could create more beauty, pleasure, and ease in our lives. We may also want to reevaluate “Collective Happiness”. What does “Collective Happiness” look like to you? How might we support each other in experiencing more happiness on this planet?
The ruler of Taurus (Venus) is still conjunct the Sun and Mercury in Scorpio; we tend to be intensely loyal and need emotionally authentic connections with others. Trust also plays an important role: The more honest we can be with each other, the easier relating will be.
It also brings a heightened focus toward the depth of our psyche, facing our worst fears, or dealing with loss in some way — in particular, letting go of the “old”, to let in the “new”.
Ask yourself: If I remain attached to the “old” (perhaps through fear of letting go of it to meet the “new”), might this create some difficulties for me? On the other hand, if I choose to let go of the old, could it help me build inner strength? Am I ready for “the new”? Can I trust the process? The cycles of Life?
Am I noticing an obsessive quality in my thinking? Am I afraid of something terrible happening? Or maybe just “concerned”? How is trying to control what’s outside of me working for me? Have my fears or concerns ever felt empowering to myself or others? What might happen if I truly focused on empowering myself and others? What if I opened my heart 5% more? What if I surrendered 5% of my fears?
All of these questions could help us build inner strength and show us what “others” cannot take away from us — we could see at last that nothing outside of us can take away the power and resilience that lives inside us.
Mercury and the Sun in Scorpio make an almost exact opposition to Uranus and the Moon at 16/17° Taurus, suggesting that the key to loving and valuing ourselves currently lies in the realization that we are individual (in fact, unique) beings. As such, we need to allow ourselves some space from others, while also allowing and honoring our differences.
We are better off thinking outside the box for the next 43 days. We want to change a life situation (or intimate relationship) that is out of alignment with who we now want to be.
Our minds may feel overwhelmed by what all this means, especially as it relates to our intimate relationships or financial partnerships. Stay calm as best as you can: Sudden or rash decisions might backfire. Do your best to ground all your thinking, connect to your body, and allow yourself to receive any new insights in full.
We are very likely to feel quite nervous or anxious at this time as we become aware of what’s not working for us anymore — and the itch to move forward and realize a new vision feels very strong. It may well be true that something needs to change — but we must take care not to rush into anything.
If you get entangled in controversy, ask yourself: How open-minded and flexible could I allow myself to be right now? Might a different approach provide me with greater freedom or diversity (financially or otherwise)? How could being emotionally truthful with myself and others — despite any underlying fears — create a shift?
The Sun/Mercury/Venus alignment & the Moon/Uranus alignment all square Saturn in Aquarius. Saturn is the Focus Point of this T-Square; this stresses our social interactions, particularly when interacting with people who are connected to our commitments and long-term goals. Saturn reveals where rigid boundaries or rules block us from moving forward.
As always, T-Squares create some tension, but this T-Square is also an invitation to innovate and clarify our priorities. We may become anxious or stressed over a situation or interaction involving groups, communities, or networks.
Ask yourself: What might benefit from mature planning within my communities (online or in-person)? Could healthy boundaries lead to more heartfelt interactions with others?
Am I focusing too much on mental concepts, “social norms”, or political affiliations? What are my long-term commitments in connection to causes that might bring a better future? Am I feeling overwhelmed with too much social connection?
We may feel more cautious regarding relationships and our financial resources. This aspect signifies a process that demands profound adjustments and flexibility on our part, leading to greater maturity.
Ask yourself: How might slowing down and taking it one step at a time benefit me right now? How might a mature approach, with healthy boundaries, support my dealings with others?
If I were able to find creative solutions to my current frustrations, what might those be? What if I could express what’s in my heart while remaining “adult”?
The solution of a T-Square always lies within the “Empty Leg”, the point opposite the Focus Point of the T-Square; in this case, Leo.
As such, it will help us when we focus on our “inner child” energy and what makes us happy in the here and now; when we speak more truthfully and self-expressed from the heart, and when we focus on gratitude and joy. All these actions relieve the stresses of social interactions and commitments.
Ask yourself: To what long-term goals would my heart want to commit? What is realistic at this time? Is there some truth I could express that would inspire others to follow their authentic heart?
The modern ruler of Scorpio (Pluto) is still in Capricorn, and it also sextiles Neptune & Jupiter in Pisces:
Pluto in Capricorn is looking to transform anything toxic or disempowering when it comes to responsibility around social, governmental, and economic issues. This planetary position asks us to let go of old structures and systems that keep us disempowered — anything that keeps us from creating fully-functioning societies based on self-responsibility and self-mastery — especially self-mastery around our collective limitations.
The consequences of our choices and motivations also become more evident with this placement, making it more essential than ever to ask yourself: Am I choosing from love or fear?
Love expands and unifies; fear contracts and divides. Which am I experiencing more? Where might a 5% expansion of the heart lead me? Or a 5% greater unification of mind and soul?
On October 27th, Jupiter re-entered Pisces for the third time since May 2021, drawing our attention inward once again, where we can explore our connection with the invisible, energetic realms and gain a new perspective on the sacredness of all life.
Pluto’s Sextile to Neptune & Jupiter in Pisces invites us to surrender our fears about our position in the world and our achievements; we have the opportunity to be guided by inspiration or intuition and open up and connect to what we are genuinely passionate about.
Ask yourself: How could my imagination support me in effortlessly reaching an empowered experience in society? How might trust in my intuitive self and life help me achieve my long-term goals? Could a different perspective on timing support me in achieving my long-term goals with more ease?
How could an open-hearted connection to myself and others support my ability to create transformation in the world? How might they help me stand in my power?
Mars (the traditional ruler of Scorpio) is now Retrograde in Gemini, still exalted untilNovember 13th. Mars has been in a long-lasting Square with Neptune for a while, and Jupiter now joins it.
We have a strong urge to act out our fantasies or live out our dreams; however, we tend to feel scattered. Should you observe that in yourself, try asking: What might happen if I slowed down and listened to my intuition, for just a moment, instead of aimlessly zooming ahead? What if I could inspire myself and others just 5% more? What would that look like to me?
With Jupiter in the mix, we seek excitement and spiritual growth; however, we might feel an inner restlessness that demands freedom and “space”. We may also have a tendency to overdo or over-exert — and our expectations of ourselves and others might be too high or not grounded in reality.
Ask yourself: What might open up if I expected 5% less of myself, just for today? What if I applied that to others too? Might my physical energy levels help me be realistic about how much I can expect of myself right now? Could I allow my mind to do what it thinks it needs to do without giving it any meaning or taking it too seriously?
Last but not least, we have a beautiful Trine between Venus (ruler of Taurus) and Neptune in Pisces: it will feel easier to bring compassion to our deepest feelings (including fears) and how we relate to others.
Our intuition and instincts are strongly supported here too. Trusting and opening up to others becomes easier; we give ourselves permission to receive love and emotional support. As best as you can, let all feelings flow.
Ask yourself: Where do I sense emotional blockages? What feels easy to be released at this time? How might a good dose of love and forgiveness support me with this? Could I perhaps tap into my heart energies 5% more to get a sense that “everything will turn out just as it needs to”? Could I give myself permission to be around people who support and inspire me — as much as possible?
To sum up: this Lunar Eclipse challenges us to rethink our interactions with others, use our power wisely, and remember we are all interconnected in this vast social experiment. Hating or disconnecting from other people is not going to change that!
This potent Full Moon also asks us to break away from anything keeping us from honoring our uniqueness and quirks — and from whatever has us in a rut, collectively and individually.
Shifts are happening everywhere. It’s time to develop some self-love and awareness. Ask yourself: Where do I want to have more certainty? Where do I want to break free?
How is my body recalibrating to break free from outdated habits that keep me in lower/denser vibrational states? Where would I most like to land if I allowed myself to make a giant leap? What might become possible if I surprised myself once a day for the next 43 days?
Our thinking may become obsessive over the next 43 days, but becoming controlling (or even paranoid) does not serve us — choose your battles wisely and seek to provide empowerment wherever possible. As best as you can, come from love, not fear! Give yourself permission to rest and heal.
Use the power of this Lunar Eclipse to get grounded in your physical and emotional body, break up any stagnation in your system or your relationships, and accelerate your transformation by immersing yourself in a deeper connection to all of life.
Here are a few final coaching questions for this Lunar Eclipse: How might taking things 5% less personally support my relationship with myself and others? How about being less attached to any specific outcome and more focused on abundance in general?
If letting go always brought more peace, what would I dare to release? If I knew that holding on kept me small, could I let go?
How could my breath support me in effortlessly releasing the “old” and allowing the “new” to flow in? If my breath gave my body the message that “all is well”, would I consider implementing “conscious breathing” more often?
What if I was able to grant myself 5% more freedom to connect with my inner strength, my fierce, open heart, and the passionate love for life that is pumping through my veins? What place of power would I stand in then?
Remember: When enough of us can recalibrate our energy levels to a higher frequency and authentically integrate all of who we are (the good, the bad, and the ugly), those who feed on the denser energies will either change or make space for new life to come through.
Ask yourself often: What if I were in human form at this time to assist with the birthing of a new and higher collective consciousness on Earth? What if I could do that without making anyone else wrong? What if we could achieve that one human at a time?
Please keep in mind that we are still in Eclipse seasonuntil November 23rd. So, as best you can, trust that whatever is leaving is making space for something better — the more willing we are to change, the easier it will be.
Stay grounded and flexible — and don’t jump the gun for the next three weeks — if you feel compelled to do something, do your best to observe the urge — unless it is connected to something that happens organically — if you are ambivalent about a possible action, better hold off until Eclipse Season endson November 23rd.

The more an Eclipse activates our birth chart, the more we feel impelled to go to the next level. Because Eclipses are so powerful, they require a bigger orb than a regular Full or New Moon. I usually use a 5º orb instead of 2º — so since this Lunar Eclipse takes place in 16 degrees of Taurus:
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 11-21 degrees of Taurus, Scorpio, Leo, or Aquarius? If so, you are more affected by this month’s powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse. The same is true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

On September 10th, at 5:59am EDT, the Sun opposes the Moon in 17.5 degrees of Pisces. The Moon in creative, free-flowing Pisces makes an opposition to the Sun in detail-oriented, practical Virgo.
The entrance of the Moon into Pisces on Thursday night/Friday very early morning (Sept. 8/9th) starts the energetic build up towards this Full Moon – if you are already a Member of my online community, you may also want to watch my video on the subject: click here.
On Sept. 10th, we can ask ourselves: How far have we come since the Aug. 27th New Moon? What can we see now that was not apparent then?
This Full Moon has seven planets in Retrograde motion: Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. This indicates a strong need for inner processing and aligning ourselves with those planetary energies from within. It’s a necessary phase of re-evaluation, restructuring, and letting go.
If you are dealing with bigger issues right now, or would like to get some support with one area of your life, take a look at my new Coaching packages. They are designed to give you maximum support and dramatic progress in an area of your life that demands your attention.
Things appear to slow down during a Retrograde passage, as internal shifts must happen before we can progress; once a planet turns direct, we feel ready to move forward in that area of life.
Of those seven Retrograde planets, Mercury, Saturn, and Pluto will start to go direct in October; we will then get the opportunity to bring all of our inner discoveries to the outside world.
With this Full Moon, we are also dealing with an exalted Mercury — Mercury in Libra comes to a halt less than 6.5 hours before the Full Moon becomes exact on Sept. 9th at 11:38pm EDT, starting its third Retrograde phase of this year — it lasts until Oct. 2nd.
For a more in-depth interpretation of your own chart, in connection with Mercury’s Retrograde phase in Libra/Virgo, join us live for the Forum on Sept. 10th, or get the mp4-video presentation of the live event.
Either way, register here now (unless you are already a Star Member — in that case, you are automatically registered).
We are getting ready to retrace our steps (Mercury Retrograde in Libra); between now and Sept. 23rd, this will focus on our one-on-one relationships and ability to create balance in our lives.
Now let’s first address this Full Moon’s polarities (if you are already familiar with this polarity, feel free to skip this part and go straight to the Full Moon aspects below):
The Pisces/Virgo polarity has to do with our ability to connect the head with the heart, logic with intuition, and matter with spirit. So the question is: how do we integrate Pisces and Virgo?
This may seem a challenging question, given Virgo’s leaning toward…

This may seem a challenging question, given Virgo’s leaning toward detailed, analytical understanding, in contrast with Pisces‘ call to open our hearts and allow for all (including things that seem paradoxical to the mind). In fact, on an energetic level, there is no separation; everything is interconnected — we need both left- and right-brain (the logical and the creative).
Ask yourself: What if nothing and no one were separate? Seemingly different, yes, but not separate…
Virgo is connected to our mental processes — it analyzes — whereas Pisces, with its connection to our intuitive processes, feels, and senses.
The shadow side of Piscesis a lack of boundaries, getting lost in illusions, fantasies, and escapism of various sorts (this stems from being highly sensitive, feeling everything, and becoming overwhelmed).
Let’s look at some of the aspects of this Full Moon:
The Moon in Pisces sextiles the Uranus/North Node alignment in Taurus, and the Sun in Virgo trines it. So let’s take a look at those one-by-one:
The Moon’s Sextile to the Uranus/North Node alignment (and trine to the South Node in Scorpio) provides a unique opportunity to more courageously trust our inner processes while also allowing the Universe/Source/our Higher Selves to step in and guide us towards a unique relationship with the Earth, with our bodies, and with our sense of self-worth.
Ask yourself: Supposing everything is energy, and everything is always in perfect alignment on an energetic level, what might getting more in tune with my energy-body bring me? If I did tune in, is it at least possible that I could achieve a more perfect alignment with my values? Or my sense of worth? What would trusting the unfolding of a unique relationship with my body look like to me? How about with the Earth?
Allow yourself to slow down and connect with nature, your body, and your breath. Let yourself be guided by inspiration, whether your own, other people’s, nature’s, your pet’s, etc.
Ask yourself: What would it look like if I allowed myself to get and stay in tune with the creative process unfolding in every moment?
If nothing else, do your best to take 5-minute breaks here and there if you possibly can; use them to get quiet and be with yourself (your intuitive/feeling Self).
Ask yourself: What might a healthy connection with the energetic world feel like? What if I became just 5% more interested in my inner world? What if I simply embraced whatever I discovered there? Could I simply allow “what is” to “just be” for this moment?
The Sun’s Trine to the Uranus/North Node alignment (and sextile to the South Node in Scorpio) supports clarity around whatever fears, behaviors, or destructive patterns have been holding us back. We want to create a better future for ourselves and others. Originality and innovation come more easily now.
Ask yourself: How could my discernment and practical decision-making abilities help me manifest a unique connection to myself and my talents? What part of my physical reality is reorganizing and needs my innovative spirit?
How might sudden ideas spark activities that feel in alignment with my values? And, looking at things from a different angle: What might be possible on a practical level with a more extensive network of like-minded people?
The Moon in Pisces aligns with Neptune — the ruler of Pisces — and the planet has been in its own sign since April 2011). This calls on us to extend compassion, acceptance, or forgiveness to family, the “mother archetype”, home, and our past in general (collectively and individually speaking). Unconditional love for our feeling-body and responses towards the world is also beneficial.
We may feel more sensitive — more tuned in to other people’s feelings or suffering — and this gives us the opportunity to experience the full range of all emotions as they arise and to sense our interconnectedness with everything around us.
Ask yourself: What would it look like if I allowed the flow of all feelings? If I let my heart soften? Could I be 5% more open to the beauty all around me? How might nature be my teacher in all of this?
If I start to feel overwhelmed by what I am feeling or experiencing, could I simply give myself 10 minutes to connect to nature somehow?
Spiritual practices are also wonderful here (such as meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness exercises, etc.); the same is true of spiritual/energetic healing modalities like Reiki, “Access Consciousness Bars”, shiatsu, acupuncture, etc. These can help us tap into the higher vibrations of Pisces and Neptune’s energies.
What else can help us experience our connection to “the all”? The creative flow of dance, singing, music, sound, etc. — and positive emotions such as love, gratitude, and compassion.
Neptune in Pisces sextiles Pluto in Capricorn. Surrendering our fears about our position in the world and our achievements gets a little easier; we can more easily be guided by inspiration and feel empowered about a project or task that might serve us long-term or as a society.
Ask yourself: How might a compassionate heart help me surrender my fears concerning past trauma or disempowerment? What has been in my face recently when it comes to such fears?
Is it at least possible that combining my imagination with trust in divine guidance would support me effortlessly reaching my deep desire for an empowering experience in society?
Mercury (the ruler of Virgo) is currently retrograde in Libra and exalted. It opposes Jupiter & Chiron in Aries and trines Mars in Gemini. Let’s unpack that:
Mercury’s Trine to Mars allows for more ease around collaboration and revisiting conversations from the past three weeks.
Ask yourself: Who might welcome an open-minded, balanced, and sustainable collaboration? Where can I build mutual respect with others? What needs to be readdressed or revisited from the past three weeks? And with whom?
Mercury’s Opposition to Jupiter & Chiron asks us to bring a new perspective to our wounds from the past and our interactions with others. Expect some overthinking, impulsive communication, and impatience. Given this, do your best to take an “observer” position toward your mind — listen to your thoughts, catch yourself thinking — especially since Mercury is Retrograde already at the time of the Full Moon.
Ask yourself: What benefits might I reap if I listened 5% more closely to my thoughts without needing to do anything about what I hear? Might I be able to see the bigger picture more easily from the observer position?
Might that contribute to having a better relationship with myself and others? What role could humor play in all of this?
In other words: as best as you can, practice listening to yourself, others, and your body. Listening is an art form that helps us tap into inner and body wisdom.
We may also feel more sensitive and insecure about what we identify with and our ability to be assertive. Ask yourself: How might being more accepting of myself despite (or even including) my self-doubt make me a more compassionate collaborator and ally?
Should someone trigger you (or vice versa), direct compassion and kindness towards both of you as best you can. Ask yourself: Am I experiencing guilt or shame? Is that connected to my past and/or upbringing? What if this were an opportunity to embrace my wounded inner masculine with love and kindness?
Jupiter in Aries also quincunxes Venus in Virgo. Jupiter’s Quincunx to Venuscould make social interactions somewhat tricky. We may also have a hard time making financial decisions that leave us feeling satisfied. Bring as good a dose of optimism and humor to yourself and your relationships as possible.
Jupiter in Aries is bold and adventurous, while Venus in Virgo prefers to be humble and “of service”; these might seem like contradictory experiences, but choosing the higher road will influence how you see things and how you experience life — and remember: no matter what comes up, just like everything else, it is only temporary 😉
Ask yourself: Could I give myself permission to observe rather than judge? To be bold? To bring humor to myself and others when a new perspective arises in my relationships? To be neutral toward my personal experiences?
Venus in Virgo squares Mars in Gemini. This aspect asks that we stretch ourselves with regard to the feminine/masculine dynamic as it manifests both “inside” and “outside”: a shift needs to occur. Competitiveness, anger, frustration, or angst might be present. Balancing and integrating masculine and feminine energies within ourselves will be very useful now.
Ask yourself: What might a balance between masculine and feminine energies look like for me? Where might I learn something new about myself and my body that changes my relationship to health and well-being? When is it essential to move on something fast, and when is it better to pause and discern what’s best for my well-being?
Mars in Gemini sextiles Chiron in Aries. This aspect is an opportunity to learn more about our limitations and “humanness”, especially in connection with the wounded masculine.
Ask yourself: Could I allow myself and others to be human? What if I took a curious approach toward my flaws, idiosyncrasies, and insecurities? How might this support my healing process? Someone else’s?
Remember: Anger can be a reaction to a boundary violation and sometimes a cover for another emotion — often fear, sometimes sadness, and maybe feeling ashamed or inadequate.
Ask yourself: Knowing this, could I bring 5% more curiosity to any expressions of anger or frustration that arise? When anger comes up, what if I practiced asking myself what might be underneath it that I can’t access now?
To summarize: we are invited to heal the disconnect between head and heart, body and soul, and matter and spirit. This Full Moon teaches us about opening our hearts and emphasizes improving all levels of our being.
It is important to remember that Spirit is never separate from matter. One informs the other. We are all eternal, spiritual beings, learning how to be human.
Ask yourself: If I knew in advance that everything was going to work out for the best, what would I be willing to endure? What actions would I take? What conclusions might I come to if I trusted my sixth sense?
Over the next two weeks (after Sept. 10th), we are invited to allow for the flow of things and let go of destructive attachments and connections.
As best as you can, stay curious and open-minded. Be direct without offending others. We are all on an extraordinary, unprecedented evolutionary journey; the faster things appear to happen, the better it is to slow down.
Ask yourself: What if the greatest gift I could give myself over the next two weeks was the liberation of my heart energies?
Remember: Each “now moment” is a “new moment,” and each new moment empowers us to make new choices if we choose to do so 😉
