This week’s headline items: Chiron’s Station phase ends on Monday; the Full Moon in Cancer becomes exact on Tuesday late evening; Uranus starts to slow down (station) on Wednesday; and Venus moves over the degree of Dec. 14th’s Solar Eclipse on Saturday late evening.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday late evening (for almost 7.5 hours), Thursday morning (for a little over 5 hours), and Saturday late afternoon (for a little over 3 hours).
Before we get to this week’s forecast, I’d like to…
Wish everyone a beautiful transition into the New Year! May we all be able to let go of what has burdened us in 2020, and move with vigor, lightness, and joy into 2021. Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, Dec. 28th:
Monday, the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day. It will journey there until Tuesday early morning. Today, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way…
The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead 🙂
Monday at 10:01pm EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for almost 7.5 hours, until 5:28am EST (Tuesday early morning). If you are awake during this intuitive time, use it as an opportunity to move things forward for yourself, especially anything connected to personal goals or projects.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late evening until Tuesday early morning ahead of time.
Also, Monday, Chiron ends its Station phase (at 5º of Aries) and gets back to its normal pace through the sky — We have a chance to implement everything we learned during the Retrograde phase and move forward with healing any physical, sexual, or “identity” wounds, or insecurities and sensitivities that came up around the masculine energies.

On Dec. 29th, at 10:28pm EST,the Moon opposes the Sun (in almost 9 degrees of Cancer). Relationships of all kinds are highlighted during this time — but with this Full Moon, there is a particularly strong emphasis on family- and business-relationships. If you are already a Member of my online community, feel free to also watch my Members Full Moon video.
This Full Moon shows us how far we have come since the last Solar Eclipse in Cancer (which was exact on June 21st, 2020) when it comes to self-care and any issues connected to family or home — and also how far we have come since November 2018, when the North Node moved into Cancer, and we started our journey towards greater emotional responsibility and self-alignment.
Ask yourself: What have I learned about self-care and where I feel most “at home” over the past two years? What have I learned about my emotional needs? How has an emotional connection to myself and loved ones been of benefit to me? How has it shifted my priorities?
Lots of planets are involved in this Full Moon chart — Mercury, Uranus, Chiron, Saturn, Jupiter, Venus and Neptune — and all play an important role, so buckle up! More about the specifics in regards to all of these planets in a moment…
But first, let’s take a look at the polarities involved with this Full Moon: The Moon in protective, feeling-oriented Cancer opposes the Sun in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn.
We have a heightened sense that something must be brought into balance and reintegrated; the balance in question is between the experience of our feelings and emotional needs (symbolized by Cancer), versus our outer obligations or material, practical goals (Capricorn).
It’s important to realize that we all have limitations and challenges in life — and when we approach those in a nurturing way, taking care of our feeling body and inner baby, and allowing ourselves to receive support from family or “familiar” connections”, we are more likely to overcome those challenges and be realistic about limitations — our own, and other people’s.
Ask yourself: How am I…

Our Humanitarian Goals — Forecast for Dec. 21st – 27th
This week’s headline items: the Sun changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn, marking the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, early Monday morning; a rare Jupiter/Saturn alignment in Aquarius becomes exact on Monday afternoon; the first Quarter Moon in Aries becomes exact on Monday evening; Venus opposes the degree of Nov. 30th’s Lunar Eclipse on Tuesday morning; and Eclipse Season ends on Thursday.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday early morning (for a little over 12 hours), Wednesday early evening (for 12 hours), and Saturday morning (for 12 hours).
Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, Dec. 21st:
Monday is quite a big day (astrologically speaking); the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces. It will journey there until 5:32pm EST. This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy and affection for all — but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.
But… that very idealism could also be our downfall at this time: We tend to see the best in everyone and everything, and when reality doesn’t match our idyllic vision, we might feel upset and even victimized by those harsh realities. A way out of this is to channel our idealism into spiritual or creative endeavors.
It’s also a great time for releasing fears — especially the ones based on a sense of separation — and experiencing “oneness”. Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for the next couple of days.
Monday early morning, at 5:02am EST, the Sun changes signs from adventurous, optimistic, truth-seeking Sagittarius to practical, accomplishment-oriented, status-oriented Capricorn. This also marks the shortest day of the year (in the northern hemisphere) and the beginning of Winter — aka the Winter Solstice.
The Solstices are important turning points that take place twice a year: They are energetic gateways for the summer or winter season to come through. Solstice Points are thus extra-potent times to set intentions and take part in ceremonies.
The Sun will journey through the sign of Capricorn until Jan. 20th, 2020. Capricorn is a feet-on-the-ground, eyes-on-the-prize sign. As the Sun travels through it, we take a realistic, grounded approach to life; we know how to do things, and how to get things done.
We have a stronger sense of society and its structure, and feel most secure when doing our part within that structure; as such, worldly recognition may take on more importance for us. Making plans for the future can be very effective right now. We are more risk-averse at this time but we are ready to work hard and focus on what is essential.
All this is especially true if you are a Leo or Capricorn Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Capricorn, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo, you are more cautious and practical than usual…working towards a realistic long-term goal might be just the thing for you to do.
Monday at 5:25am EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for a little over 12 hours, until 5:32pm EST. Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to connect to your higher Self, and if possible, bring a sense of flow and faith to your long-term plans — especially those you feel really passionate about.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday early morning until the late afternoon ahead of time.
Monday early afternoon, a rare Jupiter/Saturn alignment in 0.5 degrees of Aquarius becomes exact at 1:21pm EST. The last time Jupiter aligned with Saturn in Aquarius was in the year 1405!!! As for this current alignment, we started to feel it building from Nov. 23rd on and it will remain strong until January 16th, 2021. It offers an opportunity to build long-term structures and foundations that bring about an expansion for all of humanity.
Jupiter and Saturn come together every 20 years. The last Jupiter-Saturn conjunction took place at 22º44′ of Taurus on May 28th, 2000 and the next one will be on Oct. 31st, 2040 at almost 18º of Libra.
Since this is the beginning of a 20-year social-economic cycle, we need to plan for the collective long game; it is important to look past our enthusiasm for a greater vision for the world we live in and focus instead on visualizing practical results within groups and communities, so we feel motivated to achieve them.
We will be wise to adopt a step-by-step approach to the realization of our humanitarian goals, conduct ourselves with integrity, and employ an ethical, mature, and open-minded approach.
Our inventions and unusual approaches need to focus on long-term sustainability and group consciousness. This is how we grow and expand as people over the next 20 years.
We might also overdo our need to “achieve something great for humanity” (Jupiter does, after all, represent excess as well).
Here are some questions we could ask ourselves in connection with the Jupiter-Saturn alignment in Aquarius:
Where have we been limiting ourselves, socially speaking? Where have we been wasting time? Energy? Resources? What might promote a new perspective on our social-economic goals? Or our achievements in our various communities? How might we become more tolerant and inventive when approaching life’s challenges? What humanitarian aspirations are we now ready to explore? What could we achieve in that regard over the next 20 years? How can each one of us get involved and be a part of this new future?
If you didn’t watch my powerful webinar about this Great Conjunction yet, and still would like to learn how this new 20-year social-economic cycle will impact you personally, watch my webinar “Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius, Dec. 2020″ — all about how it relates to your own Birth Chart. Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in the following: 0-6 degrees of of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus,Scorpio, or 27-29 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries or Libra? If so, you will feel the effects of this aspect more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius or Capricorn (Jupiter rules Sagittarius; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn)
Monday at 5:32pm EST, the Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Thursday morning. Life is an adventure, we’re more open to new ideas, and have great enthusiasm for new projects. Patience is certainly not our strong suit at this time, but we can decide quickly, and act immediately.
Our independence and dynamism are important to us right now, so we may find it hard to be disciplined or accept advice at this time; in general, our responses to others tend to be more assertive or even aggressive. If you find your foot tapping, try hitting the gym, or finding other ways to burn off the body’s excess energy. This Moon placement starts the build up towards the first Quarter Moon (exact later this evening).
Monday evening, the first Quarter Moon in almost 0.5 degree of pioneering, fast-paced Aries becomes exact at 6:41pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Aries earlier today. The Moon in pioneering, enthusiastic, fast-paced Aries makes a challenging aspect to the Sun practical, cautious, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn.
Last week (Dec. 14th) saw a powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius. If we set some intentions on Dec. 16th or 17th we are now ready to make some adjustments. This is a time to stretch and grow — and create some forward momentum — in fact, we may feel compelled to act, stirring up anxiety or overwhelm, so just go one breath at a time.
Remember, we’re still in Eclipse Seasonuntil Dec. 24th, and thus don’t have all the information we need to move brand-new projects forward yet. Allow for changes, remain flexible and adaptable, and find creative solutions in day-to-day interactions with others. Allow also for new downloads and for the release of “old” codes and conditioning. Simply put: an open mind and heart will serve us best (that’s true in general, but especially true until Eclipse season ends 😉
Another thing to remember: if something is beginning or ending in a way that seems organic… allow it to be. As best as you can, observe your feelings and stay grounded in the “here and now”. Connect to your intuition and inner wisdom; they will help carry you through this period. We are receiving a consciousness upgrade — that’s a good thing!
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 0-3 degrees of Aries, Capricorn, Libra, Cancer or 28-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel…

On Dec. 19th, 2020 at 8:07am EST, Jupiter moves from practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn into freedom-loving, forward-thinking and objective Aquarius, where it will journey until May 13th, 2021. It will then revisit Aquarius between July 28th and Dec. 28th, 2021.
Jupiter represents our desire to seek insight through knowledge; some of this planet’s keywords are gratitude, hope, honor, morality, and the law — it is also the planet of possibility, optimism, and growth (including mental and spiritual growth), and is associated with a sense of humor, goodwill, and mercy.
The lower expressions of Jupiter include “Oh, the heck with it”, “I deserve this and more”, “the rules do not apply to me” — generally speaking, too much of a good thing, blind optimism, excess, stretching the truth, overindulgence, and so forth.
In the natal chart, the position of Jupiter reveals how we express generosity and tolerance, it also shows how we go about trusting others and improving our lives. Where do you look for wisdom and understanding? Where do you need movement and spaciousness? Where do you feel optimistic and have faith that things will turn out ok?
Jupiter represents the principle of expansion (it operates like a magnifying glass); it’s been in Capricorn over the last year (2020), where it created more opportunity for (and through) government. It sought an expansion of sustainable, long-term goals, and a greater understanding of our potential for overcoming adversity in the real world — for example, it helped us develop faith in our physical and cultural structures (or highlighted a lack of faith in those things). It also showed us more clearly where our limitations lie as a collective.
Capricorn values both expertise and healthy boundaries, so we’ve been getting to see what we believe to be true about government, authority figures, and collective rules and regulations in 2020 (and what stories we’ve been telling ourselves) — we also gained new perspectives on our collective experience and what we want to leave behind for other generations.
Jupiter in Aquarius brings the magnifying lens to bear on group consciousness, group visions, and networks of like-minded people; the opportunity now is to bring the enthusiastic energies of Jupiter to our communities, creating equality and open-minded exchanges with others.
Jupiter in Aquarius also promotes a greater understanding of our potential for everyone to express their individuality, celebrating each other’s differences. It helps us to have faith in our ability to turn challenges into change when we come together as one mind, one heart, one consciousness.
While Jupiter is in Aquarius (until Dec. 2021), we definitely attract the most good fortune when we are tolerant and fair, inventive, impartial, and cooperative. We value people and personal freedom. Unique perspectives, skills, and talents will serve us most. We are more open to new methods and want to see progress in the world. Possibilities for great tolerance and major humanitarianism are very strong; in particular, we are invited to offer freedom of choice to others.
We are also more able to think outside the box, are more mentally adventurous, ready, willing, and able to learn. We are into “mind expansion”, and are less attached to our values because we are generally more impartial and open-minded now — in fact, an original mind is what we seek. Intellectual stimulation is likewise welcome now, and the pursuit of technological inventions to make the future better and easier for everyone a worthy goal.
Jupiter in Aquarius also helps to create…

As Jupiter squares Uranus in Taurus during the course of its alignment with Saturn in Aquarius, we may become quite eager to make some essential changes in our lives, both collectively and individually.
Where does Jupiter-in-Aquarius fall in your own birth chart? What aspects does it make during the year-long transit? How does a wise response to one house support a more fruitful response to the next? What outward opportunities arise as Jupiter interacts with any of your personal planets? Where will you experience a major expansion until Dec. 2021? Where are you ready to create a network or alliance with others?
If you’d like more insight into those questions, we covered Jupiter’s and Saturn’s alignment in Aquarius in more detail in our last Forecasting Forum — so if you want to know how this powerful planetary alignment is impacting you personally, feel free to purchase the video-presentation of the last webinar — we applied the Jupiter’s and Saturn’s movement to our own birth charts! An Experimental Attitude — Forecast for Dec. 14th – 20th
This week’s headline items: a New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius becomes exact Monday late morning; Venus changes signs from Scorpio to Sagittarius on Tuesday late morning; Chiron comes to a halt, ending its 5-month Retrograde phase, on Tuesday late afternoon; its time to start setting our New Moon/Solar Eclipse intentions from Wednesday late morning on; Saturn changes signs from Capricorn to Aquarius on Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning; Neptune ends its Station phase on Friday; Jupiter changes signs from Capricorn to Aquarius on Saturday morning; and Mercury changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn on Sunday morning.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday late morning (for a little over 11 hours), Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning (for almost an hour), and Saturday very early morning (for almost 4 hours).
Before we get to this week’s forecast, I’d like to mention:
Since Saturn and Jupiter will move into Aquarius this week, we will start to feel the Great Conjunction that will be exact next week Monday (Dec. 21st), on the day of the Winter Solstice, no less. If you didn’t watch this powerful webinar yet, and still would like to learn how this new 20-year social-economic cycle will impact you personally, watch my webinar “Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius, Dec. 2020″ — all about how it relates to your own Birth Chart.
Star Members: check your email for the link to the mp4-video recording and enjoy watching it! I sent it out on Dec. 6th late evening 😉
Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, Dec. 14th:
Monday is quite a big day!The Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. Where it will journey until 10:35pm EST. We’re strongly motivated to explore and learn. We’re not likely to be big fans of routine — diversity and new adventures work best at this time — we’re also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.
We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired — but we also have a high degree of independence, which means we’d rather inspire others to do things our way, than take orders. Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.
As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you. Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge — just watch out you aren’t overdoing or overstating things.
Monday late morning, at 11:17am EST, the New Moon (Solar Eclipse) in 23 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact. Solar Eclipses are extra-powerful New Moons that take place approximately every 6 months. During a Solar Eclipse, the Moon momentarily interrupts the normal flow of solar radiation, destabilizing existing configurations of energy and reorganizing consciousness to a higher level. Solar Eclipses indicate the beginning of a new experience, project, or cycle.
This is the last of six Eclipses in 2020. While there is a New Moon each month, Eclipses occur only 4-7 times a year, when the Sun, Moon, and Earth are precisely enough aligned. You may also want to watch my Solar Eclipse video.
Eclipses usually come in pairs (Solar and Lunar), and Eclipse season starts 10 days before the first Eclipse (in this case, the Lunar Eclipse in Gemini), and continues through the time of the second Eclipse (for this eclipse season, that would be the Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius ). This Eclipse Season thus started back on Nov. 20th and will last until Dec. 24th, 2020.
While eclipse season is underway, allow for new templates to download; stay centered and do your best to ground from within — try using conscious breathing and conscious flexibility — and best of all, see if you can move to the “observer position” when it comes to the emotional and mental body. And remember, this won’t last forever: on Dec. 24th, the downloads are complete 😉
Eclipses are a time for clarifying and affirming our highest path. We are bound to experience a release of some sort, and a recalibration — “old” codes will get deleted and new ones downloaded, especially in connection with belief systems, social and cultural conditioning, and assumptions we carry around with us. This helps us see from a wider perspective.
The Sun and Moon are connected to one of the Moon Nodes during an Eclipse, switching between the North and South Node Eclipses, emphasizing the evolutionary upgrades that are available to us during such times. This is the first South Node Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius since the Moon Nodes moved into the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity in early May 2020.
South Node Eclipses ask us to release or redefine energies or attachments that no longer serve our Soul’s evolution. They highlight past issues that need our attention, so we can grow beyond our conditioning, individually and collectively.
Eclipses are crossroads or turning points along our Soul’s Journey. They are often marked by events or situations that signify a critical shift in our lives, nudging us to either change and grow, or face greater difficulties at the next turning point.
Solar Eclipses, in particular, often correspond with major endings and beginnings. They occur close to the same degree every 19 years and the last time we had a South Node Solar Eclipse in that same degree was in Dec. 2001.
We are likely to experience a resonance between now and that time — “resonant”, rather than identical — so think back to the Winter of 2001/2002, and ask yourself: Were there any major endings and beginnings? What was important to me back then? If I were to take those priorities to the next level, where would that next level find me?
If you’re looking for more guidance on those questions, I would suggest taking a look at your Natal Chart — the House placement of the Eclipse will indicate which area of life is most ready to release outdated beliefs and social conditioning and go to a new level of consciousness.
Solar Eclipses are a good time to go within, to seed anything we would like to redefine or release over the next 6 months — we’ll dig into this in more detail towards the end of this article, when we talk about setting Solar Eclipse Intentions.
With the Solar Eclipse in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, we seek to expand our day-to-day knowledge and look for a larger perspective.
For the next six months, ask yourself: What philosophies most resonate with me? What life perspectives are no longer serving me? What stories have I been telling myself about life? What universal truths feel immediately in alignment with my direct experience of life right now? Where is my understanding of life different from where it was 3 years ago? Do I see the glass as half-full or half-empty? Do I shy away from life’s challenges or thrive on exploring new ways to deal with adversity?
Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 18-28 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
Setting Intentions for a Solar Eclipse is a little different from the regular monthly New Moon process — after all, we are setting them for the whole 6-month Eclipse cycle, rather than just the next 28 days.
Solar Eclipse Intentions are best done 48 hours after the Eclipse becomes exact. We are downloading new templates at the time of an Eclipse, and the energies are quite intense, so we want to wait until it all settles down a little before setting our intentions… We also definitely do not want to do this during a Moon void of course.
There are therefore two best and most potent times to set your Intentions for this Solar Eclipse: the first one lasts a little over 13 hours, between 11:17am (on Dec. 16th) and 12:34am (on Dec. 17th) — and the second one lasts for almost 34 hours, between 1:27am (Dec. 17th) and 11:17am Friday (Dec. 18th) — (in US Eastern Time — i.e. the New York time zone).
Set powerful intentions — again, they cover the next six months — and if possible, align them with the Sagittarian energy! If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast-time), and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fan-page and/or following me on Twitter, as I post reminders when it’s time to set your intentions 😉
Monday at 11:17am EST, right after the New Moon/Solar Eclipse becomes exact, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 11 hours until 10:35pm EST. Use this intuitive time to tune in, get still, and get in touch with your “Higher Mind”, to see what it has to say to you.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late morning until the late evening ahead of time.
Monday afternoon, an opportune Venus/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 3:58pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week, Saturday evening (Dec. 12th) on; it will be strong until this Wednesday evening. We have an opportunity to grow in our social and personal relationships at this time. Humor and being of service play a big role in our interactions with others.
We can call upon extra tolerance, optimism, and cooperation when dealing with authority figures or business dealings. Financially speaking, things are “on the up” — we may have opportunities now to expand our pocketbooks — if we make sound decisions that are aligned with the interests of our long-term goals.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 27-29 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Virgo, Pisces, or 0-1 degree of Sagittarius, Aquarius, Libra, or Aries? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
Monday at 10:35pm EST, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Wednesday night/Thursday early morning. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.
Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.
As best as you can during this aspect, avoid “should-ing” on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying “I am doing the best I can and that’s all I can ever do” 😉
Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it is still transiting through its own sign until Thursday, making this a great time to take a last look at your long-term aspirations and anything that you would like to master now. It’s also a great time to take a more serious look at our strategies for self-mastery.
For starters: Do you truly see “what’s so” in your life (as opposed to what you merely wish it to be, or what you would like it to be, or where you see yourself going, etc)? What is actually so right now? Once you have a handle on where “A” is, it’s easier to “go from A to B” — whether “B” is self-mastery or standing on the mountaintop.
Monday late evening, a harmonious Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 11:24pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Saturday afternoon (Dec. 12th) on; it will be strong until this Thursday morning (Dec. 17th). This aspect helps us clarify our personal goals. We act from our excited thinking, with courage and passion; we tend to be enthusiastic and funny, and an experimental attitude is also supported.
We are quick, perceptive, and brave — interestingly, one of the things we easily perceive is the weaknesses of others. Our minds are more optimistic, so it’s important that we stay realistic. We have expansive thoughts; we have lively conversations in which we speak our truth without compromise and yet without coming across as too blunt or offensive — on the other hand, our passion might mean we come across as rather impatient.
We seem to “download” great insights (and make superb decisions) at the very last minute — and the good news is, we can easily turn those insights into workable projects. Use this energy to your advantage — there is plenty of it!
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 18-24 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries, or Leo? If so, you may feel…

On Dec. 14th at 11:17am EST,a powerful New Moon and Solar Eclipse in 23 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact.
If that idea appeals, check out my free 30-minute class, “How to Read My Birth Chart”.
For the next six months, ask yourself…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 18-28 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this extra powerful New Moon more strongly.
There are therefore two best and most potent times to set your Intentions for this Solar Eclipse: the first lasts a little over 13 hours, between 11:17am (on Dec. 16th) and 12:34am (on Dec. 17th) — and the second for almost 34 hours, between 1:27am (Dec.
This week’s headline items: Mercury opposes the Lunar Eclipse degree of 8.5º of Gemini very early Monday morning; the last Quarter Moon in Virgo becomes exact on Monday evening; Chiron’s Station intensifies on Wednesday; the Balsamic Moon phase begins on Friday early morning; Sunday is the last day before the Solar Eclipse becomes exact.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday late afternoon (for 1.5 hours), Thursday evening (for an hour) and Saturday late evening (for a brief 41 minutes).
Before we get to this week’s forecast, I’d like to mention:

Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, Dec. 7th:
Monday, Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day. It will journey there until Tuesday evening; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world — things and knowledge we can apply and use.
Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals. This Moon placement started the build up towards the last Quarter Moon (exact later today).
Monday, very early morning, around 3am EST,Mercury in Sagittarius transits the degree of Nov. 30th’s Lunar Eclipse in Gemini-Sagittarius— and we may experience something that provides insight, most likely around our relationship to communication. We are invited to listen to how we perceive and say things, and to communicate or share something that helps us connect to others, rather than leaving us feeling superior to them.
Observe how this plays out for you today: Where (or with whom) are you looking to connect? What are you most aware of? You are invited to process and share any outdated beliefs or cultural conditioning. What conversations might clear the way, so you can move forward powerfully, with an open mind and clear information?
Monday very early morning, we are invited to connect with like-minded people and learn something new about our unique talents or value in the world. We are able to better connect to anything that requires attention to detail. We might also perhaps implement revolutionary health routines or other systems in our day to day life that support our values and make life more enjoyable.
Monday morning, we are being asked to stretch and grow — to undertake a process of adjusting our thinking. You may feel a little scatter-brained or all over the map. As best as you can, stay flexible — and don’t be too hard on yourself.
Monday evening, at 7:37pm EST, the last Quarter Moon in 16.5 degrees of Virgo becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Virgo, last week, Sunday afternoon (Dec. 6th). The Moon in detail-oriented, helpful and practical Virgo makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius.
This may bring challenges; however, it also energizes us to face what demands completion or change. This Moon phase brings us closer to Dec. 14th, which will bring a powerful New Moon (Solar Eclipse) in Sagittarius.
With this particular last Quarter Moon, rather than starting major new projects, it serves us take a look at what was started around the time of the last Eclipse — in this case, around June 21st. We now have about a week to wrap those projects up. What — if anything — needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover since June 21st? What did it mean for you?
As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 14-19 degrees of Virgo, Sagittarius, Gemini, or Pisces? If so, you will feel…
