I am having quite a bit of difficulty accessing the Full Moon video for June 28. I am logged in to my account but there is no where to click that starts the video. What am I missing?
Hi Hannah, I am very sorry to hear that you are having a hard time accessing the Full Moon video. If you are already signed into your Membership portal, please go to the “MY Subscription” tab and click on “view” Membership. From there you have an option to see if your Membership is active or on hold. If it is currently on hold, please reactive it.
