This week’s headline items: Jupiter & Mercury remain exalted all week; Mercury’s Station intensifies on Tuesday; Uranus ends its Station phase on Wednesday (although it stays retrograde); the New Moon in Virgo becomes exact late on Thursday evening; on Friday afternoon, Mercury comes to a halt in Virgo (ending its 3-week Retrograde), starting its post-Shadow phase; finally, Venus ends her Station phase on Saturday (getting back to her regular speed while moving direct).

 

There will be three Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Tuesday late morning (for a little over 14 hours), Friday late morning (for almost 4 hours), and Sunday late evening (for almost 4 hours).

Monday, September 11th:

Monday, the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day. It will journey there until Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning. We may lack objectivity and struggle with backing down or compromising. We all love to be admired — or at the very least acknowledged — for our greatness …

Monday afternoon, we are invited to connect with others (and with yourself) on an authentic, playful level. Could you permit yourself to get in touch with your inner child — and enjoy the creative flow within? (the Moon conjuncts Venus in Leo, exact at 3:32pm EDT)

Monday evening, a somewhat challenging Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 6:40pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Sunday evening (Sept. 10th) on; it will remain strong until Tuesday evening (Sept. 12th). This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward, and must make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed if we’re to see what needs adjusting.

We may feel an internal dilemma around our ability to get things done — a drop in our self-confidence and self-esteem. This could lead to us “hiding out”, which leaves us feeling strangely guilty, which leads to us saying weird things — and we end up thinking, “did I really just do that?”

As best as you can, be kind and compassionate with yourself — forgive yourself for having a human moment — this will support your healing process.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 18-20 degrees of Virgo or Aries? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (the Sun rules of Leo).

Also, on Monday evening, we are invited to make some adjustments in our lives. As best as you can, find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.

Make space either for your inner child, for creative self-expression & fun, or for exploring your values and expanding your perspectives around financial issues or the physical enjoyment of life. (the Moon in Leo squares Jupiter in Taurus, exact at 7:54pm EDT)
