This week’s headline items: Mercury will remain in its Retrograde phase all week (until March 9th); it’s time to take actions on your New Moon Intentions on Friday; there will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday morning (for a little over 4.5 hours), Thursday late evening (for a little over 4 hours), and Sunday late morning (for 3.5 hours).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

 

Monday, Feb. 24th:

Monday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day. It will journey there until Tuesday afternoon. This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy and affection for all — but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.

But… that very idealism could also be our downfall at this time: We tend to see the best in everyone and everything, and when reality doesn’t match our idyllic vision, we might feel upset and even victimized by those harsh realities. A way out of this is to channel our idealism into spiritual or creative endeavors.

It’s also a great time for releasing fears — especially the ones based on a sense of separation — and experiencing “oneness”. Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for the next day.

Monday early afternoon, we’ll likely feel more sensitive, and need to slow down a little. This is a great time for spiritual or creative endeavors. Energy work (or anything that requires our intuitive side) will work best for the next several hours. You may also consider meditating when you get up (and if that’s not your thing right now, you could also consider sleeping in, or taking the first half of the day off 🙂

Monday afternoon, we get an opportunity to be wholly present; also to bring an expansive perspective to our current relationship to self-mastery. This is a great time to be looking for practical advice around our long-term goals. As best as you can, bring a sense of flow and faith to your business dealings, and allow yourself to take it one step at a time.

Monday late evening, an opportune Sun/Mars aspect becomes exact at 9:06pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week, Wednesday (Feb. 19th) on; it will remain strong until this Saturday (Feb 29th). Many of us feel an inner joy now — when planning and achieving; now is a good time to link this to our intuition and instincts.

Our self-confidence and self-esteem can get a boost: we feel we can meet life on life’s terms and stand up for ourselves (and our point of view) without becoming hostile or confrontational.

We have to “take” opportunities, and this one is no exception: It requires we take action. What if there was a single, really simple action step, that would feel almost effortless?
