Stimulating Conversations

 

This week’s headline items: we remain in the Balsamic Moon phase until Thursday morning; Mercury changes signs from Taurus to Gemini early Monday; the New Moon in Gemini becomes exact on Thursday morning; Mars changes signs from Aries to Taurus on Saturday night/Sunday very early morning. One more thing worth mentioning: we will start to feel the Mars-Pluto Square from Friday on (it will become exact next week, Tuesday).

 

Depending on which time zone you live in, there will be three or four Moon Void of Course (VoC) phases this week: Monday until 1:55am EDT; Wednesday early morning (for 27 minutes), Friday morning (25 minutes), and Sunday afternoon (24 minutes).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

 

Monday, June 3rd: 

Monday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries and VoC until 1:55am EDT.

Monday at 1:55am EDT, the Moon moves into steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will journey until Wednesday morning. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well.

In other words, change is not our favorite thing, and “rushing things” goes against our grain.

What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses.

Monday at 3:37am EDT, Mercury changes signs from steady, slow-paced Taurus to curious, quick-witted Gemini, where it will journey until June 17th.

For the next 2 weeks, our thinking shifts gears: Mercury — the energy of communication — will pick up the pace of our lives just a little.

Mental exchanges and abilities take priority for the next two weeks — talking, writing, sharing, connecting to the world around us in whatever way we can (internet, phone, in person, TV, radio…).

This is a time with great potential for studying and learning, curiosity and open-mindedness, and social/intellectual growth.

Make sure you don’t exhaust yourself during this time. As best as you can, keep taking breaks and let yourself see the larger picture now and again.

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel the pick up in pace more strongly.

Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, a harmonious Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 2:12am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Sunday afternoon (June 2nd) on; it will remain strong until Wednesday late morning (June 5th).

Our words are focused, and we speak with depth and gravitas; we can feel really empowered by what we think and say (and how we say it) during this time. Our conviction and passion help us to connect and empower others.

Ask yourself: How could curiosity and open-mindedness help me connect with others and realize my vision? Might it be useful to release fears and resulting distrust around social groups? Could I hear multiple viewpoints and remain above the fray?

What if a flexible and curious approach to “what’s so” was the first step toward creating a better future for everyone? What if the same was true of learning something about myself? Or some other subject that supports my vision?

We are strongly connected to our vision for the future and can communicate it more clearly to our various social groups and affiliations.

We are also able to investigate our thought structures and motivations in an open-minded, focused way and see what needs to be transformed

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 0-5 degrees of Gemini, Aquarius, Libra or 29 degrees of Taurus, Capricorn, or Virgo? If so, you will be even more blessed by this aspect than those who do not; this is also true for those of us with our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo, or Scorpio (Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo, Pluto rules Scorpio).
